My wife's experiences with RF/EMF and consequences for her health and quality of life My wife's electrical hypersensitivity began after a tough amalgam removal in 1980 granted by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, paragraph 8, due to oral galvanism. A brass screw in a root-filled cracked tooth reacted with amalgam fillings that first turned black and then began to dissolve. Referral to the Academic University Hospital in Uppsala where elevated mercury levels were found. After the sick leave period when she returned to her job as a teacher, she reacted to fluorescent light fixtures with tingling in her skin. The municipality electrically removed her schoolroom; fluorescent light fixtures were replaced with incandescent light. Dimmers were removed. She was able to continue her job part-time due to chronic fatigue. The computers were moved into a special room and she was referred to Arbetslivstjänster for testing of electrically removed computers. Then mobile phones came in and she had such serious symptoms that she could no longer stay at school. She was completely on sick leave and later received sickness benefit, diagnosed with ICI -10 T78 anaphylactic shock/perceived electrical hypersensitivity. A 3G mast gets a building permit 200 m from our house. Despite the municipality's knowledge of her problem and our electrically renovated home, they claimed that she would be able to handle it. We moved to a secluded farm in another municipality. After a year in our new home in the countryside, the municipality sets up a two-transmitter WiMAX to offer wireless broadband throughout the municipality. For 3 days, my wife and 6 other electro sensitive people have to quickly flee their homes. Her symptoms were air hunger, heart problems, swollen and red face, tingling throughout the body. Certificate from the district doctor. Escapes to the forest, lives in a caravan. Must start with heart medication. Can move home after 1.5 years of living in a caravan when the municipality shut down WiMAX. She had not been able to visit our home at all during the time in the caravan. A year later, “smart electricity meters” were installed and she became acutely ill with very high blood pressure (the negative pressure was 122). This time she fled to a renovated caravan in the forest and she could not tolerate any electricity at all for 3 months. She was terribly ill, had tinnitus and other problems and was completely exhausted. There is a medical certificate. When we got the old electricity meter back after 9 months, she was able to move back home. When she visited her health center in November 2017, she became very ill after 10 minutes, again with shortness of breath, heart problems, swelling and tingling and was very ill for 6 months. She learned that the health center had installed Wifi 2G+5G. She contacted the health center and wanted them to come to our house and take tests. The answer was no. “It is not medically justified. You are welcome to the health center, but the WiFi will not be shut down”. Since then, she has had no access to healthcare. After each “bang”, she becomes more and more sensitive to electricity/mobile phones. Now the network owner, where she has her electrically renovated refugee accommodation, has installed a new “smart” electricity meter, even though we have an agreement to keep our old mechanical electricity meter and self-reading. We have hired a lawyer, but are not getting it right. Now we have appealed to the Supreme Court. The electrically renovated refugee accommodation, which cost us 2 million Skr, is completely destroyed for her. It is uninhabitable and she is completely without rights. According to the EU Energy Market Directive, it is possible to keep your old electricity meter if you have problems with the new electricity meters, but Sweden has decided that no exceptions should be allowed. The authorities are even urging network owners to use the Swedish Enforcement Authority against those who refuse to install “smart electricity meters” due to health reasons. If that were to happen to us too, she would have nowhere to go. Once again, she is in the same situation that smart electricity meters are being installed in our house, but now our spare accommodation is uninhabitable. Where will she live? Since 2017, she has not had access to healthcare at the health Centre and hospital due to wireless broadband Wifi, which the healthcare system refuses to turn off. She has needed care in the meantime, referrals are stopped by the hospital director citing a lack of scientific evidence, too expensive to fix and patient safety for other patients is threatened. The answer is always. “You are welcome to healthcare but Wifi will not be shut down”. The hospital technicians believe that it is possible to temporarily shut down Wifi locally without risk to other patients. Now the hospital director has also forbidden the hospital technicians from speaking out about this.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am an individual who is sensitive and adversely affected by wireless radiation. I am sensitive to cell phones, wireless routers, microwave owens and smart electric meters. My symptoms are chest pain (heart) and sharp pain the the head. These symptoms happen immediately with microwave owens and even at fairly long distance. I have to avoid areas housing smart meters, as they wil cause heart and head pain withing a few seconds. I do not use a cell phone and have to avoid being near anyone who is using a phone. I use a modem which does not have a wifi capability and which are now hard to find. As are computers without wifi built in. I support HHS taking an active role in examining and regulating the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Thank you for providing the public with an opportunity to finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

About 10 years ago consumers energy came to my house and forced us to let them put a smart meter. Almost immediately I started getting migraines. I didn't have a history of migraines. Our family was relatively healthy and once the meter was installed. We all started getting sick easily. We didn't sleep well through the night anymore and our children's behavior was erratic. We can't afford their fees to keep the thing off our house. But the health issues got so severe that one of our family members paid for it to get removed. We pay extra on our electric bill every month to keep it off our house. The sad part was there isn't much information about those meters and the amount of radiation they put off. The only good thing about California government is they have those banned. So the only only information I could find that went against those smart meters was out of California. Once the meter was removed off our house, everybody went back to normal. Relatively quickly. My migraines went away overnight and everybody started feeling better and behavior went back to normal. The only thing that had changed during that time was the meter itself. I probably have documentation someplace on my computer about going back and forth with consumers energy. There's a lot of back and forth arguments. DTE energy tried to put a smart meter on our house and I flat out refused it. They weren't so bad to work with. But I don't believe we should be paying extra fees to keep the radiation out of our house.

I don't believe the zionist/central bankster-controlled federal government gives a rats ass about anyone's health. As of 2020, we are now in the accelerated phases of "The Great Culling" that Dr. Rima Laibow warned us about 20 years ago. The slow kill methods (Fraudulent "vaccinations," Smart grid cancer epidemics (after 5 years), USDA approved toxin and nano-laced food, US DoD/NOAA/NWS toxic aerosols in our Troposphere, inverted regulatory agencies that poison instead of protect, and more) have now been augmented by accelerated mass murder programs. The C19 injection is still on the shelves to kill the uninformed. We are pounded with weather modified unnatural disasters spawned by the US DOD/NOAA/NWS and their Ionospheric Heater network. Every single technology related to ElectroMagnetic Radiation is a dual use weapon and everyone now understands that there is a very real likelihood that it is being used against us to kill us in various ways at this time. I want it ALL shut down. Smart meters need to go back to analog. LED street lights need to go back to incandescents. ALL 5G+ technology needs to be REMOVED - not just disabled and the corporations that installed it need to be broken up into employee-owned cooperatives by region. I am directly harmed by these technologies and toxic systems. I feel completely betrayed by this heaping piece of garbage that calls itself my "government." Robert Kennedy Jr. is now 100% mind controlled and will NEVER fix a single thing. He hasn't stopped the C19 injection and he has had plenty of time to do it. He has no credibility and plenty of intense dislike now - because he promised to stop the madness and he hasn't done a damn thing. The UN World Population Conference of 1994 clearly states that the Global Financial Elites plan to take active measures to de-populate the earth when the total population reaches 8 Billion souls. Ten years ago our adult son moved to a new rental apartment near Kingston NY. Over the course of several weeks sleeping in the new bedroom, he was awakened repeatedly during the night with severe headaches. Having never experienced any such headaches or interrupted sleep previously he assumed it had something to do with his new environment but was at a loss as to the cause. It was suggested he find out where his apartment’s electric meters were placed. He discovered that four digital smart electric meters for the apartments in his building were mounted together outside on the wall directly behind where he had been sleeping in his bed, his head no more than a foot or two from these meters. From this close and persistent contact with the pulsating micro radiation over several weeks, he suddenly found himself faced with a health condition he had never heard of before, but which induced severe reactions whenever he found himself near any sources of RF/EMF radiation, i.e. routers, meters, cell towers. That was ten years ago. Since then, married with children, he has struggled to lead as normal a life as possible, but a life severely circumscribed by the limitations imposed by EMF disease. His work, home and family life are affected enormously. When he and his family visit us on Long Island we do our best to provide a comfortable environment as free from EMF sources as possible. We have no smart meter on our home measuring our electricity usage. We maintain an analog meter for which we must pay an $12 to $14 premium each month to PSEG. In our research we were incredulous to discover that the last time that the FCC conducted a study of electro-magnetic radiation was 1996 – 30 years ago. I point to the specific scientific studies referenced below to emphasize the very clear need for the FCC to conduct a very serious review of its regulations in light of the overwhelming body of evidence pointing to the severe health effects of RF/EMF radiation. In addition, the Department of Health and Human Services needs to follow suit to address the severe consequences on the human body caused by the cumulative effects of RF/EMF exposure. 1. In my experience and knowledge my symptoms and ailments are all from EMF, WIFI, Smart meters, RF, HAARP, 138hz low Frequency, radio waves and signal microwaves, DEW or Direct energy weapons that James Giordano himself says Americans are being hit By Direct Energy weapons and it's our own Govt and military doing it. Namely the CIA, and FBI Fusion Centers, Infagard, and a host of private business... I have really bad psoriasis all over my back arms and legs that I think are related to Microwaves, DEW, WIFI, smart meters, RF, EF, EMF, Ive aged in looks 10 years in just the last few years due to EMF WIFI and UHF, VHF, ELF, Low frequency. etc... I've been sick and in and out of the Hospital in the last decade just before and after we implemented 5g. I am constantly nauseous, dizzy loss of balance that also began not long after HAARP was launched in 1990. Most say it don't but HAARP Ionizes the atmosphere and makes EMF more deadly. I uploaded a file to Chatbot gpt a audio file or over the air recordings and it said YES it's real and it 's got a lot of Energy behind it. It also said it transmits at 138hz which is a low Frequency. that's why I say 138hz. UHF, VHF Ham, shortwave radio is also used I have forensic evidence of this as well. But the thing is EMF in all it's forms EF, RF, EMF WIFI, Smart meters, nano bots and nano technology, is killing us. Hearing aids need to go back to analog tech too and not use AI and or Digital anything since my hearing aids don't hear sound like it's supposed to be but sounds like cartoons and AI chat bot and or Pokemon and Yougio script... Even the Chatbot gt thing I up loaded the audio file to said it can detect two different signals that aren't normal. Smart meter installed and my 19 year old was having Chest pains. He even called an ambulance. Once smart meter removed he was fine. This was not just one incident. Also the smart meter was causing itching skin for my husband & I. We thought it was bugs but your skin microbiome is affected! Once smart meter gone, stopped this. We turn Wi-Fi off at night. Was causing my 17 year old nose bleeds when he slept. Also Wi-Fi was causing irregular menstrual bleeding during menopause. Where i avoided a hysterectomy just by turning Wi-Fi off. When i am nearb 5G towers i bleed .

I have had and continue to have health effects from EMF exposure. I have been diagnosed as electrically hypersensitive and receive a reasonable accommodation to perform my work in a way that limits my exposure and symptoms. The symptoms started in 2015 and it took seven years of worsening symptoms before I discovered the cause. I was experiencing severe sleep disturbance and fatigue, often sleeping only 3 hours at a time and sometimes only 3 hours all night. Additionally there was digestive disturbance, ear ringing, light sensitivity, increased heart rate, confusion and difficulty concentrating. The replacement of my electric meter, which was a smart meter, with a regular meter resulted in a dramatic but short-lived improvement, followed by a decline. This was my first clear indication that the EMF was related to my symptoms. Since then, many additional measures were necessary to achieve the improved health I now have. Some of the types of exposure that affect me adversely are smart meters, Bluetooth, Wifi, and electromagnetic interference on house wiring. There is a multitude of research showing harm from various types of EMF, and many books citing this research which are easy to find. Consumers should have the right to a regular electric meter upon request at no additional cost. Consumers should receive a warning on the effects of powerful RF emitting devices such as Wifi routers, cell phones, computers, Ring cameras, and all other smart devices. They should be educated on methods to limit their exposure. If they aren't informed, there will be increasing numbers of people that are sensitized due to high exposure.

Not a scientist and don't have any studies to tout, but as an opinion of a health-conscious American woman, I take precautions against extra EMF, RF and wireless radiation. We chose our house location because it is not located by a cell tower, we chose a manual electric meter instead of wireless, we have hardwired our home for wireless Internet and so on. I think with time and money, future studies will show these frequencies do more harm than good. I also think aesthetically, cell towers are polluting our beautiful landscape-there has to be another way to regulate towers and to transmit service. Thank you.

The Smart Meters that Eversource and National Grid are now installing on every house in Massachusetts are far more intrusive on our privacy than the Flock Cameras. Smart Meters are far more dangerous to our health through the EMFs they emit continuously. These Smart Meters have also been linked to fires, though it is hard to prove since utility companies nationwide rush in and grab them from any fire and they disappear. So-I will be paying over $500 a year to have a "non-communicating" meter installed so my wife and I will not be subject to these EMFs which do far more damage to humans than they are admitting. I urge you to prevent these life threatening meters from being put on my house to jeopardize our health, indeed our very lives. My wife has a heart condition and these EMFs will kill her.
