Telecommunication systems may be weaponised and hacked to attack targets. Constant monitoring of these systems and all other technologies to ensure that if in the case they are weaponised there are protocols to protect the target, mitigate risks and stop the attack. There are expert testimonies that testify that telecommunications systems are covert military-grade weapons in civilian jurisdiction domain. Allegedly, conflict of interest exists if the technologies around us are weaponised and the industry profiting from the weaponisation profits them. For example, if the weaponisation of technology can attack a target victim with radiation warfare and cognitive warfare to artificially induce what looks like a psychotic mental crisis in an otherwise healthy person and the victim is taken to a mental health clinic and given a misdiagnosis of psychosis put on lifelong black-box warning antipsychotic drugs whose “side effects” are death, suicide, homicidal thoughts, infertility and more than 30 other extra seriously harmful side effects no one really wants to suffer from. So the ones that profit from the initial attack is the attacker for whatever motive they attack the victim, the psychiatrists, and for the rest of the victim’s life the pharmaceutical industry that now has one more recurring customer providing income for the remaining of the victim’s life, if the victim manages to survive the dangerous side effects of the drugs prescribed. The Epstein files attest that these attacks have been used to silence whistleblowers. One prime example is Karen Mulder. The same sabotage that was done to Karen Mulder was done to me in Colombia. I have been attacked by these weapons also in France, Colombia, Spain, Italy and to less degree in Switzerland. If it can attack one victim it can also attack the population at large artificially creating what Dr. Robert Malone refers to as Mass Formation Psychosis, a term he informed about during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Hello, I believe I do have sensitivity related to being in settings where there is strong WiFi. I become disoriented when I'm in these settings ie: grocery stores like Target, Jewel-Osco Foods, Whole Foods, Walmart, Theaters both for movies & especially for the Performing Arts, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, any music or Plays. I am a volunteer usher for the Performing Arts venues & I have had to cut back significantly because I can't tolerate it & need time to recover after any event. I experience a feeling of disorientation in my head & sometimes an uncomfortable sensation in my chest. It goes away after I remove myself from whichever setting I'm in.
During my annual Mammogram I react the same way. I believe Mammograms are Ionizing Radiation. also during CT scans, Panoramic Dental x-rays.
I suspect it has affected my memory & may be something like CTE that football players get from repeated brain injuries.

For approximately the last six years, have experienced similar symptoms as survivors of Havana Syndrome have reported. This has been 24/7. Primarily a horrible tinnitus-like ringing in my ears. I only describe as tinnitus-like because there is nothing else someone not suffering from this might relate it to, but it is far worse, and yet every medical professional I have complained to has as best, written it off as tinnitus. At worst, I have been subjected to Mental Health Evals, and been accused of using drugs, having schizophrenia, or just an active imagination.
The tinnitus-like ringing is only one, constant symptom though. Others are present as well and range from the debilitating effects described again by Havana Sundrome survivors, as well as similar at times to that Venezuelan guard described of what was later named the Discombobulator by President Trump: Completely disabling, on the ground, unable to move, think, or anything else. Nose bleeding, horrible pressure in my head, heart rate bouncing up and down, and digestive trouble.
I have measured the energy density of whatever I am being hit with using an RF meter, and during episodes it far exceeds ambient rf/microwave levels at ~ 400-475 mhz, 800-930 mhz, 1.9 ghz, and 3-4 ghz.

I lost my Mother back in 2015. During her final days she made repeated mention of “the voices” calling them “the demons”. There is no doubt in my mind that she was being tortured by this program. I then started receiving 24/7 V2K - voice to skull starting in October 2017 and it hasn’t stopped since.
