I'm being stalked and tortured by my community in Tracy,ca. Everyone has synthetic telepathy and can read my brain and see through my eyes. They are constantly echoing into my mind, so I have to keep headphones on. It's been 6 years now. My joints and intestines hurt more than ever. I feel my freedom's raped.

Hello, It is far past time for you to be looking into this issue. The FCC has shamefully been avoiding this issue for 30 years. EMF radiation has exploded over that time period with no further research or regulations coming from any federal agency. At the same time 90% of non-industry funded research shows some level of harm from almost all levels and frequencies of EMF, and many below what people are currently exposed to. I thank Mr. Kennedy for getting involved in this but it is way past due. I am especially concerned about smart meters for residential electric metering, as they are getting ready to implement them in my area. I don't believe these should be forced on people and they really don't perform as advertised. They do however emit extreme levels of EMFs constantly while sending everyone's personal info all over the place where it can easily be intercepted. But the health effects are my primary concern. Anyway, we are all inundated daily with 1,000 times more EMF than we were just 20 years ago. It is way past due for the federal government to seriously and unbiasedly (uninfluenced by the industry) look into the health effects of EMF. I believe the main reason it hasn't been done is because it's already known what they will find, and it's not good. It's shameful that they continue to allow continued implementation of greater and greater amounts of this radiation without any concern for human health. I know this is officially the FCC's jurisdiction, but that agency has been captured by the communications industry almost since it's inception. HHS's reputation is not much better as you seem unable to remove your self from Big Pharma's influence. Maybe you can do some honest and meaningful work in this area as Pharma is not directly involved. I'm sure if you classify it as a disease they will come up with a vaccine or medicine to try to alleviate the symptoms but not cure it. Please put some real effort into this, the world's health is at risk. Thank You

The more we learn about frequencies and how they affect our health, it becomes apparent that the frequencies of 5G and other WiFi frequencies and the waves emitted from LED lights and cell phone magnetism are disruptive to the human physiology. It has been proven through a study at U of Washington that magnetic fields disrupt the dna in the brains of mice and yet, we have been allowed to be burdened by the electronic devices which have become Omni present and almost unavoidable in order to maintain communication with our loved ones. The old copper phone lines were far better for the protection of the family and society as a whole. The suitor wanted to reach our children- they called, the phone rang in the kitchen, everyone knew who had called and the family was able to protect the child. Today all of the communications are on mobile devices and our children are able to be privately courted on the internet by strangers who seek to use them and exploit them. This must change.

Hello my name is Stone Erwin I would like to share with you and your office that there are branches throughout the government Federal possibly state that are using telekinetic technology on their economic political interest here in West Virginia and across the United States. It has affected me at many different levels . Across the nation many residents are concerned about the small cell wireless antennas being deployed in our community. These powerful antennas, part of the next generation of wireless technology (5G), are being placed in close proximity to our homes, schools and other places where we engage in the activities of our daily lives, even though there is no science that assures their safety. This is an undeniable risk. The rapid rollout of the next generation in wireless communications known as “5G." In neighborhoods like ours across America, so-called “small cell” antennas need to be installed close to homes and apartments to facilitate this new technology. The deployment raises serious issues that should concern everyone in our community: safety, security, privacy, property values and health. The FCC’s human exposure guidelines for the radio frequency (RF) microwave radiation used for this technology are decades out of date and the agency has dismissed the results of decade-long research on RF microwave radiation and human health completed last year by the National Toxicology Program that showed “clear evidence of carcinogenicity.” Because the health and safety of our families is at stake, we demand a moratorium on further deployment of 5G until it can be proven safe. NOTE: This is a security and privacy issue. Wireless networks are relatively easy to hack compared to fiber-optic wired networks. Data from your phone and other wireless personal or home devices can be easily captured and marketed. In addition, small cell installations have the capacity to house cameras for facial recognition, as they do in China. What guarantees do we have that the technology will not be abused? This is a safety issue. Local zoning codes are meant to protect our safety, but the wireless industry is fighting those codes. Most existing utility poles (the preferred location for small cell antennas because it’s cheap) were not designed to withstand the hundreds of pounds of additional equipment, and severe weather events could bring down the poles, causing damage to our homes and property. Our local officials should have the right to decide where those new antennas and their equipment are placed. But perhaps most troubling is the news about our health. A recent (2018) peer-reviewed study by the National Toxicology Program of the National Institutes of Health – the most prestigious health research organization in the world – proved that exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation, the kind emitted from all wireless devices and their infrastructure, causes cancer and DNA damage. I am a 70 year old woman. I moved to what is a corrupt and frighteningly controlling town. Someone (most likely from a nearby mega-church) installed masers in the crawl space under my house in 2019. The system is used to track my movements in the house, punish me when I say something to my husband they do not approve of, etc. The system is damaging my central nervous system (I am developing the shakes in my hands/forearms), severely damaged my right breast, is erasing memory, has carved up my legs, and possibly other physical damage. The people involved in this in part attend the mega-church; I refused to attend that church. The FBI was called in due to two adult sons of the woman across the street who attends the mega-church trespassed onto my property and used electronics to determine what outbuilding I was in. My constitutional rights are being severely violated: freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to assemble, the right to no searches without a warrant (my house and property are broken into on a regular basis and I have experienced I believe between $20,000 and $30,000 in theft and vandalism). The KBI has also been involved - the masers once was vibrating one of my teeth to the point that I thought it would explode; I went to a hotel and checked in. I told the woman at the desk that I did not want my location given out under any circumstances, and she then got in a huff and moved my room to one that was immediately above a room that the KBI was in. I was exposed to microwaves from portable mazers all night in my room. The room was paid for on my husband's card. I read an article in the Kansas Reflector that young girls are now being surveilled. If they are being treated like this it will damage their sense of boldness and courage, reducing them to obedient nothings. Plus their cells are multiplying much faster than an adult's. I have read that the symptoms I am experiencing are typical of masers, plus masers are cancer-causing. The masers are operated remotely and also have some programmed patterns as well (I am a retired IT professional). This is equipment that was developed for use in places like Afgahnastan (I am sure that spelling is incorrect, my apologies). The story is much longer, but I need to go rest. I believe that this equipment was put on sale to the American state governments and individuals because our Congress has been ridiculously irresponsible in creating the National Debt, and they are frantically scraping the bottom of the barrel for any possible source of revenue. SHAME ON YOU! FIX THIS!

I'm writing to share how wireless radiation has affected my health and to raise a concern I don't think current policy accounts for: the layering of exposure inside and around our homes and office buildings. For years I lived with migraines, tinnitus, poor sleep, slow recovery, and a nervous system that struggles to settle. These aren't abstract complaints; they shape my life. When I began measuring the radio frequency levels in my home and reducing them, by hardwiring our network, scheduling the router off at night, and tracking down hidden sources, my body responded. The quality of my sleep has improved, although I still have day to day exposure and migraines have gotten worse, and the ringing in my ears hasn't stopped. What's most concerning is how pervasive the exposure is getting. A decade ago, a home might have had one wireless router. Today, radios are built into refrigerators, washers, thermostats, smoke detectors, televisions, sound systems, garage door openers, lighting controls, doorbells, and security systems, alongside routers, modems, and mesh repeaters. Many are boxed into walls and cabinets where homeowners can't see them, and many can't be turned off without disabling the appliance itself. People and pets absorb these signals around the clock, including while we sleep, when the body is meant to repair. Even after we deployed mitigation strategies, the highest reading in our house was in the hallway outside our bedroom, and it traced back to an alarm communicator mounted inside a closet wall. We didn't choose that exposure; we didn't even know it was there.The layers don't stop at our walls. Outside, 5G small cells now sit on streetlights and utility poles steps from bedroom windows, in addition to existing cell towers. Smart meters on each home relay signals to one another in a mesh network, so an entire neighborhood transmits as one connected system. License plate cameras at intersections and community entrances send their data over cellular connections, and satellite networks now beam service down from above. I can turn off my own router at night; I can't turn off my neighbor's smart meter, the small cell on the corner, or the camera at the end of my street. The public never consented to any of this and an informed public would surely not consent. Many of these systems also track where we go; geofencing lets companies and agencies draw a virtual boundary and collect data from every phone that crosses it. We weren't asked about the exposure or the tracking. Federal exposure limits were set in 1996 and evaluate single devices, not the cumulative load of dozens operating at once. In 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit found the FCC had failed to explain why those limits still protect people from harms unrelated to cancer, including effects on children and long-term exposure. The U.S. National Toxicology Program and Italy's Ramazzini Institute both found tumors in rats exposed to cell phone and cell tower radiation, and a Danish birth cohort study linked prenatal and childhood phone exposure to behavioral difficulties. Over the same decades that wireless exposure has multiplied, we've seen rising rates of autism, autoimmune disease, and chronic illness, and some researchers have raised questions about RF exposure and mold growth indoors. I'm not suggesting wireless radiation is the single cause of any of these; I'm asking that it be studied seriously rather than ruled out. Wireless radiation also doesn't reach us alone. Every day we're exposed to more synthetic building materials that off-gas, plastics in our clothing, children's toys, and household products, and chemicals permitted in our food and skincare. Each of these is approved on its own, and RF limits are set one device at a time, while our bodies take in all of it together. Little research has looked at how RF exposure interacts with this growing chemical load; until it does, I don't see how anyone can call the combination safe. I respectfully ask that you: 1. Update exposure limits to account for cumulative, long-term exposure from multiple sources, inside and outside the home, as the 2021 court ruling requires. 2. Require public notice and local input before new towers, small cells, smart meter networks, or surveillance cameras go up in residential neighborhoods, with a no-cost opt-out for smart meters. 3. Require that appliances and home systems with wireless radios offer a wired option or a simple way to disable the radio without losing core function. 4. Require clear labeling of wireless modules on appliances and building systems so families can make informed choices. 5. Fund independent research on chronic exposure and how it interacts with everyday chemical exposures, with attention to children, sleep, and the nervous system.
