The dangers of EMFs are real. My father, as an example, began having strange complaints such as dizzyness, irritated skin and headaches. Upon inspection of his home with an EMF detector, we learned that a digital electric meter had been installed on his home without his consent, He had it removed and the symptoms disappeared. He has to pay an additional fee each month as a result. An additional concern that I want to express is that of directed energy weapons. With so many satellites above us, how are the people being protected from threats? Where are detection devices and alarms? There are so many WiFi towers (strangely set up while we were quarantined due to the Covid pandemic) that we are saturated with EMFs from satellites and towers. Many of the satellites are operated by people, under contract with the government, who have displayed unconstitutional and antisocial behaviors. There are numerous reports circulating on social media about people who have been treated for symptoms similar to Havana Syndrome. Direct energy weapons are said to be able to remotely directed at a target, animal or human, in order to stop a beating heart. Musk cryptically mentioned being asked by the “government” if he had the ability to hit a baby seal. Clearly, he was not suggesting that he could do so via one of his automobiles. Why is no one considering the military weapons these people have that can kill without detection? Marcus Lamb might be someone to look into as a potential victim. I have some personal experience regarding being affected by direct energy. To make a report in person, however, with no way to prove it would be detrimental to myself as I would be labeled mentally ill. The public is unable to defend ourselves. We need help from those who are supposed to be protecting us. Furthermore, linking every government database to AI has further put the public in danger. The AI billionaire leaders are now able to access government information easily. That decision was plainly stupid and a serious dereliction of the duty to serve and protect the people. Safety and security are being sacrificed for technology.

The world we live in, from electrical frequencies within the body to the Schumann Resonance of the planet itself, works on frequencies. While many frequencies could be labeled as beneficial, there are MANY that are not. The types of radiation that eminate from dirty electricity, WiFi, Bluetooth, "smart" meters, LED lights, Cell phones/towers, some musical frequencies, and many many from military devices are extremely harmful to human health. Please do the righ tthing for once and force any company to comply with third-party studies into the harmful effects of the frequencies they are putting out and make data reporting MANDATORY!

I live in Spearfish, SD. My daughter was hospitalized with a rare blood condition we believe was from an RF meter installed above her room. We've also been having other symptoms of RF exposure, and we use wireless very sparingly while constantly monitoring RF in our home. We are cataloging RF readings in our home since this RF technology, which has not undergone a suitable safety test, since Motorola was caught red handed polluting the efficacy of the research (Dr. George Carlo), since the Navy in the 70's first identified the dangers, and since we want to have some correlating data when we start having strange health conditions associated with this haphazard rollout. It's dangerous tech. Nobody truly don't understands it, yet. My RF sensor is a "SAFETY METER". What the hell are we doing allowing it in our homes, schools, and into our lives from outside?

I am commenting on the request for public comment on EMF, RF and Wireless radiation exposure. I would like to see transparency of industry detailing the frequencies being emitted from their equipment. I became hypersensitive to electromagnetic exposure after smart meters were installed by the electric company. At first I was dizzy queazy. I started vibrating indoors and out in 2012. There was a cell tower nearby and also a digital over the air fee tv signal coming into my house. No cable or wifi in this house. After some research I thought the low frequency 3-4 hz vibration could be from the smart meter modem motor. The electric company denied any connection between their equipment and my symptoms. I also have tinnitus which I have always known was RF. I was hit and felt attacked by a low frequency pulse for three hours at a time that was definitely a beating and I cried the entire time. When I laid down at night I felt like I was on top of a running truck engine and broke out in shingles. I had crawling sensations all over my body. I visited a grocery store and felt like my internal organs were being knocked around. It was extremely frightening. I experienced static in my head that felt like bacon sizzling in a pan. My body’s electrical system has been altered. I feel wifi and when 5G came online I got hit with frequency bullets that caused my brain to vibrate. So the known science about RF affecting our physical chemistry and our body’s electrical sytem is being ignored. Why do we have no rights to question and protest our inescapable exposure to RF and why isn’t there a database where we can register our personal testimonies. I feel tortured and the doctors can only prescribe drugs to help keep me calm. And what about the SINE Wave? Is it being distorted and emitting harmonics that are affecting us? Who is measuring these affects with instruments that would inform us? I have fatigue, brain fog and random pains all over my body. I hear a high pitched whine. The vibrating I experience is more pronounced since my cable company installed all new equipment in my apartment. I can see my neighbors WIFI ID on my phone so I’m exposed to that too. I forgot to mention I had heart palpitations in the beginning and went to the ER fearing a heart attack. When trying to rest at night I am helped by prescription drugs for a few hours. Why can’t we sign up to a registry with such accounts. And shame on the Government telling doctors they may not diagnose Havana Syndrome for civilians!

I currently life in a residence in line of sitecto 4g, 5g and medical emergency antwnna arrays atop the Kerchikan medical center. It was lowered there a few years ago by military type helicopter. another high telecommunications tower looms across the hoadley creek and on a prominence. My duplex also comes with 2 smart meters and besides wired ethernet thecother rwntal chooses mesh wifi around the clock. we also use copper landline, as it is sluced into the kpu fiber optic unit on the outside. I have informed kpu by mail of my health concern for there forcing a 5g tower upon the neighborhood. please perform a full review of detrimental non native electrical environment that compromises mitochondrial health on a quantum rather than chemical level. research is coming out that implicates cell towers wifis and smart meters with impaired circadian compliance. thank you

While federal safety standards often assume a uniform, generalized environment, the deployment of wireless smart meters directly onto residential walls introduces acute, pulsed, and continuous RF-EMF radiation into domestic living spaces. This comment addresses four critical components of harm resulting from mandatory utility smart meters: Health, Surveillance, Cost Overcharges with Opt-Out Fees, and Cyber Security. 1. Severe and Adverse Health Outcomes (Pulsed RF-EMF Radiation) Unlike cellular phones which can be powered off or placed at a distance, utility smart meters are permanently mounted to residential structures and emit high-intensity, short-duration pulses of RF radiation 24 hours a day. Fabricated Cost Overcharges and Punitive Opt-Out Fees Following the deployment of digital smart meters, countless homeowners experience sudden, unexplained spikes in utility billing despite no change in actual consumption habits. Furthermore, consumers who attempt to protect their health and privacy by refusing these wireless devices are subjected to punitive 'opt-out' penalties. Homeowners are forced to choose between paying ongoing monthly fines or accepting an unwanted, radiation-emitting device attached to their personal property. 4. Vulnerable Cyber Security and Grid Infrastructure Wireless smart meters connect homes via decentralized mesh networks, creating millions of exposed endpoints across the national energy grid. This architectural vulnerability presents a severe cyber security risk. Sophisticated actors or malware can exploit these wireless connections to remotely disconnect power to individual homes, manipulate billing systems, or compromise the safety and stability of the entire regional electrical grid. Conclusion and Requested Actions The mandatory or coercive installation of pulsed RF-EMF smart meters places an unfair and hazardous burden on residential homeowners. The Department of Health and Human Services must intervene to protect public health by validating these documented symptoms, protecting privacy rights, and recommending a federally protected right to a wired, analog, or non-wireless utility infrastructure without financial penalty. Finally! Europe has been studying this exposure for years. The new Apple product had a higher radiation rate and only after the threat of not allowing their products to be used there, they ended up throttling the waves. Curious right? Now we have appliances sending out signals every minutes 24 hours a day, even if you ‘opt out’ which even after you do, once connected, it’s still sending a signal out looking for a connection. Why would I want a stove to have an app or need to remotely access it? The lights in our neighborhood send wireless signals, the endless home routers, TV’s, the power company meter (you can pay to opt out), cellular, 5G…. All pinging waves 24/7 without our consent or any CURRENT metrics or studies to see what effects it all has on our body cellular health. Even if we go DUMB in our home, as I’ve noted some of the waves around my house, we essentially have no way to opt out. It very well could be contributing to our countries unwellness and cellular foods and die off. It bothers me that Europe is ahead of this. Europe! Certainty we have more resources and moxie than Europe!

I have had tinnitus ever since the rollout of 5G in Albuquerque, NM. In late 2021 temporally a multi story apartment complex some 400 feet from my home began multiple.arrays and it has continued. City Environmental Health did no pre and post EMF tests. I would like to see, before the next wave of 6 G rollouts that there is pre tower and post emf testing 360 degrees for at least 1000 feet. IMO this electromagnetic spectrum is a physical trespass already with 5G already causing a life damage stressing me out. On another related topic the tinnitus I experience seems way less when I am out of tower range in national forests, remote BLM lands, wilderness areas and national parks. Please keep them out so we have some sort of baseline. We have options to this tech rollout with wire fiberoptics to end user. When that is done no 5G nor 6G should be allowed on local poles as mini cells. Especially not liking that smart meter rollouts that is being done by force with keeping an analog meter system being penalized. In my case about $18 for the "service retention fee" and almost $10 a month for reading the existing meter. There has to be some way too of examining the electric smart meter exposure. My bed is less than 15 feet from the proposed replacement smart meter. Will it exacerbate my tinnitus? I don't know of any long or short term data available but researchers have noted impacts. I became very ill about 6 months ago. I developed severe insomnia and neuropathy among other symptoms. I I had a smart meter directly outside my kitchen, and I knew from much research that they deliver pulsed radiation, which is even more damaging than ambient radiation. Since we cannot even opt out here in PA, I paid nearly $4,000 to have the meter moved away from the living space. We also have a 5G tower nearby. A building biologist tested and reported that the radiation levels inside my home were at unsafe levels. I spent additional money to put shielding fabric on some windows and a shielded bed canopy over my bed. These measures have brought the levels down. Only after doing these things did my ability to sleep improve at all. We are all being affected negatively. Some of us are showing the damage that should be a warning for all.
