February 26, 2026, I was electrocuted 3x in a Ski Hill parking lot where they installed new 6G lamp posts 7 feet above and between every parking space in the lot. My EMF reader on my phone opened by itself and displayed over 3000microTesla in the red! I died on the way to the hospital, 1/4 heart dead. I suffered Massive 4th stage heart attack, and deemed a Miracle by the surgeon - no one has ever suffered that level of damage and survived. Doctors say I will never run again and that the heart will not heal. They are putting 6G towers and lamps everywhere. THIS MUST BE STOPPED - Remove all 2G to 6G... I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned United States Citizen. The city of Royston put this tower up some months back and for the last three to four months I personally have been having issues with my blood pressure. More specifically the diastolic number. At times it will surpass 100 while the systolic number will remain in the 120-130 range. I've recently purchased and EMF protection and placed it in a central location of our house. It seems to help as my blood pressure now seems normal when I'm in my house. However when I go outside or down to help my husband in the shop behind the house I can feel the blood pressure quickly begin to elevate. My eyes get sore and I have trouble with vision and my head will begin to hurt. So I feel the frequency or the radiation from this tower is most likely the cause of my sudden issues with maintaining stable blood pressure. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Re: Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397 — Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure Questions addressed: 2, 3, 8, 9, 11, 16, and 18 I am submitting this comment as a concerned member of the public based on my personal experience and concerns regarding EMF exposure. I began noticing significant fatigue, headaches, anxiety, heart palpitations, and brain fog while working at the computer in my home office. My desktop computer, cell phone, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth printer were all located very close to me. After purchasing a consumer EMF detector, I observed elevated readings near several devices, with the highest readings near my printer. I began unplugging my printer except when needed and unplugging my computer after use. After making these changes, I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. I recognize that my personal experience does not establish causation, but it raised important questions for me about prolonged, real-world exposure to multiple EMF sources. I encourage HHS to study not only individual devices in isolation, but also environments where people are exposed to multiple EMF sources for extended periods. This is particularly important to me because the City of Columbia, Missouri, has proposed the 161-kV Grindstone-to-Perche Creek transmission line, including a potential Vawter School Road corridor. The proposed infrastructure would pass through developed residential areas and near places used by children, including Mill Creek Elementary School and its playground and Cale School. I respectfully ask HHS to include 60-Hz extremely low-frequency (ELF) electric and magnetic fields from high-voltage transmission lines in its EMF research and review, particularly regarding children and long-term exposure. I am especially concerned about the complete EMF environment of a school near high-voltage transmission infrastructure. Modern classrooms may contain Wi-Fi access points, laptops, tablets, Bluetooth devices, wireless printers, cell phones, electrical wiring, lighting, and other electronic equipment. If a school is also near high-voltage transmission lines, children may experience multiple types and frequencies of electromagnetic fields throughout the school day and over many years. I recognize that ELF fields from transmission lines and RF emissions from wireless technology are different and cannot necessarily be combined into a single exposure number. However, children experience these sources together in the real world, and I believe HHS should investigate whether simultaneous, repeated, and long-term exposure to multiple EMF sources and frequencies has health implications. For new high-voltage transmission projects near homes and schools, I ask HHS to consider recommending: * Public disclosure of modeled 60-Hz magnetic-field levels at various distances from proposed transmission lines; * Modeling based on actual conductor configuration and expected average and peak electrical loads, not voltage alone; * Modeling or measurements at nearby homes, schools, classrooms, and playgrounds; * Baseline measurements before new lines are energized and follow-up measurements after construction; and * Additional research on long-term ELF exposure and combined real-world EMF environments, particularly for children. I am not asserting that these exposures cause specific health effects. I am asking HHS to investigate these questions rigorously and provide families, schools, and communities with clear, evidence-based information about long-term and multiple-source EMF exposure.

I have lived the last 4 years of my life around the usage of a cell phone (for navigation as a delivery driver) during the course of this time I've developed Sub-clinical Hyperthyroidism, legions in my mouth that needed to be surgically removed, heart palpitations, irate blood sugar, high cholesterol, digestive issues, fog and overall fatigue- yet I've been told that my health was "fine" and administered over the counter drugs to cope. I have made strides in my health due to de-worming and being selective of my water. The air quality is bad wherever I go as well and I know there are microparticles in the air that are being destroyed in my body through non-ionized radiation coming from EMF radiation from todays modern day towers.

I've been a targeted victimn in Marion County FL on record since 2024 when Rick Scott referred my case for investigations, that I've been doing myself with research etc. I am currently working with Lou Biandi and Mayor Ben Marciano whom all are aware of The Intra American Commision Petition for reform filed for investigations into the weaponization of biological neurological psychology lawfare and warfare and Do know who's responsible.in fact a digital diary has been kept within the FBI since 2023 each time I learned or went through violent hate crimes against my life from CB informants working under the CCops program and/or Infragaurd. I've reported to The Cheif of Police Lou Biandi exactly the details of why Marion County Sheriff's Office and its Affiliates have been illegally detaining me in this torture program since February of 2022. I have a disability,4 Specialist I am to see 2 Permanent Disfigurations and 2 abnormal growths on my skull with all the necessary medical and legal documents to support my case. I was also given cancer and my DNA is now genetically altered as well as the Neurological damage, Heart(algorithmic issues) Dermatology and Internal medicine referrals. My medical debt to date is $220,000 for a person with very minimal medical history as a normal healthy business owner prior to these offenses to my life. I’m writing again because I feel as though I could give you more information. My targeting started in 2024 in Norfolk NE. At the time, I was struggling with addiction. I am now 3 years into my recovery. I was told by a witness to the crimes being done to me that- I was being gang stalked and their plan was to make me lose my memory and that I had a chip implanted in me. I started waking up with really bad headaches and later found out it was due to direct energy weapons. Prior to that, I had someone come over who gave me an injection drug and afterwards he said “how do you feel about robots?” I said “idk why” and he said “you’ll find out later” and laughed and took off. People were getting paid to stalk and harrass me, I believe by police. There was a time, my emotions didn’t feel natural- I was filled with anxiety and hyperventilating and it didn’t seem right. So I said out loud, “I feel like there’s a chip in me” (this was before I knew about this chip) and a police officer showed up at my door and said “we heard you say you have a chip in you, so we wanted to check things out.” How did he hear that or know I said that? No one was around. Today, within the last few years, I’m experiencing extreme head pain- feels like electric-magnetic-like. I don’t know how to explain it. This technology can control or interact with your nervous system- making your heart race (to make you feel anxious or fearful), body vibrations, a huge waves of radiation going thru my body and head (it feels awful, like I got hit by a bus and makes me feel nauseous and dizzy). Targeted individuals are more vulnerable to attacks in our sleep. I wake up with bloody noses. Another targeted individual, president of targeted justice- Jill Amack, told me they are raising my blood pressure with this tactic. I’ve woken up with eye strain and red eyes, blurry vision for one month straight from direct energy weapons. They were hitting my head with extreme force with direct energy weapons, 80% of the time it was directly on my temporal lope- which is the memory part of your brain. I’ve noticed some memory loss due to the attacks, but it’s not enough for it to be noticeable for other people in my life. Before I knew what direct energy weapons are, I went to an investigator to tell him a what I’ve been experiencing. He told me he gets 5-6 calls like this a year. He told me most of the time it’s the government. He told me about Havana syndrome. He gave me Jill Amacks phone number and I learned more about MK Ultra and what they are doing to me via technology and mind control. I can prevent some attacks that are happening to my head by wearing a faraday hat. I put tinfoil in the inside of the hat one night, and my husband heard the tinfoil cracking and popping from them hitting my head. My electronics and phone are hacked. It seems like wherever I go, they hack the WiFi and the WiFi will be down for hours on end. Different jobs I’ve had. The job I’m at now, my boss told me the system got hacked during my hiring process. The purpose of this program is to make you go crazy and commit suicide or kill someone else. When this first started happening to me, I ended up in psych units from time to time because I was scared. And the police were involved so I felt like I was getting set up to die. I didn’t understand and everyone around me was getting paid (even children) to come up to me to harrass me. There was one mental health facility I ended up at, when I woke up- the staff said the whole city of Lincoln’s internet shut down for 2-3 hours except for the police station. I’m not diagnosed with any mental health issues today. I work a full time job as a dialysis technician. I’m married. I just bought a house with my husband. And I go to church- Gods saved my life so many times during my targeting and He continues to show me how capable I am to fight back and not give up. “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of the wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand” Ephesians 6:10-18

I am a physician, and I am sharing what happened to my husband Henry and me when we lived in a condo directly above a room containing 24 smart meters. We moved there because it was right next to my mother. We thought, wow, this is great. Within what I remember as a couple of months, I began seeing flashes of light across my field of vision. They lasted about 20 minutes at a time, and they were horrifying. I had no idea what was happening. Years later, I learned these episodes were called scotomas. Henry already had a history of heart problems. While we were living there, he developed AFib and was hospitalized for cardioversion. With both of these things happening, a friend suggested we have someone assess electromagnetic exposures in our condo. That was when we learned about the smart meters below us. The assessor’s July 30, 2016 report recorded radiofrequency peaks of 7,000 µW/m² at our living room couch and 5,300 µW/m² in Henry’s office. He reported detecting pulses from the smart meter room in the office. The report also identified other wireless sources in and around the condo. We moved out as quickly as we could and got a meter of our own. Ten years later, I still occasionally have those visual episodes. I cannot say from this assessment what caused Henry’s AFib or my symptoms. I can tell you when they appeared, what was measured in our home, and how deeply the experience affected us. Henry went on to earn three certifications through the Building Biology Institute and became an Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist. As a physician, I now care for patients who are sensitive to electromagnetic exposures. People can live directly above a bank of smart meters without even knowing it. We did. I hope HHS will study what exposure is like inside homes in that situation, especially over time, and take the experiences of the people living there seriously.

Thank you, Mr. Kennedy, for giving the public a voice to say how EMF affects us. I had no idea EMF was the problem (all 15 of them), until I did my own research and everything pointed to EMF exposure and toxicity - no one else was informing the public! The symptoms got so bad, I was looking to not drive, not work, no income coming in, etc. It turned my life upside down. Some of the symptoms I had were vertigo, heart palpitations (which still occur but not so bad), very poor digestion, horrible hot flashes (I mean red red face) every at least 10 minutes. I had Reynaud's symptoms, unable to sleep no matter what I tried, hands, fingers arms tingling if on the computer too long, feeling of extreme tiredness as if I were "zapped" of energy, and skin burning/tingling sensations. I don't remember other symptoms right now, but it was bad. Once I learned about EMF and took measures to "distance and avoid" most of the symptoms disappeared; some not completely but I felt, after many years, I was not going to die young after all. Even today, I feel shaky, very tired, my hands shake and I'm unable to sleep if I had been in a room w/ many cell phones, which is most crowded areas/rooms. I felt all of these symptoms once after seeing a movie, so it still limits me in considerable ways. I'm unable to fly anymore. I don't go to concerts anymore, or any place crowded. I feel zapped and unable to sleep after driving many hours on freeways. I cannot sleep in most homes/rooms as people have routers. The only way I travel is in our small van that has no windows in the back as that is where I sleep. I appreciate your work greatly, Mr. Kennedy. You are really the only person, in public office, speaking out about dangers of EMFs and doing something about it. I appreciate you.

Thank you for the opportunity to tell my personal story about how I'm affected by RF radiation. I’m 69, a white female, & have been chemically sensitive for 40 years. I started noticing electro-magnetic sensitivity 10-15 years ago. I keep my cell phone in Airplane Mode. We turned off the Wi-Fi in our home & hard-wired my computer. I wear RF-shielding gloves while working on the PC to protect my fingertips from burning. On July 9, 2018, the Pacific Power Company came to our home to install an electrical Smart Meter. Minutes later, I was standing in my kitchen & the new Smart Meter was 6 feet away on the other side of the house wall. My heart started fluttering but I shrugged it off. Suddenly, my heart JUMPED around in my chest radically. I ran out of the house. My husband called Pacific Power, asking them to remove the new meter but they said the employee who had just installed it & was still in the neighborhood wasn’t qualified to uninstall it. We waited 3 days for the electric company to come. I was still healing from a double mastectomy & my health felt fragile. Finally, my husband removed the Smart Meter himself, replacing it with an analog meter he had access to. My heart continued fluttering for a week afterwards & my doctor sent me to the ER. No permanent damage to my heart was found. The ER doctor suggested I was having panic attacks but I knew better. A few weeks later, the electric company finally got back to us &, discovering the Smart Meter had been removed, were livid. We were threatened & fined. When we refused to allow them to remove & replace the analog meter, they cut off the electricity to our home. The food in our freezer had begun to thaw by the time we realized our electricity was out. Feeling very coerced, we agreed to let Pacific Power install what they assured us was a “Non-RF-emitting” meter. They had sworn the Smart Meter was safe, too, but we seemed to have little choice. We felt very bullied. In addition to a fine, we had to pay $139 to officially uninstall the Smart Meter & switch to a non-RF-emitting meter. Since that time, we’ve also paid a monthly fee that customers with a Smart Meter do not have to pay. The non-RF-emitting meter hasn’t caused me any further problems with cardiac arrhythmia. How is it that we have to pay extra money to keep a life-threatening device off the wall of our home? I hope someday to be legally validated & reimbursed by the Pacific Power company for the trauma, pain & suffering they've caused me. I’ve also had problems with RF sensitivity at church since Smart Meters were installed. The metal fillings in my teeth seem to attract RF & exposure makes my jaw ache. I get a sharp headache at my temples & brain fog from too much RF. I’ve stopped wearing metal, especially near my head & heart. I’ve purchased faraday cages for two of the Smart Meters at church so I can socialize & attend baptisms. The effect of too much RF exposure is delayed & hard to notice until I lie down in quietness & feel my limbs buzzing. The buzzing is subtle while I’m busy. I start groaning & feeling cranky. When I finally lie down to rest, the buzzing becomes very apparent & uncomfortable. It takes hours to resolve. A new cell tower was proposed this summer to be built next to my church of 43 years. I spoke to our county’s planning commission in opposition to the new tower. I was shocked to learn that federal law prohibits the planning commission from considering any health objections to the approval of a new cell tower… WHAT?!! Health concerns are the most critical reason not to build a cell tower near schools, hospitals, churches, & in residential areas. I hope that law is repealed ASAP. By God’s grace, the new next-door cell tower was not approved. For folks with electro-magnetic sensitivity like me, “progress” in this modern world is scary. How long will we be able to find safe places to live? My heart goes out to people who are being irradiated by RF & don’t feel the adverse effects so that they act to protect themselves. I trust it’s just a matter of time before those in power decide to prioritize public health over technological growth & profit. I’ve been able to build a relatively safe environment for myself here at home. In a healthy environment, I feel strong & sassy. I can tolerate excursions into town for appointments & groceries. Sometimes, though, after a long day of exposures to chemicals & RF radiation, I become so drowsy that driving is dangerous. The after-effects of heavy exposure cause me to almost pass out. I usually recover from these exposures by falling into bed & sleeping it off but I have to get home safely first. What a waste of human energy, focus, & productivity these environmental toxins are causing. I am still of sound mind and body. I am writing for the purpose of the survival of the human race and secondly due to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I have been fighting what seems a non-stop war against dirty electricity, high frequencies, low frequencies, and beamforming technology that has been forced on me and my house against my will since 2010. The frequencies, I have come to find out are, unsafely and without discrimination, commonly used to employ gas and electric smart meters, rural companies' PLC (broadband over powerlines), neighbors' wi-fi and cell phones. My health-conscious family and I lived by high voltage power lines until my daughter's hair began to fall out in bunches, but we had choice to move from the power lines. In 2010, the gas and electric smart meter was forced upon our rural house without my consent or knowledge. The first night the gas smart meter was installed was the first night of 15+ years that my family and I experienced symptoms relating to high frequency EMF: insomnia, heart palpitations, headaches that bore into the eyes, nausea, inability to concentrate, and a new thing called tinnitus. Being in my house at night felt like being caged and whipped at the same time, with no place to hide, no place for relief. I tried sleeping in the garage, sitting up, was told it was my blood pressure, that it was my imagination, so many things, but the only thing that solved the issue was to get away from the smart meter, and guess what: THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT WHAT THE GOVERNMENT TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE, and this was one of them. Emotionally, psychologically, mentally STRIPPED. Years and years of being forced to live with the smart meter on my home that the utility companies have been told are safe as a baby's bottle. The nervous system in my body cannot tolerate being close to a cell phone tower. I have friends who are dying because their nervous system has been incapacitated by the 5G around them. And STILL, the U.S. continues to bring children to school in the face of Wi-fi, hand out cellphones to the elderly, erect cell phone towers in neighborhoods where we sleep and next to hospitals and schools. No place is safe, but WHY are we being told that they are safe? We not only need protection, but we need truth; our children and our next generation deserve it. The government should be demanding truth for the sake of its citizens. In addition, I am attaching a MUST-READ written compelling testimony from Victor Nixon, a computer systems engineer and army veteran, who wrote years ago that the power lines were in fact emitting microwave radio frequency (RF) energy at a level orders of magnitude above the maximum FCC regulated limit for an antenna of 4W/cm2 (W=Watt) at a distance of 1 meter in air...high-voltage electricity transmission overhead cables at astonishingly high energy levels and this energy is radiating away from the lines; i.e. leaking heavily, wherever there is a chip, ding, or joint." The Smart Grid system is a labyrinth of signal strength in which one elusive issue problematic to human beings is that some can “hear” the emissions due to a scientifically-proven phenomenon known as the Microwave Auditory Effect...an engineering/physics fact." People have been told that they have tinnitus, when in fact if you turn off this signal through the overhead cables and transmitting antenna, tinnitus disappears. I say that the damaging effect of RF, heard or not, must be taken into account and should not be forced upon us. Read the article, please.
