I am submitting these comments to address the critical public-health implications of prolonged, cumulative, multi-source radiofrequency (RF) and electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure, conducted electrical interference (dirty electricity), electrohypersensitivity (EHS), and lighting/electrical stressors in homes, schools, and communities. I am writing as a resident of Piscataway, New Jersey and one of a growing number of American citizens who report experiencing effects consistent with directed energy weapons (DEWs) and unauthorized neurological surveillance technology. This experience is often described within the “Targeted Individual” (TI) community, and I am asking that it be taken seriously and referred for investigation. What I and others report experiencing includes: 1. Microwave Auditory Effect / V2K: The perception of voices or sounds without an external source, a phenomenon first documented by Dr. Allan Frey in 1962 and studied since in various military and research contexts. 2. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM): A reported sense of thoughts, reactions, or private information being anticipated or known by others without any means of them having learned it conventionally. 3. Physical effects consistent with directed energy exposure: Pain, burning sensations, nerve-related symptoms, and cardiac irregularities reported without clear medical cause 4. Severe psychological distress: Panic, despair, and other extreme states reported by many in this community as arising suddenly and without a clear personal trigger. I want to be direct about the state of the evidence: these reports are not, at this point, independently verified in the way a courtroom or scientific body would require. What they are is a consistent, cross-referenced pattern reported by a large and growing number of unconnected individuals, warranting investigation rather than dismissal. The U.S. government’s own acknowledgment of “Havana Syndrome” among diplomatic and intelligence personnel confirms that this class of technology exists and can produce serious, disabling effects. That acknowledgment is not proof that the same technology is being used domestically against civilians — but it is a legitimate basis for asking whether it might be, and for taking that question seriously rather than dismissing it out of hand. This may implicate existing law, including: 1. 18 U.S.C. § 2261A (interstate stalking) 2. 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 (conspiracy against rights; deprivation of rights under color of law) 3. The Fourth Amendment, to the extent any of this involves unauthorized search or interception 4. Relevant state-level stalking, harassment, and electronic surveillance statutes I am not asking anyone to presume guilt or prosecute on the basis of this letter alone. I am asking that this be referred to whichever office is positioned to look into it — whether that’s a congressional caseworker, an Inspector General’s office, the FCC (for unauthorized transmissions), or the DOJ Civil Rights Division — and that it be treated as a genuine constituent concern rather than dismissed without review. I am one of many people raising this. I am available to provide further detail, documentation, or contact information for others willing to be interviewed or to corroborate this pattern.

I oppose the RF infrastructure and its effects being forced on us and our children without our permission. And what about any real, updated studies done by the government who regulate these things being put up disguised as fake trees popping up at neighborhood parks, 100 ft or less from homes, right next to middle schools polluting our natural world’s and bodies frequencies. I witnessed over the last 8 years at our neighborhood park that we have frequented since my 8 yr old wasold a toddler, this poor little baby pine tree suffer and struggle to grow and thrive, at first, it just looked dead and like it wasn’t going to make it at all, after a couple years it seemed someone was really trying to keep it alive for whatever reason and had to give it special attention, it was propped up from falling over dead with a wooden pole, then the ground around it was aerated and fertilized, and maybe they even had to shut down the fake tree next to it so it could heal and survive, I don’t know, but it hasn’t grown much in height or girth, but it isn’t brown and dried and falling over any longer. Although maybe it was just God, because I remember my kids and I praying for that poor dying pine tree, I recall my 5 yr old son crying when I explained to him about “bad energy” of the fake tree and how it could be killing the real trees. It broke my heart and made me proud at the same time, this little 5 year old boy already knew what the idiot adults in control of these such common sense yet so impactful decisions in our country and communities just can’t seem to figure out. When will the pollution in our air, water, food, schools, government end???? You’re killing us and yourself and your children. Wake up. You that hold the power, Do the right thing, be noble and just in all you do, it affects us all for better or for worse. Put people over profits because if you have no more people, you won’t have any profits , and is your profit worth innocent lives and their quality of life?

I can't express the enormity of my respect for you, Honorable Kennedy, and your wisdom and courage and common sense and wherewithal and vision and strength... in taking steps to call on the world to confront the matter of EMR, the technologIES that are being combined with it, and the profound risks these technologies pose for life on earth. Along with EMR, humanity has witnessed, or helped build, construction of what appears to be a biotech foundation for dystopia. Thank you, and God bless you, for raising hard questions that should have been confronted decades ago, as unthinking white coats, shareholders, CEOs, military controllers... raced recklessly ahead with these inventions. Old questions still urgently need to be answered, and the answers still need real-world sane responses, even though auto-slave-tech theory is now in such advanced stages of application and early use. Is awareness growing that "left vs right" is a media myth, and that slavery vs freedom is the true game? And has been for thousands of years? Is it possible to identify, locate, and eternally monitor ALL reckless tyrannical uses of auto-slave tech, at all times, everywhere in the world? Can current and future technology developers be cultivated to serve as supervisors for prudence? Restraint? Humanity's participation in, if not control of, R&D and real-world use of these technologies? I hope your request for comments about this subject will lead to heart-to-heart dialog between representatives of everyone in the world -- not just the researchers, technologists, and business leaders -- and to wise pro-active eternal collaboration for creating a thriving earthly paradise instead of a dying hell. What social problem, modern or historical, matters more than protecting life on earth from irreversible harms of modern EMR/biotech/auto-slave technologies?

As a tester of EMF houses for years and a health researcher for many more, the stark health improvement of my customers is what is immediately apparent. One customer from 15 year stands out as a stark example. This woman was on the verge of suicide. She had constant headaches, eye trouble and a nasty (often pus-filled) facial rash. It was a simple EMF solution. She had been sleeping on the other side of a wall from the electric meter i.e. within 3-4 feet. We moved her bed andthese maladies dissipated within days. In 2002, I tried to engage RFK Jr. after an environmental speech at UofT to no particular avail. The EMF from electrical powerlines got a free pass and now the opponent 100x the size. I fear the same obfuscation, corruption and chicanerey from this amalgam of EMF Corp. will match or exceed Pharma. RFK Jr. has with persistent , strategic chipping away at Pharma's edges has already impacted the mobility and mortality of millions of people. It grows by the day. There are that many and more who are mentally and impacted by EMF. It was once my mission. But I was mocked by my own family - 5 or 6 of whom have since died where the unindicted co-conspirator was in fact.... EMF. P.S. The Milan- Rome Conundrum elucidated by Denis Rancourt (see also New York- California) points to the fact Milan was swamped with COVID deaths where Rome was not. EMF was One Answer. I can only hope the comments posted on this site are given heed. One of the best individuals I can recommend listening to is Dr. Barrie Trower. My own personal experience with EMF began approximately 15 years ago. The list of physical symptoms includes severe headache and swelling on the right side of head (was misdiagnosed with Temporal Arteritis), arm and hand burning sensation, severe muscle and body pain, night sweats, nausea, bloody nose, eye pain, confusion and depression, with an overall feeling of malaise. I have heard this technology and exposure compared to a modern-day Thalidomide, and given time, believe this will prove true. I am an older individual and in the latter years of my life, but what this is doing to people, particularly our young ones, is a crime. Again, I hope this information is useful in helping others.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a healthcare professional, researcher. I have had over the last 30 years about 10 high level cases that required significant lifestyle changes. The most extreme are currently living offgrid with minimum electricity and it must be DC. Those that chose to stay in their homes restrict use of electricity with no wireless technologies. Over 90% of my patients showed some toxic response to EMF especially wireless. Most eliminated wifi and minimize cell use to emergencies. Symtoms included headaches, panic attacks, weight gain, metobolic syndrome into type 2 diabetes, muscular aches, weakened immune system, lowering of job performance and skin conditions such as moles and skin tabs. Having grown up in the 60's and 70's we saw the pollution, air and water, littering. Now the biggest pollution is the EMF Cloud! These invisible toxins are major contributors to the current mental wellfare crisis in this country as well as their continued inflamation leading to cancer and heart disease.

The Global Indoor Health Network is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing education and awareness of the health effects of mold and other indoor contaminants, including the harmful effects of microwave radiation. The use of EMF and RF devices is growing exponentially. These devices transmit wirelessly using Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and Radio Frequencies (RF). They are NOT safe and are harmful to adults and children. The toxic nature of electromagnetic fields dangers comprising electrical voltages, radiofrequencies and microwaves is a clearly established fact in the international medical literature, that has accumulated over the last 250 years. Federal regulations protect the public only from the thermal (i.e., heating) risk due to short-term exposure to high intensity, cell tower radiation. The Federal regulations ignore the thousands of studies that find harmful bio-effects from long-term exposure to non-thermal levels of radiation. A good starting point for learning about the scientific literature on this subject is the October 4, 1971, report from Naval Medical Research Institute (NMRI), titled "Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena (Effects) and Clinics Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radiofrequency Radiation" (and also see the 1976 follow-up report that added seven supplements). The report lists numerous health effects caused by radiofrequency (RF) radiation and includes references to more than 2,300 published research papers on the biological responses to radiofrequency and microwave radiation. This tells you there were already more than 2,300 published research papers on this topic prior to 1971. Thousands of additional papers have been published over the past five decades. Barrier Trower, a retired British Secret Service Microwave Weapons specialist, summed it up, saying "By 1971, we knew everything that needed to be known." Another expert in this field, Jerry Flynn, is a retired Canadian Armed Forces captain with specialized training and 22 years of experience in Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence. Flynn has worked with U.S. and NATO armies in this specialized capacity. He said: “The U.S. military has known for decades that the RF/microwave frequencies most harmful to man are those within the band 900 MHz to 5 GHz. These frequencies penetrate all organs of the body, thus putting all human organ systems at risk. Smart meters emit these precise frequencies which, when combined with certain pulsed modulation characteristics and power densities, are most harmful to the brain, central nervous system, immune system, and can cause cancers. This is precisely why these frequencies are used in microwave weapons of war.” Dr. Devra Davis states in her book "Disconnect: The Truth About Cell Phone Radiation, What the Industry Is Doing to Hide It, "there is a growing body of evidence surrounding alarming new scientific understandings of cell phones, other commonly used microwave radiating devices, and the new 5G network currently being built-out nationwide. We don't want to believe our new toys to which we are so attached--and which bring in enormous profits--could also cause our demise or that of our children. But science is not about belief. Governments' responsibility to their citizens should not be either." In relation to the harm being done by these devices, it is important to mention Havana Syndrome. As you know, a phenomenon called "Havana Syndrome" has affected many CIA agents, Embassy workers and American citizens. It is believed to be caused by microwave radiation attacks, most likely using cell phones or cell towers which can be used to target high levels of microwave radiation -- aimed at individual people or individual locations. It is believed that government officials were targeting opponents of the smart grid and 5G network with significant increases of microwave radiation. Another good resource is the paper titled "Electromagnetic Fields Disease" by Dr. Carlos Sosa and Dr. Pedro Sierra. This paper provides an overview of the history of this topic, in addition to discussions about pathophysiology, diagnosis, epidemiology and treatment. I became severely electro sensitive close to 20 years now. It has been completely life altering!! My husband also became sensitive about 10 years ago. We had to close our business & move to a rural area THEN the cell tower came in the area & has been amped up with even more equipment. I was very much into all the latest electronic gadgets right from the beginning. Now I have issues in the house with low magnetic fields & electrical fields. How can one escape any of this without sacrificing actually living! The cost to try to protect ourselves and even our precious pets! They seek out spots in and around the home to feel comfortable in. It's so obvious plus I have purchased multiple meters to test the levels with. The regulations are basically non-existent, favoring the telecom industry. This is not advancement! yes it's all very convenient which is the 'hook' to gain more consumers for their fancy phones. The regulations are completely outdated and the medical field does not even address the affects that this has on the body & mind. We would like to see a complete unbiased, non industry analysis with more input & studies on how we can make this technology harmonize & heal instead of harm all living things!! In order for me to write this comment I can only use a hardwired computer system and we have shielded our home & have to wear special garments to protect the brain & body. It is a dysfunctional impairment meaning, take away this harmful technology & we will feel better. There is nothing wrong with us other than the electro poisoning that we are faced with every single day!! Where can we go, to be free from this when the planet is saturated in unnatural frequencies!! How can one even conduct a proper study when there is essentially not even a control group unless they are put in some kind of frequency free zone to test the differences between no wireless technology & the usual complete assault of frequencies everywhere!! Have we really advanced?? Many have no idea why they feel so ill all the time! There is a wide spectrum of adverse symptoms. We were so happy to hear RFK Jr recently address this concern. It clearly affects a developing child's brain in a negative way. It affects EVERYONE. Much like when cigarette smoking became a fad with Doctors saying that it was completely safe! People who didn't smoke had to inhale the toxic fumes & just accept their second hand smoke exposure cancer! Similar situation here, people being forced to the exposure of wifi without a safe space for those who do not want that exposure! Our symptoms range from burning skin, damage to the eyes, headaches/migraines, loss of train of thought, memory decline, irritability, nervousness, lack of sleep, joint & muscle pain...all of which I have experienced on a regular basis! Our quality of life has been diminished!! Please do what is right, study the real science not the bought & paid for industrial science that is based on fraud & money.
