Directed-energy / targeting allegations

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a targeted individual who has experienced radiation sickness, burns, forced speech, forced movements, spasm, false visions, and v2k periodically since at least 2013. I have no criminal record and am being followed around and harassed nonstop without any due process. I believe that current surveillance standards are unconstitutional on a global scale, and the moods of entire populations are being manipulated for someone's personal gain. I am being hacked regularly in ways that are federally illegal and clearly unethical, but mainly there are a number of people who are constantly sick from wireless radiation and I am unable to use anything other than a hotspot or I will be physically incapacitated by the router itself. Hundreds of thousands of Americans are experiencing the same thing. I'd recommend looking up Targeted Justice dot com or Cognitive Liberty on Youtube for an overview of widely documented evidence regarding remote mind control and electronic torture akin to Havana syndrome.

5G is dangerous and being weaponized against the people in conjunction with the development of the Covid "vaccine" which is not a vaccine, but a bioterrorist invention without any positive medical value. The 5G frequency range is designated as military and is peculiar as such. The 5G can penetrate human tissue and can send signals of release to graphene oxide cages housing toxic poisons or pathogens from the Covid shot long ago. Three one minute bursts at around 18 gigahertz are designated to do this by unknown operatives in the rogue or deep state control of our government. It can be accomplished because the wavelength of the signal is so small such that the graphene tubular particle is tuned to this frequency range. 5G is a terrorist weapon in this regard as it can burst open the graphene, releasing the payload inside of it on signal. Such a payload may be of snake venom toxin or a virus or other biological particle. *** We do not need the high efficiency of speed of transmission of 5G in normal life blanketing every corner of space. It is not needed for simple tasks on a mobile basis. Serious needs can be done by coaxial cable or fiber optics and in secure ways which we already have and in use for a long time. The wavelengths of 1G and 2G were sufficient and worked. *** 5G is also a cancer and health risk well documented by others. The 5G tower has a range of up to 20 miles, yet there are so many of these towers crammed unnecessarily close together giving a blanket coverage polluted with electromagnetic radiation. 5G coverage is oversaturated. The cancer risk is significantly increased by this overbuilding of these towers. *** In conclusion 5G is a health risk and a tool prone to misuse by weaponisation. Kindly get rid of it.

Je soumets ce commentaire en réponse à la demande d'informations du HHS sur les champs électromagnétiques (CEM), les rayonnements radiofréquences (RF) et l'exposition aux rayonnements sans fil ainsi que l’envoi d’ondes par les armes à énergies dirigées. Je réponds du point de vue de la Présidente de l’Association du Collectif des Personnes Ciblées. Tous les membres actifs de l’Association du Collectif des Personnes Ciblées sont des« personnes ciblées » depuis plusieurs années par le biais d’armes à énergies dirigées utilisés sur les civils. Ces armes ont des lanceurs d’ondes comme les frigos, les wifis, les luminaires, la télé, le portable le plus douloureux pour le cerveau. Elles subissent le « Syndrome de la Havane »  avec comme symptômes pour chacun d’entre nous : Secousses dans les différents membres du corps, sensations de brûlures diffuses ou localisées intenses, Sensations d’engourdissements et de pression dans la tête, Maux et tintements d’oreilles ou acouphènes, Écoute de bruits étranges ou de voix que personne d’autre ne peut entendre Rêves étranges ou cauchemars, Privation de sommeil, sommeil perturbé, réveils nocturnes Nausées, Migraines, Épuisement, Dysfonctionnement cardiaque, Apnées du sommeil et asphyxie, Douleurs intenses et diffuses, Vieillissement prématuré et de la peau, Perte de mémoire et de concentration… En France, le Pays est condamné par la dictature nous ne pouvons faire sortir cette information primordiale car il nous est interdit d’en parler sous peine de menaces de mort, de meurtre provoqué et d’enfermements abusifs, aussi nous aimerions que Mr Kennedy affirme haut et fort que cela existe et fasse en sorte que tout le peuple Français soit au courant pour le bien de l’Humanité. Nous soutenons l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques. J’exhorte le HHS à évaluer soigneusement ces expériences et les données scientifiques, à identifier les lacunes de la recherche actuelle, à accorder une attention particulière aux enfants et aux autres populations potentiellement vulnérables, et à établir des priorités de recherche fédérales appropriées concernant les rayonnements sans fil et la santé publique. Thank you Honorable Secretary Robert Kennedy for caring about all the people who are suffering daily. Myself, husband and one of my sons have been injured from EMF, RT and WR exposure with severe tinnitus, pain in extremities, headaches, vertigo, constant interruption during sleep, rapid heart beats, raised blood pressures, fatigue and physical hits on our heads and bodies. I have went through breast cancer as a result of these radiation frequencies with no paternal or maternal family history of breast cancer. This has caused us to have severe AHI's. My husband can no longer work in his career as an IT analyst for IBM and me and my son had to undergo so many hardships with family because many did not know what was happening and thought we were losing our minds. It was such a horrific time but we are trying to stay strong in our faith with the Father to get us through and in constant prayer daily. 5g is a military bio weapon that needs to be stopped. I should not have to write snd let you know that the congress stole our money, gave our jobs to illegals and now you asshole are using 5g to give us radiation.

My vaccine injured military son was not only injured back in 2015, but also injured by Covid. Covid, as we know is a cover up from microwave radio frequencies (5G, 6G) We know from Jesse Beltran, Carol Maranatha & from the Movie “Human antenna” are the self assembling nanotech from the hydrogels & graphene in the Covid shots. These are found in everyone’s bodies vaxxed & unvaxxed. From what I’ve researched all military are with these nanotech ( even back in 2015) thus allows our government to track & find anyone anywhere. They can shut down your brain, mind control & give you new memory sets as well as erase memory sets. My son in February of this year was in a coma for 10 days after he was beamed (Havana syndrome) by this neurowarfare - using 5 & 6G.
