Hi my name is Joshua Shintaku, a 44 year old mkultra victim/watchlisted individual currently residing in Los Angeles who was chosen by the CIA before birth to be a leader in the New World Order/Continuance of Governance/Marshal Law regime/Dictatorship. I refused, and continue to refuse their demands and thus am tortured daily, non-stop with microwave technology emitting from cell towers. This use of microwaves is illegal and must be stopped. I previously commented regarding my personal adverse health experiences with EMFs. I wanted to comment again specifically regarding potential research that could be done. I hold my PhD in computer science, but I've also spent most of my life involved in the medical research world in various forms, and I currently work for a major health insurance company. At my company we have considered the possibility of leveraging our massive datasets to check for correlations between patient health events/claims and proximity (in location or time) to various utilities such as cell towers, power lines, or other suspected hazards, if it could be done with proper respect for data usage rights. (An insurance company that already has the medical data might be able to compile such an analysis while keeping patient data properly anonymized. Universities might also be able to compile anonymized data from different sources.) For instance, if a cell tower antenna is installed and then 20% of people who live within 150ft get cancer within the next year, that should be easy to see by comparing utility data with medical records. But a proper study would need the utility companies to share their data, including dates of installation and the exact frequencies of different antennae, power levels, and so on. (Open/free datasets for cell towers are imprecise and largely unreliable.) Data for what phone models or laptops users purchase and when would also be relevant if it could be analyzed ethically. (Different devices have different characteristics for EMF in terms of both RF and short range standing electromagnetic fields.) Correlation with dates that patients moved to new addresses would also be relevant. Dates that smart meters were installed by utility companies is also relevant data. (Despite often being advertised as only broadcasting a few times per day, it is easy to measure that most models actually emit strong RF every 10-30 seconds. The power company just receives the update only a few times a day.) I see the possibility that these companies might share their data for a joint comparison with medical records at a large scale if the government were to encourage it. (If they think there is no medical harm, then it would be in their best interest to support the study to prove to the public that the technology is safe.) User device purchase data seems like the kind that is already sold by companies, but if there is a user privacy rights issue that of course needs to be a first priority. With whatever data can be collected, if there are harms from EMFs, and many suspect that there could be many bodily systems affected, this kind of study could unearth effects that are currently unknown or understudied. I am willing to be contacted for further discussion or collaboration on this idea if desired.

Please look into EMF levels, they are harming people and being weaponized against the people, and being used to illegally spy on us. I wanted to upload images of my eye damage but was blocked. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a targeted individual who has experienced radiation sickness, burns, forced speech, forced movements, spasm, false visions, and v2k periodically since at least 2013. I have no criminal record and am being followed around and harassed nonstop without any due process. I believe that current surveillance standards are unconstitutional on a global scale, and the moods of entire populations are being manipulated for someone's personal gain. I am being hacked regularly in ways that are federally illegal and clearly unethical, but mainly there are a number of people who are constantly sick from wireless radiation and I am unable to use anything other than a hotspot or I will be physically incapacitated by the router itself. Hundreds of thousands of Americans are experiencing the same thing. I'd recommend looking up Targeted Justice dot com or Cognitive Liberty on Youtube for an overview of widely documented evidence regarding remote mind control and electronic torture akin to Havana syndrome.

It is imperative that further research be engaged, and an immediate postponement of further wireless installations until we know, without a doubt, the health implications of wireless technology and EMFs. Enough evidence exists to consider EMF as an environmental toxin, and nothing is been doing to stem the furthering of its coverage. As a matter of privacy, and as a matter of health, we need to know more before we continue to allow this without restrictions into our schools, homes, and places of employment.

My vaccine injured military son was not only injured back in 2015, but also injured by Covid.
