"The brain mimics the energy it is introduced to in two major ways that I'm going to discuss. One way is the signal emitted to the brain causes the brain to mimic it enducing what ever state it is sending. The Other way, is the brain becomes electro physical while maintaining its own functions, it rises above the frequency and modulations and intended communications setting its self in next to possible oppositional frequencies. Sarcasm or sincerity, people adapt to survive and the humanoid form vessels "Consciousness and Intelligence" neither one exist without the other. This system forces us to become more Intelligent instead of actual machurien candadites. COST EFFECTIVE Mind Control , is not CANCEROUS ... So when you line up the NEXRAD Reflectivity Map (wisc university) and the .GOV (Cancers Reasearch GOV ) map ,,, yes it would actually be relevant to say that the radiation is playing a roll in cellular mutation and peptides misfolding aka CANCER , AGAIN , im no genius but this is not COST EFFECTIVE MIND CONTROL , YOU LOOSE WORKERS and perspective and potential , THE PYRIMID SCHEME is another word for " You are as weak as your weakest link" you will find this to be a factor for the people at the exact tip of the pyrimid , they will be dumbed down at their own hands as they use these technologies to convince themselves that they own people in the modern day slavery. Yes as biased as it seems its reality, which is distorted for the people ignorantly supporting this ... for every investor is cancer treatment paralleled meaning you will have to fund more treatments than actual Radio towers and satellites implementing them. This is unfavorable at this point and you are not willing to accept this as fact however see for yourself the hard way. ( human tendancy ) Everyday i wake up and my brains electric is stagnant and i have to push my energy to rehabilitate my neocortex and stop thought injection and mind control .... i know the exact energy routes and surprisingly DaVinci was able to have figured this out 500+ years ago , "Virtruvian Man" ... I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, caregiver and concerned member of the public. In looking around my community there seems to be a significant increase in brain lesions,cancers in the young, qas well as the elderly. I am concerned that exposure to radio frequency waves/radiation in devices and cell towers are to blame. I would like to see proper studies done as to the effects done separate from the entities who have a profit/money interests. We have children and care for a person who depends on us to make health and safety decisions. Please demand that research be done as to the safety of short and long term exposure Thank you kindly Thomas and Angela Halliday

For years RF did not bother me, In the last 5 years symptoms have started to appear. A loud buzzing sound when exposed to radio frequency, sometimes depending on the antenna, the round ones are the worst I get and itching and crawling sensation on my scalp like the skin is rippling. Leaving the vacinity of the antenna it subsides within a few minutes. If it wasnt accross from the cemetary where my family is buried I would avoid it totally. I have self limited my exposure as much as possible. As a part of limiting exposure, I have my work phone away from me by several feet, but when I have to many things to carry, I sometimes tuck it under my arm to carry in the house. Very stupid, but I did. Within a year I developed a cancerous melanoma about the size of pencil eraser exactly where the antenna sat on the phone. A place that never receives sun or natural things that might cause it to be in that location. I guess I thought this was safe because it was only for about a minute once or twice per day. We have turned off the WIFI in our home because of sleep issues, and any devices are turned off and in other rooms. Antenna should not be so close to people that they cannot have use and enjoyment of their outside space or be forced to sheild their living areas to be able to survive.

People who have mold illness and chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) often report that they also develop EMF sensitivity. Whenever they are near 5G Wi-Fi, cell phone towers, or antennas, they report headaches, brain fog, and fatigue. These symptoms persist until the exposure stops. This significantly affects their quality of life, and many say they stay on 4G because it feels more tolerable and less harsh. Communities have raised concerns, too. In 2019, CBS Sacramento reported that parents at Weston Elementary in Ripon, California, blamed a cell tower on campus after a fourth student there was diagnosed with cancer, including a student with brain cancer ("Parents Blame Elementary School's Cell Tower After 4th Student Diagnosed With Cancer," March 12, 2019). The tower was removed. There are also reports that a researcher in Switzerland found mold released more mycotoxins when exposed to EMF. The experiment is unpublished but is often cited by German doctor Dietrich Klinghardt. People who are sensitive to mold and mycotoxins may be more affected as cell towers and base stations are placed near where people live, work, and go to school. While wireless communication is important, it should not come at the cost of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans trying to go to school, work, or live safely in their homes. Many are exposed constantly and may not connect their symptoms to the frequencies around them. I ask that unbiased scientific research be done, independent reports be aggregated, and accommodations be considered for people with these sensitivities. 6G should be put on hold and not released until this is studied further and 5G may need to be rolled back to 4G. Thank you for your attention to this. I am a concerned citizen and I hope something can be done to protect people's health and quality of life.

EMF exposure is very concerning because the health effects are not being considered. My daughters have been dealing with anxiety which we believe is linked to the amount of wireless they are exposed to at school. My father carried his cell phone in his shirt chest pocket and developed arrythmias causing him to need a pacemaker placed. There are many documented health risks from wireless exposure. I believe Germany and now France have been taking these issues more seriously. In France they banned wireless from schools. Our safety limits are too high since documented health effects occur at much lower levels. Children especially are in a mass experiment... the increase in childhood cancers, miscarrages, tyrbo cancers, colon cancer in young adults (where do young kids/adults carry cellphone? In pocket) need to be considered. Something like 50% of teens or more facing anxiety (my daughters have very high anxiety and I believe there is a connection) Clearly need to consider not placing towers in neighboorhoods with family homes or apartments or near schools, parks and playgrounds.

The expansion of wireless radiation has caused many people to have serious health effects. Safety NEEDS to be a consideration with expansion into 5G and 6G and beyond. Personally, I used to have photographic memory up until my early 20s. Around 3G/4G and increased wifi exposure I went to having brainfog and memory issues on a constant basis and having difficulty forming clear thoughts/words/sentences at times. I do everything I can to reduce exposure... use 4g (turn off 5g) on my cell phone and use wired headphone buds or speaker phone for my calls, turn wireless off at night in my home, put a faraday cage to help reduce exposure from the Smart Meter... but it is impossible to avoid towers that come to neighborhoods without our say or knowledge or consent. And they are documented to mess with our cells (gated calcium channel effects) and cause anxiety etc. My own daughters 15 and 21 both suffer alot of unexplained anxiety that has increased SIGNIFICANTLY the past few years since 5G was introduced and I do believe there is a connection considering how much wireless frequencies /EMF they are exposed at school. No schools or homes or playgrounds should have wireless towers near them. There are OVER 10,000 studies worldwide showing the negative health effects of wireless radiation, and levels much lower than what the US deems allowable cause harm. I truly believe we will face a health crisis. See all the turbo cancers that have recently garnered attention may also be connected.

Elle est domiciliée à Pautaines-Augeville où les personnes de sont village sont armées avec des armes à énergies dirigées et utilisent ces armes sur Andrée à des fins de crime contre l'humanité. Ces armes ont des lanceurs d’ondes comme les frigos, les wifis, les luminaires, la télé, le portable le plus douloureux pour le cerveau. Elle subit le « Syndrome de la Havane »  avec acouphènes persistants, membres lacérés par les ondes, nausées, vomissements, vertiges, douleurs dans le corps, embolie pulmonaire, cancer lymphome aucune façon de diminuer l’impact des ondes et chaque jour son quotidien est de pire en pire. Je soutiens l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques. J’exhorte le HHS à évaluer soigneusement ces expériences et les données scientifiques, à identifier les lacunes de la recherche actuelle, à accorder une attention particulière aux enfants et aux autres populations potentiellement vulnérables, et à établir des priorités de recherche fédérales appropriées concernant les rayonnements sans fil et la santé publique. Cell phone tower on property that was close to our house. We lost two family members to cancer in the time we lived there have to wonder if cell tower could have had an impact.

Thank you for the opportunity to submit a comment. I absolutely oppose the 2-way wireless radiation emitting smart meters and digital meters that have been forced on Americans’ homes, including mine. Additionally I am very concerned about increasing levels of other sources of electromagnetic radiation and how exposure will affect all Americans, especially my family, as well as the enviroment. Over 1,000 peer-reviewed scientific studies have demonstrated serious adverse health effects from the wireless radiation coming from our cell phones, cell towers, and "Smart" meters radiating our homes 24/7. This includes DNA damage, infertility and reproductive damage, cardiac effects and arrest, neurological conditions (anxiety, depression, Alzheimers), immune system dysfunction, and cancer. The lawsuit was successful, but now over 5 years later the FCC still has not responded to the court and is refusing to regulate the Telecoms. We kindly ask anyone entering our home to please turn off their Cellular Data, Bluetooth, and WIFI on their phones and tablets as my husband and I do the same when we are in our home. Rarely do we need to use the internet on our phones but if we do, we do it quickly and away from our son and then once we are done, we make sure to turn it back off, immediately. We have asked our neighbors to apply faraday cages on their utility meters and they gladly obliged. We take all these measures, and I could go on listing more, because we are aware of the dangers. We do the best we can, to control what we can, knowing once we leave our house, it's a battle zone of cell towers and cell phones. I ask that HHS do everything in its power to better protect Americans from increasing sources of “electrosmog.”

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual patient and a concerned member of the public. I started work at a major R&D laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2000, and the institution began roll-out of complete building wireless communications within the next three years. By the year 2006, I had developed severe tinnitus, headaches, dizziness and balance issues. In the years 2006-07 I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma which continued to increase in size until significant treatment was required (a complete course of fractionated stereotactic radiation). This was massively disruptive to me, my family and workplace. This experience significantly and negatively affected my daily life until resolved in 2009. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
