Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple tickborne illnesses, and in the midst of it, I discovered I was exposed to black mold. During the last phase of recovery, I moved into a beautiful home and every evening I felt like I was having a panic attack, but it happened in cycles like every cell was being stung and vibrating. My upper diaphragm would hurt my heart would race, my thoughts would race. It would happen in 30 second intervals. It was completely strange. I knew my body well enough by then to understand that I was sensing something, but if you had told me what it was or that people could sense these things before this moment, I would’ve told you you were making it up. The landlord, being the gentleman was, listened and was curious. We realized two things. One, in the evening he was plugging his car into the home. I could tell him the moment he unplugged it and the moment he plugged it in. He began using an extension cable, and that stopped the transmission for reasons. I don’t completely understand, but he did. He’s a complete nerd and dove deep as soon as he realized my body was physically sensing the car charging. How could that be possible. But there was another piece that I was also sensing. His daughter also suffering for migraines, was sleeping 6 feet away from the automatic meter reader that was transmitting data. It began speaking with my doctor and she told me she had other patients who were dealing with similar illnesses that could also sense EMF and radiation. Because the daughter was dealing with migraines and the Landlord was curious, they had somebody come off and take the meter off the house for a few hundred dollars and instead somebody comes out every few months and reads it (I forget the name between these two whether it’s automatic or something that people have to read.) My symptoms immediately went away, and I can sleep at night and the daughter no longer has migraines after a couple of weeks. I’ve been told by my doctor that as her patients recover, they don’t detect these things the same way, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t interfering with the cellular function in her mind and according to the research she’s been sending me. If you had told me about the problems, this brought into peoples lives, I wouldn’t have thought twice. I just would’ve said that must be awful and sounds like a conspiracy theory. Except I lived it. I can’t tell you how happy I am that the government is willing to look into this. It has made moving very difficult. It has made travel very difficult. it has made finding a home that’s affordable virtually impossible. I have too many restrictions between mold exposure EMF radiation exposure. It’s something I want us to think about in regards to data centers as well as power stations and power lines. Oddly I’m nowhere near is worried about my phone and the Internet as I am these towers stations centers, and the meters that are on the homes all of which have been rolled out to be these automatic ones that are constantly sending your data. There have been a couple of counties that have made it illegal to replace them because of the amount of physical complaints going on in the community. The fact that this government is looking at both mold and EMF and tending to Lyme disease is a dream come true. I can’t thank you all enough.

AFTER THE 5,6G CAME OUT ..my hair started falling out rapidly. Way to much to fast un naturally loss of hair ! My family has thick hair for ever and NOW it's thinning. Radiation causes these . Hense why chimp patients go BALD ! WE AINT DUMB.. we know the hidden evil plan u guys have for the 5g! Wifi has been fine previously! It was not necessary AT ALL FOR 5G. And I can feel ir in my heart when I touch my phone . Like burning .. anxiety . I. My heart ! Only when I touch the phone! I can feel it! The civilians OF our country Never requested for this BS . And chem trails . Get rid of all your evil weapons! ! Asap ... We know what your doing !

My then seven-year-old child experienced chest pain that felt like "a volcano erupting in (his) heart" after being exposed to radiofrequencies from WiFi routers in a newly-built local library. His chest pain symptoms had occurred only when we went to that library, so we stopped going there. Later that year, the state of California initiated statewide testing which was done online using wireless laptops. That test day was the first time he experienced chest pain at school. At age ten, he testified before the California State Assembly in opposition to California Senate Bill 649 (SB 649), a 2017 bill that proposed installing antennas and cellular equipment on public property, including utility poles, streetlights, and traffic-signal poles, which may be located as close as 15 feet to some residential areas. Has someone who has been negatively affected healthwise from exposure to EMF, along with power companies switch to smart meters, we are surrounded by this unseen toxin to our nervous system and many times have no choice but to deal with the negative neurological side effects, and also heart side effects. I am not able to work in any type of office building set up without having debilitating symptoms which has made my life very challenging to make an income. I think radio frequency sickness is the term they use in Europe and I do believe that they have programs or disabilities that are connected to it. I would like to see more regulation with the FCC and more education and ways that we can protect ourselves or eliminate this type of unseen Health toxin from our environment. On top of that I do not believe our children should be exposed to so much in their school setting I have seen schools in my state of Wisconsin that have cell phone towers on the schools and also with all the Wi-Fi frequencies and they're using laptops for a lot of their school they're in front of screens and blue light and EMF radiation their skulls are not fully formed until a certain age which also damages and has more of an effect. On top of that right now the state of Wisconsin is also fighting to keep out a 765 line that is the largest power line we would ever experience going through rural areas Farms that could cause stray voltage along with which could possibly completely shut down a dairy operation or livestock Farm because the cattle gets sick because they do not drink the water if it has a shock to it and also their bodies are undergoing to high levels of electricity. I really hope that these messages get heard it's a real problem it should be addressed and we shouldn't have to live in a world where we are surrounded by high EMF fields along with any type of stray voltage.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, and mother of a young adult who is even more sensitive than I. My symptoms started about 10 years ago. I was constantly tired and getting bad headaches when passing in the vicinity of antennas. I switched off the WIFI at home, switched on my mobile phone as little a possible and soon realised that my health was improving. In the last 10 years, the quantity of EMF that we are submitted to has been multiplied. I can't go to public places anymore (theatres, concerts...) and I can't have a job in a WIFI environment. I am currently a teacher in an exceptional school, where electronic devices are forbidden. My social life has deteriorated as well. The worst is to see my 20 year old boy who is not physically able to attend classes at university : after 30 minutes, he has to go out, pale, with cardiac arrhythmia... Our lives are literally destroyed by EMF. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Bonjour Je témoigne que les ondes non naturelles et même l'électricité "sale" a des effets néfastes voire dangereuses sur l'organisme humain Cela m'a causé de nombreux problèmes de santé (coeur, allergie, articulaires, insomnies notamment certains jours plus que d'habitude,..) Notamment, la 5G peut être plus dangereux que les précédentes antennes. Mon animal de compagnie a perdu la vie en 6 mois après l'installation de 5G dans mon quartier. Moi-même j'ai eu des douleurs au niveau du col du fémur et je suis en carence en vitamines, minéraux, oligo-éléments beaucoup plus rapidement qu'il y a un an ou deux ans malgré la prise des compléments alimentaires. Cela ne part avec aucun médicament ni d'exercice physique. Il faut juste que je quitte mon domicile et partir loin des ondes, mais cela est devenu quasi impossible si on recherche la civilisation surtout en France c'est la folie! Il nous faut juste une aide providentielle, un éveil de conscience très vite...

I am a patient who lives with electro-hypersensitivity (EHS). This is my journey. Around 2007, my husband and I got WiFi. Within the week, I lost my ability to digest most foods: sugar, all fruits, some vegetables, dairy, etc. I lived on a very small range of foods (e.g., meat, eggs, rice, fish, oatmeal, lettuce). Every 6 months, I had new symptoms. They included burning sensations on my face (accompanied by red sunburn even when I didn't get exposed to the sun), aches and pains, brain fog, muscle twitches, heart palpitations, IBS, insomnia, etc. My doctor tried to diagnose me, but he could not. I didn't have lupus (despite a lupus rash), I didn't have fibromyalgia (despite the fact I could no longer walk or bike), etc. This went on for about eight years. In 2014, smart meters were installed in my neighborhood. A meter was put right outside my bedroom window. I soon developed tinnitus. The ringing in my ears was so loud I could not sleep. In 2015, my world collapsed. I could feel text messages sent by people who had cell phones near me, I could feel airplanes approaching the small airport near my home before I could hear them, I could feel Wi-Fi. It was pure pain. It felt like my head was in a vise. My heart would lose its rhythm. I could not concentrate. I wanted to die. I had to quit my job and live in a house without electricity. (My husband and I would turn it on for a few hours each day to keep the food from spoiling and to wash the clothes, and I would go outside.) My doctor refused to treat me. He said that if he diagnosed me with EHS, he would lose his job because the condition is not recognized by the AMA. I found an alternative doctor who would treat me. He told me I had to move away from the airport. My husband and I rented a home, and we had a building inspector come out and take measurements. He helped us lower the dirty electricity in the house. He told me to sleep with the power turned off in my bedroom. Doing both allowed me to live in a house with the electricity on. Once I was away from the smart meter and the radio traffic from the airport, I built up tolerance to being on my computer again using ethernet. IT WAS TORTURE. There was no help, no disability, no insurance, no money. I could not work. After six months, I could return to work, but being around cell phones made me sick. My face would flush, I would feel weak, I would get migraine-type headaches, and my muscles would twitch like I had Huntington's. I lasted less than a year before I quit my job and retreated to my rented house. I received treatment from two alternative doctors, neither of whom could heal my condition. They did, however, provide medicines that help manage symptoms. I am still at home. I can now walk around the neighborhood again. However, I cannot be in most public places because being around cell phones and WiFi makes me feel weak and brain-foggy, like I am recovering from the flu. I am still unable to hold a real job. I can be on my computer, provided I use ethernet. I can be on Zoom for about 90 minutes before I develop a headache. We would all be better off if we had a better scientific understanding of how electromagnetic frequencies affect the human being and used that information to inform public policy. Other countries are studying this matter. Ours should too. I would not wish my condition on my worst enemy.

I am an individual consumer. I have had a pacemaker since June of 2020. I was told by cardiologist at the hospital to not have a cell phone on the side of my body with the pacemaker as it will affect my pacemaker. After my internet carrier changed to fiber optics, I found out from the company that makes my pacemaker monitor that 5G will destroy it. If that happened, I wouldn’t know if my pacemaker was working correctly and I would die. Because of this I had to get rid of my home phone and only use my cell phone. Presently, my cell phone carrier still has 4G. When it goes to 5G, I won’t be able to have a cell phone. I am extremely affected by my internet on my computer and the smart meter at my home. I become very agitated and filled with anxiety when on my computer. Since they installed the smart meter at my home a few years ago, my health began deteriorating. I am a copyeditor for authors, so staying off the computer would not allow me to continue my occupation. I need the money to even pay my lot rent as well as my other bills. Please lower the current 5G to 4G or less for the benefit of my physical and mental health and that of everyone else exposed to these frequencies. I researched SAR absorption rates before purchasing my last cell phone. I believe most people are aware of the danger of these frequencies, however they have no ability to affect a change. Their speaking up about this to their politicians has not made any difference. 10. I don't know. 11. Should exposure assessment or risk evaluation differ for sensitive populations such as those noted below? No, I believe that each of the following populations should be protected as they are all vulnerable to adverse health effects or even death because of these frequencies. 12, 13, 14. I don't know. 15 All of these things should be taken into account for the safety of everyone. 16 I don't know. 17 This is something Mr. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. needs to investigate. He needs to be the one to write the guideless on the roles for all the federal health agencies listed. 18 The average person reading this will be overwhelmed and not respond. It would take an entire law firm working in concert to get this information within six months to one year.

5G causes cancer, heart attacks, strokes, migraines, brain fog, memory loss, insomnia, fatigue, tinnitus, flu like symptoms (AKA Covid), muscle pain, muscle deterioration, loss of collagen just to name a few. The 5G antennas also kill trees, insects, birds and animals.

Why did the gov push 4g/5g tech without any Double blind placebo controlled studies on humans? Why did it allow this tech knowing that it can cause cancer in mice when exposed to it for long durations? We are currently exposed to it 24/7 and cancers are on the rise like never before. Heart attacks and strokes in young people are also skyrocketing since the rollout of 5G. This is a crime against humanity.
