1. I am Ms. Kristi (Kris) Lee Durschmidt, I've been a 27plus years of Torture ( TARGETED INDIVIDUAL) till DEATH by Many of the listed Government Agencies/Military and contractos and some Colleges are listed as my perpertrators per my Hard Core Evidence in my Doctor (Dr. Hildigard Staninger) and her P.I.: Private Investigaor and Specilists listed in my reports. 2. What Action I have taken so far: I have filed lawsuits: pro per (on my own) as NO Law Firm will take my case, and I called every related Law Firm, daily across the USA, including ones for poor, finacially broke, on Disability, taking case for Seniors, Minorities and those RARE few that take cases of Torture: Center for Constitutional Rights (they refused my case multiple times yet they take foreigners who were Tortured to Death on NON-USA soil: Guataltanimo, etc..) and ACLC (American Civil Liberties Centers-WHO get FERDERAL MONEY GRANTS TO ASSIST VICTIMS: have REFUSED ALL "TARGETED INDIVIDUAL CASES-I THINK THE SOUTH CALIFORNIA ONE TOOK A CASE OR A FEW CASES)..I called the ACLU headquarters: who have FULL departments for: Women & Dept. for TORTURE victims: REFUSED my/our cases and would not even give me a phone call back, and said they "did NOT have to respond to me, they get too many request!! They told me to contact my LOCAL ACLU: after filling out long forms and waiting months, while being tortured daily, hundreds of times a day with multiple tortures with Air Assualts, D.E.W.'s: Direct Energy Weapons: RADIATION, NERVE WEAPONS AND ACOUSTIC ATTACKS THAT FEEL LIKE HEART ATTACKS AND BRAIN PAIN/SHAKES..THEY REFUSED TO EVEN RESPOND IN ANY WAY, SAYING THEY ARE TOO BUSY FOR ME OR ANY TI, YET THEY HANDLE MOST ILLEGAL IMMAGRATION CASE AND LESS SEVER OR IMPORTANT CASE FOR USA CITIZENS. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public who is also a parent, family member, and researcher. For the past fifteen years, these are some of the symptoms that have been experienced in my health: Sleeplessness; Restless leg syndrome; Shortness of breath; Tinnitis; Headaches; Dizzyness; Nausea; Brain fog; Concentration issues; Heart palpitations; Vibrations through my body as if I were jello; I believe being a condominium renter increases exposures that may be lessened in single family homes (unaffordable to me). Attempting to shield myself, I have put up metalic paper on my walls but, having little improvement. I wear a shielding fabric jumpsuit daily and headwear. I sleep between shielding fabric layers and a sleep cap. Effects have followed me through school studies, work choices, and more. There is nowhere to live or hide from this pervasive health nuisance.

Please sir look into the use of DEW being used illegally on private citizens. V2 skull is being used on my son for three years now. I l7ve in a small home with him and I have witnessed the torture imposed on him, have witnessed the satellites over our home, and watched him deteriorate healthwise physical and mentally and it is real I believe. Please we need your help asap. Our home reads high EMF levels which has also affected my heart rhythms as well. Radio waves cause the V2 skull voices 24/7 in my son's head causes days of sleep deprivation. Three years ago this started over night. He now never leaves our home rarely because it gets so bad when he is outside of his Faraday staged bedroom. My son is 40 and has been unable to work for three years since this started. I am in close proximity since our home is a small two bedroom home. He does not do drugs, this is different than mental health illness it is being attacked mentally and physically, burn by DEW, and tortured by V2Skull everyday. I dont know how much longer he can fight it. Please help us! Everything he told me was happening to him when started three years ago, now is being reported by people all over the US. They are trying to kill him slowly and I am watching happen everyday. Please help us I know you are a great man and my son and I both need your help to stop this somehow. I am a targeted individual. I have been subjected to EMF radiation (ie “worked on”) and a DEW meant to give me a heart attack. It’s happened to me multiple times. The people involved are lower level government employees. They have conflicts of interest and side jobs with gangs, unions, people seeking inheritance or other money, etc. Many are psychopathic and sadistic. The EMF radiation or microwaving is done at night and results in death after a few months. This is happening heavily in California. The technology has been co-opted by gangs and now Californians everywhere are being burned and made to go into cardiac arrest. Especially hit are the homeless. It needs to stop.

Wireless radiation makes me very sick with a variety of symptoms: stomach spasms and acid reflux, palpitations in eyes and heart. Dry eyes. Sound of intermitent pounding in ears when near cell phone tower. Insomnia. Increasing electrical hypersensitivity. Colon cancer, after 30 years of laptop use with wifi internet.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual who has been negatively effected by EMFs and RF radiation. In 2011 my home town became a pilot for the installation of Smart Meters by our electricity provider. I was not asked for permission to have this RF radiating device installed on my home. Within a day or so after the Smart Meter was installed, I was startled awake at night by a severe heart arrhythmia. It felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest. The arrhythmia continued every night from then on. I developed insomnia as well, and both conditions continued whenever I was in my home. Interestingly, when I was away on a vacation (especially camping), I was fine. I sought help from my doctor and a cardiologist, but in their offices my EKG was text-book perfect. (WiFi was not widely used at medical offices at that time.) After a couple of years, I learned that my health problems were caused by the smart meter, especially when its data was downloaded during the night. Because I lived in a neighborhood close to other houses, I was also affected by my neighbors’ meters. In order to regain my health, I had to move to a different home with no close neighbors, and payed substantial fees for a non-transmitting electric meter. Even non-transmitting smart meters produce electrical harmonic frequencies throughout a home’s wiring. People who are electro-sensitive, like me, are negatively affected by these, too. So, I spent additional money to have my home evaluated by a building biologist, who installed electrical filters. I also became sensitized to WiFi and cell phone towers. I still get headaches from prolonged exposure to them. Therefore, I do not use WiFi in my home and keep my distance from cell phones and towers. Having a home that is free from RF radiation has helped me to cope with the omnipresence of these technologies. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

High power lines were brought in by various leaders and ultimately by eminent domain rule. As Marshall Township members (Michigan) were fighting this, Matt Davis (playing on a Marshall Board) told property owners to “take one for the team”. Fast forward and high power lines cut through various properties and run parallel for a section of 15 1/2 Mile road. With varied heart issues, I was blindsided when taking a run on the path I had for over 15 years. I did not realize at first what was happening. I was 3/4 of a mile into my run which normally has me in my groove. Something was wrong. It happened fast and I was in the road, a dead stop on my hands and knees, glad no vehicles were present. I could hardly catch my breath and took a minute feeling paralyzed then forced myself to push through. It took some time and I found my groove again. After mile two, I turned to head back home. All of a sudden, the tight chest and symptoms were back. Puzzled briefly, I quickly put it together. I turned around, ran out of it and resumed normal. It was the high power lines. Running parallel was debilitating and I cut through a farmers field to get home. No more running that path. Thank you for doing this research. We so need better awareness and protection.

I am a EHS sufferer for the past two and half years after having a smart meter enforced on me, I have suffered with severe rashes, burns , blistering which were so bad I was hospitalised for 5 days ,I have been diagnosed with severe tachycardia due to the meter attacking my metal and titanium implants, I have not been able to live in my home for over 2 years, this is a medical emergency for all suffering from the effects of this technology the corporation has received medical letters and exemptions but have refused to remove the meter whilst I am forced to sleep and stay in a car

February 26, 2026, I was electrocuted 3x in a Ski Hill parking lot where they installed new 6G lamp posts 7 feet above and between every parking space in the lot. My EMF reader on my phone opened by itself and displayed over 3000microTesla in the red! I died on the way to the hospital, 1/4 heart dead. I suffered Massive 4th stage heart attack, and deemed a Miracle by the surgeon - no one has ever suffered that level of damage and survived.
