Ever since i was a teenager I was receiving these sharp painful "zaps" to primarily my L side chest (w/ heart palpatation) This led to a chronic painful condition. This was never diagnosed-wasn't until Havana Syndrome and discussions on DEW's -Direct Energy Weapons. This is now over 40 years of thise painful condition. I have written many politition and the Havana Syndrom taskforce. Also have many books on the Havana Synd. Targeted Ind- ividual program. It's still not officially "Diagnosed" When I saw the White House BioEthics committee in 2011 & 12 Civilians complaining about the same symptoms as I Had. (Even after seeing the White House videos on Bioethics of Civilians admitted going thru the same symptoms as the u.s. diplomats with Havana Syndrome. ( Those videos were made a few years before Havana Symptoms in Havana Cuba even happened-those people were calling themselves Targeted Individuals, people who believe they were/are being experimented on with new techno;ogy (very much like MK-Ultra had before) to Now brain chip technology.Before it was on the news I have written a few times the OHRP-office of Human Reseach Protection. wanting to talk about those electric "zaps" tinnitis (ringing in ears). I have prayed hoped that this-and to help us victims of elecromagnetic radiations/shielding copper mesh, tin foil etc. hopeful for a cure. President Clinton apologized for this intentional radiation in 1995 (even children-oatmeal radiation) In me for 40 yrs is a subcutaneous (just under skin) foreign feeling numbness (painful) blocks emotional feeling, with broken capilaries on the outide half circle of it. Much like the Cuban diplomats, this AHI (Havana Syndromr) technology whether strips their emotional sense of self and depletes yr motivation because a subcutaneous electric biosensor (?) seems to block the normal emotions used or daily motivation- These identical concerns were also voiced in the White House 2011 &12 BioEthics. I went to a Havana Syndrome Rally in Portland, Oregon and all the follow up News reports-I'm glad to finally have answers and also the Patents to the technology. Thank you for looking into Wireless Radiation and the dangers of experimentation on the Brain and Body. I know I had no Idea of what caused any of this, I went to pain specialists in Salem. I never heard of Dew's. I finaly, after 4 visits was told I was part of a Federal program, so they couldn't do anything (and another said the same 5 months later.-couldn't do much it was a federal program ) This was after 30 years that the Havana Syndrome rally, books on experimented "target- ed Individuals (patents to technology) All I know is I was never asked, or informed, I know I never want to be part of any research project, or a "scape-goat' for emerging technologies or nano technology. Again, no Brain mapping, mind reading, I don't want anyone-anyone to use anything OR make copies of anything mine to use now or in the future, no companies, governments, or militaries- I certainly do not want anypart of me or copies of me to be a slave to any one or any ones technology. I don't want remote monitoring, Brain or nervous system manipulation of any kind- that definitely includes A.I-no artificial inteligence to be used on or in me or copies of me. Our nation is currently plagued with the abuse of EMF to the point that thousands are now complaining about Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI's). Some, like myself are even being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome due to criminal activity/ misuse of surveillance technologies, human testing without informed consent, and other abuse/misuse of wireless tech, electrical, EMF and otherwise. I have been part of the community of individuals affected by Havana Syndrome and similar for almost a decade now. Legislation such as the Patriot Act (section 702) and the Cures act may have opened up back doors to the misuse of EMF technologies to include excessive surveillance to the extent of causing sickness and human testing that has not been approved by the individuals. To make matters worse, neither federal or state level law enforcement will investigate any claims of such abuse in many cases. Medical establishments are not prepared to assist us. Those of us affected by such, especially civilians, need assistance with stopping these torturous acts and gaining the medical and law based attention we deserve. The MK Ultra hearings are beginning to touch of how wireless technology is being used to control the mind. Covid and the allegations against Fauci/ gain of function labs is one example of how the misuse of technology has caused thousands to suffer. The abuse of EMF and other Havana Syndrome/ AHI causing technologies is another. We must find a way to help the people of this great nation from the terrible suffering that is being caused by neurological wireless technologies/ EMF. I have also tested positive in multiple areas on my body for the Non Linear Junction Scan in which the report is still pending completion. I have not been able to work in the professional environment that I was trained to work in due to the endless incidents of AHI and radiation episodes. 18. Additional info: Thank you for taking Comments on this important health issue. People, trees, plants, animals, and insects (esp. bees), all show negative biological effects when exposed to EMF. A good amount of people have sensitivity and experience negative health effects immediately, or faster and with greater intensity, than others. They post about their symptoms online and try to move away from the damaging energy source if they can. Many shielding and grounding products have appeared in the marketplace to help meet this need. Some people have also experienced weaponized EMF/microwave/directed energy attacks intended to harm the target biologically and mentally. This is HAVANA SYNDROME/ DEBE (directed energy biological effects). There are many news stories and posts on social media about this with people crying out for help. (There are many Comments on this database by these people as well.) I know some of these people and experience it myself as a civilian. It is a silent global epidemic which includes children and senior citizens. Victims of this Weaponization can’t move away from the damaging energy source because the targeted attacks follow them. Also, the levels of intensity for these attacks expose victims to more destructive effects including damaging the brain and vital organs (heart, GI, etc), hastening deterioration and death. There are currently no products available in the marketplace offering protection from Havana Syndrome/DEBE. This is an unmet need. Research indicates the attacks use cell towers and satellites which can track an individual anywhere on Earth. They may also incorporate evolving AI, drone, and “nano-“ technology. Disturbingly, the US has no current means for innocent Americans to get help. THIS MUST CHANGE WITH HHS HELP. Rep Ana Paulina Luna’s recent Congressional hearing reported that MKULTRA NEVER ENDED. This program and its hundreds of sub-programs weaponized technology and pharmaceuticals against innocent Americans WITHOUT CONSENT treating them like lab rats and destroying their mental and physical health. THIS WAS LEGALLY BANNED BUT HAS CONTINUED ILLEGALLY THROUGH TODAY per expert Congressional testimony. More hearings need to be held to protect the health and human rights of Americans. At a minimum, HHS should treat EMFs like smoking. EMFs pose greater health risks than smoking to our biology and ecosystems, especially at 5G and 6G higher power. Americans should be able to choose to OPT IN or OPT OUT for EMF exposure. There should be EMF-FREE zones like NO SMOKING ZONES, EMF-FREE TOWNS, and even EMF-FREE STATES (just as there are now “geo-engineering-free” states and “artificial-meat-free” states that have banned those practices). To Who It May Concern, I am hopeful that this information is being requested, as well as hoping this isn't for show. As you can imagine, there are a number of patents on electromagnetic energy devices. I will try and include some in attachment. Okay with that said, I have been dealing with supposed attention deficit for much of my life that I can remember. Maybe about 15 years ago I noticed I was feeling quite dizzy especially when laying on a mat to stretch after a workout. Went to the Ent and nothing really came of it. I was told I had crystals in my head. Time went on and noticing fatigue so off I went to the Endocrinologist. I actually got put on Levothyroxine with my urging. Thought it would help. There was a brain Mri in there at some point. Basically it seemed like testing all areas, because I knew something was happening to me. I've had Mri's of brain at least 2 copies in possession. I've had knee mri's, both, shoulder, both. Then came the day that I could feel a pronounced vibration say in private areas. That was extremely distressing. I could feel it on my head, on my knees, in my eyes , on my feet . These attacks have been extremely distressing and eye opening . I still have my job, however have felt quite alone through much of this. Hands down the hardest situation of my life. I have been in recovery most of my life. I was in trouble as a younger person in life, however was transformed. I willtry and attach notes from a VNG, and a EEG. Obviously I have hard copies of everything. Everyday is a battle to keep healthy enough through what is being done to me. 24 /7 being hit with electromagnetic at my head, private areas, knees, mostly when sleeping. I feel a pop when I move leg/ knee. It's like lactic acid..I've been told there are holes in my knee cap. My attention span is awful. My me memory is bad, my processing struggles too. I have a brain mri from 2025. I am extremely sleep deprived and usually exhausted. I am awakened out of a sound sleep for no apparent reason often, nightly. Dear Secretary Kennedy, Thank you for the good work you have done and for your commitment to the health of us the American people. Secretary Kennedy my daughter has been a victim of EMF exposure and direct energy weapons (DEWs) for over seven years. She has three young boys who have experienced watching their Mother endure severe pain, torture and trauma due to this mismanaged technology. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member. Back in 2015 my son was injured by vaccines upon entering into the military. He suffered all the symptoms of what they call Hamada syndrome. Fast forward he was again coerced to take the Covid vaccines. He again suffered Havana like syndrome. Ie pressure on top oh head, migraines, tinnitus, memory loss, fear, anxiety, disorientation & catatonia. Most recently he went into a full blown coma for 10 days after this latest attack. I was informed thru Dr Jane Ruby & Mike Adam’s that we all are showing self assembling nanotech in our bodies vaxxed & unvaxxed. This nano tech was created by our own government. And Mike Adam’s showed that this nanotech can self assemble in the body. Noting that embalmers were pulling out of deceased bodies white rubber white clots identified as hydrogels. With graphene being heavily dispersed as the new aluminum, the nanotech is causing the human body to become antennas. This is where the 5g now 6G comes into play. This nano technology can form mind control like MK ultra. The towers , cell phones, ear buds, any wireless devices can cause irreversible damage to soft tissue in the brain. Call it neuro warfare. We are all being tracked, controlled and radiated. This evidence of Havana syndrome can be seen by the brain damage shown in my son’s brain. Yet all hospitals, neurologists & psychiatrists cannot find any markers to title what he is going thru. Maybe it’s because you cannot see radiation on a CT, MRI or PET scan.
