I came down with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) in October 2008, at the age of 61. It was sudden: I was moving into HUD elder housing in Cambridge, MA, between Harvard and MIT, into an apartment on the ninth floor. At the time, I knew nothing about EHS. But I have since learned that high floors, including the ninth, are generally more exposed to cell tower and urban repeater antenna wireless radiation than are lower floors. I have also learned that the tipping point, from not having EHS to having EHS, is often sudden, as it was in my case. I was sitting at the large window of my new apartment, looking at the view, and after about 20 minute I noticed that I felt like I had been on my cell phone for over an hour. So I moved away from the window. I didn't think much of it, until I tried to use my cell phone, and it felt like one side of my head went higher and the other half went lower, like my head had become a split-level. And it felt like my brain was in the grip of an iron fist, and I could barely think or see straight. I waited for some hours and tried my cell phone again, with the same result. Then I waited a few days and tried again: same result. I soon became sensitive to computers as well. Now, 18 years later, I can use a fully wired (no wi-fi) computer, for two to three hours per week, but still cannot use a cell phone. I am also sensitive to smart meters. I have lived in rural Arizona since 2012. This has helped, but cell towers, smart meters, etc. have been closing in at an accelerating pace, even here, and at ever-higher frequencies (5G plus) And so new symptoms have been appearing, such as "surges" that mimic going in and out of overstimulated parasympathetic nervous system. I have discussed this with an MD, who confirms that this is what it sounds like. I feel affected by cell tower radiation a good deal of the time, with symptoms ranging from skin and eye irritation, burning, and even redness of skin and eyes, to "brain fog", dizziness, and a feeling like a spike is going up my spine. I became ill with EHS at a later age than most. I know people whose productive lives were brought to a halt by this illness when they were in their 30s and 40s, mid-career. Other EHS-afflicted acquaintances have committed suicide. I have letters from my doctor in Cambridge, Christina C. Wee, MD, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, in my support reporting my self-reported symptoms, and from doctors in Arizona. One of these MDs, Kristi Mattson, has confirmed my EHS disability at a functional level. But there is no way for a doctor to officially diagnose this illness or even test for it at an official level, because there has been virtually no funding of any serious research that takes into account that different people are sensitive to different wavelengths, and examination rooms must be fully shielded and devoid of wavelengths that can confuse the issue. (For example, I am much more sensitive to kilohertz than to FM radio megahertz.) Thus, establishments of all kinds have preferred to call this illness "idiopathic", a dog-whistle word for "all in the head". They used to say this about other illnesses, such as epilepsy, lupus, etc. I hope this comment period signals a change in attitude, and serious consideration of this emerging illness. We turn our WiFi off at night because it impacts my husbands sleep. If we sit in the couch that is near the WiFi router when it is on we both get head aches and just feel off . We choose to keep it off unless we really need to use it because it impacts how we feel immediately if we are too close to.

Dear Secretary Kennedy, Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue. After receiving a letter from Google that all my internet activity for the past 5 years had been sent to the government, I noticed other happenings such as break-ins, trackers on my car, surveillance, a "hot" cell phone, clicking on the telephone line and the same people following me out of state. I was poisoned, my dog was aggressively poisoned and killed. I was then doxed as well as my elderly father and family; with a smear campaign online. It was horrific. After death threats I was grazed on the forehead by a bullet from a rifle. ( I saw him, know of him and the police ignored my witness too). I believe this was all due to becoming an accidental witness to corporate and governmental fraud. Soon, I began to notice a vibration going through my entire body which made me ill with vomiting and spontaneous nose bleeds. Often I was dizzy. Once I flew out of bed after being hit with what I believe was an LRAD, due to my response to it. Now, the assaults are different than that and frequent. All that started in 2016. I am omitting a great deal of details; but I believe this is sufficient. Today I still suffer these assaults. Relocating does not stop it. I am unsteady walking now and have blurred vision. Often I experience a "head swell" like pressure accompanied by a sharp, painful ring to my ear. My sleep is disrupted and very poor; I am forgetting descriptive words and names. Unless you are able to stop this activity; I assume I will continue to deal with this the rest of my life and eventually go blind or die early of cancer. Thank you again for helping Americans.

As a private citizen with a Master of Science dual major in Analytical Chemistry and Biochemistry and a BS with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. I am continually seeking ways to minimize my family’s exposure to environmental RF/EMFs. Following is a brief history of RF/EMF in my life, Followed by a simple request that can aid the informed in their efforts to mitigate the dangers. After 76 years of exposure to RF/EMF ranging from the workplace (i.e., ZMT operator in an early summer job to full room computers as a research scientist at the National Bureau of Standards) to the purchase of a 100+year retirement home with knob and tube wiring and magnetic field readings (prior to mitigation) exceeding 90 nanotesla. After a lifetime of over exposure to electromagnetic fields, I am now hypersensitive to excess RF/EMFs. With shielding and RF mitigation in my house and particularly my bedroom, I can get a full nights restorative sleep. All around me I see evidence that our memories and thinking are being short circuited My elderly neighbour had a mandated RF water meter installed underneath his bedroom; it has been less than a month and now he is complaining about memory lapses - coincidence? Maybe? However one of the know effects of radio-waves is sleep and thinking disruption. On the way home today I saw two young school aged children just getting out of school both were sitting on the sidewalk; the first one was hanging his head and staring at their hands and the second one was a couple of blocks away staring blankly into space. REQUEST: I cannot change my world when it is so far out of kilter from normal, but I can ask for one thing that will make life safer for those of us who can take steps to protect themselves: Please change the National electric codes so that I can purchase and install Shielded 110 wire in my home’s 110 Volt circuits. I have heard that shielded wire may be available in Europe? However, my electrician in North Dakota cannot purchase/install 110 Volt wire that will not emanate electric and magnetic fields into my personal home. Note: HHS should provide advice to the public so that they may take steps to reduce RF/EMFs in their homes. For example, Edward Leeper ’s “Silencing The Fields, A practical guide to reducing AC magnetic fields. (2001).

I'm an individual and commenting on my experience with wireless and 5G. I have fiber optic wireless in my home and shut the router off at night. I cannot sleep at night with it on because my chest constricts, my breathing becomes labored, I toss and turn, I'm tired, but wired, I feel like I'm having an anxiety attack. I found that out the hard way staying over night at my Mom's and after telling her I didn't sleep at all she said my closet is where the wifi router is located. My thinking is more aggitated and less clear in a 5G environment which is hard not to be in these days - even in nature!! Some things I've used to cope is Biogeometry L90 penant. Extremely useful. I tested it at a house that had 5G and didn't get any of the anxiety type symptoms. I recommend looking into Dr. Ibrahim Karim who developed Biogeometry and used it successfully in a Swiss town that was having mental and physical health issues including the animals: https://www.biogeometry.ca/electrosmog-the-miracle-of-hemberg. He could retrofit all cell towers, smart homes, electric cars, and so forth with his technology to not only harmonize it but make it beneficial to all forms of life. The other thing I use is called a Rest Shield developed by Ken Rohla. His technology works and would be an excellent resource to enlist for help. He may be hesitant because his life gets threatened every time he brings technology forward that is healing to life.

Throughout my time as a caregiver, I have documented a pattern of severe health crises within my family that intersect with environmental and technological factors: • Neurological Impact: I served as the primary caregiver for my mother, whose diagnosis of Alzheimer’s-Dementia was later identified as localized damage to the hippocampus. • Circulatory and Tissue Breakdown: At age 72, my father developed advanced gangrene in his heel, which I attribute to targeted microwave radiation exposure. My stepfather experienced a similar pathology, undergoing progressive amputations of his toe, foot, and leg before requiring dialysis. • Current Personal Health Risks: I am currently undergoing intensive care to prevent tissue breakdown and potential amputation of my right heel. To investigate these persistent symptoms, I have sought independent technical and medical evaluations over the last several decades: • Bioethical Testimony (2011): I previously presented testimony before the President's Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues in Washington, D.C., regarding unauthorized biological and technological interventions. • Investigative Body Scans (2014 & 2023): Independent scans reported anomalous data sources and semiconductors embedded across multiple biological systems, including my muscles, major bone groups, brain, and kidneys. • Clinical Diagnosis (2023): I was diagnosed with Havana Syndrome (Anomalous Health Incident), presenting with a chronic traumatic brain injury (TBI), vestibular dysfunction, hearing loss, and progressive vision problems. There has been joint diagnosis and nerve damage in my leg and feet, all contributed to the location of the nanotechnology. As a matter of public health safety and consumer protection, I wish to bring urgent attention to the regulatory standards governing wireless infrastructure, particularly in rural America: • High-Wattage Emissions: Many municipal cell towers utilize antennas operating at 300 Watts per antenna, which vastly exceeds the wattage necessary for standard telecommunications. • Vulnerable Populations: In rural communities such as my hometown in Tennessee, a high density of towers and antennas exposes residents to prolonged microwave radiation. There is an urgent need to investigate whether this exposure is driving misdiagnosed neurological damage, nerve injuries, and traumatic brain injuries in children ages 4 to 18. Performance at school might be labeled as behavioral or disinterest on the part of the child when a medical reason is the cause. Conclusion and Request for Action The Department of Health and Human Services has a vital duty to protect citizens from unauthorized environmental and biological hazards. Historical precedents, such as the bioethical findings regarding past unauthorized testing in Guatemala, underscore the necessity of rigorous, independent oversight when technology impacts human biology. It is important that all participants of federal funding be required to sign on the Common Rule and that IRBs are mandated without any exception. I urge you to please investigate the severe abuse to American civilians who are being attacked remotely on U.S. soil by directed energy weapons causing Anomalous Health Incidents and other serious and painful damage. I welcome the opportunity to share my detailed medical documentation, independent scans, and personal experiences with your office or at a Congressional hearing to advocate health safety, consumer ethics, human and Constitutional rights.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member. Back in 2015 my son was injured by vaccines upon entering into the military. He suffered all the symptoms of what they call Hamada syndrome. Fast forward he was again coerced to take the Covid vaccines. He again suffered Havana like syndrome. Ie pressure on top oh head, migraines, tinnitus, memory loss, fear, anxiety, disorientation & catatonia. Most recently he went into a full blown coma for 10 days after this latest attack. I was informed thru Dr Jane Ruby & Mike Adam’s that we all are showing self assembling nanotech in our bodies vaxxed & unvaxxed. This nano tech was created by our own government. And Mike Adam’s showed that this nanotech can self assemble in the body. Noting that embalmers were pulling out of deceased bodies white rubber white clots identified as hydrogels. With graphene being heavily dispersed as the new aluminum, the nanotech is causing the human body to become antennas. This is where the 5g now 6G comes into play. This nano technology can form mind control like MK ultra. The towers , cell phones, ear buds, any wireless devices can cause irreversible damage to soft tissue in the brain. Call it neuro warfare. We are all being tracked, controlled and radiated. This evidence of Havana syndrome can be seen by the brain damage shown in my son’s brain. Yet all hospitals, neurologists & psychiatrists cannot find any markers to title what he is going thru. Maybe it’s because you cannot see radiation on a CT, MRI or PET scan.

I submit anonymously having been so harassed for speaking out about my wireless experience. But if the HHS wants to know more I am willing! 1. & 2. I responding as: an individual 3a. Wireless or RF/EMF sources: Homebound/off-grid in many locations since 2013--the worst is I can NOT get away from military communications. When military in on alert I know! Source unknown--PAVE PAWS, satellites, or cell towers? 3b. Nature: I unknowingly suffered from EMFs/wireless since working at a satellite focused company in Silicon Valley in the 80s. It didn't know the source of harm until temporarily paralyzed by an electric company "smart" meter in 2011. 3c. Adverse health effects: PAIN, paralysis, extreme exhaustion, neurological instability affecting everything in my body--all 5 senses, brain-fog, hormones, skin eruptions/bleeding, chemical/fragrance sensitivity, inability to detox, etc. 3d. Time from first exposure to adverse health effects: Unknown as I was unaware EMFs/wireless were triggering problems. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? Continually sought, but MDs didn't have a clue so called it autoimmune. I sought out a formal diagnosis of sometime around 2020 after an EMR friend was put into mental incarceration for having slept with her electricity turned off. 3f. Steps taken to reduce exposure? Everything I could do to improve my health, moving off-grid, experts, shielding, finding better locations only to be followed by new wireless sources--living homebound--no one allowed on my property with cell phones, etc. Most everything I tried helped, but was followed by higher levels of far off frequencies. I had a spectrum analyzer which helped with analysis. 3g. Any supporting documentation? In 2011 I knew nothing about wireless until temporarily paralyzed by an electric company "smart" meter. I became an anti-wireless activist and learned military documentation back to 1930s showed harm, and thousands and thousands of credible studies show ill health effects! Additional Details: I witness people having a nice conversation, then I microwaves turning up, and then people suddenly disagree and turn on each other. I believe wireless is THE biggest problem in all physical and emotional health. If nothing else It simply prevents healing! B1a. Sources causing Adverse Effects: All wireless (and electricity > 1 mG) including cell towers, wireless phones, aircraft, home surveillance systems, car fobs, garage door openers, tracking devices (including “smart” meters, health implants, watches, cars, cameras, tools, pet collars...), microwave ovens, computers (printers, routers, wireless keyboards, mice...), wireless entertainment/speakers/headsets, scanners, power lines, refrigerators, electrical wiring, and most LED and florescent lights. B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:- B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:With improved health I appear to tolerate EMFs < 1 mG, and flashlights and small batteries without harm. B1d. Sources of benefit (i.e., electrotherapy): Electro-acupuncture initially harmed me, but appeared to be a lasting benefit. B2a. Health conditions contributing to EMF sensitivity including wireless: Great health before illness developed in the 80s while (in hindsight) working in a high EMF office located across the street from the GOES satellite being built/tested. Decades later realizing all symptoms triggered by EMF/wireless. B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with EMFs: EMFs/wireless harms my nervous system, ability to detox, and sleep. So I ALL of my conditions are rooted in EMFs/wireless harm. B3a. Helped tolerate exposure: Living off-grid away from all forms of wireless. A toxin-free environment (air, home, workplace, pets, and visitors.) Organic 4-day rotational diet with a high variety of foods, and quality water. Drugs/supplements free of additives, dyes, coloring, etc.(LDN, NAC, DIM, electrolytes & minerals, and maybe ivermectin most helpful.) Acupuncture done in an area of low EMF/wireless. XL Band by EMFSol.com gave me the ability to detox. Anything promoting detox – NAC, sweating, baths to draw out the toxins (so might include baking soda, salt, hydrogen peroxide, etc.). Meditation, but wireless prevents deep meditation. B3b. You recommend, but not positive helped: 0 B3c. Don’t recommend: Electrode therapy calmed my mind but lowered my state of health. B3d: Treatments no effect: Virtually all such as years of psychiatry for random onsets of anxiety only to discover it was triggered by airplanes flying overhead! B3e. Treatments made worse: Anything electrical such as EKG. Every doctor suggested drug. B4. Age range? 65-74 B5. What year become aware of sensitivity to EMF/wireless? Slightly aware late 1980s when felt pain sitting next to a neon light. 2011 is when temporarily paralyzed by a "smart" meter woke me up. B6. Severe migraines, body aches and pains , the 5G tower, that is connected on top of our town Water, children and teenagers been diagnosed with brain tumours( brain cancer) Clusters popping up , this year and two children living close under the tower , in the same area.

since a smart meter was put on the barn - 150 feet from our house - my husband has chest pains, dizziness, and cannot sleep. I have tinnitus now. I never had that before. The cattle (big cattle) no longer go into the barn for water - even in winter when it is cold. The smart meter is on the barn. All this happened soon after smart meters were installed at our farm. My husband has to go to the doctor for medication now....we are young - this is not right!
