Good afternoon I am writing on behalf of my 29 year disabled non verbal son. First off I would like to personally thank you for even looking into the harm that this technology can possible effect future generations of American children and for taking parents and care givers opinions serious and not dismissing our concerns. I will try to keep it to a specific time frame but the dates may not be exact. Approximately 9 years ago before the roll out of 5G technology I believe they may have been testing the rollout and my son was reacting to it. I can't prove it but he changed dramatically in that time frame. I have videos of body movement disorders that he had never experienced before, mind you he has always had a seizure disorder but these were different. He started to experience dystonic body movements that were so severe no one should ever experience anything like that in their lifetime and I fear for future generations of American children's lives may be at stake. I went all the way to the top of Neurology at the University of Washington and I was completely dismissed and gaslighted by that department of medicine and was told that my son had all of the sudden out of the blue developed "tics" and offered blood pressure medication to control them. I begged to differ and later learned that they had lied about his medication not causing movement disorders when I brought up his medication Tegretol and Amitriptyline they vehemently denied it. Whenever I would drive by a cell tower my son would have one of these severe attacks in the vehicle. It got so bad that he would not leave the house for 3 years. We are currently transitioning him over to cannabis in the state of Washington to help manage his movement disorder. I know geo fencing is coming and I am not naive to the fact that they want to contain citizens to certain zones and silence any one that speaks out against a future like this but at what point and the health and well being of future American children will we allow this technology to hurt and harm our children. As his nature path put it plainly my child is "the canary in the coal mind" and from what I witnessed as a mother I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy let alone future American children. EMF radiation from cellphones and other devices, utilized in botnets can be used to attack Americans. This comes from WiFI, Bluetooth, satellites, and in our homes, with electricity. TVs new and old can be used to attach to people. Cellphones and laptops, they are using a mITM vulnerability via Apples Bluetooth network with stolen tech. Antenna networks old and new can be utilized as indicated above, from experience. HDTV, Analog, long wave radio waves do the same just ask the UK. And also some of the photos, only happens when the antenna is hooked up to the TV set. Cell towers and satellites can be utilized as weapons without access to them. **Personal Statement: Wireless Smart Meter, RF Exposure Concerns and Forced Enforcement in My Home** **Submitted by:** Snöfrid **Country:** Sweden **Docket:** HHS-OASH-2026-0397 I am a private individual in Sweden submitting my personal experience concerning a dispute with Vattenfall, my electricity network operator, over the installation of an electricity meter with wireless radiofrequency (RF) communications. **I did not refuse electricity metering or the replacement of my meter.** I reported my electricity consumption, submitted meter readings and paid for the electricity I used. My objection concerned the active wireless communications transmitter proposed for installation inside my home. I requested a wired alternative that would allow accurate measurement without this wireless transmitter. I have a hearing impairment and need written communication. On 21 January 2025, I informed a Vattenfall technician by text message that I have hearing loss and communicate through text. I wanted to discuss the technical solution, but my need for accessible written communication and my objection to wireless transmission were treated as part of a refusal to cooperate. On 7 October 2026, an enforcement operation took place at my home. According to my home surveillance recordings, representatives of the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden), Vattenfall personnel, a locksmith and uniformed police officers were present. The recordings show activity between approximately 9:35 a.m. and 10:48 a.m. The rear balcony door lock cylinder was drilled out and replaced. On 3 October 2026, I had contacted the police in writing to raise concerns about the planned operation and explain that I was not refusing a meter replacement as such, but objecting to the wireless communications solution. The police replied on 5 October 2026, treating the matter as a contractual issue concerning access. I am concerned that my written warning, hearing impairment and request for a wired alternative were not adequately considered before this serious intervention in my home. I understand that the legality of the enforcement operation must be assessed by the competent Swedish authorities. I submit this account as my personal experience, not as a legal determination by HHS. **RF exposure and consumer choice** The proposed meter was described to me as having a wireless communications module using a mobile network. I was concerned about having an active RF transmitter inside my home and about repeated or ongoing wireless transmissions. This statement does not claim to prove that RF exposure caused a particular medical condition in my case. It documents my concern about exposure and my wish to avoid unnecessary wireless transmission in my home. I respectfully ask HHS to consider: 1. The actual transmission characteristics and exposure patterns of wireless smart meters, including those using mobile networks. 2. Clear public information about frequencies, transmission patterns and relevant exposure measurements. 3. The feasibility of wired or non-transmitting alternatives for consumers who request them. 5. Accessible written communication and fair procedures for consumers with hearing impairments. 6. The consequences for residential privacy and personal dignity when disputes over wireless technology result in forced entry into a home. **Conclusion** My position is straightforward: I did not seek to avoid electricity metering. I reported and paid for my electricity consumption and requested a wired solution instead of an active wireless communications transmitter inside my home. To whom it may concern, I am what is commonly referred to or self described as a "Targeted Individual," or "T.I." for short. Over the past two years of my life, I have been subject to directed energy weapons attacks, voice to skull telepathy, and tethered to a U.S. military / DIA / DoD USAP involving the cloning and tethering of human minds. As outlandish and absurd as this may sound to your office, I can assure you that I am of perfectly sound mind, and have no intentions of harming myself or others. I was inducted into the targeted individual program when I moved to Red Bluff, CA in 2015. From then onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, then never be seen again. And from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. Here's how the double-bluff works: Everyone around me is made to believe that the disturbance isn't real and I'm simply insane or a liar; meanwhile, I'm supposed to believe that these assailing neighbors are the root cause of the disruptions (as opposed to the DEWs). I've discovered evidence that Red Bluff may altogether be a "Potemkin Village" of sorts, a covert hub for criminal activity of a particularly heinous character. There is a widespread and long-standing allegation that the city is a hotbed for the trafficking of minors; this was acknowledged in 1987 by the Los Angeles Times, which described the town as "a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah." Further, the book "The New Satanists" by nonfiction writer Linda Osborne Blood (published 1994) shed light on the 1989 case of Cynthia Angell, a Red Bluff attorney who was kidnapped and threatened by a Satanist hit-squad when she began investigating Michael Aquino, a now-deceased military officer and founder of the Satanist "Temple of Set," after Red Bluff children identified him as their rapist (one of many such allegations toward Aquino around the country).
