Hello! I am responding from the perspective of a concerned individual. I appreciate the opportunity to voice my concerns and position on the subject of Electromagnetic Radiation. Although it's difficult to determine (definitively) the health effects caused by an INVISIBLE danger such as RF Radiation, I non-the-less felt compelled to voice my concerns. The FCC and Telecom companies are seemingly out of control! They are putting up broadband lines, cell antennas and cell towers, smart meters, satellites and Data Centers wherever and whenever they want with little or no input from citizens... the proliferations is staggering! The public seems to have no protection, no local control or authority over these dangerous and risky practices. All of this continues to be rolled out at record speed and we the public aren't being informed of any sort of reviews or deployment with any of this; it's everywhere! Citizens deserve to have a vote in this very serious matter. The FCC (a Captured Agency) and the Telecom Industry have too much power and authority and need to be better regulated. I don't think the health of citizens is a priority for them; money, as usual is the incentive. I think it is imperative to have updated and thorough analyses pertaining to and including safety, exposure limits and human and environmental health impacts. The Telecommunications Act of 1996 Section 704, needs to be challenged as being unconstitutional, and needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Specifically what needs to be challenged in the Telecommunications Act is the “environmental effects”. “SEC. 704. FACILITIES SITING; RADIO FREQUENCY EMISSION STANDARDS… (iv) No State or local government or instrumentality thereof may regulate the placement, construction, and modification of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects of radio frequency emissions to the extent that such facilities comply with the Commission's regulations concerning such emissions.” I remember visiting the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in 1996. I read all the quotes etched in stone inside the beautiful memorial to a great man. A few years ago, I remembered one that was so significant, "I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." - Thomas Jefferson Even though, Jefferson could never have imagined what life would be like 200 years in the future. This quote covers it. This wireless insanity is tyranny over the minds of all of us. Tyranny shows up in all sorts of forms and repression, and this invisible wireless stuff is in the category of "every form of tyranny over the mind of man." In the Declaration of Independence, it says "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." And then I needed to put it all together....and then Martin Pall's journal article came out "Microwave frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produce widespread neuropsychiatric effects including depression". This was the missing piece to the challenging of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, specifically Section 704. Our Constitutional rights are being denied because this is Tyranny over the minds of Men, and we have the inalienable right to the pursuit of happiness, and since wireless technology causes depression and unhappiness in the minds of men, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 Section 704 is therefore unconstitutional and a direct violation of our inalienable rights! And on a related quote from history. " - Benjamin Franklin Enough! The Telecommunications Act of 1996 Section 704, needs to be challenged as being unconstitutional, and needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court of the United States of America!! If we as a civilization, continue down this path of insanity, there will be no future. What we are all facing is a "Technological Holocaust" (I coined this phrase) because our governments are run by corporations, and the corporations are run by men and women who are self-serving money driven sycophants. We are living in a technological insane world where health is not considered in the roll-outs of new technology. I am not against technology, I am for a prudent and safe approach to the deployment of new technology to keep people safe. I have suffered greatly because of the deployment of cell phones, smart meters, and cell phone towers. I have found that I am very sensitive to this technology. I have found that I have a tough time concentrating, reading, and feeling like myself when I am around wireless technology. My life has been upended because of all the cell phone towers. I will not stay at a hotel/motel if a cell phone tower is nearby because it definitely interferes with my sleep. When smart meters where deployed in my neighborhood in Fort Collins, CO, it really pushed by body over the limits and it really caused my body and mind pain and suffering. I finally sold my house in 2019 because I could not handle living there with all the smart meters clearly effecting my body. Where is my financial compensation for this predicament? Once again, The Telecommunications Act of 1996 Section 704, needs to be challenged as being unconstitutional, and needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Specifically what needs to be challenged in the Telecommunications Act is the “environmental effects”. Clearly, I am experiencing effects. Please take action and Challenge The Telecommunications Act of 1996!

EMF exposure has affected the health of my family. We used to live 29 feet away from a 5G tower and had a smart meter outside of our bedroom window. Both my husband and I suffered insomnia, headaches, miscarriage, aches and pains, etc., we never felt well rested and had brain fog. Once we moved, our brain fog disappeared, we started sleeping through the night, and we got pregnant!

I am very sensitive to EMFs. The smart meter of my home was right outside of my bedroom and caused huge flares in fatigue, joint pain, ringing in my ears. and more. I am so concerned about our world and our children. Most people don't have the awareness, knowledge, or resources to make changes, or are stuck living or working near towers, smart meters, etc. There are changes that can be made! Fortunately I could opt out of the smart meter program in my area (and pay more monthly). I have my home hard wired. But I have to take great care traveling, visiting friends and family, even when selecting a church or school for my children.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. My family has been living an ultra healthy life for decades. We grow our own food & were enjoying ultimate health. Highly active, we have a rural property we loved working. The entire family made an activity out of growing & preserving our own healthy foods. We have lived near a tiny cell tower since around 1990. On a hill, it was below us. We had little effect noticed. The family was full of energy and activity. After upgrades started about 12 years ago or so, we began to notice headaches, stiffness, sleeplessness, and tension that would not go away. Our animals began to die suddenly with tumors. One by one we were losing our healthy pets. After struggling to walk, I began to try to increase my exercise time to keep fit. Not much was available on how to counteract the effects we were feeling, but nothing that always worked for symptoms were touching this. We found a form of remediation and suddenly I was able to walk again without a cane. I felt strong. The kids were having less headaches. My husband was not as stiff. Literally a month later the hell began. I am unsure of the exact year, but flatbeds showed up. They built the tower up to a hellish monstrosity. Now the tower was even with our doorway in our home up the hill about a half mile away. Due to the incline it was closer to our house. Within several months I completely lost the ability to walk without canes. Exercise makes it worse. Blinding headaches, vision impairment, severe excruciating pain, and inability to sleep or even rest without severe agitation began. It affected me most because I was home the most. Everyone else was waking up in a fetal position, having debilitating headaches/issues. Within 7 months our neighbor who never had neurological issues was dead of neurological issues. Every so many months as we tried to counteract to stay comfortable, upgrades continued. A woman next to the tower has to get spinal injections the pain is so severe. Her husband had cancer several times since staying home after lockdowns as have other neighbors. You can not imagine the excruciating torture from these towers. The health we worked so hard to maintain is in jeopardy from this nightmare. One note- lightning struck around the tower and it went off at one point for most of a night and morning. All of the symptoms completely stopped. I slept, no pain, the relaxing feeling I had enjoyed in my life was back. It was wonderful to feel normal again. As soon as the tower went back on, the pain shot through me so severely I screamed. Our remaining few pets have also been tortured by this. We lost many birds, butterflies, & bees as well. We have had to put out all of our savings to try to counteract this as much as possible, but nothing stops the overall effects from progression. Not only has this affected our family, but I lost two close friends with towers like this one near their homes directly due to towers (I won't go into how I know but it is definite) as their bodies began collapsing and they died when their bodies gave out. That hurt me too. Once they added smart meters in our area (which are data chains with wireless signals that go through property) a year ago, more pets & people we know within miles of our home are having complete neurological collapses. I am talking about blacking out & waking up unable to use arms or legs. Interestingly, it often happens to multiple people at the exact same moments. All of our respite areas within 100 mi are now as bad or worse than our home area due to excessive towers & wind farms (which are worse due to signals used penetrating rock & water as per Dr Lee Merritt). Area Mennonites are now starting to have problems & very few of them have more than occasional cell phone hidden in the barn or on shelf. We have worked hard to stay alive. What is happening to us is horrific. You have no idea what this torture is like. We are doing what we can but need this to be reformatted into SAFE ways of setting up the networks above not directly affecting us. Exercise makes it worse- imagine exercising during being tasered and that gives you an idea of what it is like. Someone - a close relative- with no health problems was thrown from her chair & temporary quadriplegic for a short period of time. I am hearing this from more and more people. If we did not have remediation in place, we would probably be dead. I have lost over 5 years of my life able to do very little. My husband is overwhelmed, and now is struggling to function. He has his own business and can not afford to not work. Day after day we pray for help because we want to live & walk & move again!!! I cry constantly because I envy people who can walk & I can't because of selfish tech. Thank you for listening.

All utility companies should be required to offer analog equipment option instead of forcing consumers to live with smart meters. A process should be prominently displayed on their websites. I am also concerned about the health implications of WiFi and towers situated near schools, housing, businesses, parks.

Thank you for looking into what many know is causing harm to the human body. We the People never agreed to this. It affects the human body at the cellular level and causes human suffering. To my knowledge, there have not been peer reviewed blinded studies, and there is not a way for doctors to diagnosis and treat the harm caused to me from electromagnetic fields, radio-frequency radiation, and/or wireless radiation exposure. I only use my cell phone when absolutely necessary and keep it far away from me otherwise, have hardwired internet, and haven’t had a microwave oven for about 8 years in order to lessen my exposure. I did not want a smart meter installed at my house, but around 2015 my electric company sent information of possibly installing a smart meter at some point in the future, and if they were going to move forward, another letter would follow. My intent was to address the situation then, but the second letter never came, and soon after, I discovered a smart meter attached to my house without my knowledge or permission. I let it go, thinking there was nothing I could do. Around 2022, after having increased headaches, fatigue, insomnia, brain fog and feeling unwell over this period of time, I called my electric company and they advised me to contact the PA Utility Commission. I even offered to pay to reinstall my analog meter and pay a monthly fee, but the answer was no. I filed a complaint with the PA UC, and they did absolutely nothing. I continue to live with the negative health effects from EMF/rf radiation and/or wireless radiation exposure to this day. I ask you to move forward with more studies, as they are detrimental to healthy human life.

I would like Smart meters to be removed nationwide and transition back to safe analog meters that don't emit harmful radiation or pose a fire hazard the way Smart meters do also the 5G towers are a problem and need to be addressed.

It took nine years to figure out the cause of the insomnia, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, tinnitus, nervousness, dizziness, headaches, body aches, and so on. Then, one day, life changed forever following overexposure to smart electricity meters. It was like a bombshell: a career change, the sale of a recently built dream home, a loss of bearings, and strained social relationships—not to mention the challenge of working when you are "allergic" to Wi-Fi. There is no doubt that EMFs are toxic and pose significant health risks to everyone.

In France, they deployed cell towers throughout the country during the plandemic. They continue to roll out 5G. As for EMFs, I am extremely electrosensitive (EHS) and my life is a living hell. I am constantly exposed to electrosmog because I live in an apartment building. As for RF and exposure to radiation from wireless technologies, I’m being exposed to radiation from my neighbors’ Wi-Fi and from the smartphones of people in my neighborhood. A Linky meter is installed in every apartment. Going grocery shopping is hell: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, “unbearably loud music”—everyone has a smartphone. People are all brainwashed, in every public place. I’m chemically sensitive; I live in hell when I’m in an apartment building. The smells of chemical laundry detergents, pesticide spraying, all the perfumes, all the petrochemical industry odors outside. people are being poisoned by endocrine disruptors and they don’t know what they are, due to a lack of education and information. Yet the information is readily available. I have a medical certificate issued by the Occupational and Environmental Diseases Service diagnosing me with EHS and MCS. It’s completely useless to me! I have no hope.
