Regulators: Our own Radiofrequency infrastructure and network has been weaponized as a weapon of assault against its own citizens. I'll explain briefly so that the policy maker may understand how it so and how it is active. Everyday throughout the day frequency are sent to many devices whether mobile or other forms of communication. Those signals are directed to addresses (mac address ip address) of those devices, and what makes is work is that they are operating on the same frequency. So those signals pass through us wlth little to no great effect because our frequency doesn't match the frequencies of the mobile phones and we don't share the same address (mac address/ip address). However with a little alteration and frequencies can then be sent directly to the body of individuals from the same infrastructure and network as the used by cell phones, I mean cell phone towers, sattelites and wifi networks. 5g expanded the frequency band, made it wider, greater and more frequencies can pass through it. So when you here the complaints of citizens complaining of being made sick from frequecies, is more that likely a directed frequency toward that individual from these said infrastructure. Earlier I stated how the frequencies (signals) are sent to cell phones are not that great of effect because we dont share the same address and frequency, however we do (I mean people humans) have our own frequency. Our body has a frequency, our brain, our kidney, our lungs all have a frequency. And the same way a frequency is sent to a cell phone, and hits the cell phone...the same way frequencies are sent directly to the body, the brains the lungs and any body part of a person. This is what has been determined and called Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs), widely known as Havana Syndrome when its actually a directed attack of the person body from a radio frequency network {cell towers, satellite, wifi, drone equipped with the technology and individual ground based attacks equipped with the technology). As you may now radio frequency travel at the speed of light, so imagine the force a person is feeling when hit with it, or in some cases the contant beam sent from one or several of the aforementioned stations. And this is possible because as I said before our body parts have a frequency and the exact hit from this is possible by way of biometric to help identify a person {facail recognition, brain wave recognition which is a unique identifier or address of every individual). Gaining a brain wave frequency is not hard as we all hold or have held a cell phone to our heads, which can then transfer that indentifying info to a database. If this seems far fetch then you are behind the times and in desperate need of catching of not only of the capabilities but the technology the is current and active. And once some is indentified to be attacked by these network, they can never get away. This is how the people complaining of AHI and those complaining of being attacked of direct energy weapons came to be. Its sounds downright diabolical, but this is the reality. Our own infrastructure is being used in this way in combination with AI so that a person who is submitted to be attacked has the whole radiofrequency network working to tracking and shot them with directed energy which is very painful. My experience with emf/RF is involuntary and brought on by government agencies and/or their assets. Havana syndrome/ anomalous health incidents are all symptoms I endure.

30+ years as a Targeted Individual. Subjected to wireless experimentation involving the effects of radio-frequency radiation on the body and mind. This phenomena in many ways identical to Havana Syndrome. Artificial dreams, thoughts, and emotions. Pain shifting across various parts of the body, aimed at rendering me passive and isolating me from the outside world. Physical discomfort including dizziness, nausea, tremors, brain fog, tinnitus, itching, tingling sensations, and electric sensations in the hair, face, and genitals—all induced via various frequencies. My medical condition is steadily worsening, and the injuries I have sustained include heart attack and various forms of cancer, constant skin problems and mental fog among lots of other ailments. I have been subjected to this type of experimentation since the early 1990s, and the torture has steadily intensified as the technology has advanced. It is time to legally regulate this form of experimentation, which uses ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves as a means to exert complete control over the body and mind. The transhumanist project must be halted and abandoned immediately, and cognitive liberty must be upheld.

Corrigendum 2 was appended to the standard as of June 29, 2022. This corrigendum addressed technical corrections, specifically fixing Figure 1 and Figure 2 in the original 2019 document which were found to be incorrect. Corrigendum 1 (C95.1-2019/Cor 1-2019) was incorporated directly into the 2019 publication and did not appear as a separate standalone standard. The core exposure limits and scientific basis established in the 2019 edition remain the active standard, with these corrigenda serving as necessary technical amendments to the documentation. 2019 IEEE Standards Association's guidelines remain the standard of safety reference still currently being used in the United States. Other countries however have their stricter safety standards applying to EMF exposure levels. France for example has more stringent safety standards and it is rumored that one of the latest iPhone models is banned from retail sale due to being too powerful and operates higher than European safety standards. Please have your professional staff reference the 2019 IEEE guidelines attached, I'm sure the staff has seen/heard of this standard before. Also ask staff to explore the safety standards in other European nations. With the rollout of 5G cellular networks in European states/countries, also came the beginnings of physical and mental health effects believe to be originated from 5G towers. Complaints are very similar to the now widely recognized "Havana Syndrome" or Anomalous Health Incidents.

THE TRUTH OF MY STORY IS DIFFICULT TO TELL. MY TARGETING Started i thought I was having loud intrusive thought so I went to a psychiatrist. Then the message started going against what I really think about things and very violent. It became very clear 2 way communication as fast as light like being on a cell phone. The physical attacks started as I began seeing a neurologist in April 2024 for vision changes and vertigo. I was afraid I had a stroke. We began seeing ENTs I thought something was embedded in my left ear. After a procedure we found nothing in the ear. Ive had to stay with a psychiatrist and have been placed on 5 medication to deal with terrors and severe bipolar swings and anxiety disorder. I began loosing support because we could not find help from the doctors and the verbal communication has been life threatening if I try to tell a yone, get help from fa.ily. doctors or the police. I was reporting everything. My cell phone is remote accessed into reported that. I received messages I. My own messenger toolbar. Threatening me. Ive asked for my phone to be taken by authorities but no one has done this yet . They physical attacks started October 2024 and have not stopped. Ive been sick every since and terrified. Someone has my body locked into what seems to be a 4 by 6 foot position delivering clear microwaves with verbal communication and physical attacks. Please im going to loose my life if you do not stop my attacker. He uses so many different forms of attack. He will target my main organs and talk all day about how he is hurting me, never leaving me alive, he doesnt know how to stop. Im got a thyroid nodule, a hiatal hernia and hernia on my intestine. My Arlington memorial Arlington TX ER doctor tor tried to find a specialist in Texas to get diagnosed with havanna sydrome attacks but she was only able to find a doctor in Washington D.C. The physical assaults are very violent and the terror of being forced into a verbal communication with my attacker day after day is something I cannot begin to express the agony and terror. You cannot move from the attack. My attacker says it every day "we wont leave until they take it out of my hands." I want chance to recover and live a life. Please help me. I reported to the FBI a man Walter Anthony Chernay 45 of plano tx who said he met the man with this computer. The man said he likes watching people. He said the computer works off of a mesh network and uses polarization of light and magnitization to deliver the attacks. Please help me.
