I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, family member, caregiver, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, etc. I have personally been affected by the increase of cell towers and wireless technology negatively. A lot of the time I feel like my breaths are shallow and difficult and many times I feel my concentration is poor after exposure. It affects my sleep negatively as well. I usually take extra precautions such as unplugging the internet at night and taking supplements to calm my nervous system so I can fall asleep more easily. Whenever I use my phone to access the internet, I am more irritable afterwards. I notice when my children are using wireless technology they also become more irritable and not as focused. There are studies that show wireless technology negatively affects the developing brain. It is also known to cause cancer. If we want thriving children in our future then we need to address this issue. I believe more education to the public can provide awareness so parents can make an informed decision. Knowledge on how to mitigate or avoid negative side effects would also be helpful. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Hi. I am a sovereign American citizen who is concerned about the effects of people’s health from these radiation devices. Why is it for many years America was the only country who refused to test study the radioactivity? It has been a proven fact that Bee hives are destroyed that are in close proximity of the frequencies so what does it do to people? The animals respond to it, they even sense they are bad. Do you think you and your loved ones will be protected from the health problems like headaches, miscarriage's, tumors, cancer, and even death to name a few that this causes or do you plan on living in a underground bunker? I’m just asking because why would you want to expose yourself, or your family or anyone to the damage they cause. Look at how plants and trees act around them…. That side of the tree dies. Seeds will barely grow. If it does this to living plants it will do the same to us. No one will be immune to the effects including you. Think wisely

I am a Medical Doctor and I treat patients with ElectromagneticHypersensitivity, (EHS). From a fireman sleeping only 60 feet from a cell tower in the firestation, after 13 years, he developed a brain tumor that needed surgery and then a shunt, he developed insomnia and anxiety, he became infertile with a very low sperm count, he got depressed and confused, all thought to be from cell tower non-ionizing radiation exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient and concerned member of the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. This letter is my personal experience of how the radio-frequency (RF) radiation (also known as wireless radiation) has effected my life and health in an extremely dreadful way. My name is Rita Jann Geeslin. I was born Texas in 1949. I am a citizen of the United States as were all my relations. My health began to seriously deteriorate in 2016 with the roll out of 4G and the activation of all the new cell phone towers to support 4G. The first huge set back in my health came on very quickly when 4G was implemented. It hit me immediately and harshly. I began to have extreme pain and debilitating fatigue. I would experience such deep pain it felt I had been lined up in front of a firing squad and riddled with bullets. I would fall down to my hands and knees and could not get back up. And then the pain became so severe I could not walk. I could not sleep, I had headaches and nausea, anxiety and began having multiple skin cancers (various Basal cell carcinoma: 2 of them had to be surgical removed, one of which has now come back, various Squamous cell carcinoma and one Melanoma which was surgically removed). I was not able to go anywhere without extreme hardship. One evening when driving home, I was screaming in pain, feeling that my brain was exploding. I saw there was a new cell tower that had been installed. That was when I knew that it was all the new radioactivity frequencies that were causing my debilitation. What came out of my mouth with those screams was I have to get out of here. I went to stay at a house in Tucson, Arizona. I had always really liked Tucson and had always felt really good there, feeling well, strong and enthusiastic. But, that was no longer the case. My neighbors wifi was so strong that I could not sleep with so much pain. One day while stopped at a traffic light. I felt a sharp, burning/shearing pain, that felt like a red hot cork screw boring its way between my ribs into my body. I was screaming in pain. I looked out the window to see what was hitting me. There was the cell phone tower. I could not control the pain or the screaming. I knew I would have to move where there was no RF in order to have any kind of quality of life left. I bought a RF detection meter and started to look around to find a place would be where I would be safe from RF. My agent suggested I rent a cabin in the White Mountains outside of Greer, Arizona. where I could turn off all the wifi and live in an RF free zone. I did that and after a few days I started feeling better and was able to take walks in the woods. I was free of all pain and able to get a good night’s sleep. I was filled with joy once again. When my rental time was finished at that cabin, I returned home to my place in Sedona. All the pain, fatigue, inability to sleep returned. I was again in a debilitated state. To test out the validity of my experience, I rented another place in the White Mountains. I again turned off all RF. Again, all the pain and extreme debilitation left me and I was able to hike in the mountains. I knew I would need to sell my home in Sedona that I loved so dearly. I knew I would need to find somewhere to live that was remote, where the neighbors where far enough away that their wifi would not effect me. After a long search, I found a place where I thought the neighbors’ wifi was far enough away and the closest cell towers were 13 miles away. I bought what is called shielding material and sewed clothing to wear when going to town. This material is woven with metal. It is a suit of armor I put on to go anywhere to protect myself from more harm. I now must wear 3 layers of this shielding material anytime I get in the car (I can only drive in cars older than 2016 because anything newer has too much EMR (electro magnetic radiation) for me to be in. Most of the time I return home feeling very sick with headache, nausea and pain. I now do not venture out of my yard unless absolutely necessary. All of my neighbors have boosted up their wifi and security to the point I receive way much of their wireless radiation around my property. I have no quality to life left and that is all because of this wireless radiation and the extreme health issues it has and is causing me. I read the statistic that 10% of the world’s population know they have this EMR (electro-magnetic-radiation) Syndrome. There are approximately 8.3 billion people on planet earth, that is 830,000,000 people who know they are adversely effected by EMR. That is almost 1 billion people that know they are being harmed by wireless radiation.

In memory of Adwaita. I belong to a religious community and Adwaita was the person in charge of answering calls to the center. Needless to say he was on his cell often. His cell phone was usually on his left ear and he developed cancer on that side of his brain. This cancer took his life only 3 months after diagnosis. According to Dr George Carlo this fact was known to the industry since 1993. Please, take corrective measures now. Thanks much

I find these towers have been a harm. My husband and I suffer from brain fog when we are home . They are everywhere now. My husband recently passed from a metastatic cancer turbo of lung and liver and health issues like this caused by this radiation that we can’t do anything about.

From 1981 to 2001, I worked closely with Professor Cesare Maltoni, an internationally renowned oncologist; then I was Scientific Director of the same Institute. I am expert in the study of agents that can determine cancers and other environmental pathologies; among them ionizing radiation, low frequency electromagnetic fields (ELFEMF) and radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF). I paid particular attention to the issue of the risks related to simultaneous exposure even to small doses of chemicals or physical agents, alone or associated to multiple exposures, especially during embryonic and foetal life, as well as in childhood. I am the principal investigator of the RF-EMF large study performed by the Ramazzini Institute since 2006 up to the publication of data. We published the results of the carcinogenicity study in 2018 (Falcioni et al, 2018)1, when the US NIEHS/NTP technical report on RF-EMF (NTP, 2018)2 was also published. And, surprisingly, using the same experimental model, we obtained the same results: a statistically significant increase in heart schwannomas and an increase in brain gliomas (statistically significant in the NTP study). We studied very low SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) levels, simulating human exposures to radio base station antennas, the NTP studied SAR much higher, and in this case the exposure responses were higher. The two studies were evaluated in the systematic review commissioned by WHO (Mavissen et al, 2025)3 , which concludes.: “The findings of this systematic review indicate that there is evidence that RF EMF exposure increases the incidence of cancer in experimental animals with the CoE being strongest for malignant heart schwannomas and gliomas.” Based on the experimental results cited, and due to the enormous diffusion of radio frequency technologies, I am strongly and scientifically convinced that in assessing risks to the human population, policy makers must at least adopt a principle of caution by lowering exposure to limits compatible with the health of thI was Scientific Director and Scientific Advisor of the Ramazzini Institute in Bologna until 2023, now retired. I believ I had negative health affects from wireless radiation. In late 2018, I had bloodwork done and the results came back "pristine", according to my doctor. In 2019, near the house I live in, a cell tower was put up, less than 500 feet away. Later that year, I tried to stand up from the couch, and could barely move. Every joint, bone and my head hurt severely. The pain didn't go away. Day in and day out, I had no appetite and started losing weight, unintentionally. I went to a naturopath who gave me supplements.Nothing we tried would relieve the pein. This went on for 8 or so months. Pain 24/7. My hair fell out in clumps and I had various skin eruptions. My skin felt like it was constantly burning. I recieved certain remedies from a homeopath. I do not recall what they were. One day, the pain was so bad, I truly thought I would die. I could barely walk. Gradually, the pain subsided. I got bloodwork done again, by a hematologist/oncologist, and she diagnosed me with a "rare" cancer, Multiple Myeloma. I decided not to go through their treatments and persue diet changes. 8 years later, I am still alive, but have skin rashed and hair falling out.
