Physician of 21 years experience, with past 15 years focusing on practical application of metabolic/physiologic principles toward the discovery of root cause drivers of common diseases and various symptoms. Past 10 years have professionally and personally encountered peculiar, and often very severe, symptoms that must be classified as neuroinflammatory in nature. Concern: our modern world now presents an unplanned, and unprecedented, number of physiologic stressors to the human physiology. There are likely subpopulations who are more vulnerable; likely, individuals who are in developmental phases (from embryo through puberty). Wireless radiation has been introduced to into the homes, schools, and communities of nearly 100% of the population. Therefore, studying the effects of RF on the population is going to be fraught with difficulty. But, we only need to look at the cascade of physical and psychological challenges that seem to be overwhelming our youth to acknowledge that we must pause and think. RF presents a very unqiue situation: we have the neurobiological effects of the various types of radiation and its continuous nature (24hrs/d everywhere) and the media that this RF carries (social media, intense unadulterated "communication"). As physicians, we committed to "first, do no harm." Our government, of the people and for the people, must create regulatory structures that allow individuals, parents, and communities to have confidence that the people they are charged with serving can have freedom to "pursue life, libery, and happiness". The extreme and untested introduction of RF technologies into our communities is irresponsible: this is evidenced by the 1996 Telecommunications Act prohibiting regulation base on "environmental effects", which seem to have been interpreted by courts of law to include health concerns. (Section 704(a). Obviously, our modern economy now relies on telecommunications and to a large extend RF use. Our advanced society can certainly find paths that allow the advancement of technology while protecting the humans who use it. From my personal experience, all 4 of my children began suffering peculiar health problems which became critical in 2017. Fortunately, I had the training and education to discover the drivers of their problems which included the discovery that radiofrequency avoidance was crucial to their health. Prior to moving to a more remote location to protect my family during their developmental period, we lived in the Phoenix region. My oldest son was having severe depression and seizure like activity- serious daily suffering. When I discovered the potential role of RF exposure, I purchased RF blocking fabric and made a tent for him to sleep in. As a physician and scientifically minded professional, I was astonished how much improvement this strange step made. Obviously, we cannot expect ordinary families to know to take, any how to take these steps... instead, their children are being diagnosed with autism, depression, bipolar disorder, or any number of neuropsychiatric diagnoses that are driven by environmental toxins and neuroinflammatory insults to their physiology. It appears the HHS easily discovered the connection between acetaminophen and autism... we can certainly make some sense around the ubiquitous RF exposure to our children (and everyone on the planet) and learn how to properly implement and make productive use of these technologies. Alternatively, we allow science to progress at the expense of a healthy body and mind... and suffer the societal and individual consequences unnecessarily. I am not going to provide redundant information (a simple search of PubMed will reveal at least a decade of discussion; "Havana Syndrome" already proves the point in an extreme manner; we likely already know what is going on since "radar sickness" was immediately identified in the 1970s when the navy introduced radar.

My Story of EMF Exposure - Abbreviated Version HHS: I work in the fields of science and technology. My work is sufficiently advanced to where personal security is a concern given harassment is not uncommon at this level. After many years working on various projects it had become obvious that “a party” with advance EMF / DEW / cognitive warfare technologies had taken notice of my accomplishments. I have developed many of the widely reported symptoms of “Havana Syndrome” caused by an apparent DEW attack starting in earnest January 2024 (all while on U.S soil). I did not experience one but rather a multi-level covert means of interface with my mind with apparent frequency weapons. It had also become obvious that, by design, the methods used were such that when reported directly could easily be confused with mental illness. This subject matter has an apparent nexus of security and health care. Speaking from my personal experience, there is no proper method of screening for a person in my situation (a targeted individual). Even when specifically mentioning Havana Syndrome to my provider, I was not offered proper screening. I was instead pigeon holed as most are into a misdiagnosis. In my view, even if a provider should form an opinion that a patient be suffering from mental illness rather than Havana Syndrome, remote electronic harassment, synthetic telepathy, etc., proper diagnostic screening should be offered. I am experiencing adverse health effects associated with electromagnetic field exposure. These are directed energy bioeffects of the same type that some government employees are also experiencing. These include head pressure, dizziness, balance dysfunction, tinnitus, cognitive issues, memory loss, and other symptoms associated with Anomalous Health Incidents and Havana Syndrome. I am also experiencing EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link. Through these technologies I am being surveilled and monitored everywhere I go and within the privacy of my home also. I have been involuntarily connected via the brain link ever since 1993 and have been in this connected state non-stop up to the present day. Through these technologies many other symptoms are being induced into my brain and body. These include falling over backwards, control of my gait causing me to stagger like a drunk, intense body vibrations without trembling, jolts and jerks to various muscles causing the movement of my limbs, entire body jolts as like being electrocuted, sudden entire body hyper muscle contraction, being stiffened and paralyzed for up to four seconds duration time, heart attack pains, intense testicle pain, many other various body pains and sensations at many different locations both external and internal, nose bleeds, sleep deprivation, suddenly forced to fall asleep, forced genital stimulation, forced biting of lips, cheeks, tongue, and web under the tongue, forced manipulation of my airways, forced control of my emotions, induced synthetic nightmares and dreams for the purpose of behavioral brain programing, the simulation of both auditory and visual hallucinations. All of these are remotely induced at the sole discretion of the perpetrators and are involuntary reactions on my part. All in all, it is absolute torture. I regularly receive thorough medical examinations, and the doctors always find me illness free and in excellent physical, mental and emotional health. Even so, all this causes both progressive and long-term degradation. It also limits my ability to work and even maintain basic daily functioning. I belong to an online community of thousands of other similar victims of forced EMF exposure. But you will only hear from a very small portion of our community. The vast majority of us are being so controlled and debilitated through these technologies that they are unable to comment about it. This is being done to them by design, as a method for keeping this program secret. Another reason is that they have given up all hope that the government will ever help them out of this program. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. It is obvious that our government and/or private companies are misusing and abusing capabilities of 5G and Wi-Fi technologies to conduct unlawful, unwarranted, and non-consensual experimentations on carbon-based lifeforms; i.e., humans and animals. We set the rules with the FCC. The government has agencies that do signals. Congress just does not know which person to make an inquiry to. As a result, the government never does anything about it. No one in Congress (up on Capitol Hill) are technical enough to ask the right questions. Now companies are pushing 6G, 7G, and 8G. Even if the Congressmen (even young ones don't ask the right questions) did ask the right questions on Capitol Hill, the government would not give them the right answers. They either don't know enough or the wrong person is answering the inquiry. I am not an American citizen. I am submitting this in my individual capacity as a concerned and affected global resident. Tinnitus, sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, headache, loss of balance, idiopathic skin rashes, pulsations between ears, palpitations of the heart, pain in the ears, fatigue, red eyes. All of this has resulted in physical weakness leading to accidents that further deteriorate the quality of my life. My dog shows the same symptoms of loss of balance and skin rashes, even bleeding, sensitive ears. I’ve found him whimpering at nights. Furthermore my family has experienced health issues ranging from tinnitus, loss of brain function to cancer. Ever since i was a teenager I was receiving these sharp painful "zaps" to primarily my L side chest (w/ heart palpatation) This led to a chronic painful condition. This was never diagnosed-wasn't until Havana Syndrome and discussions on DEW's -Direct Energy Weapons. This is now over 40 years of thise painful condition.
