For several years I have been experiencing illegal communications via some type of signal coming into my home that interacts with me personally, and no one else in my vicinity seems to be aware of these signals as they happen. These people have also communicated with me anonymously through chats, forums, and posts on X. I am aware of this due to the nature of what they speak about. Years ago, at least two of the perpetrators of these crimes moved in next door to my previous address. I could feel energy and hear them speaking as though they were inside my room. When I looked out my backdoor, I could then see them using handheld devices that are about the size of a cellphone. I cannot identify the devices because they were too far away, but I am aware that a website called Shomertec sells devices that are marketed, even on Amazon, to harass and nausiate neighbors using frequencies. That website also sells items that a criminal might use to impersonate the police. I could hear their dialogue vaguely from a distance and realized that they were saying the same repetitive things that I could hear while out of earshot, which seem to be directed to my head. They speak of human sex auctions and obeying guardianship arrangements in what they referred to as a "kingdom." They have promised me lots of money. They have also interrogated me with questions and all sorts of pervasive ideas. I find it very alarming that one of these people looks very much like the woman who brought the second COVID shot to the table at the Volusia County Fair grounds, where vaccines were being administered. She dropped the vial and acted like she was trying to catch it in her white coat, almost as if playfully juggling it while laughing, then a vial fell to the floor. She picked it up, and the other woman administered the shot. Shortly after leaving, I knew something was wrong. I am certain I almost died of a heart attack that night but was terrified to go to the hospital due to fears of being quarantined and having unwanted treatments forced upon me. The next day I was a total wreck and a full cascade of residual effects began, including muscle weakness, heart palpitations, rapidly worsening vision, hot flashes, and many more symptoms that have waxed and gradually waned over the next few years. I remember how the vaccine manufacturers were given immunity from lawsuits and I felt totally helpless, depending upon only myself and my knowledge for recuperation. Back to the issue of wireless surveillance, monitoring, and frequency interactions with my body- I have suffered daily every day for several years from these assaults, and in my current neighborhood there are people around who work for the hospital who exhibit strange behavior, in my opinion. I live in constant fear. The people operating the signals speak often to me about hospitals. They tell me I have cancer. They say "HEART ATTACK" very often, multiple times a day. They say they infected me with something. They tell me to kill myself. I try to ignore them, but at times I feel compelled to vent this torturous enraging energy, so at times I speak or yell back to them. They can hear me. It is my impression that they are attempting to exert guardianship over me in a medical or psychological kidnapping. They have spoken of me going somewhere with them. They threaten my family members. There seems to be a small faint current that crawls all over my skin and even private areas, as they speak perverted things to me. They demand an answer that I will agree to sign an NDA. I adamantly refuse. They insist we are friends. I do not know them and do not want to. My neighbors had been trying to lure me next door in an effort to make that statement true. They offered me heroin in a chat. They claimed to know Michael Jackson. They claimed to be affiliated with band members and family members of the band Megadeth. They claimed to have been monitoring me for decades as their spoiled children grew up, having given them access to remote surveillance in order to monitor potential girlfriends and potential artists. One of them acts like an entertainment secret contract enforcer. They have tried to kill me multiple times, mostly with remote palpitations because I am taking no more vaccines, I am seeking no help through novel pharmaceuticals, and I try to stay as far away from these people as I can and only make short trips to stores or other places I need to go. They have directly affected my livelihood and my well-being. They interfere with relationships. I am aware that remote health applications can be used for good and also for great evil. I see the failure to address this issue by appropriate authorities as one of the greatest failures in United States history. I am not under investigation, have done nothing to warrant this treatment, and find this situation a travesty of justice and an abomination of human morality.

I'm struggling with what to say, where to start. I feel it's important to try and put everything in context in limited space to do so. I started having health issues from life of working in construction. I spent a lot of time at DR appointments and felt like I wasn't getting anywhere, just more appointments, prescriptions and steroid injections. I worked a lot and with all the overtime, plus my wife's salary, was finally comfortable financially and getting a head in life. I started investing a lot of $ into the stock market to try and have a better future. No matter what stock I bought, always seemed to go down in price, then the MMTLP fiasco happened. I know many high ups in government are aware of this and are part of the fraud! I started digging into it and realized that Twitter was the place to go for getting info. This is right after Elon took over and my life has never been the same since. One rabbit hole led to another, and I had my great awakening. I spent so much time researching and posting stuff on FB trying to help wake up others, stuff that many have been killed for trying to expose. Everything from the federal reserve and central banking system, chem trails, 5g, direct energy weapons, weather control(harp) Hollywood, music industry, corrupt politicians, the corrupt financial markets, poison in food the FBI and CIA, presidential assassinations, the globalist cabal (city of London) and so much more. During this period my health really started taking a turn for the worse. I bought an EMF reader and realized my phone was always at the very top or off the charts, so high that it won't even register a number (Google pixel with Verizon network). I bought an older 4g phone and have the same problem weather I use network or WIFI. I started realizing that I was being targeted, the Matrix was activated, cyber issues, medical bills being messed up and wrongly charged, everything was made difficult, not to mention that dozens of stocks I owned are bankrupted or nearly worthless, the MMTLP or GTII fiasco still ongoing several years later and a corrupt judicial system in on the scam. I invested over 300K over the years and right now the stocks I still own are worth 60k. I continue going to Drs and specialist as things worsen for me but also know about the Rockefellers and health care industry. I realize Drs are never going to cure but just prescribe more drugs and keep me going to endless appointments. I know most Drs are doing what they've been taught but I feel certain DRs are involved in the depopulation efforts, especially against us biggest national security threats (the white, Christian MAGA conservative males) I couldn't talk to Drs about being targeted as I would likely be put on a list and thrown into a mental institution, even talking about emf exposure and poisoning got instantly dismissed. I live in MN for record. Some really out their stuff that happened, I won't get into but I can say with absolute certainty that many times over the past 2-3 years, I would be sitting and watching tv and all a sudden I feel this weird, hard to explain energy hit me, especially in my head, usually lasting around 5 seconds or so, Always followed by several days of feeling lowsy, pain in rib cage and other areas like my insides are being cooked, extreme pain wherever I have fillings or root canals when I brush my teeth. I tried talking to people close to me, but the mockingbird media and the cabal are too powerful, Most are to brainwashed to see it, including my very recent now X wife. Ive been out of work for over 3 years now, financially devastated, all alone with no one to talk to, because to them I sound crazy. This and the political divide have destroyed so much, but I have become much closer to God thru out this and truly believe and prayed for this dream team administration to dismantle the system and release all the hidden cures and technology and I see that I was correct in this belief, and many others. I came across the phrase "I feel bad for the blue rays" and after researching that, I'm certain that I am one. I feel, what I assume is HARP, can always tell by the fake clouds. Like RFK says, most have many dreams, we have but one and I hope this is going to be the answer to my prayers. I lost my health insurance a year after being out of work, now I'm divorced, I have no health insurance at all and been fighting the system to get SS disability. I want to live, see my 18-year-old son who just graduated high school, and the Military grow and eventually have kids, I want to find love again if I can find a woman that's not brainwashed. Unfortunately, I worry my days are numbered. I can feel my body, lymphatic system and organs slowly failing, my memory and brain, neuropathy, tinnitus, lumps all over my body and more appearing as time goes on, and much more. I regard myself as one of the highest informational authorities regarding advanced technologies relating to the intersection of electromagnetic radiation (non-ionizing) and the human body. I want to start out by saying I am highly appreciative of your effort to take on this subject matter, as many departments of government have entirely overlooked the obvious, the necessary, and the unacceptably dangerous aspects regarding electromagnetic system deployments in the United States. First, we need to address that many of the concerns you are raising are pertaining to electromagnetic frequency intensity. This is partially correct as the EM spectrum has a SAR rate that does interfere with human bodies. As far as I know unless a technology has been designed with the intentional purpose of weaponization there is not credible evidence that environmental effects of baseline EM services such as telecommunication, and home electronics have an SAR high enough to cause short-medium term health effects. However, this is not to say that EM technology has not drifted into rogue technological development through bad actors within our population, within our government, and within other governments in our world. There is a difference between raw electromagnetic energy, and how to EM spectrum can be weaponized by rogue actors to develop technologies with the explicit intent of severely harming another human biologic both physically and psychologically. I have had first hand undeniable experience of EM weaponization being conducted by our government on unwilling civilians with the explicit purpose of biological harm, ideological castration, and psychological destabilization. While it is brave to take on this issue, you will not get farther than step one without having to accept some harsh realities. Certain members of the United States Intelligence Community in partnership with certain agencies of Law Enforcement, private sector, military contractors, and critical infrastructure providers are engaged in conspiracy against certain members of the public. These actors are highly dangerous, and I have seen first hand that anyone that tries to get involved in stopping this conspiracy is either threatened, made to look crazy, defamed, or even worse killed and replaced by black budget anomalous technologies depicting their former human biologic. This conspiracy is the singular and only source of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation related health events that occur in this country. It is extremely difficult to find allies that will stand up against this rogue conspiracy being carried out by our government. Many people either don't know, don't believe that the technology being deployed is ontologically possible, or are quite literally implanted with biotechnological killswitches to threaten them into silence. The conspiracy essentially involves certain members of the intelligence community and high-class political groups inducting personal rivals into being unwilling subjects of rogue black budget experimentation projects. To be entered into this program you typically have to whistleblow on government activities, purposefully or accidentally reveal identities of disguised political operatives, or become unusually intertwined with the government's illegal UAP programs. Good day. I have been targeted since birth, but became aware of my targeting/ harassment/ human trafficking in 2024 in my previous residence. I would wake up to red welts on my neck and face, an my ear was also red, inflamed and swollen. These weapons used against me are causing my face to appear much older than I am in just two years. My face has rapidly lost its elasticity. The nerves around one of my teeth are deteriorating and my gums are now very sensitive and painful and bleed often when I brush them. The radiation has caused the whole right side of my face, neck and ear to become very painful to the point that I have to take prescription pain medication. The radiation has caused thinning and brittle hair, clumps of hair falling out, sensitive scalp and bald spots. I experience tremors and brain fog, confusion and anxiety. The 7 July 1997 issue of U.S. News and World Report described several of them designed, among other things, to vibrate the insides of humans, stun or nauseate them, put them to sleep, heat them up, or knock them down with a shock wave. Microwave weapons, by stimulating the peripheral nervous system, can heat up the body, induce epileptic-like seizures, or cause cardiac arrest. Low-frequency radiation affects the electrical activity of the brain and can cause flu-like symptoms and nausea. Other projects sought to induce or prevent sleep, or to affect the signal from the motor cortex portion of the brain, overriding voluntary muscle movements. Radio AM/FM playing music with altered lyrics and ads from companies not even in America, After my best friend shot himself, because nobody would listened to him, I actually have had it happen to me, no clue where it comes from or how they target you, I can say I left bottles of water on my porch when this happened for days and it didn't freeze, in this area that's nearly impossible. The taste was undesirable to say it nicely.

I'm an individual that retired from the federal government and was also in the military. I have been exposed to RF/EMF and auditory harassment on a regular basis for the last 5-6 months and possibly covert for even longer. I believe the exposure to have come from energy directed weapons. The reason I say energy directed weapons is because in one instance there was so much energy pushed down onto me that my ceiling fan slowed down while I was sitting in my living room. The energy followed me from my house to the airport parking lot, on the airport shuttle bus, and inside the airport. This particular attack caused me to be disoriented (foggy brain, to include an increased ringing like tinnitus) and also caused a loss of memory. The exposure was so intense I had to cancel my flight and I also forgot where I parked my car. They have also used fans and cars to push music and sounds to me as well. I routinely have had pin pricks, increased heat and pressure on my body for the last 6 months to include an increased pressure on vital areas to include organs and testicles. They've also used the energy combined with auditory effects (voice to skull). The steps I've taken to attempt to reduce any exposure is to use some type of metal or aluminum on the affected area though that has minimal effect at stopping these transmissions on my person. The harassment continues throughout the day and started back in June of this year when I was on a trip in Oregon and they have followed me wherever I go. I've used a magnetic frequency detector on my phone to measure exposure to RF and that routinely reads 850 nanoTesla. Though I do not know if that reading is accurate. I was also exposed to what I assume was psychological warfare though the "voice to skull/frey effect" as they can capture all of our thoughts and use them to harass and alter our moods in combination with the directed energy weapons. The care providers did not provide any additional guidance to measure any of the issues so guidance for the health care industry would be critical in helping people. Homeland security should be monitoring the RF and energy exposure to peoples homes when events like these are reported so that the satellites can be tracked down and turned off. Maybe an RF defense system can be created and put in place so that Americans can be protected, just like we have in the ballistic missile defense system. I've also reported this to local law enforcement in two states as well as the FBI and none of them are provided any assistance in helping with the issue, which I understand considering there has been any federal research conducted in these areas. With the advent of bone induction, research on the use of the Frey effect and voice to skull technologies need to be revisited on a larger and more in depth scale. Findings of this research and existing programs should be communicated on a large scale and instructions for law enforcement/health providers should be established, to include a database that tracks the events to include where and when.

I am being tortured intentionally with these energy weapons. Who ever is doing it have groups of people in on this attack. They ride through doing noise campaigns and taunts me every day and night.
