I started looking into EMF transmission with my second round of cancer. My husband had heart issues and was scheduled for an ablations procedure. I ordered a reader and found the electric heating pads he had behind his back watching TV read over 600 EMF’s (from China purchased on Amazon) My electric blanket also read over 600 EMF’s. So I purchased a heating mat tested for EMF transmission. It did NOT have any EMF transmissions. EMF transmissions are ignored mostly but critical for my health. Not related but I cured my cancer using Ivermectin, canceled surgery and chemo.

I am a physician and have many patients who report EMF sensitivity. Their symptoms include, increased fatigue, cognitive difficulties, neurological symptoms. fasciculations, headaches, insomnia, tachycardia, and more when exposed to RF waves. I have examined the literature and there is a plethora of published research demonstrating mechanisms that explain that EMF sensitivity is a true phenomenon. With the potential for DNA breaks when exposed to RF levels that are lower than modern cell phones, it would be worth evaluating whether the increased exposure to RF that our modern society has compared to just 2004 may be a contributor to increased cancer rates we are seeing in all ages.

A noticed change in both our health and that of our livestock animals and nature was noticed after the introducing of 5G here on our hill. Seizures began in our dog. Fat pads caused by higher cortisol levels in our cattle began, and another dog. Natural creatures (raccoon, opossum, rabbit) that were seen in abundance, greatly reduced. Nerve problems in ourselves occurred... migraines, anxiety, tingling. Heart irregularities in our family began. Friends agreeing that their health got worse. Neurological especially. Excessive stomach acid was greatly noticed by family and others, including animals. Autoimmune problems worsened, with increased flares.

As a person that depends on a pacemaker to survive, am concerned of the safety these Emissions may have on my physical health. We know the body also uses electrical impulses to maintain cellular activity. Will these cellular activities be disrupted by the excessive use of frequencies and EMFs in our environment?

I have been having many EMF and EMR symptoms since 2011. Many heart symptoms, such as atrial fib and shortness of breath, when around high wifi fields. When the Smart Meter was installed on my house, I had difficulty sleeping. Had to be hospitalized for atrial fib after standing in front of a smart meter for a few minutes. I still cannot sleep if cell phones or any other wifi devices are turned on while sleeping. Aches and pains in my body when exposed to strong wifi fields. Shortness of breath when in restaurants with many smart tv's, so I stay out of restaurants now.

I agree that 5g rollout and smart meters have caused increased negative reactions and adverse health effects. I have developed tachycardia, poor sleep, ringing in the ears and now headaches from this exposure. Utilities that already charge exorbitant prices are putting us at risk while raking in massive profits. Smart meters in particular bring extra regulation into the home and you are penalized if you opt out, or not allowed to opt out at all.

30+ years as a Targeted Individual. Subjected to wireless experimentation involving the effects of radio-frequency radiation on the body and mind. This phenomena in many ways identical to Havana Syndrome. Artificial dreams, thoughts, and emotions. Pain shifting across various parts of the body, aimed at rendering me passive and isolating me from the outside world. Physical discomfort including dizziness, nausea, tremors, brain fog, tinnitus, itching, tingling sensations, and electric sensations in the hair, face, and genitals—all induced via various frequencies. My medical condition is steadily worsening, and the injuries I have sustained include heart attack and various forms of cancer, constant skin problems and mental fog among lots of other ailments. I have been subjected to this type of experimentation since the early 1990s, and the torture has steadily intensified as the technology has advanced. It is time to legally regulate this form of experimentation, which uses ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves as a means to exert complete control over the body and mind. The transhumanist project must be halted and abandoned immediately, and cognitive liberty must be upheld.

Wireless radiation impacted me over 15 yrs ago when I unknowingly got fios installed in my room in my mid 30s i had insane insomnia.. things resolved but in 2020 I was getting extremely fatigued lack energy again insomnia set in. In 2023 the insomnia fatigue got so bad that for 6 months I ended up 3x in ER with chest constrictions and struggling with POTS wheeling myself around in a wheelchair in my late 40s. To set the record I have always exercised and ate healthy and have a healthy relationship with God and healthy emotions. My life didnt start to get back on track until God directed me to devices that properly address the EMF Chaos when Fiber Optics came in this again signifcantly impacted me, fortunately the same company was very aware of it and was able to come up with a remediation solution for FO and AI coming off of cell phones/lap tops... If I'm not in eMF remediated environments i can barely function or think.. brain fog becomes severe like i cant even process what i'm trying to do, insomnia sets back in and my body gets exhausted.. Perspective: Individual consumer and person reporting potential adverse health effects. Questions addressed: 3, 13(k), 16, and 18. I am submitting this comment because I want HHS to hear from people like me who are experiencing serious health problems associated with wireless technology, electromagnetic fields, and electrical exposure. My symptoms exploded after I purchased my Florida home in April 2023 and spent a week there. I have experienced burning skin, sharp head pains, fatigue, insomnia, difficulty thinking clearly, heart palpitations, tingling, numbness, worsening tinnitus, and vibrations in my legs when the HVAC runs. The vibrations stop when the system shuts off. I cannot tolerate Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and dirty electricity. I have made costly changes to my home to reduce same, including replacing appliances, changing lighting and wiring, using wired Ethernet, and rerouting HVAC lines through the garage. I am still struggling. I use a Greenwave meter to measure electrical noise in my home. My readings fluctuate, with approximately 400 mV on the low end and readings as high as 1212. Around 50 mV is what I can tolerate. I want better research into electrical noise and its possible health effects. When I purchased my home, a smart meter was installed. The meter was changed in May 2023. I requested a true analog electromechanical meter, but Florida Power & Light provided a digital meter it describes as non-communicating. My concern is not limited to wireless transmission; it also involves the digital and electronic nature of the meter. I have repeatedly provided FPL with medical documentation requesting an analog electromechanical meter, as recommended by my doctors. I even purchased one that FPL could inspect and install, taking the cost of obtaining the meter off FPL. I formally submitted an ADA disability accommodation request supported by my medical documentation. However, FPL denied my request without acknowledging or addressing it as a disability accommodation, responding instead as though I had made an ordinary customer request. Despite more than 20 attempts to resolve this matter, FPL has refused to provide the analog meter my doctors recommended. I also continue to pay a monthly fee for the non-communicating digital meter and its manual reading. What is especially discouraging is even after seeking medical help and repeatedly providing written recommendations, I feel my health concerns have not been taken seriously. It is hard not to feel that companies care more about revenue and policies than the health of the people affected. People reporting serious health problems deserve to be heard and treated with respect. I have spent more than $15,000 having mercury dental fillings removed in an effort to address my symptoms, but the symptoms persisted. I am desperate to understand what is happening and find relief. My condition also affects my family and others who do not experience what I do. They must sometimes change their lifestyles when around me. It is painful to struggle with my health while knowing that my circumstances affect the people I care about. I am severely affected by what I believe are wireless exposures and electrical pollution, and I am frightened by the toll this is taking on my health and my life. I ask HHS to support independent, thorough research into the potential health effects of radiofrequency radiation, electromagnetic fields, wireless devices, digital electrical equipment, and electrical noise. Research should consider people reporting symptoms in circumstances that may not affect everyone equally, as well as combined exposures in everyday environments. People deserve clear information about what is known, what remains uncertain, and how exposures are assessed. Practical alternatives, such as traditional analog electromechanical meters where feasible, should also be considered for people reporting serious difficulties with digital and wireless technologies. More needs to be brought to light about what people like me are experiencing. There are people suffering from serious symptoms who feel that no one acknowledges what is happening to them. Instead of having their concerns taken seriously and properly investigated, they are often dismissed or made to feel as though they are crazy. I know what it is like to struggle with these symptoms while trying to get someone to listen. We deserve to be heard, and our experiences deserve honest, independent scientific investigation. People should not have to prove beyond all doubt what is causing their suffering before anyone is willing to take them seriously. This has cost me my health, money, comfort, peace of mind, and the ability to safely live in my home. I ask HHS to listen, investigate and support research that provides honest answers based on good science. We should not have to wait for absolute certainty before our experiences are taken seriously.
