Surveillance & privacy concerns

I am a targeted individual since 9/19/19. I am a victim of microwave abuse since 4/23/20, i.e. directed energy attacks, microwave hearing which is generated from a cell phone tower to the brain, Vircator attacks to body and feet, which is a painful burning sensation. The culprit is Space Force, Schriever Base, Colorado Springs, Co. This facility employs 8,000 and is 1200 ft underground. Their spy satellites monitor me 24/7 for as long as I have been targeted, maybe longer. These powerful satellites have X-ray vision into any building and can listen to conversations. In addition, they manage a satellite that places a person in a comatose state and is used on me every single night. (Kash Patel has not cleaned up the FBI and their public private partnership Infragard. The house is hard wired for surveillance, massive property damage, cyberstalking, weaponization of electrical system, vehicle stalking, staged accidents, and so much more abuse.) This is the most inhumane program on earth.

I have had someone or something speaking in my left ear mostly since November 23 1983 around 3:30 pm . Since then I've had several other things start happening and it has only progressively gotten worse. I've had my feet constantly low and slowly burned . I've had what I believe to be a laser enter into my body and cause health issues . I've been hit so hard with extremely low unhealthy frequencies that have caused me to have breathing issues . I have a list of issues caused by what has been said to be a directed energy weapon non-stop for years now along with the fact they have messed with my central nervous system and used subliminal messages to the point of them changing my word , even actions . This is DARPA known and now listed under space force as it is considered nuclear energy weapon . It's some of tue very same type of military weapons used in Venezuela . It is a no touch torture and it's been happening to me for decades . I've been told that it's because someone had me put onto a watchlist for terrorism of which I've never done nor even had the time or desire to do . When it started I was a young single mother of 2 elementary age school children and a full time job . I'd no time to even think about a plot against anyone and I was a good person who wasn't that kind of human . This needs STOPPED and I'm not nor have I ever been crazy . Make this end as I do not want to die on a program I rightfully should never been on .

I've been hit with these microwave directed energy weapons assaults since May of 2006. It causes lack of concentration, forgetfulness, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, rashes, skin irritations, irregularities to internal organs, balancing problems and much more. I think suffering from these covert attacks could reach epidemic proportions if not stopped right away. It is imperative that a moratorium be placed with the deep state on the continued operations of this immoral and illegal targeting surveillance.These symptoms experienced are consistent with those of the Havana Syndrome. There're various things with this I could tell ya and so on but I don't have some sheaf of documentation etc because I myself am dealing with organized gangstalking of the worst kind anyhow including the local police as well as neighbors/slumlords etc who want me dead {but're just tryin' to do it quietly}. That bein' said from what I've experienced it seems to be quite-real in many aspects. I am writing to share concerns about EMFs, RF, and wireless radiation exposure. It is my understanding that US studies and regulations are out of date. Dear Secretary Kennedy, Hi, my name is Rachel Cervone. I am a VERY targeted individual. I have been harassed, stalked, tortured etc. for 6 years daily. Thank you for this opportunity to speak out. I am a single female in my 60s and I am a 'Targeted Individual'. I am tracked, targeted, photographed, gang stalked and tortured electronically 24/7 and although I have been targeted for decades, the torture began February 2, 2024. I purchased an Electromagnetic Radiation Tester and that provides some feedback as to the levels of exposure in my rental home. This home was built in 2022 in a smart city and the power outlets emit very high levels over 100V/m. Inside the walls are over 200/V/m and the Smart TV's emit over 300 V/m. This is known in the targeted community as a 'Kill Box'. The extreme level of EMF/RF torture is done at night while I am asleep, and I consider this to be 'Energy harvesting' to benefit the federal data center nearby. I wake up in extreme pain with a terrible headache, body shaking uncontrollably and unable to close my hands. The extremely loud ringing in both ears causes vertigo and memory loss. I'm disabled because of it, but the SSDI will not approve disability income, even after failing my doctor's tests, hearing tests and mental examinations required by the SSA. Someone is torturing me to degrade my ability to live freely and contemplate suicide. I consider myself to be enslaved. If I go to a hotel, I will be tortured much worse than at home. If I go on a hike, people will harass me and divert me from my intended destination. If I go to the store, people will block my access to shelves or items I intend to purchase - we call it 'Gang-stalking'. I do not keep my cell phone on for more than an hour a day. I do not have wearables. They drug my water and perform procedures while I'm asleep. I wake up with injection marks, scratches, wounds and I am raped and drugged during the night. There are implants in my vagina and I am raped electronically almost nonstop. They have installed a sensor in my car seat so I get no relief.
