As a tester of EMF houses for years and a health researcher for many more, the stark health improvement of my customers is what is immediately apparent. One customer from 15 year stands out as a stark example. This woman was on the verge of suicide. She had constant headaches, eye trouble and a nasty (often pus-filled) facial rash. It was a simple EMF solution. She had been sleeping on the other side of a wall from the electric meter i.e. within 3-4 feet. We moved her bed andthese maladies dissipated within days. In 2002, I tried to engage RFK Jr. after an environmental speech at UofT to no particular avail. The EMF from electrical powerlines got a free pass and now the opponent 100x the size. I fear the same obfuscation, corruption and chicanerey from this amalgam of EMF Corp. will match or exceed Pharma. RFK Jr. has with persistent , strategic chipping away at Pharma's edges has already impacted the mobility and mortality of millions of people. It grows by the day. There are that many and more who are mentally and impacted by EMF. It was once my mission. But I was mocked by my own family - 5 or 6 of whom have since died where the unindicted co-conspirator was in fact.... EMF. P.S. Request for Information Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Public Experiences and Reported Potential Adverse Health Effects 2. I submit this comment as a concerned citizen with 2 direct years of constant EMF exposure from a buried power line along our foundation emitting excessive EMF (magnetic). In total, I now have 6 years of personal experience related to EMF exposure and health effects. 3. After moving into a newly built condo, my husband and I started to suffer from headaches, dizzy spells, high pitched & popping auditory symptoms, insomnia, brain fog, and other issues such as anxiety, irritability, heart palpitations, etc. After researching our combined symptoms and possible causes, we purchased an EMF meter and eventually identified that there was a high EMF (magnetic field) originating from a 20+ year old power line that was buried at the foot of our foundation and supplying power to the entire neighborhood(s). In addition, Dirty Electricity was also an issue in our new condo. After going before the City Council 4 times and contacting experts in the field and escalating the issue to the power company, the power company agreed to move the powerline away from our foundation. a. Primary issue: Power Conductor Line supplying power to neighborhood(s). Secondary issue: Dirty Electricity b. 24/7 excessive EMF (magnetic) ranging from 12 to 30 mG (and much higher during peak demand months) at the living room floor/exterior wall up to the master bedroom and through the entire depth of the condo. The EMF dissipated to about 1.5 mG in the driveway on the back side of the condo. Exposure started in January of 2020 when we moved in and it dropped significantly on January 28, 2022 when the old power line was turned off and relocated further away from the foundation from its original location. However, the EMF magnetic field consistently hovered around 0.5 to 1.0mG thereafter and we found it necessary to sell our home due to our new "electromagnetic hypersensitivity" resulting from 2 years of constant exposure. c. The adverse health effects we experienced included headaches, insomnia, brain fog, auditory anomalies (ringing, high & low-pitched noises, popping sounds), dizzy spells, memory issues, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, electromagnetic hypersensitivity, etc. d. The health effects first appeared shortly after moving into our new condo. We did not understand why we were experiencing these symptoms and did not know about EMF. It was almost a full year of confusion, headaches, dizzy spells, etc., before we started to research what could be causing our health effects and bought a Trifield EMF meter in December of 2020. e. The steps we took to reduce EMF exposure from the power line included moving into the guest room (furthest from the source of the EMF) and, at night, turned off the main power breaker to minimize EMF while we slept. We continued to have symptoms but, at times, seemed less severe than when we were sleeping in the master bedroom (2nd floor above the power line). We avoided the living room, where the EMF was highest. For the EMF exposure from the dirty electricity, we had the electrician remedy by rewiring the bundled neutrals in the electrical panel & boxes (this was the easy fix). g. Exposure logs with readings throughout the house and pictures and videos recorded. Exposure Standards and Risk Assessment 5. Please consider establishing guidelines and regulatory standards for proximity of power lines, sub stations, cell towers, etc. Educate the general public about hazards of all types of EMF and what they can do to minimize exposure. With cell phones, require lower SAR and require all cell phone and wireless radiation to post their SAR levels along with possible health effects. For Power Conductors and Sub Stations, establish safe limits and do not allow day cares, nursing homes, homes, or places of business to be built within at least 100 feet (refer to California’s standards on this – that is one thing they did right!). I have worked my whole life. Staring at age 13. I put myself through college two times. I served as a career firefighter for 7 years. I now work as an RN serving my community. I finally was able to buy my own home as a single woman, for my son and me. This was a monumental for me with a lifetime of effort to make it happen. Two years after moving to a remote location, in a direct effort to move away from cell towers and the physical effects I endured. A company placed one next to my home. No notification was given. I spent 2 years trying to find the source of vibration and noise in my once quiet home. In Aug 2026, they erected a new and larger tower. This allowed me to finally discover the source of disturbances. I can not sleep in my home. I have spent thousands of dollars attempting to shield the microwave radiation. Their rotating antenna is directly pointed at the roof of my home, 300 yards away. I am at a loss for what to do without governmental assistance. I beg you to give us some rights to be able to move away from the RF and cell towers. I have always taken responsibility for my health. I research and choose a healthy lifestyle so I do not become dependent on the governmental system. The Global Indoor Health Network is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing education and awareness of the health effects of mold and other indoor contaminants, including the harmful effects of microwave radiation. The use of EMF and RF devices is growing exponentially. These devices transmit wirelessly using Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and Radio Frequencies (RF). The report lists numerous health effects caused by radiofrequency (RF) radiation and includes references to more than 2,300 published research papers on the biological responses to radiofrequency and microwave radiation. This tells you there were already more than 2,300 published research papers on this topic prior to 1971. Thousands of additional papers have been published over the past five decades. Barrier Trower, a retired British Secret Service Microwave Weapons specialist, summed it up, saying "By 1971, we knew everything that needed to be known." Another expert in this field, Jerry Flynn, is a retired Canadian Armed Forces captain with specialized training and 22 years of experience in Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence. Flynn has worked with U.S. and NATO armies in this specialized capacity. He said: “The U.S. military has known for decades that the RF/microwave frequencies most harmful to man are those within the band 900 MHz to 5 GHz. These frequencies penetrate all organs of the body, thus putting all human organ systems at risk. Smart meters emit these precise frequencies which, when combined with certain pulsed modulation characteristics and power densities, are most harmful to the brain, central nervous system, immune system, and can cause cancers. This is precisely why these frequencies are used in microwave weapons of war.” Dr. Devra Davis states in her book "Disconnect: The Truth About Cell Phone Radiation, What the Industry Is Doing to Hide It, "there is a growing body of evidence surrounding alarming new scientific understandings of cell phones, other commonly used microwave radiating devices, and the new 5G network currently being built-out nationwide. We don't want to believe our new toys to which we are so attached--and which bring in enormous profits--could also cause our demise or that of our children. But science is not about belief. Governments' responsibility to their citizens should not be either." In relation to the harm being done by these devices, it is important to mention Havana Syndrome. As you know, a phenomenon called "Havana Syndrome" has affected many CIA agents, Embassy workers and American citizens. It is believed to be caused by microwave radiation attacks, most likely using cell phones or cell towers which can be used to target high levels of microwave radiation -- aimed at individual people or individual locations. It is believed that government officials were targeting opponents of the smart grid and 5G network with significant increases of microwave radiation. Another good resource is the paper titled "Electromagnetic Fields Disease" by Dr. Carlos Sosa and Dr. Pedro Sierra. I became severely electro sensitive close to 20 years now. It has been completely life altering!! My husband also became sensitive about 10 years ago. We had to close our business & move to a rural area THEN the cell tower came in the area & has been amped up with even more equipment. I was very much into all the latest electronic gadgets right from the beginning. Now I have issues in the house with low magnetic fields & electrical fields. How can one escape any of this without sacrificing actually living! The cost to try to protect ourselves and even our precious pets! They seek out spots in and around the home to feel comfortable in. It's so obvious plus I have purchased multiple meters to test the levels with. The regulations are basically non-existent, favoring the telecom industry. This is not advancement! yes it's all very convenient which is the 'hook' to gain more consumers for their fancy phones. The regulations are completely outdated and the medical field does not even address the affects that this has on the body & mind. We would like to see a complete unbiased, non industry analysis with more input & studies on how we can make this technology harmonize & heal instead of harm all living things!! In order for me to write this comment I can only use a hardwired computer system and we have shielded our home & have to wear special garments to protect the brain & body. It is a dysfunctional impairment meaning, take away this harmful technology & we will feel better. There is nothing wrong with us other than the electro poisoning that we are faced with every single day!! Where can we go, to be free from this when the planet is saturated in unnatural frequencies!! People who didn't smoke had to inhale the toxic fumes & just accept their second hand smoke exposure cancer! Similar situation here, people being forced to the exposure of wifi without a safe space for those who do not want that exposure! Our symptoms range from burning skin, damage to the eyes, headaches/migraines, loss of train of thought, memory decline, irritability, nervousness, lack of sleep, joint & muscle pain...all of which I have experienced on a regular basis! Our quality of life has been diminished!! Please do what is right, study the real science not the bought & paid for industrial science that is based on fraud & money. I am grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 9. I see children getting anxious, not sleeping well and not as vibrant and active as they used to be. I also have been affected and no longer put my phone in my bedroom and am noticing that I sleep so much better. Sleep is when our bodies heal. I notice that my grandchildren have chronic illness complaints. Our children need to be protected. Please look at peer review studies which show EMF harms. Let's protect all of us! Please update clear science and guidelines for these devices!

The increase in these frequencies has had life altering effects on my family. My husband has EHS. This has greatly affected our income. He can only work from home and can often be "triggered" by things we haven't thought about. He can't go out like a normal person. Can't go to his childs sporting events, because there seems to be a tower whereever there is an open field. He can't go on a vacation - even if we did have the money. This is like an imprisionment on our family, and the crime, having health that is affected by electromagnetic fields. Now so many people are wearing EMF's...he can't even go near people. The worst thing is that we are seen as "crazy" because people don't want to know how bad EMF's are. There is very little support out there. It would be really good if there was a diagnostic code for this condition. At least it would be recognised by the medical community. While I am speaking about the medical community is one of the things that scares me the most is that hospitals now have high levels of EMF's. There need to be laws around this. Our child had to go to hospital and my husband couldn't even be there because he would get sick. No place is safe. How does he recover? God has his back and we believe he will, but in the meantime it would be good to know about treatment protocols. And, most importantly, there needs to be laws around the levels of frequencies, especially in hospitals and churches. This has had a profound affect on our lives. And, if it was 25 years ago, this condition didn't even exist because there was not the level of radiation that there is today. Please stop this level of EMF's. Stop towers, make sure they are not emiting high amounts of radiation. Because this is a silent killer.

This is a scam. The Secretary of Health and Human Services is a lawyer consultant looking to create specific evidence linking a “health issue” to cases. It’s a fishing expedition designed to give RFK power to win in court. It’s a mockery of what the Sec of HHS should be doing, as RFK has no Medical degree, no public health degree, and no experience in anything relevant for health, but is necessary to run the nation’s healthcare system, child support policy, and social services, just to name a few. RFK should be fired or resign immediately.

When I had mercury amalgam poisoning in October 2020, I became disabled to work as real estate agent because it made me become hypersensitive to the radiations of cellphone, wifi and similar technologies. It made me weak and some parts my body numb. It also caused my left eye to be completely blind. I needed to move and live in a camping tent in a foresty land in order to be away from electronic and electrical radiations. I applied for disability benefit with SSA but unfortunately they do not consider Electrohypersensitivity as a disabling illness. I feel that it is very unfair. Change is needed. Because of my experience, I want mercury amalgam fillings be banned and that the public must be warned and be prevented from the adverse effects on health by the radiations of cellphone, wifi, smart meter, cellphone towers and other similar technology.

Across the nation many residents are concerned about the small cell wireless antennas being deployed in our community. These powerful antennas, part of the next generation of wireless technology (5G), are being placed in close proximity to our homes, schools and other places where we engage in the activities of our daily lives, even though there is no science that assures their safety. Our local officials should have the right to decide where those new antennas and their equipment are placed. But perhaps most troubling is the news about our health. A recent (2018) peer-reviewed study by the National Toxicology Program of the National Institutes of Health – the most prestigious health research organization in the world – proved that exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation, the kind emitted from all wireless devices and their infrastructure, causes cancer and DNA damage.
