Surveillance & privacy concerns

I have uncovered what appears to be a clandestine network of professionals in the north Mississippi area that are using wireless devices as weapons to facilitate property extortion. I DISCOVERED later that the device was implanted by a surgeon that wasn’t even supposed to be there. He wasn’t the referring physician, nor was he the performing physician; he was nowhere on the docket that I was aware of until I wrote the medical licensing board for an investigation and received their reply. I also sent a letter to rescind any contract that was signed between us in case they had swindled me. I sent it to the clinic by certified mail (signature req.) and to the doctor's office separately at the clinic, but they're still using the devices for torture / extortion purposes daily. They have a network, including intelligence. They rotate people onto my street nearby daily to control the transmitter. They did the same thing to my grandmother, and I think they were doing it to my mother as well when she died. Both were property owners, as am I. I have names of doctors, clinics, and participants, and will gladly include that information at a later time. I will upload medical documentation with this submission with further information, including Xray and MRI imaging of the devices in question, as well as evidence of other claims. It would take more than 5000 characters to fully explain the operation; however, I will paraphrase by saying that: I uncovered an implanted device, several electrodes implanted into my legs, and what appear to be battery packs implanted into my abdomen. I found out later from a doctor in the same clinic that I didn’t have the “referring” condition at all, and though it gets complicated, never needed the procedure. The condition had ALREADY been corrected years before. After I found the device (AI identified it as a neural pulse generator, it shocks you) there was an attempt to stop further imaging, which would confirm its existence. Then a doctor threatened me with psychiatry... everyone knows what I mean by that… They had an otherwise uninvolved, innocent man to put his career and livelihood and family in front of their mistake. They risked an innocent man’s doctor license to cover their crime. THEN they tried to frame me. And they didn’t stop there, believe me. Someone is out there calling up folks across the state to talk them into participating in and cover up their crime. These procedures almost certainly involved insurance fraud and are used to further facilitate other types of fraud: like property seizure through extortion, False confessions, psychological conditioning into false confessions, etc. If discovered they have people, then doctors to start threatening you. Dogs start routinely attacking and barking you down in your yard each time you come or go from your home or whenever someone else visits. You can report it, but someone is protecting them. It looks like they wait until their targets move into places and fix them up, then attempt to extort them from the property "by hook or by crook". It’s a money racket. They will lie about this if you question them; I’ve already caught them committing fraud EVERY time (not sometimes, not a couple of times, EVERY TIME). The word document at the end provides evidence of it. They will lie, destroy evidence, threaten others into lying, use addictions against people to coerce them into activating the device for them, etc. All the bad stuff, expect it whenever you question the men responsible for these things.

HHS has Requested Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. As an impacted patient and concerned member of the public, I have been harmed by smart meters from utility EMFs. I was not informed when the utility smart meters were first installed on the other side of my block, but I suddenly began to have severe glaucoma problems with my vision with diagnosis of very serious narrow angle glaucoma with potential for sudden irreversible blindness due to public utility company arbitrary business choices. Electric utility smart meters give off non-ionizing EMF radiation. In California, court records of multiple household members in the same house with glaucoma as well as extremely high 800-900 blood sugar readings requiring ER treatment/hospitalization occurred immediately following installation of electric utility smart meters. Narrow angle glaucoma, unlike the more common open angle glaucoma, can result in immediately permanent loss of eye vision without warning. Open angle can cause permanent loss of eye vision but it happens more slowly over a couple of years, not immediately. As a result, I had to have laser surgery on both eyes to make a hole to release the buildup of fluid that otherwise would cause my sudden and permanent blindness. A few years later I found out that my glaucoma occurred shortly after electric smart meters had been installed on the other side of my block facing the back of my house. Somehow, the local electric utility was able to adopt a more dangerous way to measure its product that harmed residential health but reduced staff, without consulting the affected public, nor informing anyone of the public health dangers, while emphatically denying such problems. Similarly, gas smart meters later were installed on my house recently, after being put on my neighbor's gas meters perhaps 6-7 years back. The gas is owned by MG&E which told me that they would be putting a smart meter on my gas or they would be turning off my heat as an elderly citizen for this coming winter and that would leave me finding my own source of fuel from another vendor. MG&E wouldn't be in business without its takings of public easements from both public and private land, but now it claims its business decision as to the meter it chooses is outside of public input per State PSC and that is not subject to any determination of the best interests of the entire public nor subject to provide any alternative for service objection. They took private property easements to violate those property owners health needs & safety and privacy needs when they digitally throw private data of each residential account into the airwaves where the data can be compromised. Wisconsin has a Public Service Commission controlled by 3 appointed commissioners. The public's best interests are ignored when any utility wants to expand in any way. 98% go against the project for more harm than benefits, but PSC rules for the utililty. This has happened with electric transmission lines, smart meters, and EMFs. Wireless radiation is 24/7 surveillance in large numbers of unnecessary frequency bursts where exposure becomes fairly constant on the other side of a wall where people sleep, eat, or live without regard for damage to their health that likely is increasing cancer, death, and fires. Did these sicknesses exist before man-made EMFs? Review Arthur Firstenberg's books about EMFs who had EMF hypersensitivity and had to move constantly every time EMFs were installed in his living area. He documented with every man-made new technology for communication--telegraph, radio, television, cell phones--that the first time each was turned-on or turned-up, it created a large human death anomoly from its stronger EMF dosage and/or different EMF exposure. It was recorded in the death records, but not reported by the news or the watchers of our society, but this sudden recorded wave of death occurred every time each new or increase in manmade EMF technology was turned on. Public accountability was fraudulently treated. HHS should take an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of all wireless radiation, starting with formally establishing the exact death toll spiked upward from the telegraph & all following upgraded tech for communications from its turn-on through cell phones which require the death toll caused by each of its upgrades into a different power level, which would be 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and higher. The distance measurements in which each EMF turn-on created a spike in similar numbers of increased deaths should be created where the distance involved is shaped by the death numbers outward until that disappears. Similar surges in actual number of deaths would determine the size and shape of these boundaries of impacted geography locations when the first turn-on of each new manmade EMF technology was activated in each area.

5G antennas and towers are extremely dangerous and deadly to human beings. They are equally dangerous and deadly to trees, birds, insects, animals and anything else that is alive. Symptoms for humans are body twitching, ear ringing, random migraines, cancer, strokes, stomach issues, flu symptoms, heart attacks…. just to name a few. The 5G technology that was rolled out to “improve mobile and Wi-Fi service” is a lie because they haven’t improved at all and they were ordered to be rolled out by the US military to create a surveillance state like China has. The US govt has never released the long term studies to the public about 5G or any EMF and it’s because the military controls the technology. Trump should be ashamed of himself for recently approving 6G. God sees all.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient and parent. I first became aware of the fact that EMFs, RF, and wireless radiation in our environment affect human health and well-being when I underwent a CT scan after sustaining a concussion. While I have had countless x-rays, sonagrams, and EKGs prior to this procedure, I noticed a strange feeling after I emerged out of the CT scanner--the vibrations in the scanner leaving residual echoes in my body that were unfamiliar to me. That was only the beginning of my initiation into the world of the electrically sensitive. Following this procedure, I quickly witnessed a barrage of symptoms that I still occasionally experience to this day-- twelve years later. I became aurally sensitive to Bluetooth and WiFi frequency to the point where I developed migraines, chest tightness, mental agitation, and myoclonus, or pulsatile tinnitus. While some might wonder if my electrical sensitivity is the result of concussion, there has not been enough unbiased review of how electromagnetic exposures can contribute to and lead to bodily sensitivities and disease to rule these out in the final assessment of how I got here. We cannot rule out at this time, or when my sensitivities surfaced, many likely other factors which may have contributed to the onset of my electrical sensitivity including the magnetism from the CT scan, additive synthesis of my overall EMF exposures at the time, and Mercury in the amalgam fillings I had in my mouth...in other words, the many singular, but potentially interactive, variables that can trigger a person's exposure tipping point at any moment in time. The personal toll my electrical sensitivity has taken on my life has been considerable. It cut short a promising career in technology, and in my work life in general, and affected every choice I make about my travel, social interactions, personal tech use, and daily and living arrangements. Sadly, I have also watched the effects increasing EMFs, RF, and wireless radiation have had on my child, my child's friends, the classroom, and our local school district. Minute-to-minute EMF, RF and wireless radiation exposure and technology addiction have had a harmful affect on the physical and mental health, academic achievement, and privacy of my child; all claims increasingly documented by scientific findings these last several years. I stand with Americans affected by wireless radiation, and believe HHS should continue to raise questions and fund research on the effects of EMFs, RF, and wireless radiation on human biology and psychology. We cannot afford as a society and species to continue expanding and unleashing untested EMF, RF and wireless radiation techologies in service to all but the American public. We deserve to live freely and safely, and need help from the HHS to do that in this instance. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. In 2006, I moved into an apartment complex in Aurora Colorado, just East of Denver. It was quiet and friendly. Then Smart Meters were installed. Residents began waking up in the middle of the night, fighting and screaming. That woke the dogs up, and it got much worse. The energies of those things are turbulent and hurtful. They are also horrific privacy violators, collecting data neither the companies nor government has any right to without a warrant.

We the people paid for fiber optic cable - but got the super harmful 5G towers instead. That was grand theft from the people!!! Wireless has been proven to be harmful to ourselves and our environment. I want to know who made the decision to do the 'bait and switch' because they need to be held accountable. Please do your research and respond to me just who chose to do all this harm! In addition, AT&T is threatening to remove our land line phones when many of us chose not to use cell phones. Not only are they harmful but they destroy our right to privacy since we are tracked everywhere we go and don't even know who or what is tracking us. We must abolish this harmful technology and restore our right to have the fiber optic cable we paid for.

Hello, my name is Arlet Rodriguez. I’m 26 years old, & I’ve been negatively affected by RF/EMF biomonitoring. In the year 2020, in the start of COVID lockdown, my cp devices were hacked into/infiltrated. I had a Blue Journal app, for ex., which began to ask sexual questions as prompt ideas. I was prevented from applying to a coding bootcamp stipend, & couldn’t complete my education. My underwear was stolen, & later on, my vid camera & Kindle. My car was broken into, & a piece next to the driver’s seat was missing, so I began to feel too scared to drive. I began to experience the effects of synthetic telepathy 24/7, commonly referred to Voice-To-Skull tech, but it wasn’t obvious at first; the transmissions were faint. Even so, a man with a black mask walked past me and tapped his ear as if signaling to listen. A few weeks later, I woke up one morning to very loud & abusive transmissions. I thought of it as assimilation, brainwashing, & also a possible earpiece that was put into my ear/s. A short time after, I noticed that there were white stains on my orange velvet couch, & realized that I was being human-trafficked. I tried to be protective of my personal belongings and body, but even when I would lock myself in my home completely, I would wake up to objects moved to another place in the room. I didn’t know this back then, since the digital billboards on freeways would only provide a picture of “Casper the Friendly Ghost,” but now I understand that they use some sort of tech to push and move objects, or possibly invisibility cloaking. It was also difficult to think, because the continuous and painful transmissions would limit my ability to do so, thus I would suffer sleep deprivation, trauma, isolation, and fear in my own room, not being able to process on how to solve this problem. Soon, I decided to walk in the city to try & find a women’s shelter, where I would have others surrounding me. But, I would be put instantly to sleep, or cognitively interrupted. One night after I was taken to a motel room, a cop car sat outside, & I fell asleep after. One morning after I accidentally fell asleep at the Beverly Hills Park, a policeman asked me a few questions & took me to the mental hospital. He wrote down things that I didn’t say, & I was diagnosed as a “schizophrenic.” In the hospital, the auditory noise transmit that they were the “CIA,” so I looked into voice tech in early 2021 after I was released, & found out about V2K and Remote Neural Monitoring. I was hit with directed energy weapons, which would feel like stings in my cerebellum, shocks in my brain/body, & burning sensations & signs on my face. I discovered that there were many other victims (and in-person, too, within healthcare) who had very similar experiences. I figured that this was some sort of MkUltra human experimentation, due to the many attempts of mind-control, sleep-deprivation, shocks, psychological warfare, & institutional correlation, in 2021. I took pictures of the stains on my couch, the lvls of RF through my TriField Meter, hacking, security cam clips, etc. but this content was robbed after I was released from another rehab center in 2023. I left the state of California & for a few months the country to find some relief, but the decreased intensity is only relatively short. I still get headaches, nausea, shocks, etc. remotely through this tech, & my items were robbed still. But this explained many occurrences during my upbringing, like my headaches & burning eyes at age 11, or hearing loud, mean comments now & then at 18, even when no one else was around. My algorithm gets manipulated, & this sort of targeting explained what was being suggested on my Pinterest / Insta at the age of 17 and 18. (They would comment or reply to my day / my thoughts through suggestions, & some of them were pertained towards children.) I felt mentally and physically exhausted at 18, so I took a yoga teaching course in 2019. Nevertheless, I couldn’t remember yoga sequences or think quite clearly. I would feel a sudden wave in my living room, which I blamed my ceiling fan on making me feel tired, & fall asleep immediately. My friends were aware that I was fearful & felt as if I was being watched or stalked at 18, because I would ask them to sleep over, though I couldn’t remember that I would tell them this until I was reminded by one of them this yr. Effects include remote control, electronic sexual assaults, and memory hindrance. I was hired by the department of veteran affairs in 2006 as a Police Officer with 14 years experience to the Alexandria Pineville hospital in which I had to undergo unnecessary medical evaluations for what they said was the liver, which was conducted in Houston, Texas, where I was currently residing, but what they were doing, were mapping my DNA to enable the initiation of some type of project experiment and Psyop. We are from the UK and have had Electromagnetic Radiation Poisoning from a Telensa Street Light Base Station. We are now trying to reduce these items in our home, but outside it is a different matter, we are subjected to Phased Arrays and Yellow Poles on main roads with Facial Recognition.
