I’ve been getting migraines since the roll out of 5G. There’s not been any regulation of it since the 1990’s and it’s time to test how much damage it’s donemuch were affected by it. It causes me to have heart palpitations, anxious feeling, headaches and overall feeling off. Please regulate this

Hello, Let me start by saying that I am deeply concerned and flummoxed by the fact that the FCC has still not produced 1 single study on the deleterious effects on human and animal organisms re: EM/EMR from cell towers and Smart Meters, despite being told by congress 1-2 years ago, they must produce a study on the effects of EMF/EMR within one year!! How is it possible that this human harm continues to be sidestepped and swept under the rug? When 4G hit the market I was aware of the potential effects from EMF/EMR for "certain people" but I did not understand the cumulative effect which we now know, thanks to many global researchers on this topic, that ALL people and animals/insects are affected. Let me share some personal experiences. I was rushed to the ER after waking with a life-threatening heart arrhythmia (which occurred just days after a family member moved our router from 40 ft away from my bedroom to right next to my bed unbeknownst to me). I spent 3 days in the Critical Care Unit, with no history of this diagnosis and no other concomitant diagnosis that would explain this event or be considered a contributing factor. As a Registered Nurse of 29 years, I observed in the ER for more than 12 hrs, around 10 other patients wheeled right past my curtained room, listening to the EMT’s give the same diagnosis and history as mine for all these patients. They too were wondering what was going on. Then I recalled that I had heard that the 5G rollout in our area was due this month and silently wondered if there could be any connection. This was not a statistically insignificant observation, by any one's standards. Six years later, my life threatening arrhythmia returned within 24hrs of being in a new apartment. I took out my $400.00 EMF meter and saw that the level in the bedroom was 52X higher than the safe limits for humans, based on the building biologists.I sought counsel from MA For Safe Technology regarding mitigation steps and that was when I realized a new 5G Cell tower was literally only 0.3 miles from my apartment building. I followed their recommendations, and was never able to sleep in my bed or be in that bedroom due to the symptoms of arrhythmia, dizziness, fatigue and weakness that I began feeling, while living there. I slept on my cough for the entire 2 years. Then I began noticing that while standing in the lobby, within minutes I would begin to sweat profusely and begin to get very dizzy, enough that I had to return to my apartment. It wasn't until a few months later, that I realized that I was always standing under a Verizon ceiling router. Then over the course of several months, I started to hear that dogs on our floor were dying suddenly. In one year, on our 10 apartment floor, we lost 4 dogs and one cat.They were as young as 2 years old, with no prior medical history. My senior dog, with no prior history of cardiac issues,1 year into our stay there went into acute respiratory and cardiac arrest out of the blue, who I was able to bring back with CPR and then who was tragically was diagnosed with a malignant skin cancer and was gone 4 mos later. Four months after her passing, my other pup, her litter mate, who was incredibly healthy, also died within 6 weeks from different type of cancer, and then 4 mos after that, our perfectly healthy kitty succumbed from cancer. Three different types of cancers, for 3 different animals-who all died 4 mos apart. This brought the total to 5 family pet deaths on one floor and while there were pet deaths on the floor above us. My final comment is in regard to my ability to access well visit health care safely-which is absurd to even say, as I am a career Registered Nurse of 29 years. I went recently to see two providers that I have been seeing for 30 and 16 years respectively, in the same hospital. I had not been to see them in the last 5 years however and noticed as I immediately began to feel dizzy and chest discomfort within a few minutes of being in the hospitalk when I noticed that ceiling routers were placed no more than 4 ft apart down every hallway I walked through, and several in each doctor's office. I tried to put the maximum physical distance between myself and the visible routers but was unsuccessful, for the longer I am exposed to this radiation, the more progressive my symptoms become and true to form, after 1.5 hours, I went into my life threatening arrhythmia at my first appointment. PLEASE…STOP AND PAUSE and give this topic the due diligence it deserves because whether you see it now or later in your own family or friends, this RADIATION is effecting everyone even if YOU! If you are not taking action against this, then you are being complicit with this harmful technology to all of earth's inhabitants and to all of your future generations. cccc

There are mental health people who know about targeted individuals and there are those, usually the psychiatrists, who don’t know and are not receptive. I ended up at a mental hospital because my fair skin was turning a dark tan, even though I barely went outside. After leaving the house I was pursued by the perps. Afraid that they would shoot me if I left the hotel room (I heard them yell "we found her") I called 911. Long story short I ended up at the mental hospital. I thought I’d be safe there - boy was I wrong. My blood pressure spiked, and the same happened to many other people on the same floor who were suddenly complaining of having high blood pressure and feeling sick. They were giving me clonidine. There were 2 nurses who came to check my blood pressure and take blood. One of the nurses told the other that I wasn’t the worse case she had seen but my skin was deteriorating. She said she had seen homeless people burned so badly that they died. They had this conversation without looking at me. Another hospital worker there, said to his co-workers in a loud voice “someone’s mad at her” as I passed him in the hall. The psychiatrist thought I was psychotic, of course. The perps were trying to damage my heart and or give me a heart attack. The day I left, they were moving everyone off the floor. I went to the ER that evening with my systolic blood pressure near 200. It was never even close to that before. I begged to be let go early, which I was. I’m not sure I would have lasted another day there. The technology they use doesn’t just affect you, it can also affect your neighborhood, to a lesser degree. We’re talking kids and elderly people. In the case of the mental hospital, we’re talking the disabled. All because some people were angry at me over petty stuff and wanted my inheritance money. The V2K told me that mental hospitals didn't like people having heart attacks and that none of the people in that hospital mattered. Shut down this technology that is hurting innocent, vulnerable people. Remove the vircators from cell towers and stop the data centers.

Dr Martin Paul sent me research on electromagnetic fields' effect on the body's voltage-gated calcium channels, which forces VGCCs open, flooding my system on being hit by RF--collapsing. Fluent in French, I called my attorney Marc-Pierre Stehlin for a briefing on Dr Dominique Belpomme's novel research on the unexamined effects of Electrohypersensitivity (EHS) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), arguing that these conditions are genuine, man-made neurological disorders caused by non-ionizing radiation from wireless tech and power lines; Belpomme French oncologist and professor at Paris V University Hospital, is being cited as a possible nominee for a Nobel Prize. Low level non-ionizing radiation has cost me my career at its height, my freedom to move including taking a daily walk, the ability to fly on a plane. The US is unlikely to ever provide consumer protection or finance requisite research as long as industry capture dictates our 'scientific' findings; Robert Kennedy Jr may be the one to align us with leading countries which have issued precautionary warnings regarding EMFs, as cited by leaders Devra Davis Phd and Joel Moskowitz Phd.

6 years ago I realized I was EMF sensitive, working with a doctor. Then I moved into an apartment building with the intention of leaving in 1 year, however I became too sick to make the move due to the high exposure. I am now exposed to multiple routers, smart phones with many people in the building. At one point I thought I was dying because my body was not strong enough to make it. I literally called my mother to say good bye. Now, I have to sleep in a faraday cage, use a earth frequency machine, wear shielding hats. I live in data center alley in Gainesville, VA. There is a 600 acre national forest 30 feet from the building and I have not seen a squirrel, birds or butterfly. If they can't survive, what impact does it have on us humans? Most importantly why people can't tell when they are exposed to higher EMF. My personal experience with symptoms due to higher exposure are: while driving, I get a stomach ache, my ears start ringing and my vision is affected if there is a tower close by. Stores also affect me seriously withing 10 minutes with the same type of symptoms. Often when I get home from being out of my protected environment, I get a noticeable increase of symptoms like tinnitus, stomach aches, muscle aches and heart palpitations. This has been such a tremendous burden on my health and life, that I literally have to break my lease and move somewhere without this high exposure so that I hopefully can regain my health.

Please find enclosed a letter from W. Lee Cowden, MD, a board-certified cardiologist who himself experienced cardiac and other symptoms from wireless radiation exposure from a 5G antenna outside a window of a B&B, and had to retire from seeing patients. This also then sensitized him to satellite exposures, requiring installation of a mental roof to block the exposures. Dr. Cowden's wife had a similar experience with cardiac effects from exposure to a home wireless system.

I am writing from south of Sweden. My experience beginning 2020 when they put up 2 mobiletowers 200 and 300meters from my home. I ve experience Vitreous detachment and flottets in my eyes and heartpulpatation on and of. 2022 they installd the smartmeter and then it became very bad. My cat got stressed and got problems whit the urin and hairloss on his stormatch. Then my small dog started to pi inside even when we just got in. I got eyemigraine 1-2 times a week and some days up to 3 times/day. More heartpulpatations on and off, toorhpressing, dizziness, stress and anxiety, tinnitus, problems whith koncentration and memory. 2026 they turn on the 5G in the area and the hole famely feels it and we feel it when we are out in the garden I have tryed to reduce it by painting inside and whit reducing fabric. RE: Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure Docket: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Perspective (Q2): Individual with compound heterozygous MTHFR (C677T + A1298C), elevated homocysteine, atherosclerosis with plaque, osteoarthritis, chronic tinnitus, cardiac issues, hypertension of undetermined cause, and hypersensitivity to medications, chemicals, and environmental factors. I submit this comment to share personal experiences and support research on vulnerable populations. Q3: I experience chronic tinnitus, cardiac issues, hypertension of undetermined cause, elevated homocysteine, atherosclerosis with plaque, and osteoarthritis. I am highly hypersensitive to medications, chemicals, and other exposures. I also have fatigue, sleep disruption, and cognitive difficulties (brain fog, concentration/memory problems). These have not been fully explained by standard evaluations. I am concerned that cumulative or modulated RF/EMF exposures may contribute or exacerbate symptoms given my genetic background and elevated homocysteine. Q11: I am compound heterozygous for MTHFR C677T and A1298C with elevated homocysteine and atherosclerosis. This genotype substantially reduces enzyme activity (~30–50% of normal), impairing methylation, raising homocysteine risk, lowering glutathione, and increasing oxidative stress vulnerability. Elevated homocysteine is a cardiovascular risk factor and can affect NMDA receptors and calcium signaling. Proposed non-thermal RF/EMF mechanisms (voltage-gated calcium channel activation, excess intracellular calcium, nitric oxide/peroxynitrite, and reactive oxygen species) may interact with these vulnerabilities. People with this genotype, elevated homocysteine, chemical hypersensitivity, or cardiovascular disease may be a sensitive subgroup not fully protected by thermal-only limits. Q11 (Children): A 2026 study (Wydaeghe et al., Phys Med Biol 71:175006) found child models had 1.5–1.9× higher whole-body SAR than adults below 6 GHz. Beamforming created local SAR hotspots exceeding limits even when external exposure met reference levels. Q12: Salford et al. (1994) reported increased blood-brain barrier permeability in rats after 915 MHz exposure. Larger studies (NTP, Ramazzini) also found effects at higher levels. Further research is needed on non-thermal effects in susceptible individuals. Q13/Q16: Wireless Body Area Networks operate close to the body in RF bands including 2.4 GHz (Zhong et al., Sensors 2022, 22:3539). Real-world multi-source exposures and 5G beamforming differ from single-source assumptions. Priorities should include genotype-stratified studies (MTHFR compound heterozygotes), people with elevated homocysteine or cardiovascular disease, chemical/electromagnetic hypersensitivity, cumulative exposure methods, and transparent disclosure of device/infrastructure metrics. I urge HHS, FDA, NIH, and CDC to take reports of unexplained tinnitus, cardiac issues, hypertension, elevated homocysteine, atherosclerosis, osteoarthritis, and hypersensitivity seriously; fund independent research on genetic/metabolic modifiers of RF/EMF response; and evaluate whether current standards protect vulnerable groups. DNA damage, skin damage, cellular replication failure, hair loss, sexual dysfunction, burns, rashes, brain injury, dizziness, other concussion symptoms, microbiome disruption, death, heart attack, stroke, organ failure, vascular disease, gastrointestinal distress, psychological conditions such as fatigue, memory loss, apathy, cancer, alzheimers, sleep loss, and other quality of life issues are pervasive in my life and others' lives due to radiation exposure in my career. Camoflauge technology hides the damage done to the human and environment so collecting accurate data is critically challenged and contested in the field. My own personal experiences go beyond what is documented in some research. Radiation intensity surrounding airports and military bases give electrosmog articles credibility when projects are costing people their bodies, time, money, and potentially their entire lives being cut short.
