Reports insomnia, tinnitus and cognitive symptoms near a tower and wireless devices, improvement in a low…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
From the year 2008 until the end of 2012, I lived nearby a cell phone tower with only 2G from the telecom company Vodafone. I was living on the second floor which was also the highest floor in a rented house in Rotterdam Zuid, Holland. The distance betweem my rented house and the cell phone tower is approximately 20 to 30 meters. My symptoms at that time was - I had insomnia - Chronic fatigue - Brain fog - I had low energy - I was weak - Very poor concentration - Slow reaction time - No stamina I have noticed back then that it was extremely hot in my home. One of the reason was probably because cell phone towers emit microwave radiation. I was physically, mentally and emotionally drained. At the end of 2012, I also have ear ringing (tinnitus) in my right ear and till to this day, I still have ear ringing in my right ear. I know for 100% that my symptoms are mainly caused by the man-made radiation from this cell phone tower, wi-fi modem in my house and my cellphone. They all emit microwave radiation also known as radio frequency radiation (RFR). In May 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) from the World Health Organization classified radiofrequency radiation as Group 2B, meaning they are possibly carcinogenic to humans. Electromagnetic Hyper Sensitivity (EHS) is recognized by the World Health Organization. Dr. Lennart Hardell, a medical doctor, and oncologist. “We conclude that there is clear evidence that RF radiation is a human carcinogen, causing glioma and vestibular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma). There is some evidence of an increased risk of developing thyroid cancer, and clear evidence that RF radiation is a multi‑site carcinogen. Based on the Preamble to the IARC Monographs, RF radiation should be classified as carcinogenic to humans, Group 1.” (Source: https://ehtrust.org/science/whoiarc-position-on-wireless-and-health/) Electromagnetic Hyper Sensitivity is recognized as an environmental intolerance by the World Health Organization. France's national law passed in 2015, established the following: Nursery schools: A complete ban on wi-fi for spaces dedicated to children under 3 years old. I highly recommend watching scientist Barrie Trower, because he is studying microwave radiation since 1960. In my view, he is the authority on microwave radiation. Because when I arrived at a white zone (is an area with no mobile phone reception or severely restricted radio frequency radiation) in 2020 in Germany, I almost did not hear the ear ringing anymore almost in an instant. So the loudness of my ear ringing reduced a lot. My energy level increased a lot. I had no or almost no brain fog anymore. I slept so well in the white zone. But when I returned to the city where in general there are a lot of cell phone towers, my ear ringing got much much louder. My energy level decreased. A lot of brain fog. Sleep quality decreased a lot, I wake up multiple times during the night. Every time I went to the white zone in Germany, my symptoms improved a lot. But every time I go back to the city, my symptoms are getting worse. Back then, I did not know that these man-made radiation is harmful to humans, animals, insects and nature. It took me about 3 to 3,5 years of full-time research to find out that these man-made radiations are harmful. Because of this cell phone tower from Vodafone, I lost my job and I lost my house. I had to move back to my parents house. Because of this, I could not work for almost 6 years. A big part of my life is ruined. The ear ringing is ruining my life. I sleep much better when the wi-fi modem is shut off. I sleep not good and I wake up at least one time during the night when the wi-fi modem is on. When a smart phone from Apple is on and this phone is about 5 to 6 meters away from my bed, I wake up at least a couple of times during the night and I cannot sleep deeply. I sleep deeper and much better when a smart phone from Apple is completely shut off. A former co-worker of mine could not fall asleep when his wi-fi modem was on, but when he shut it off, he fell asleep right away. Another former co-worker of mine said to me when I completely shut off my smart phone, I sleep through the night without waking up. But if my smart phone is on, I wake up during the night at least one time. A good friend of mine sleeps very bad if the wi-fi modem is on, but when it's shut off, she sleeps much better.

Reports headaches improving after switching off Wi-Fi, return of remembered dreams when it was disabled a…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
When I had wifi in my living room (where my kids and I spend a majority of our day) I would get headaches when I turned it on. I eventually bought a remote power switch for it and whenever I clicked it off when not in use my headache or weird head feeling would almost immediately subside. I’ve since bought an ethernet cable to hook up directly to my modem, and it’s been a great switch. I’ve noticed a change in the way my head feels during the day. Also, when I had wifi before the kill switch, I just left it on all the time. Once I bought the kill switch and started turning the wifi off at night, I noticed my dreams came back when sleeping!!! Crazy. When it was on, no dreams that I can remember having. Again, I have ethernet now though, got rid of the router.

Describes turning off wireless devices to accommodate visitors who report headaches and nausea, and suppo…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I have been told that wireless radiation gives them massive headaches. I have turn off the router in my home or turn off the WI-Fi or cellular data when I have guests over. Otherwise they can't handle being inside my home. It gives them headaches and nausea. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Comments as: individual consumer a. The type(s) of wireless technology or RF/EMF source(s) involved: Mobile phones b. The nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing of the reported exposure(s). nature:Uncertain. frequency:two times. duration:about 1 hour. timing:2026 c. The potential adverse health effects experienced. Headache.hard or nearly impossible to thinking or making plans. d. When potential adverse health effects first appeared relative to when exposure began and whether any changes in exposure coincided with potential adverse health effects. After 3-5 minuntes being exposure, during I set a rooted android phone CPU frequency limit to little cluster:300Mhz, big cluster :600Mhz, prime cluster: 800Mhz. e. Whether medical evaluation or treatment was sought, including any diagnoses received (if the respondent chooses to share them). No. f. Whether steps to reduce or eliminate exposure were taken and, if so, whether any subsequent changes in potential adverse health effects were observed. Mitigate after 10-20 seconds when I reverse the CPU limit set from app and close all switch from on to off, but not completely disappear, brain still fell slightly uncomfortable after 2 days. g. Any supporting documentation, including scientific reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information. I speculate that it was caused by using an App to set the CPU frequency limit extremely low in the Android system, without the app adjusting the voltage to an appropriate value. I have had a similar experience when using a PC: under high load, the CPU voltage would drop to a value lower than the set value. Manually increasing the voltage in the BIOS can alleviate this situation, and I myself also manually raised the CPU voltage to reduce the adverse effects of the CPU on my body. m. Recommendations for future research or surveillance. It is suggest to measure the ability of test subjects to perform precision tasks when the human body is near a CPU operating at extremely high or extremely low frequencies, especially under different voltage settings. a. The type(s) of wireless technology or RF/EMF source(s) involved: Wi-Fi-2.4G (experience before 10 years, so is 10 years ago's technology ) b. The nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing of the reported exposure(s). nature:May be EMF duration:Less than half an hour. frequency:one time approximate timing of the reported exposure: All day long, but especially during the time I go to bed start try to all asleep, the wifi router are less than 1 meter to my pillow. c. The potential adverse health effects experienced. Irritability.cannot fall asleep. d. When potential adverse health effects first appeared relative to when exposure began and whether any changes in exposure coincided with potential adverse health effects. After about half an hour. e. Whether medical evaluation or treatment was sought, including any diagnoses received (if the respondent chooses to share them). No. f. Whether steps to reduce or eliminate exposure were taken and, if so, whether any subsequent changes in potential adverse health effects were observed. Move wifi router to outside the door, behind a wall, distance change from less than 1 meter to more than 2.5 meters. Irritability nearly disapper. Finally I can fall a sleep.

Reports years of nighttime nausea ending immediately after a bedroom Wi-Fi router was moved, and describe…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Our WiFi router was in our master bedroom. Never thought a thing about it. I suffered from nearly debilitating nausea every single night at bedtime. We considered mold, food sensitivities, a whole myriad of health issues. Like clockwork I'd lay in bed at night and within 10 minutes I'd get massively nauseous. This went on for years, and my health seemed perfectly fine during the day....it only occurred at night. Finally my husband moved the wifi router to a different room because the signal wasn't strong enough at the opposite end of our home. Immediately, that very night, I noticed something was different when I went to bed. I haven't experienced a single night of nausea since. We of course now unplug the wifi night, after discovering the connection and then reading about other health concerns associated with EMF exposure.

Personal Experience with RF Exposure and Daily Life Impacts Overview of Exposure and Daily Impact Since the mid-1990s, I have been constantly trying to cope with the effects of radio frequency radiation. In my home, I have spent thousands of dollars on screens to block the radiation coming from smart meters, cell towers, neighbors' routers, and other sources. We have one router that we only use for a small amount of time each day to operate the computer. It is shut off as soon as we are through with it during the day, and especially at night. My cell phone is a 4G flip phone which I use judiciously. Physical Symptoms When I am around a number of cell phones or computers, my eyes, face, and stomach begin burning, and I have to remove myself from these areas. Social and Housing Limitations I can no longer visit friends since most of their homes are filled with RF products, though some friends will kindly turn off their devices so that we can visit. My whole life has changed. This has impacted our entire way of living, our traveling, where we go locally, and how we live. We have been looking for a house away from the city in hopes of finding a place away from all RF. However, the area we are looking in may be installing data centers; we will have the final results regarding that in December. Mitigation Measures Used To mitigate this inside our current home, I have a canopy that blocks Wi-Fi in order to sleep. I also use a Safe and Sound Pro II meter to determine which areas of my house are safe or toxic. I can only live in certain areas of my home because the RF penetrates the walls and affects my health. Conclusion and Institutional Concerns This investigation is long overdue. If I were to get seriously ill, I would not be able to stay in a hospital because the RF levels there are overwhelming. Please take action to address this issue as technology continues to be upgraded.

Reports family illness following smart-meter installation, headaches and sleep problems around wireless d…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
My dad got cancer after a smart meter was installed on their house, on the bedroom wall, and my mom experiences symptoms as well since then. When I am near cell towers or am exposed to any EMF radiation, I experience severe headaches, which always eventually resolve once I create distance. My hands ache when my Bluetooth is on while I’m holding my phone, and I experience anxiety and headaches when Bluetooth is on in the car. I experience horrible sleep when our WiFi router is kept on, and even if that’s off, my sleep is disrupted if a phone is charging in the bedroom. My plants die if they are placed near the WiFi router, and since we have moved into a rental near a 5G tower, our sleep and health has been severely disrupted.
