Surveillance & privacy concerns

Dear Secretary Kennedy, Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue. After receiving a letter from Google that all my internet activity for the past 5 years had been sent to the government, I noticed other happenings such as break-ins, trackers on my car, surveillance, a "hot" cell phone, clicking on the telephone line and the same people following me out of state. I was poisoned, my dog was aggressively poisoned and killed. I was then doxed as well as my elderly father and family; with a smear campaign online. It was horrific. After death threats I was grazed on the forehead by a bullet from a rifle. ( I saw him, know of him and the police ignored my witness too). I believe this was all due to becoming an accidental witness to corporate and governmental fraud. Soon, I began to notice a vibration going through my entire body which made me ill with vomiting and spontaneous nose bleeds. Often I was dizzy. Once I flew out of bed after being hit with what I believe was an LRAD, due to my response to it. Now, the assaults are different than that and frequent. All that started in 2016. I am omitting a great deal of details; but I believe this is sufficient. Today I still suffer these assaults. Relocating does not stop it. I am unsteady walking now and have blurred vision. Often I experience a "head swell" like pressure accompanied by a sharp, painful ring to my ear. My sleep is disrupted and very poor; I am forgetting descriptive words and names. Unless you are able to stop this activity; I assume I will continue to deal with this the rest of my life and eventually go blind or die early of cancer. Thank you again for helping Americans.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member. Back in 2015 my son was injured by vaccines upon entering into the military. He suffered all the symptoms of what they call Hamada syndrome. Fast forward he was again coerced to take the Covid vaccines. He again suffered Havana like syndrome. Ie pressure on top oh head, migraines, tinnitus, memory loss, fear, anxiety, disorientation & catatonia. Most recently he went into a full blown coma for 10 days after this latest attack. I was informed thru Dr Jane Ruby & Mike Adam’s that we all are showing self assembling nanotech in our bodies vaxxed & unvaxxed. This nano tech was created by our own government. And Mike Adam’s showed that this nanotech can self assemble in the body. Noting that embalmers were pulling out of deceased bodies white rubber white clots identified as hydrogels. With graphene being heavily dispersed as the new aluminum, the nanotech is causing the human body to become antennas. This is where the 5g now 6G comes into play. This nano technology can form mind control like MK ultra. The towers , cell phones, ear buds, any wireless devices can cause irreversible damage to soft tissue in the brain. Call it neuro warfare. We are all being tracked, controlled and radiated. This evidence of Havana syndrome can be seen by the brain damage shown in my son’s brain. Yet all hospitals, neurologists & psychiatrists cannot find any markers to title what he is going thru. Maybe it’s because you cannot see radiation on a CT, MRI or PET scan.

I am a concerned citizen who believes common sense should dictate research on every new installment of wifi towers,surveillance systems in schools,working environments and shopping establishment s.Its getting over utilized and we don't know how much electromagnetic exposure will effect us short term much less long term.Its COMMON SENSE to study the exposure. For several years I have been experiencing illegal communications via some type of signal coming into my home that interacts with me personally, and no one else in my vicinity seems to be aware of these signals as they happen. These people have also communicated with me anonymously through chats, forums, and posts on X. I am aware of this due to the nature of what they speak about. Years ago, at least two of the perpetrators of these crimes moved in next door to my previous address. I could feel energy and hear them speaking as though they were inside my room. When I looked out my backdoor, I could then see them using handheld devices that are about the size of a cellphone. I cannot identify the devices because they were too far away, but I am aware that a website sells devices that are marketed, even on well known online retail sites, to harass and nauseate neighbors using frequencies. That website also sells items that a criminal might use to impersonate the police. I could hear their dialogue vaguely from a distance and realized that they were saying the same repetitive things that I could hear while out of earshot, which seem to be directed to my head. They speak of human sex auctions and obeying guardianship arrangements in what they referred to as a "kingdom." They have promised me a lot of money. They have also interrogated me with questions and all sorts of pervasive ideas. I find it very alarming that one of these people looks very much like the woman who brought the second COVID shot to the table at the County Fair grounds, where vaccines were being administered. She dropped the vial and acted like she was trying to catch it in her white coat, almost as if playfully juggling it while laughing, then a vial fell to the floor. She picked it up, and the other woman administered the shot. Shortly after leaving, I knew something was wrong. I am certain I almost died of a heart attack that night but was terrified to go to the hospital due to fears of being quarantined and having unwanted treatments forced upon me. The next day I was a total wreck and a full cascade of residual effects began, including muscle weakness, heart palpitations, rapidly worsening vision, hot flashes, and many more symptoms that have waxed and gradually waned over the next few years. I remember how the vaccine manufacturers were given immunity from lawsuits and I felt totally helpless, depending upon only myself and my knowledge for recuperation. Back to the issue of wireless surveillance, monitoring, and frequency interactions with my body- I have suffered daily every day for several years from these assaults, and in my current neighborhood there are people around who work for the hospital who exhibit strange behavior, in my opinion. I live in constant fear. The people operating the signals speak often to me about hospitals. They tell me I have cancer. They say "HEART ATTACK" very often, multiple times a day. They say they infected me with something. They tell me to kill myself. I try to ignore them, but at times I feel compelled to vent this torturous enraging energy, so at times I speak or yell back to them. They can hear me. It is my impression that they are attempting to exert guardianship over me in a medical or psychological kidnapping. They have spoken of me going somewhere with them. They threaten my family members. There seems to be a small faint current that crawls all over my skin and even private areas, as they speak perverted things to me. They demand an answer that I will agree to sign an NDA. I adamantly refuse. They insist we are friends. I do not know them and do not want to. We are not friends. My neighbors had been trying to lure me next door in an effort to make that statement true. They offered me heroin in a chat that I would never accept. They claimed to know some of the world biggest celebrities. They claimed to be affiliated with band members and family members of well known bands. They claimed to have been monitoring me for decades as their spoiled children grew up and gave their children access to remote surveillance in order to monitor potential girlfriends and potential artists. One of them acts like an entertainment secret contract enforcer. They have tried to kill me multiple times, mostly with remote palpitations because I am taking no more vaccines, I am seeking no help through novel pharmaceuticals, and I try to stay as far away from these people as I can and only make short trips to stores or other places I need to go. They have directly affected my livelihood and my well-being. They interfere with relationships. I am aware that remote health applications can be used for good and also for great evil. I see the failure to address this issue by appropriate authorities as one of the greatest failures in United States history. I am not under investigation, have done nothing to warrant this treatment, and find this situation a travesty of justice and an abomination of human morality.

I was a small business owner/community organizer whose business was targeted and shut down by the FDA for the sale of all natural herbal products (no extracts or synthetics) several years back. My staff and I coordinated a community protest which attracted the attention of several major AP news outlets which showed favorable coverage for what our community leaders (including veterans and chronic condition sufferers) had to share which ultimately led to the overturning of the citywide ban (and a year later a nationwide DEA ban was overturned). Less than 6 months after this ban was overturned I began to experience issues with my electronic devices (around the time when the Pegasus cell phone hacking software was leaked into the US black market) which originally targeted my e-mails and locked me out of several of my accounts (Facebook, G-mail) & was persistent in distracting me from being present at my business. I reported the incident and spent dozens of hours at various customer services repair locations receiving the runaround (whom at that time did not acknowledge the Pegasus virus and said that such an attack was impossible on their platforms which was later proven to be false around that time). As a person in the public spotlight whom had caught the negative attention of powerful people potentially either in Big Pharma or elsewhere I believe that I was a target after the major national news publications and coverage which my name was featured involving this controversial issue. By the end of the following year I began experiencing audible & tactile hallucinations after what I believe to be a coordinated attack that was induced by the stress of the situations, the uncertainty of what was going on with my devices at the time and most importantly worsened and influenced by the remote access into my personal devices. My hallucinations persist to this day (even after being completely sober off of all medicines and even herbals for several years before getting psychiatric treatment with some prescribed medication). There were numerous times when it seemed like my condition was improving and my devices would start overheating and I would notice correspondence with my newer electronic devices also overheating and acting strange. This (along with TDCS neurofeedback therapy which taught me about my brainwaves and their relation to electricity with weekly measurements and 4 QEEG scans) inspired me to invest in an EMF reader, gauss meter, multimeter a non-ionizing fan and several other debugging tools which I use when I experience my symptoms flair up. Sometimes they are mild with all of the treatment and holistic practices such as breathing exercise as well as combining with sinewave generators. I also eliminated owning a smart phone and only have a flip phone and a home phone which has caused my symptoms to improve & only allowing hardwired non-wireless signals in my apartment (also has improved the functionality of my devices). I have been notified several times that my info has been leaked onto the dark web as well since these issues started. My symptoms still persist and I get weekly treatment for them and although milder occasionally flare up which leads me to believe that there is an issue with the IOT in my apartment and also noticed that using the non-ionizing fan improved my symptoms briefly when I sit next to it before they worsen again after a brief period of time which leads me to belief that EMF and perhaps electrostatic combined with IR (from my lights in my home) could be impacting my condition and as air gapped as my apartment is, I have to believe it can only be an IOT attack, the dormant qwest/centurylink lines that are not functional for connection or a smart meter related issue that is influencing the electrical outlets and using the sensors of my refrigerator to crank out more EMF/electrostatic or Ferromagnetic waves based on my debugging. The smart meter box/ped cans at my apt complex are loose and there are exposed wiring which has been reported to both the power company (United) and Centurylink but neither have been repaired and the ped cans are loose all over the neighborhood. This is at the Bridge Square Apartments in Brighton, CO with strange IR signals coming from the north parking lot where the smart meter also is. If you read the reviews for this apartment complex online you can see that it looks like several other residents were dealing with mental health issues hear and strange targeting activity which may just be an unfortuitous coincidence as I just moved here in March and my other activity/phenomena was been going on for many years. There is also a business adjacent to that lot which after researching online has ties to testing military technology for large companies whom are aligned with support for a foreign country which I will not name (even anonymously).

The science industry is flooded with scientific information concerning this issue of electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless radiation exposure and the mere fact that the question continues to be sought for response leads one to believe that there is enough concern to request comments so I appreciate the opportunity in hopes my comments are weighed and taken seriously. HHS/NIH knows already of the emergence of technologies in the arena of humans and health-care and our input requires swift action. As a nation we have embarked upon an experimental era of coexisting with emerging technologies: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, brain computer interface technology, nanotechnology, directed energy, and quantum technology (CRS IF1110). I have become victim subject to dangerous levels of wireless radiation exposure. I can't upload images for evidence because my library of intellectual property containing pictorial works have yet to be properly documented and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Emerging technologies coupled with 5G millimeter EMR is the commonality between biology, biotechnology, and IoT wireless connectivity, architectural infrastructures are the backbone of research and experimental development and discovery fueling the 21st Century Bioeconomy. Humans and health-care are inclusive and have become the bedrock foundation harnessing engineered programmable artificial DNA/RNA consumer cellular technologies, operatable only by means of wireless internet of things connectivity. Without the powerful use of radiation electromagnetics, radiofrequency radiation, and influx of internet of things Wi-Fi wireless connectivity devices: antennas, sensors, biosensors, RFID tags, biotechnology and recent developments of chemical technology vaccines coupled with directed energy there would not exist wireless radiation exposure neither could there be excitation operation of these materials, devices, tools and communication infrastructures. With the ongoing deployment of 6G and the coexistence of artificial intelligent in humans, brAIn and health-care transparency and action is required including readdressing current laws such as HHS/NIH 45 CFR Part 46 and EPA 40 Part 26 Protection of Human Subjects (clinical, experimental, and medical research). As a citizen of the United States with extensive knowledge on the direction of Americas' economy, I submit comments on behalf of the general population (particularly the vulnerable); for the good, safety, and welfare of all communities and environments. I demand real commitment to legal framework at the federal and State level to allow regulation of artificial intelligence in humans and the health-care ecosystem and across-industries having direct impact on electronic-magnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, 5G IoT wireless connectivity instituting real changes to policy governing emerging technologies. No longer can agencies and institutions co-partner, create, develop, deploy, and award investigations and report back to directors and advisory boards to generate agendas, congregate in meetings, sit on webinars and post blogs. Daily the public is being exposed to dangerous levels of electromagnetic radiation radio frequency radiation from wireless device environments. It's not merely a question about "radiation exposure from cellphone" and FDA "SARS limits. Leadership at the FCC does not consist of doctors, patients or scientist but engineers and lawyers. Currently there is no plan or formal scientific consensus within the global medical industry to establish electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) as a medical diagnosis although the World Health Organization acknowledges that symptoms individuals experience are real and can be disabling however controlled "double-blind" studies have consistently shown that affected individuals cannot reliably detect electromagnetic fields. In past history this may have been the scientific conclusion and as a result mainstream medicine treats electromagnetic hypersensitivity as an "idiopathic environmental intolerance" which means symptoms are acknowledge but are not scientifically linked to wireless radiation. Upon legal scrutiny, security, copyright protections and registration and trademark with all rights reserved as the owner of my IP portfolio I will release authenticated photographs to the public. There will be national call to address "the legal and ethical issues that confront society due to artificial intelligence" this includes AI in humans and health-care and implications on privacy, transparency and plain language, consent and documentation of consent, surveillance, bias or discrimination, algorithmic discrimination, data breaches, inaccuracy or mistakes in (AI) procedural protocols, device to device protocols, large scale healthcare cybersecurity / IoT wireless interconnect within an conglomerate electromagnetic radiation environment.

I'm an individual that retired from the federal government and was also in the military. I have been exposed to RF/EMF and auditory harassment on a regular basis for the last 5-6 months and possibly covert for even longer. I believe the exposure to have come from energy directed weapons. The reason I say energy directed weapons is because in one instance there was so much energy pushed down onto me that my ceiling fan slowed down while I was sitting in my living room. The energy followed me from my house to the airport parking lot, on the airport shuttle bus, and inside the airport. This particular attack caused me to be disoriented (foggy brain, to include an increased ringing like tinnitus) and also caused a loss of memory. The exposure was so intense I had to cancel my flight and I also forgot where I parked my car. They have also used fans and cars to push music and sounds to me as well. I routinely have had pin pricks, increased heat and pressure on my body for the last 6 months to include an increased pressure on vital areas to include organs and testicles. They've also used the energy combined with auditory effects (voice to skull). The steps I've taken to attempt to reduce any exposure is to use some type of metal or aluminum on the affected area though that has minimal effect at stopping these transmissions on my person. The harassment continues throughout the day and started back in June of this year when I was on a trip in Oregon and they have followed me wherever I go. I've used a magnetic frequency detector on my phone to measure exposure to RF and that routinely reads 850 nanoTesla. Though I do not know if that reading is accurate. I was also exposed to what I assume was psychological warfare though the "voice to skull/frey effect" as they can capture all of our thoughts and use them to harass and alter our moods in combination with the directed energy weapons. The care providers did not provide any additional guidance to measure any of the issues so guidance for the health care industry would be critical in helping people. Homeland security should be monitoring the RF and energy exposure to peoples homes when events like these are reported so that the satellites can be tracked down and turned off. Maybe an RF defense system can be created and put in place so that Americans can be protected, just like we have in the ballistic missile defense system. I've also reported this to local law enforcement in two states as well as the FBI and none of them are provided any assistance in helping with the issue, which I understand considering there has been any federal research conducted in these areas. With the advent of bone induction, research on the use of the Frey effect and voice to skull technologies need to be revisited on a larger and more in depth scale. Findings of this research and existing programs should be communicated on a large scale and instructions for law enforcement/health providers should be established, to include a database that tracks the events to include where and when.

I am being tortured intentionally with these energy weapons. Who ever is doing it have groups of people in on this attack. They ride through doing noise campaigns and taunts me every day and night. They’re watching me through 24/7 even while I’m showering. Thank god you guys are being to make steps to finding something very evil is going on. And it’s a whole lot. They are using radiation on people they are targeting for what ever reasons they want to kill or make a person look like they are crazy when they are crazy for doing this. They’re watching been doing this to me since 2023 when my girlfriend called the police on me and set me up.
