I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity. It started in 2005 when I was subjected to undue stress in the workplace and to the exhaust from a laser printer. It started with a red bloch on my left hand and increased to all areas of my skin that was exposed to the air. At its peak I was subjected to excruciating pain, like an electric shock, that affected all parts of my nervous system. My only solution was to not expose myself to electromagnetic fields. I was forced to quit my job using a computer. One day after I turned on my computer I was met with a strong electric shock that went straight to my heart. Today I still suffer from the effects, but not as dramatic. At its peak I could locate electric wires and cables in walls and even underground. Passing under overhead high voltage lines in a car drew very strong electric shocks in my nervous system. I saw a research doctor in San Francisco and he determined that the surface temperature of my skin increased when exposed to an electromagnetic field. Apparently my skin is conducting electricity.

Yes! It absolutely has made me ill. Since smart meters, cable lines, etc have been installed on or very close to my property, I experience A-Fib/heart palpitations, shortness of breath, headaches, brain fog, exhaustion, poor concentration, difficulty focusing, nausea, etc.

I became electrohypersensitif in 2020. I was living in Brussels in Belgium and working as an actor. I had to fled away from my city, my job, my friends, my family. I was living for more then 1 year in a camping car in the forest. My symptoms were so strong that it was hard for me to even go to the shop. Headaches, sleeping problems, neurological problems, heart problems, tinitus, articulation problems.... I could buy a house in a quiet good area finally, but since 5g was implemented, I'm again less good. I'm trying to find a solution with the help of my laywer and major. We try to find solutions on local, national and international level. We are in contact with people all over the world who all have the same problem with this environnemental pollution. It's bad for humans, animals, plants. It's a huge bussiness that doesn't take care of all these harmfull effects on life. It is urgent to do something. Our life, our fundamental rignts, nothing is respected. So many people who are also affected and who are not making the link between their health problems and wireless technologie. Cancers, neurodegenratif diseases, immunity problems etc. we want the whole world to become healthy again. Thanks for your initiatif! We are to many to suffer everyday of our life, we would like to be able to live normally again... More then 50 international appeals from medical and scientific specialists to alarm around the harmfull effects of wireless technologie and nothing happens. It becomes worse every year. Actually, there are no places anymore where we can really live without artificial emf's. My body is in tension every single day of my life because of the artificial emf's. I would like to have the possibility to live again.

I appreciate that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a request for input from the public on the health impacts of RF radiation. Here is some of my personal experience: I have been made very sick by RF radiation exposure. My doctor has diagnosed me with electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Massive, overwhelming numbers of scientific studies have shown microwave radiation creates adverse health effects. The most extreme experience I had was when I suffered severe health symptoms from RF exposure after a smart meter was placed on my residence. I have been in a legal case since 2018 about this. Here is the story: A smart meter was put on my residence by my gas company without my knowledge. I began to experience severe symptoms, which I reported to my physician, who had treated me for over 23 consecutive years. The doctor kept medical records of all my new symptoms: ― Insomnia and fatigue. ― Joint swelling in both hands, with decreased mobility, joint pain, joint stiffness, aches, stinging, and pinching. “I’d never had anything like this in my life,” I said. ― Frequent irregular heartbeats / palpitations. ― Neurologic symptom of dizziness. ― Cognitive dissonance, or “brain fog.” ― Gastro-intestinal symptoms of constipation and abnormal stools. The doctor ordered extensive testing to determine the cause of these symptoms, including: ― Echocardiogram and holter monitor test, to determine the cause of the heart palpitations. ― An appointment with a sleep specialist to consider sleep apnea, to investigate the cause of the insomnia. ― Thyroid test and anti-inflammatory or autoimmune workup, to further investigate the insomnia, as well as the hand pain. I was away teaching in Europe for five weeks, during which time I was symptom-free. When I returned home, my symptoms resumed. I asked the gas company if they would remove the meter. They said they would if my physician sent them a letter. The physician sent a Letter of Medical Necessity and the gas company removed the smart meter. Most of my symptoms subsided as soon as the smart meter was removed. The joint pain and insomnia subsided several weeks later. My doctor diagnosed me with EMF sensitivity and recommended that I avoid exposure to EMFs and RF. I took steps to eliminate almost all exposure at my residence: ― The house does not have wifi or any wireless devices. ― The computer does not have wifi; it is hard-wired, and also has an external, wired keyboard and a wired mouse. ― A no-EMF earphone is used with the computer. ― The desk chair is positioned at least 30 inches away from the laptop screen, at which distance EMFs drop to zero. ― Rather than a cellular phone, a landline is used. ― There is no television. ― There is no microwave oven. ― A low-EMF hair dryer is used. ― Lamps are unplugged when not in use. ― Before purchasing any electrical item, I test the item using a gaussmeter and radiofrequency radiation (RF) meter, to measure radiation. In addition, I suffer effects of RF exposure in airports. My physician wrote a letter excusing me from going through security scanners because body scanners use radiofrequency waves.

I do not have specific dates or proof but I do have the fact that I am a targeted individual of direct energy weapons. My thoughts get scrambled, my memories are constantly under confusion, my head gets a pain in the back of it, internet networks get interrupted when I go certain places as if there is some form of technology installed in my head. I had a brain scan done that showed nothing but I know that is not true because I can feel something inside of my head. Sometimes it feels like someone is trying to induce a heart attack on me. If there was a doctor I could see outside of the medical/medicaid insurance that would give me the truth that would be great and a government that could stop this. I was in fact a part of the GATE program as a child, I was invited to the Clintons Future Leaders program that 100 kids got selected for when I was a child. Not sure what is happening but I know nothing is wrong with me and maybe someone can start helping us instead of allowing these foreigners used direct energy weapons on us to take over our country. And to induce medical and psychological problems on us to feed insurance agencies and the pharmaceutical companies. Direct energy weapons have been being used along with MK ultra program since the 50s someone needs to do something about this.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Firstly, I am writing to request that you move to legislate against Electrical Power Utilities being able to “dump” or move their data in the night, most frequently around 3AM. Smart meter data dumps cause citizens to wake up for what they think are unknown reasons in the middle of the night. The sleep disturbance/deprivation this is causing could be worth billions of dollars of untold economic productivity loss in our country. This could easily be remedied by legislating that the times be changed to moving the data at 10AM or 4PM in daytime. Secondly, I am requesting you pass laws to regulate kilohertz frequencies between 2-150 kHz via conducted emissions. There are currently NO governmental regulations for frequencies in this range. They are known as supraharmonic frequencies and are major contributors to chronic illnesses in our society. In other words, frequencies in this range are the most biologically active. They are also found as the data that rides on the carrier frequencies (aka subcarrier spacing) in 5G and cell phone communications. You could easily pass legislation forcing cell phone and cell tower manufacturers to use higher frequency ranges that do not have the same biological activity within humans. Besides damaging our electrical grid, supraharmonic frequencies are responsible for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Unlike the traditional 60 Hz frequency that was once the only frequency traveling through the powerlines in the early 1900s, supraharmonic frequencies CAN pass through the human skin barrier, where they disrupt cellular and cell to cell communication. In summary, I am alerting you to these facts and calls to action: 1. Supraharmonics, aka radio frequencies between 2 and 150 kHz, are becoming more ubiquitous on our modern electrical power grids, due, in part, to devices such as smart meters. 2. These frequencies damage electrical devices and appliances. 3. There are no current United States government regulations surrounding exposure to or production of these frequencies. 4. Supraharmonic frequencies are deleterious to human health and could present a significant contribution to increased mortality and morbidity rates in the United States. 5. Regulation of these frequencies is paramount to protect human, animal, and plant populations worldwide. A detailed bibliography and more in depth article will be attached to this summary. I began to be affected by EMFs in 2018 (BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT) when, without notifying our property manager, ComEd took out the 36 analog meters and replaced them with SMART METERS in a room next to my front door. I began to have symptoms I'd never had before: headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, and insomnia (very uncommon for me), unexplained anxiety and unusual fatigue, plus occasional tingling and numbness. After a month+ I saw a ComEd technician opening the electric room, and I asked him if he was affected by the EMR. He said "yes, but I need to keep my job despite how I'm affected. I invited him into my apt. and we talked and shared our COMMON SYMPTOMS, commiserating with each other. I asked him if he would accompany me in creating a program about this at my church, but he was too frightened to do this.

Hello. For the last 5 or so years I have dealt with this electronic torture. I have been hospitalized for it 2 when I was convinced that I was going to be killed by it's ability to cause my heart to feel like it was going to explode. I have done nothing to deserve the constant voice to skull that for the longest time would consistently ridicule me all day with each and every decision I made or action that I took. I deal with the pulsed radiation that has keep me up all night costing me jobs and causing me to struggle financially. I have been made aware that my inner monologue is not something that only I have been privy to. I've had electronics be compromised and haven't had any amount of privacy since this beginning. I have been trying to get a solution for the torture and I don't have much hope for this being one. Honestly I'm unable to fathom the possibility that you (the government) has no knowledge of it and I don't know how many others have the capability to do it. I truly believe that it is the biggest reason why data centers are being pushed like they are is so that the stuff I have been dealing with along with others can be used on the entire population because I feel as if I have just been a part of the trial run. I was completely puzzled by this when it began and it would take about a year to have a decent understanding but I don't know who else could be responsible for it but you. If only more people knew what the capability of the "cell towers" were. It is impossible to get away from it. And I don't for see it stopping anytime soon. I'm going to get closer to my Creator and I will pray for the ones responsible for such a terrible terrible sin. I watch the people I love and my 3 dogs fall victim to a technology that is the devil himself. You have the ability to rid the world of the evil with this tech and yet you are hurting me and other good people like me. You should be ashamed. But I don't think you mind it. I think it's a resource that you feed off of. So forgive my short testimony although I don't think it is going to make any difference and the fact that attachments are only allowed to be 10mb is a joke because I have hours of video of this being done to myself and my animals. But I have to go back to work so that I can pay you the money you need to create the very thing that is shortening my life and many others. May God have mercy on your soul.

I am submitting my comments in response to HHSs request for information on EMFs, RF and Wireless radiation exposure. For me personally there is a continuous hum which causes me palpitations and shakes. I did my own research and learnt about frequencies. So I cope by having electric fans on and frequency music to drown out the hum. I have to sleep with the music and fans on. My neighbour has the same issue, she called environmental health and they dismissed her noise claims and did nothing . She suffers daily. Other members of my family are hearing the hum now and we live in different areas. I worry about my grandchildren , where technology is important to them. New street lights are going up everywhere with LED bulbs adding to the hum. We have smart meters in our home and they have just updated our WIFI, so this is all adding to the problem. Something needs to be done for the future of the children.
