I would get migraines in my own house and my daughter had rashes and heat. It was affecting me so much that it was part of the reason I left my marriage of 30 years. My family would not believe me about what was impacting my health or read the documentation that I researched. I went to school board meetings, county meetings, state meetings & very few decision makers would take anything seriously even when presented with studies. After my divorce, I eventually purchased an older home and do not own a TV nor do I have WiFi. The new subdivisions being built with smart everything affected me when touring open houses. I don’t like going out much anymore. Cities have too many frequencies interfering with my biofield and grocery shopping is especially annoying. I know insurance companies refused to insure telecommunication companies over this, so what does that say?

Dear Mr Kennedy: I wanted to inform you of what I have been through as a targeted individual and EMFand Direct energy weapons I have been fighting this battle hard since 2009. I've been subjected to constant harassment with EMFs and direct energy weapons. What I have found is vehicles now have these weapons in their headlights I have found weapons in light bulbs and I have been hit with industrial weapons by Raytheon. I have lost my teeth and I am only here because of the mercy of God. If I did not have God in my life I would not have survived but they have put me through. These weapons are everywhere and it has been Non-Stop with these Intruders following me everywhere hitting me with direct energy weapons. It is God's mercy that I am still here and I thank him for his protection. The hardest part is they have made me homeless even though I have three degrees I am blacklisted to work. I found a laser that went into the headlight and was stolen from me however when I ran the number on the laser that was omitting radiation from the headlights it showed me where my vehicle was parked. These weapons are very sophisticated they still have them in my vehicle I can track it anywhere from 199 to thousands of ufs. I pray that you take the initiative to stop these people because not all are like me protected and they have been suffering crying out for help and no one listens. I have been suffering since June, 2009 it started in Delaware County, the town of Morton everyone stopped talking to me then the Electronic shocks to my head day and night at night it was nonstop until I fell asleep or passed out I have been suffering 24/7 I have scars on my body when I wake up in the am I’m scratched up. When I lived in Paoli, Pa 19301 the apartment I rented was rigged finally after 2 years I was hit with Quantum dots they came into my system through my collar bone right after that I developed blood clots on my lungs hospitalized for 4 days, I was living with my daughter and her family all of a sudden I was kicked out of her house I was homeless once again. My Son sent for me so I’m in California now. I’m still Tortured I get hit in my stomach they are hitting my liver, pancreas and sometimes kidneys. I no longer have a family on the East Coast I lost my Housekeeping Service I have a Denture in my mouth that have the letter V carved in 2 places it’s like the Doctors and Dentist are involved in a Cult I want my life back I know it will never be the same I want the Torture to stop the money I have spent replacing and repairing things is awful I was so happy when Mr. Trump became President. My Gangstalking started in the same city as the late Miriam Carey who was targeted herself was living in when she was killed in DC. Stamford, Connecticut. I have knowingly understood I have been put into this illegal program since June 2016 due to how much my life has changed so fast and become strange before I started doing research on what I have been experiencing. I moved to NC 3 years ago in 2023 and just moved back to now Stratford CT in September 2026 and not that this ever stopped but I have been getting beemed in the face everyday and suffer from radiation bumps on my forehead and cheeks(jaws). Where I can literally feel the heat buring my face by touch....unfortunately a picture cant prove what this feels like. I also have been living with the sound wave (woo woo woo sound) in my left ear for as long as I have been in this program again nothing pictures can prove. I also get the periodic Havana Syndrome as well. I can describe my experiences and symptoms very well at this point and would love to have a conversation so there is something concrete documented as I have never been able to do that unfortunately because of the Government Criminals(Police, Courthouse,etc.) My cases get thrown out immediately as allegedly "no proof of my life being interrupted". I am female, just turned 38 this year and was born in the Caribbean before living in Stamford CT before what I mentioned earlier since 2006.
