Current permitted levels of RF radiation violate Americans with Disabilities Act! Growing number of people have developed a disability - sensitivity to EMF aka Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) aka EMR Syndrome. I am one of them. When I am close to wireless devices or cell phone towers I experience severe pain, fatigue, cardiac issues. It feels like you live in a microwave prison. You are tortured and unable to participate in the society, access goods and services without getting harmed. You can’t go to places that have WiFi or in vicinity of cell phone towers which is almost everywhere now: - Schools and offices - Doctor’s offices, hospitals - Public transportation - Hotels - Stores etc. I drive a 12-year-old car. You can’t turn off all wireless features in newer cars – satellite connection, radars detecting lines etc. It became extremely hard to find a home with low RF radiation levels. Every trip into “civilization” is a torture even with multiple layers of EMF protective clothing. A lot of children are becoming sensitive to EMF. I have following suggestions on how to address man-made EMF induced health crisis: - Transfer responsibility for establishing safe EMF levels from FCC to HHS - Establish RF limits similar to Building Biology Institute – less than 0.1 μW/m² - Ban Smartmeters, 5G and any future Gs, WiFi in public places including schools - Repeal Telecommunications Act - Accommodate disabled with EHS by creating no-wireless radiation zones in every metro area – no cell phone towers/radio towers/Smartmeters/wireless devices - Ban Starlink until proven safe - Create guidelines on diagnosing EHS, provide education to doctors on this condition - Fund research on how to decrease symptoms of EMF sensitivity - Order Telecom industry to create a fund to pay for damages to victims harmed by wireless radiation.

Where to start?....I have been struggling with my health for the last 25 years due to the increase in EMF's in our environment. Right after I bought my home, a police station was erected adjacent to my property. The Radar was pointed straight at the front of my house and my bedroom. Then an antenna was added. Next a cell tower was erected next to the police station, about 300 feet from my home. Then an antenna went up on the other corner near my home. Next another cell tower was erected next to the first one I just described. Then they were both doubled, with one on top and one on the bottom. Next a first responders tower was added to the back of the police station, a mere 100 feet from my back door. All of this over the course of 10 years time. I was the proverbial frog in hot water that was turning slowly up to a boiling point. Needless to say my symptoms were off the charts, to the point where I had to quit my job because of inability to function. My Autonomic Nervous System was so kicked, I could not wind down, ever. Horrible insomnia. My Parasympathetic Nervous System was non existent. Massive fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, migraines, inflamation, balance problems, nose bleeds, numb feet that made me trip and fall often, full body hair loss, heart pain, anxiety, depression and panic attacks. 5G is responsible for all the sudden eye problems everyone is experiencing. 5G cooks the eyes like eggs. The burning and dryness and redness is at historic levels. ( and Similisan, a homeopathic eye drop was convienently taken off the shelves) ..I was dying a slow death. An opportunity to move came about and I felt like I was on another planet in my new home! All the symptoms subsided. I began to regain my health. Even my body hair began to grow back! I am slowly feeling that 'pot' heating up again in my new home as the 5G towers populate my area. My neighbors have massive EMF technology that I am feeling as well as the increase in satellites in our upper ionosphere. I had a cell phone for a short time before it began burning my hands and face and sending sharp pains through my ears, to a point where I could not use it anymore. And the radiation was scrambling my brain. Needless to say, I have Zero Wi Fi in my home. I have not had a cell phone in many years now. My home computer is hardwired with an ethernet and I use a land line. I can not tolerate these EMF"s that are continually increasing by the day! I cannot check out at Home Depot because everything is self check out with a surveillance screen in a row of about 15 check out stations all emitting massive Wi Fi. I learned quickly after I used it one time and it burned my face for about 8 hours. Same for CVS. Even the dollar store now has a surveillance screen when you walk in the door. Paying for a meal at a restaurant is all done electronically thru cell phones. I am feeling slowly closed out of participating in society because I cannot tolerate the EMF exposures. I am the canary in the mine field. Just because others cannot feel what I feel does not mean they are not being affected. I am concerned with the health of all humanity! With all the frequencies available, why are the ones chosen not compatible with humans??? These frequencies disrupt our own body electrics, especially the heart, and second the brain. Studies show these EMF's damage human DNA! These toxic frequencies clump and dehydrate our red blood cells, causing hypoxia. Covid was conveniently labeled as the cause for all the lung issues during the massive roll out of 5G while we were all locked down. Red blood cells are responsible for transporting oxygen to all the cells of the body. My biggest concern are the non stop Chem trails emitting huge amounts of toxic heavy metals in the sky, weaponizing the sky by electrifying it, enabling the transmission of EMF's creating weather modification droughts and deluge as well as contributing to Havana Syndrome. The fact is that the entire planet is now contaminated with measurable amounts of Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Graphene oxide, plastic particulate nano particles, surfectants, etc. These heavy metals are creating a humid heat dome that is threatening our planet! Toxic Mold is proliferating at an exponential rate. I have witnessed it in my neighborhood and was knocked out with toxic black mold just a few months ago that destroyed me like nothing I have ever experienced. Destroyed my mytochondria and I was flat on my back, sick as a dog..still trying to detox...Trees are dying in massive numbers. Our soil and food is contaminated. Animals, insects and plants are going extinct. THIS HAS TO STOP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The public deserves full re-examine of this technology that has been implemented into every area of our lives without full and proper and ethical disclosure without special interest involvement. I am not sure if all the satellites orbiting every mile of our airspace without the same careful examination and forced upon all mankind without our consent deserves the same full attention asap!!! I submit anonymously having been so harassed for speaking out about my wireless experience. But if the HHS wants to know more I am willing! 1. & 2. I responding as: an individual 3a. Wireless or RF/EMF sources: Homebound/off-grid in many locations since 2013--the worst is I can NOT get away from military communications. When military in on alert I know! Source unknown--PAVE PAWS, satellites, or cell towers? 3b. Nature: I unknowingly suffered from EMFs/wireless since working at a satellite focused company in Silicon Valley in the 80s. It didn't know the source of harm until temporarily paralyzed by an electric company "smart" meter in 2011. 3c. Adverse health effects: PAIN, paralysis, extreme exhaustion, neurological instability affecting everything in my body--all 5 senses, brain-fog, hormones, skin eruptions/bleeding, chemical/fragrance sensitivity, inability to detox, etc. 3d. Time from first exposure to adverse health effects: Unknown as I was unaware EMFs/wireless were triggering problems. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? Continually sought, but MDs didn't have a clue so called it autoimmune. I sought out a formal diagnosis of sometime around 2020 after an EMR friend was put into mental incarceration for having slept with her electricity turned off. 3f. Steps taken to reduce exposure? Everything I could do to improve my health, moving off-grid, experts, shielding, finding better locations only to be followed by new wireless sources--living homebound--no one allowed on my property with cell phones, etc. Most everything I tried helped, but was followed by higher levels of far off frequencies. I had a spectrum analyzer which helped with analysis. 3g. Any supporting documentation? In 2011 I knew nothing about wireless until temporarily paralyzed by an electric company "smart" meter. I became an anti-wireless activist and learned military documentation back to 1930s showed harm, and thousands and thousands of credible studies show ill health effects! Additional Details: I witness people having a nice conversation, then I microwaves turning up, and then people suddenly disagree and turn on each other. I believe wireless is THE biggest problem in all physical and emotional health. If nothing else It simply prevents healing! B1a. Health conditions contributing to EMF sensitivity including wireless: Great health before illness developed in the 80s while (in hindsight) working in a high EMF office located across the street from the GOES satellite being built/tested. Decades later realizing all symptoms triggered by EMF/wireless. B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with EMFs: EMFs/wireless harms my nervous system, ability to detox, and sleep. So I ALL of my conditions are rooted in EMFs/wireless harm. B3a. Helped tolerate exposure: Living off-grid away from all forms of wireless. A toxin-free environment (air, home, workplace, pets, and visitors.) Organic 4-day rotational diet with a high variety of foods, and quality water. Drugs/supplements free of additives, dyes, coloring, etc.(LDN, NAC, DIM, electrolytes & minerals, and maybe ivermectin most helpful.) Acupuncture done in an area of low EMF/wireless. XL Band by EMFSol.com gave me the ability to detox. Anything promoting detox – NAC, sweating, baths to draw out the toxins (so might include baking soda, salt, hydrogen peroxide, etc.). Meditation, but wireless prevents deep meditation. B3b. You recommend, but not positive helped: 0 B3c. Don’t recommend: Electrode therapy calmed my mind but lowered my state of health. B3d: Treatments no effect: Virtually all such as years of psychiatry for random onsets of anxiety only to discover it was triggered by airplanes flying overhead! B3e. I am responding from the perspective of an 82 yr old woman that is now pretty much homebound, since 2010. We retired & bought a house in this area in 2002. My husband worked a job to help get our house paid for [which we did do]. There were plans for a cell tower to be put up on the edge of our small town. My husband petitioned the city [I am unable to petition for my self as I am unable to be around wifi or cell phones]. The city decided to refuse the cell tower, however, they put up the cell tower on private land just next to the city. When that tower went up, I struggled to just live. Was sick a lot. I am able to have a computer only because we have 3 different type of shields on the computer to protect me. Plus it is hardwired. I researched. We spent $10,000 putting shielding in the attic, painting interior walls with a lead paint, covers for the patio door & windows. Felt better then, however I was never able to go in the back yard at all & could only walk to get the mail in front of the house. Could never be outside at all for any length of time. A friend told me that 5G was sure to come into our area & all we had done to protect me would not protect me from 5G. So we began house hunting again. Every area had cell towers or boosters. Finally found a few acres 30-35 miles away. So it was sell our PAID FOR house & build a house. Of course, could not do it without getting a loan AGAIN. So at our age we have a mortgage AGAIN Even though we went from 1280 sq ft home that had a second level to a one level 3 bedroom home, with nothing extra. Difficult to move at our age. So now, we live in the country, surrounded by hills to protect me [there is some cell service here, however I have been able to tolerate it] unless our neighbors sell their property & someone builds next to us. Then I am in trouble again as I would have to deal with wifi & boosters. So I'm still not secure. We could not afford to drill a well, so my husband hauls water on an old truck to fill our cistern. It is not easy for us here. My husband is now 87 yrs old. I order our groceries & he drives 14 miles to pick them up at the store. I am unable to go away much at all. Sometimes do not leave our property for 7 weeks. There is no where safe for me to go. When my husband has had surgeries, and he has had 7 since we moved here, I have been unable to even visit him in the hospital. And if I should ever get sick I would be unable to go to a hospital for care. They have no place safe for me & their ex-rays & tests would most likely kill me. I can't go to a clinic for care either. I can't sit in a waiting room with dozens of cell phones to see a dr that doesn't know how to treat me or tells me "we don't find anything wrong with you, your tests are negative". My future is bleak. Tried to go to my grandsons wedding a few years back. Was determined to go but only lasted 15-20 min & had to leave without seeing them get married. I drove myself home, which is dangerous as when exposed to EMF's I get confused & don't make good decisions. I had a houseful of company as all my kids & some grand kids came. And I was so sick, it took 3-4 days to recover. 2 yrs ago a friend came to visit. She brought an I-pad in the house that I didn't know about. I got so sick from that episode it took me 1 1/2 years to recover. It is a terrible feeling to have to stay at home almost all the time & yet I am one of the lucky ones as I have a safe place for now. Most don't have that. If something happened to my house I would have no where to go. I would have to live in my car [which is an old 2011 Suberu with no blue tooth & etc] I would have to drive to a reclusive spot in the hills & live in the car no matter the weather & it can get -20 degrees here. My problems originated when a dentist gave me multiple mercury fillings in my mouth. Suffered for years until I had the fillings removed, but then had to try to get out the mercury & metals, as they had leached into my body. So what happens when skylink or etc. put up more satellittes that are so strong so they penetrate buildings. People like me will not be safe anywhere then. What are people like me to do? I understand the benefits for everybody but what are people like me to do? And there are so many people that have a problem but don't know that it could be their cell phone or wifi or a neighbors wifi. There is no safe place for us. There are no functions that I can attend. But most of all I am concerned about the children. Especially when they have put up cell towers near playgrounds. What about the children that cannot explain what they are feeling when they are sick. Or no one believes them when they try to explain it. And parents don't understand what is happening to their children because they don't know the dangers of EMF's. PLEASE inform the public of the dangers of EMF's & RF. They damage cells even if you don't feel it. Thank You.

I'm an individual that retired from the federal government and was also in the military. I have been exposed to RF/EMF and auditory harassment on a regular basis for the last 5-6 months and possibly covert for even longer. I believe the exposure to have come from energy directed weapons. The reason I say energy directed weapons is because in one instance there was so much energy pushed down onto me that my ceiling fan slowed down while I was sitting in my living room. The energy followed me from my house to the airport parking lot, on the airport shuttle bus, and inside the airport. This particular attack caused me to be disoriented (foggy brain, to include an increased ringing like tinnitus) and also caused a loss of memory. The exposure was so intense I had to cancel my flight and I also forgot where I parked my car. They have also used fans and cars to push music and sounds to me as well. I routinely have had pin pricks, increased heat and pressure on my body for the last 6 months to include an increased pressure on vital areas to include organs and testicles. They've also used the energy combined with auditory effects (voice to skull). The steps I've taken to attempt to reduce any exposure is to use some type of metal or aluminum on the affected area though that has minimal effect at stopping these transmissions on my person. The harassment continues throughout the day and started back in June of this year when I was on a trip in Oregon and they have followed me wherever I go. I've used a magnetic frequency detector on my phone to measure exposure to RF and that routinely reads 850 nanoTesla. Though I do not know if that reading is accurate. I was also exposed to what I assume was psychological warfare though the "voice to skull/frey effect" as they can capture all of our thoughts and use them to harass and alter our moods in combination with the directed energy weapons. The care providers did not provide any additional guidance to measure any of the issues so guidance for the health care industry would be critical in helping people. Homeland security should be monitoring the RF and energy exposure to peoples homes when events like these are reported so that the satellites can be tracked down and turned off. Maybe an RF defense system can be created and put in place so that Americans can be protected, just like we have in the ballistic missile defense system. I've also reported this to local law enforcement in two states as well as the FBI and none of them are provided any assistance in helping with the issue, which I understand considering there has been any federal research conducted in these areas. With the advent of bone induction, research on the use of the Frey effect and voice to skull technologies need to be revisited on a larger and more in depth scale. Findings of this research and existing programs should be communicated on a large scale and instructions for law enforcement/health providers should be established, to include a database that tracks the events to include where and when.

I became EMF sensitive in 2015 while living in San Francisco. I drastically had to adjust my life, and now must sleep/live in the woods to maintain my health. As long as I sleep in low/no EMF environments, my body is able to recharge enough to still occasionally work and visit in cities. However, sleeping in EMF hot zones, surrounded by Wi-Fi, towers, routers, etc, drains my mitochondria and inhibits the body’s nightly rejuvenation, leading to me feeling completely drained, exhausted, and suffering chronic fatigue, digestive problems, migraines, brain fog, and symptoms of fibromyalgia. I’ve studied this subject for over a decade, and highly recommended Arthur Firstenberg’s book “The History of Electricity,” for an educational deep dive, and the documentary “Beings of Frequency.” Our biology is not solely regulated by chemical processes- light (including non visible) is a vital component, and the synthetic non-native EMF light depletes our cellular health drastically. Honestly this elephant in the room in the underlying catalyst for so many chronic health conditions in the US. Please stop endorsing more 5g, Starlinks, wireless communications, SMART everything. It’s literally killing people’s health, and sometimes their lives. Please preserve off grid, virgin spaces, and please invest in EMF safe places, towns, housing, etc. As a refugee, we need safe places to exist.

Hello, my name is Rosa. My children and I are victims of these technological psychotronic weapons. They use 5G antennas and cell towers to direct radio frequencies, electromagnetic waves, radiation, and microwaves straight at our brains, organs, bodies, and skin. I live in the city of Baldwin Park, California, and my home has become an electromagnetic field; I am subjected to these frequencies constantly, day and night. My body—my face, my brain, and my entire frame—shakes as a result of these attacks. My face and arms are burned, and my skin has been destroyed by this radiation; it feels like my skin is on fire.
