A parent reports developmental and neurological difficulties in an infant whose crib was near a router, p…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am directing this comment to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) about my personal experiences with EMF and the biological impacts my child experienced. My daughter was 7 months of age when our family moved into a newly built house. Over the course of 9 months we began to see our daughter stop babbling, develop neurological problems, and behaviors that resembled autism. However there were still behaviors that our standard pediatrician nor a developmental pediatrician could make sense of. I set out to find what was causing this and learned what EMF was and identified that our daughter’s crib was located directly next to the home WiFi router that was built into the wall of the laundry room by the home building company. We relocated the WiFi router and within two weeks our daughter started to make eye contact again and some of her symptoms improved. After working with other practitioners we learned that our daughter has had significant neurological damage and had significant inflammation to her central nervous system. Over the last year we have been doing what we can to best help her get better but we’re not sure she will ever fully regain what she lost due to this experience. Our daughter is also very sensitive to EMF and we have to limit being in public places near cell towers as this causes her to start showing neurological behaviors. As a result our family lives extremely carefully due to our daughter’s condition but in this country where EMF is not regulated we are finding this extremely difficult. As a parent my heart aches that this happened to my child, but more than that I’m enraged that EMF is not regulated, our government isn’t educating medical professionals or technical industries on this and that this is causing harm to so many Americans who aren’t even aware of it. In addition to my public comment I would like express our willingness to share details of daughters medical case if this helps provide supporting evidence/research of the health implications of EMF specifically to children. As a mother my heart is heavy that this happened to my child and that it is something that will impact her the rest of her life but my hope is that sharing her experience will help bring about change in this country.

Reports a family member’s symptoms described as anomalous health incidents, along with allegations of rem…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
• Comment: My comments represent an individual who is affected by EMF/RD Exposure as a family member. This individual, male, over 65 year of age, is currently afflicted with AHI since November 2025. A common symptom of people suffering from AHI (Anomalous Health Incidents) is targeted to receive audio modulated radio frequency or microwave energy is directed at the skull, heating cranial tissues microscopically to create thermoelastic pressure waves that the cochlea or brain perceives as sound. This individual believes that there is constant monitoring of his memories, which is being controlled via remote electronic means. The auditory sounds that this individual can hear are based on past memories that was not shared for a long time, posts in social media, the address book or apps in the phone or websites this individual normally access for information and these information are harvested in order to create a protocol of escalation in order to harass and harm this individual. Adverse health effects to its exposure are: a. Burn marks on the neck and chest area b. Exposed dentin- Yellow/brown stains on teeth. c. Loss of weight d. Short term and long term memory loss, confusion on past events, difficulty in identifying proper nouns/pronouns or word selection to articulate trail of though e. Confusion f. Nausea and headaches g. Balance issues h. Loss of sleep- causing lower immune resistance i. The triggering of higher body temperature causing fevers j. Muscle loss- significant weight loss k. Involuntary muscle response in chess, legs, stomach and groin area When the adverse health effects appeared related to the exposure, we resorted to getting a preliminary RF and Non-Linear Junction Detection Scan Report. While preliminary, it allowed us to gather results to exposure, which indicated the following: Instrumentation and Methodology The RF assessment utilized the following measurement equipment: JM-20 Pro General Frequency Detector: This device provides adjustable attenuation to ensure that detected emissions originate from within a narrow spatial range (1–2 cm). This feature minimizes interference from ambient RF noise and improves signal source localization. Spectrum Analyzer: Deployed to establish a baseline RF profile of the test environment and to differentiate between environmental RF emissions and those potentially associated with the test subject Findings Positive frequency activity was identified at the following anatomical reference points: Anterior Aspect 1. Left Superior Shoulder Region 2. Left Maxillary Region 3. Anterior Base of Neck Region 4. Left Apex Region 5. Upper Abdominal Midline Region 6. Right Maxillary / TMJ Region 7. Right Superior Shoulder Region 8. Right Apex Region 9. Left Lateral Hip Region 10. Nasal Dorsum Region Posterior Aspect 11. Left Scapular Region 12. Base of Neck Region 13. Right Scapular Region 14. Lower Lumbar Region 15. Right Superior Occipital Region In addition: using the NLDJ Scan, findings proved positive for presence of semiconductors. During the exposure period, we received feedback that by using Zeolite will flush our presence of silicone semiconductors, aluminum, or microplastics in the body that exacerbate the effects of RF/EMF exposure. After aggressive doses for 3 weeks the auditory sounds have decreased by 60% of the volume. Supplements are another step taken to strengthen the immune system, Vitamin K, switching to a higher protein diet to build up muscle. In my humble opinion, the gaps I see are: • the lack of medical experts to holistically diagnose and provide guidance to reduce and eliminate AHIs is lacking. One doctor may diagnose muscle loss or fever, but does not have the tools to explain higher levels of metal, RF exposure, the involuntary muscle responses as part of the effects suffered by this individual. These EMF/RF exposures should leave technical signatures. The lack of a process to identify, apprehend and prevent this expose is sorely lacking. • In evaluating such cases, medical facilities should have proper equipment and training to scan the body for metals, is it can react more negatively to RF/EMF exposure, identify frequencies and technical signatures, and safe scanning equipment without harming the individual which is already exposed to all kinds of negative effects. • Lastly, AHI needs to be acknowledged that US civilians are afflicted by this, and not just exclusive to the military. No treatment can be offered with the acknowledgement of what is truly happening.

A self-described parent and college professor asks HHS to fund research into short- and long-term wireles…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure is important. I am responding as a parent, neighbor, and college professor. Wireless devices affect human health, and we must understand how. Wireless radiation has been associated with health problems, including cancer. HHS is responsible for protecting the health of every American and therefore must provide the resources needed for EMF, RF, and WRE research on their short- and long-term health impacts. Thank you.

A grandmother alleges longstanding microwave and voice-to-skull attacks, injuries and sleep deprivation, …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Dear Secretary Kennedy, I have been a targeted individual for at least 18 years. During that time I have almost nightly been exposed to microwave energy attacks to my body: ears, brain, eyes, heart, teeth, breasts, arms (there are burn scars on both forearms), genitals, kidneys, microwave rape (and physical rape), and lately the perps (FBI? Space Force? CIA?) seem hell bent on destroying some bones in my R foot and my L shin. Did you know that energy weapons can melt bones? and burn skin? and cause cancer? In addition they occasionally startle me with Voice to Skull - that is the use of energy weapons to attack my skull and cause me to hear startling loud sounds, or to make it sound like someone is moving about in my home. This is torture by U S Government agencies. It also causes sleep deprivation. All this violates the Geneva convention. Last week, as part of a Targeted Justice event I spent 3 hours standing on the sidewalk in front of the employee entrance of the FBI headquarters in DC holding a banner I created peacefully protesting the placement of children and grandmothers onto the Terrorist Screening Data Base (now called the Terrorist Threat Center). These directed energy attacks only happen after a person is placed on this FBI watchlist. I would be extremely grateful if you would look into this. I am a 74 year old grandmother and have never been a terrorist. Thank you for your time.

Reports severe brain fog, back pain and hair loss, substantial work limitations and perceived improvement…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment to share my personal experience with symptoms that appeared to be strongly associated with electromagnetic-field and wireless exposure. A couple of years ago, I developed severe brain fog. It became so bad that I genuinely worried I was developing dementia. I occasionally teach classes and webinars, and I had to write out exactly what I planned to say because I could suddenly lose my train of thought, forget what I was discussing, and not know how to continue. Around the same time, my hair began falling out in clumps in the shower, with noticeable thinning around my hairline. I also developed severe low-back pain. It became so debilitating that I often needed help getting out of bed and getting dressed. I could walk after moving around for a while, but working became very difficult. I am self-employed and had to significantly reduce my schedule. I could no longer even walk my dogs normally. I tried many approaches and doctors to determine what was wrong. I used over-the-counter and prescription medications, physical therapy, bodywork, had an MRI, and underwent PRP treatment. My MRI did not show findings that seemed consistent with the severity of my pain, and nothing gave me any relief. Eventually, I came across information discussing EMF exposure and symptoms such as neurological problems, fatigue, and pain. I did not immediately assume EMFs were causing my symptoms, but I decided to investigate my environment. I hired a building biologist to measure my home and help reduce stronger exposures. One finding involved electrical interference in the wall directly behind the head of our bed. We turned off the breaker to that wall as we did not need electricity there while sleeping. I also turned off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my phone and in my car. This was particularly important because I drive extensively for work. Before making these changes, I would often arrive at appointments with severe brain fog and fatigue and need approximately 30 minutes before I felt normal again. I also began turning off WiFi in our home at night before bed. This change was the most remarkable. Literally the next morning after the first night of turning off Wifi, the severe low-back pain I had experienced for approximately one year completely disappeared. I got out of bed normally and experienced zero pain. I could not believe it. This was even tested as about 3 weeks after we began turning off WiFi, one night my husband forgot to turn it off unbeknownst to me. That night I didn't sleep well and the next morning I could barely get out of bed again. Once he saw this, he became a believer and never forgot again. At the same time, my brain fog lifted dramatically. I could again have normal conversations without long pauses, losing my train of thought, or forgetting what I was saying. Looking back, I realized that my health deterioration began approximately one week after our home WiFi was changed from cable service to fiber-optic internet with a new wireless setup. I cannot prove which aspect of that change was responsible, but the timing and subsequent improvement after reducing electrical and wireless exposure were significant to me. I am substantially better today, but I still notice symptoms with certain exposures. I avoid using my laptop while it is plugged in. If I use it for too long, especially later in the day, my fingers can develop an intense burning sensation while touching the keyboard or trackpad. I have also noticed that my former back pain can begin returning after spending extended periods in environments with a great deal of wireless or electrical equipment. Several months ago, I spent most of a day in a hospital while my husband underwent surgery. By the end of the day, the familiar back pain was beginning to return. After leaving that environment, it subsided. I had also received a COVID-19 vaccination before these problems developed. I cannot say whether vaccination had any relationship to my later sensitivity, and I am not claiming that it did. I do believe the timing is worth documenting and studying. Before these symptoms, I also routinely worked with my laptop directly on my lap and gave little thought to cumulative technology exposure. I have since changed the way I use technology considerably. I am sharing my experience because the relationship I observed between reducing exposure and the improvement in my symptoms was profound. I encourage HHS to investigate EMFs, radiofrequency radiation, cumulative wireless exposure, and whether there may be susceptible individuals who experience neurological, musculoskeletal, or other symptoms at exposure levels considered acceptable for the general population. For people who experience symptoms like mine, this can significantly affect their ability to think clearly, work, drive, exercise, and function normally. I hope personal experiences like mine will be considered alongside laboratory and epidemiological research.

Criticizes exposure standards and clinician knowledge, reports sensitivity and neurological symptoms, and…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Wireless radiation standards in the U.S. are outdated and severely deficient. Thousands of independent studies have shown that there are numerous ill effects from RF/EMF, such as oxidative stress, cancer, and neurological disorders. I've been very sensitive to RF/EMF for many years, and unfortunately, levels continue to get worse. I have neurological symptoms from exposures. I've had to make accommodations to my living environment (e.g. special shielding) to try and limit my exposures. I'm currently looking for a new place to live because my exposures from neighbors has gotten so bad (e.g. wireless routers on 24 hours a day, Tesla cars charging all night long, which cause magnetic field levels in my house to double or triple, etc.) Also, the medical community needs to be educated about RF/EMF because most doctors know very little about the subject (a similar situation to the lack of knowledge about nutrition). Thank you for reaching out for feedback.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other]. PERSONALIZE YOUR COMMENT HERE: Tell HHS how wireless radiation has affected you, your child, your family, or someone you care about. You may describe the source and duration of the exposure, health effects experienced, when they began, whether reducing exposure made a difference, and how these experiences have affected daily life. If you are an ally, describe why you support people affected by wireless radiation and why you believe HHS should address this issue. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am sensitive to EMFs. I can handle some during the day, but after a few hours I get more anxious and notice brain fog. At night, if the wifi is on in our house or if a cell phone is within 20 feet, I will have a harder time falling asleep, and I will also wake up during the early morning light sleep phase and often not be able to fall back asleep. I strongly support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.
