1) My physical and mental symptoms are so real, tangible, well-co-ordinated with the real time environmental and real world activities those can never be ascribed to suffering from mental disorder like paranoid schizophrenia or illusion disorder. It is real time physical and mental torture with instantaneous severe neuro strikes using electromagnetic waves/laser induced shock wave in a continuous scale for 24/7 as per my thought, talk, activity and vision. It is a horrendous torture because the torture is on the specific part of the body or organ as per the nature of victim’s activity in real time. Torture such as itching, severe pain, hard impact, sudden headache, migraine like pain is associated with sleeplessness and restlessness during day in and out. Brain-computer interface between the computers and victims’ brains with the help of neuroweapon like neural implants / NEUROMORPHIC COMPUTING and then mind and body cloning with the help of generative AI/ ML can only be attributed to such real time physical and mental torture, with sudden changes in brain signal such as both urge and loss of appetite, urination, abrupt change in mood, emotion, feeling, severe chest pain, sudden drowsiness during scooty driving, sleep deprivation as per he perpetrators’ wishes and intentions, havoc pain in the internal organ and many more physical symptoms. And despite all these, all the time the victim is thinking logically, executing all types of normal activity including some skilled jobs like teaching, researching, software engineering and other creative works those require developed thought processes and its execution. 2) With no simple logic it can be turned as mental disorder. And this has not happened accidentally in one moment or one day, there has been intriguing conflicts with some of the Professors in the USA centred at me and my family who have been destroying all the lives in my family with the help of evil resources in the government projecting it as mental disorder in me. Please keep in mind when and how these whole episodes started in our life is still alive in me and crystal clear and after that the daily development of most of these evil criminal activities and instances, conversation, talking and other environmental turn outs in USA and then in India, I can exactly recount with proper indication of place and activities. Had I been suffering from any mental disorder, it was and is not possible for me. Now, the criminals can deny, but proper investigation can expel out the truth from them very easily. 3) I have consulted several psychiatrists, neurologists, and other physicians in India and the USA as well to comply with the desires and wishes of my family members for the last 17 years or so and have been taking medicines, and other medical advices as prescribed by them regularly, but not for a single instance I got any relief from the mental and physical trauma, the acute torture sensations, neurostrikes at different parts of the body, and other atrocities caused by the perpetrators in 24/7 scale. This is simply because the torture symptoms and atrocities are not anyway related to the medical abnormality in me but pure cybercrime with the help of cyber weapons and neuroweapons. 4) The criminals are highly influential persons, may even controlling government activities to some extent and they have a huge hierarchical network from top positions in the government to ordinary common persons with the help of their monetary power, network devices, and academic and/or research activities. 4) More importantly, here the main question arises to take imminent measures to protect human rights, their values, liberty, freedom and ultimate protection of humanity and human civilization as a whole. The complaints are so serious, severe and action demanded that simply terming these as mental disorder is irrespective and irrelevant in this case. I have demanded justice against a heinous cybercrime which can exist in this case irrespective of any mental issues in me and that is so precarious for humanity that we cannot neglect it without sincere, honest and transparent real time investigation with the help of competent investigating agencies and modern resources. 5) For every logic there exists two gateways; Yes or No; Positive or negative; and before reaching any conclusion to a highly sensitive and life or death decisive subject, both the options should be exhaustively investigated, otherwise human civilization cannot survive and progress an inch. So far, the whole energy and resources of human society have been spent on relating targeted individuals like me to the patients suffering from paranoid schizophrenia with end result in only destruction in human society. It is high time for government and educated human civilization come forward with their all resources and utmost sincerity and honesty to investigate into the other sides of the story to protect human from its extinct in all forms.

When the new meters went into my neighborhood, I started having headaches and soon my ears started ringing. I always used an ethernet for internet and kept cell phone usage to speaker or ear corded headsets. I opted to keep my analog meter and then had to pay a monthly fee to do so. I moved in Aug 2025 due to the increased symptoms and increased wifi signals that were coming through my home 24/7 that were increasing my fatigue and other symptoms. My new location is in a sparsely populated area and just got a tower last November. The signal is not terribly strong through my house but, I noticed increased symptoms anyway. There was a smart meter on the side of the house. There was NO analog option, so I enquired with the power company and had the meter removed from the house and placed at the property line 56 1/2 feet away. The ringing and fatigue are minimal and no headaches now. The ringing has diminished to a small sound that is livable. I could only afford to do this because of the funds from selling my home otherwise I would have had to move to somewhere with No meters and towers nearby. It is extremely concerning that people with these sensitivities are NOT being listened to at all. Many have been cast as NUTS by their doctors that are ignorant of the effects of strong fields. Just look at what directed energy weapons are capable of doing and then tell me this is some kind of imaginary condition. There is a location in the Carolinas where there is a large telescope that is in a valley protected from ALL of these signals so the telescope can operate and many people with these sensitivities have moved to that area of the country and recovered. We are the CANARIES of the COAL MINES! I do not give my permission to be experimented upon by a deaf government or private business that has MONEY as their only goals. Studies have been done and continue to prove the damaging health effects of WIFi and 5g. Denmark has removed wifi from all schools. If there was no health issue, they would have NOT done so. What will it take to make regulators stop ignoring the science? I wish to have this placed into the Congressional record. What I have said and experienced is by no means unique. Please act like life and health really matter. What is the point of having the science and regulation if you only ignore that and strive to accommodate big business interests and money. How much is your life worth? How about your children, parents, siblings and friends? Would you finally act to do something if one of those were adversely affected by these types of signals and radiation? What will you say to Our Heavenly Father someday if you have to explain WHY you did nothing? Please, please think about it seriously. The greatest challenges can be the biggest opportunities to create something that solves the problems. My husband was diagnosed with Vestibular Schwannoma. When asking the doctor about if cell phone usage could be a contributing factor, since it is on his "cell phone ear" side, he stated that he could not confer, yet has seen a marked increase over the last 10 - 15 years. I happen to work with someone who had one removed about 8 years ago. Considering they used to be rare, we would very much like studies done to see if there is a correlation between device radiation and brain tumors.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient (myself), as I first experienced ill effects when Dominion Power installed a smart meter on my home without my consent and with the local cell towers being erected around our community.3 years ago. I experience closing of my ventricles in my brain and being diagnosed with hydrocephalus without cause. I had to have a stent put into my skull to drain fluids since my ventricles no longer were working. Wireless radiation has affected me as I now must wear protection and hardwire all internet connections in order to use devices. I am not able to be near cell towers and other strong wifi without protection as I get dizzy and disoriented. This effects everyday life for me as I must be sure to be careful as not to be without my protective devices and have my phone on airplane mode most of the time. I think people affected by wireless radiation should be educated and informed of any and all ill effects of this technology, and I believe HHS should address this issue. We have a body that has electrical and vibrational in nature. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I also feel that government agencies have a duty and an oath to protect us sovereign citizens, as well as everything in nature, in regards to this. I am submitting the attached document as a personal experience report relevant to the HHS review of possible health effects associated with radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) and wireless technologies. My report describes a series of severe, location-associated health events beginning in January 2022 during my regular commute between Strömstad, Sweden, and Moss, Norway—a route I had travelled for approximately ten years before these events. Two observations are particularly important. First, from January 7 through March 8, 2022, I changed my commute and drove an approximately 30 km longer route through a forested area to avoid Hogdal/Högdal and the locations associated with the earlier episodes. According to my observations, there were no telecommunications antenna sites along this alternative route, and during this period I experienced no symptoms. On March 9, 2022, I experienced the most severe episode, including an extreme cardiovascular reaction and a reported heart rate of approximately 250 beats per minute. Abnormally elevated heart rate continued afterward. Following these events, I was subsequently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Approximately three days after the severe March 9 event, my TSH was reportedly about 5.4 mIU/L. My TSH subsequently continued to rise, reaching approximately 16 mIU/L by August 2022, and hypothyroidism was formally diagnosed on August 3, 2022. I had not previously been diagnosed with hypothyroidism or treated with levothyroxine. Second, after I began using RF/EMF-shielding clothing on March 31–April 2, 2022, I was able to travel by car past antenna sites that had previously been associated with sudden severe illness without experiencing those symptoms during the passages. I am not asking HHS to assume causation from these observations. I am asking that this history be investigated objectively using historical base-station configuration and activation records, RF exposure reconstruction, original medical records, and, where appropriate, controlled blinded testing. Analysis ------- The dramatic escalation in the pervasiveness and intensity of people's unseen EMF environment (both public and private) is both unprecedented and unwise. Regulatory agency assurances of "safety" are deceptive at best and malevolent at worst. Premised on the assertion that only EMR energy levels high enough to cause tissue heating would be of concern is absurd and flies in the face of voluminous evidence to the contrary. I am responding from the perspective of a community member. Wireless radiation has affected me. Doppler Radar, the tower's, and the antenna’s frequency are horrific. Being a "canary in the coalmine" is AWFUL!! I experience a stiffened neck, heightened tinnitus, brain fog, migraines, an internal vibrating/buzzing and more. In my daily life, I have invested in Blushield, take radiation supplements (ie – apple pectin), use specific essential oils for EMF, and a host of other aids. I seriously believe that we need unbiased data on the safety considerations of these towers before they go up in public areas, over schools and hospitals and in residential neighborhoods. The only ones stating they are safe are the people who are profiting from them and surely the experiences we have had with the other industries that have been relied upon for self regulation have proven how ill advised the practice is! Do the research, make a real, honest and reliable assessment before another one goes up.
