Hello, I'm glad that something is finally moving, although I am sure that nothing will be done. There is too much money to be made by the telecom industry, in connivance with Big Pharma, to stop microwaving the global population. I'm here to tell my story nonetheless, so maybe other people like me can learn from my experience. Everyone is whining about cell towers while happily scrolling to their graves on their smartphones. It's like advocating for the banning of tobacco with a cigarette hanging between one's lips. But this is not just about cell towers. I've been injured by synthetic RF radiation in my own home, from my own Wi-Fi, DECT phone, and smartphone. For more than a decade, I've suffered from a terrible dry eye syndrome so painful that it nearly drove me to suicide. I was even sensitive to sunlight, since that is electromagnetic radiation too. I could not even open the blinds during the day. I had to go out for groceries only after dusk. I was like a vampire, only living at night, although I did not feed on virgins' blood but on chocolate ice cream. I can't explain those sugar cravings, but many EHS people have confirmed that they, too, were addicted to chocolate or sugar in general. I also experienced a multitude of symptoms within a short time of installing my first Wi-Fi router and DECT phone at home. I suffered from severe insomnia, dizziness, nervousness, ringing in my ears, headaches, high blood pressure and heart arrhythmias, high blood sugar and cholesterol, articular pains, constant fatigue, urinary urgency, bladder stones, excess stomach acid, and GERD. Eventually, after more than a decade of torture, I discovered the root of all my problems: the EMFs in my home. I was diagnosed with EHS and MCS and was told there was no cure; only avoidance of wireless technology could bring me relief. So I started making drastic changes in my life. I switched off all wireless connections, hardwired any devices I could, and gave up those that did not have an Ethernet connection. I gave up my beloved smartphone and replaced it with a landline and social media on my wired PC. I've also fully shielded my home against RF radiation from outside cell towers and my neighbours' wireless crap. I've spent a small fortune on shielding. I've painted all my walls and ceilings with conductive paint. I used metallic mesh under my floorboards and on the windows. I've shielded even my front door. Within a few weeks, my health issues started fading away. Within one year, I was as good as new. I even lost 20 kg of body weight that I had put on earlier. No need for a diet. By eliminating EMFs, my sugar cravings were gone within 6–8 months. I'm as healthy now as I was in my twenties, despite being 60. Even the wrinkles on my face and age spots on my hands are gone. But my sensitivity to EMFs has got worse. It's like an alcoholic who has been sober for a few months and gets drunk after just one can of beer if they ever drink again. So now I must wear a full Faraday suit outdoors if I want to avoid dizziness, brain fog, and nausea. I am attaching images of myself to prove that I'm not joking. Anyway, my life is not what it used to be. Due to the ubiquitous presence of wireless devices and cell towers, I can't work anywhere, can't go out with friends, can't visit family, and can't go on vacation to the beach or anywhere else where there are people, because every single one of them carries their smartphone, iPod, smartwatch, etc. I can't travel, go to see a doctor or a dentist, and I'm terrified of having to be hospitalised one day. Everyone is sick from these microwaves. Nine people out of ten will say they have all or many of my past symptoms. Most of them have chronic fatigue and insomnia. Children have ADHD. Nature is suffering too. Just have a look at all the dying trees, and you'll know where the 5G antennas are located in the cities. In the parks, there are no bees or any insects left. No birds singing and no crickets chirping in the evening. Only a post-apocalyptic-like silence accompanies me during my walks. If I drive my car outside the city, the windscreen is clean when I return. No smashed insects that I need to wash off anymore. They keep blaming this on pesticides or climate change. Just get rid of wireless technology, and everything will go back to normal. I'm not a doctor, and I don't mean to give any medical advice. My only proof is my own miraculous healing after giving up wireless technology altogether. Try abstaining from wireless devices if everything else fails. I don't expect Mr Kennedy to succeed in this fight, but God bless him for trying... J'ai nettement diminué mes symptômes chez moi en éliminant le wifi, l'utilisation du portable, mais je suis gênée encore au travail. Je pense que j'ai été rendue malade en raison des téléphone DECT et du wifi très fort d'une nouvelle box. Je soutiens aussi les enfants dans le cadre de mon travail: je vois l'effet néfaste de ces ondes quand ils subissent le wifi de leur parent ou quand ils utilisent un téléphone portable dès l'âge de 6 ans! Je soutiens l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques. In 1999, I moved close to a pylon whose role I completely ignored. From the very first night, I didn’t sleep a wink. Then it persisted and other debilitating and painful symptoms arrived. I ended up finding out what this pylon was used for and I learned that it was a variety of transmitters: France television, the beginning of mobile telephony in France, microwave links and FM radio. At the time, I was working as a computer scientist at the CNES in Toulouse and a neighboring colleague who specialized in satellites and therefore their protection against electromagnetic fields alerted me to leave in order to preserve my health. That’s what she was doing on her end by selling her house to flee the neighborhood. Despite his advice and the discovery of many patients with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s in the environment of transmitters, I had lost all discernment and ability to react. It must be said that these were pollution emitters in Toulouse (France) for which professional measures requested by sick residents had revealed levels of high frequencies up to 20 volts at the foot of homes. Finally, after years of fighting, these emitters were dismantled due to extreme emissions. The neighborhood was a cluster of neurodegenerative diseases and others...? Following my years under the pylon, I first lost sleep, felt permanent agitation, and developed fluctuating symptoms like multiple sclerosis, such as blurred vision, paraesthesia, temporary loss of motor skills after heavy exposure, headaches, oppressions, nausea, chronic fatigue, concentration problems with confusion, pins and needles, loss of perception of body sensations and obstacles etc. I am passing on this whole long and painful period where my whole world has collapsed. It took me a long time (years) to realize that I had to mourn a normal life. I was able to regain better condition thanks to anti-wave canopies for sleeping and protecting my living space, where I am the most permeable and vulnerable to waves. To limit my exposure, in order to best maintain my intellectual and physical faculties, I must drastically limit my exposures. I can no longer work, so my income and social life are significantly altered. For these reasons, I receive a small disability pension related to the consequences of my intolerance to almost all electromagnetic fields. I am particularly affected by WIFI frequencies, all types of high frequencies, and power lines that disrupt the 50 Hertz network (all boxes, Enédis smart meters in France). Currently, it is complicated, even with the best protections, to avoid the multiplicity of connected objects in the neighborhood that fit everywhere, including under two layers of canopy for certain technologies such as Wi-Fi boxes and CPL in France, which sometimes use the earth from the electrical network to connect to the earthing system, I don’t understand why these connected tools do not remain within the framework of their home or professional network by using two-way wireless instead of constantly watering several meters away. There would also be the possibility of mapping one’s environment and limiting oneself to it. Today I no longer have access to much, and I am concerned about the proliferation of these antennas and devices connected via WiFi and Bluetooth, which for some no longer offer the option of deactivation. Accessing healthcare in a hospital setting is very complicated for people with my disability. For important care, it is torture that adds to an already difficult situation. I am doing my best today to survive with resilience, hoping to find myself a healthy and low-exposed place. I have been searching for years because the equation is very complicated. In the meantime, I want to avoid suffering too much as much as possible so that I can stay at peace regardless of the outcome.

There is much that can be said about this, but I will offer one real life example that I have experienced. In September, 2025 I had the smart meter removed from my house and replaced with an analog meter. I immediately felt an improvement in my house. From that day on, I slept much better and woke feeling much more rested. In March, 2026 I had three employees from the local utilities came to my door. I answered and they said they were here to install my new smart meter. I told them that they were not going to install a smart meter on my home, and explained that they not only represent an health threat, but it is known that they can cause a fire and burn your house down. They left that day, but not without making a subtle threat that they would cut off electricity to my home if I did not allow this dangerous device to my home. As it happened, I found it necessary to go to hospital a week or two later. While I was in the hospital my sister had to take over the duties to care for our elderly mother. During all of this, she was confronted with representatives from the utilities with a threat of cutting power to our house. I have not yet consulted a lawyer on this, but I am pretty sure it is illegal to turn of power to an elderly person's home, especially one who needs an oxygen machine at night. However all that turns out, now that I am home again, and their smart meter is attached, I never sleep well or wake feeling rested. I am certain that the emf and dirty electricity resulting from this attack, as I will call it, on my right to choose what technology is attached to my property, has slowed my recovery from a health issue that nearly killed me. I never sleep well, or wake rested any more since they attached the meter, and I have experienced elevated levels of stress and anxiety due, at least in part, to his toxic tech that is forced on me. I plan to pursue legal means to right this crime against me. Please put limits on the exposures of this poison. Thank you.

As a person whose body was described as "A WALKING CELL TOWER", my body has been filled with biological electronics, a.k.a. micro and nanochips WITHOUT MY CONSENT possibly starting when I was 8 years old. Today, I am 72 years old and ALL of my health concerns are contributed to electromagnetic and radiation exposure. I write as an individual consumer, patient, family member, and caregiver to speak of my personal experiences and of experiences of a loving daughter who helped to care for my mother who had a diagnosis of Alzeheimer's-Dementia that was later found to be brain damage to her hippocampus. My dad, at 72, developed gangrene in the heel of his foot that can now be proven to be from microwave radiation assaults with a laser wand for military directives. My right heel has been microwaved as I work to save it from tissue breakdown. In 2014, I had a body scan done by a private investigator. She found 53 implants on the microTesla units scale in 35 locations of my body. These areas included almost every muscle, organ, major bone groups and three locations of my brain. These implants were found to be data sources for multiple research projects. Some of this research was sanctioned, some was not. Even today, my body is being used for horrendous child's play by non-professional, unethical people whose psychological soundness is questionable. A second body scan was completed by a professional in another area of the country in 2023. This time, 23 SEMICONDUCTORS were identified in some of the same locations as the 2014 scan. Other areas of my body including both legs are recepticals of excessive amounts of radiation designed to cause certain amputation. My step-dad was an amputee of first the toe, then the foot and finally up to the knee of the same leg. Today, a radiation technician supervisor is showing me how the same thing is intended for my body. My step-dad became a dialysis patient after the amputation and a semiconductor was found in 2023 AFTER the microTesla implant there was found in the same kidney in 2014. This is unethical, immoral and vicious criminal behavior at its worst, yet describes stalking a whole family with radiation, electromagnetic exposure and microwaves that makes loss of limbs and organs look like normal medical issues when it is NOT. I was diagnosed with Havana Syndrome or Anomalous Health Incidence in 2023 with a TBI, vestibular problems, hearing loss and vision problems that is growing worse because of the illegal access that is allowed to my body by cell towers and wireless technology. Attention must be brought to the issue of allowing cell towers to be erected holding antennas of 300 Watts per antenna when only 2-3 watts is needed for a human experiment. Consequently, what happens to the people who live in a small town in rural America who does not know that the microwave radiation from the 44 cell towers with 140 antennas is the cause of what looks like natural health issues. Do all of the children ages 4-18 have traumatic brain injuries and nerve damage from the environment or from directed energy to their head, face and chest? I gave testimony at the President's Commission on Bioethical Issues in Washington, D.C. in 2011. At that time I did have evidence of the unauthorized implants in my body but had no idea that the number was so great. The President's Commission did find the United States guilty of allowing the use of biological agents on the Guatemala population. The use of the topics of these comments has revolutionized biological research but lack of ethics have remained the same. I will be happy to share my experiences with your office or at a Congressional hearing as I fight for my right to live in these Constitutional States of America.

I keep my cellphone on airplane mode and ask others to do the same when I'm with them; I have a hard-wired computer; I limit visiting homes of family and friends who don't understand the effects of electromagnetic field/electromagnetic radiation overexposure; I limit flying because of the massive amount of EMF/EMR in the airport and on a plane when cellphones are active; I drive a 2005 vehicle which has low EMR, removing all metals from my mouth, which is an extremely slow and expensive process. My symptoms are more quiet presently through my efforts to minimize exposure. However, symptoms will flare within hours of overexposure. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a husband and father. We live in a condominium community and there are 6 so-called "smart meters" on the other side of the wall of my son's bedroom. My son is autistic, has seizures and is non-verbal. I always suspected that wireless radiation was one of the causes of his condition. Right after with wireless meters were installed, I called con edison and asked them if they knew how safe they were. Their response was that the meters were approved by the FCC. That is their only answer to this day. Being a graduate of mass communications, I know a bit about FCC regulation. The FCC has nothing to do with people's health. They only check to see if devices interfere with other communication devices. They also told me that the previous meters had also been wireless, but a meter man had to drive alongside the meters to get the reading. I told con edison that I wanted to opt out of the wireless meters. It was almost useless because there are 5 other wirelessmeters on my son's wall, but I did it anyway. I am now charged extra money because I am concerned for my son's health and nobody in New York government (who gave con edison permission to install the meters) seems to care at all. A couple of days after the meters were installed, I was feeling unwell at work and started to drive home. For the first time in my life, I had heart palpitations. I didn't know what was happening so I called 911. An ambulance took me to the hospital. After following up with a cardiologist, he put me on Xanax and I have been on it ever since. There was also an uptick in my son's seizures. He is now on 5 medicines to help control the seizures and he is unable to make it to school regularly. I had planned for us to move out of here, because I had seen a couple of houses where the people moved the meters away from the house. I had planned the move to be for 2020. But then, the pandemic hit and real estate in Westchester got out of control and out of reach for middle class families. I want a way to measure the wireless radiation in our home. I did buy a small device, and it of course flashes "DANGER" around the wall adjacent to the meters. But we need professional, government approved proof of what is happening. Just last month, I made a formal complaint with New York state about it. All they did was have someone at con edison call me, and that person referred me to the FCC web site, which again is absurd because the FCC is only concerned about whether a communication device interferes with other communication devices. They have no concern for people whatsoever! I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. EMFs, RF and Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) have dramatically affected me. Please note my list of symptoms below triggered by EMFs, RF and EMR that began after 2010, intensified until I was forced to stop working due to these symptoms in May 2014 and continue to this day. I was a partner in the largest CPA (certified public accounting) firm in our county, and was at the peak of my career. My dream home had to be sold to pay ongoing medical bills and eliminate our mortgage. My husband and I had to move to a mobile home to exist and have poured considerable money into the home to shield from EMFs, RF and EMR. I am completely overwhelmed with the medical symptoms triggered by and it is a day-to-day struggle to survive. Specific triggers of EMFs, RF and EMR for me include, but are not limited to exposure to: Cell phones, Cell towers, Smart meters, Computers, wireless phones, laptops, EV, Most vehicles built after mid 2000s, Cellular satellites, LED bulbs, LED light displays, smart watches, wireless hearing aids, and, hearing loops. My symptoms when exposed to EMFs, RF and EMR include: Vise-like painful grip circling head, Knife-like sharp pains in head, Migraine lasting min 6hr to max of 4 days, Vertigo, Disorientation, Heart arrythmia, Shortness of breath, Chest pressure, Slurred speech, Blurry eyesight, Visionary mirrors related to migraines, Hands shaking, and, Extreme exhaustion. My ongoing limitations include: Almost completely housebound leaving home only for emergencies or medical appointments. It takes days to recover from migraines and other symptoms noted above after leaving our shielded home; Prevented from traveling via airplanes, ships, modern vehicles, train; Prevented from staying in hotels, friends’ or relatives’ homes; Prevented from attending outdoor holiday lights displays, LED light shows, parades; Limited access to worship, theatre, live performances, sports events – anywhere that has sound systems under new FCC frequency guidelines that emit radiation; Cannot shop or run errands without severe side effects (e.g. grocery stores, malls, farmers’ markets); No access to banking, texting, emergency notifications from banks, utility companies, housing management via cell phones. In a power outage, no access to emails to compensate for this limitation; Cannot take walks outside of home, go to the beach or parks; Considerable expenses incurred due to my hypersensitivity to EMFs, RF and EMR: Shield home including upgrades as technology from 3G to 4G to 5G changes; Expense to re-wire existing appliances; Considerable expense & labor to search for wireless-free equipment, disable wifi features on electronic equipment if possible; Expense for watching tv without wireless, smart devices/screens/remotes/streaming devices (e.g. Roku); Expense and great inconvenience to move to a community without smart meters on or near home; Considerable out of pocket expense for medical devices and therapists not covered by insurance to reduce or attempt to control the pain. HHS should address the sources of EMFs, RF and EMR. Specifically, I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I’d like to comment about the Wi-Fi towers or whatever they are. They definitely block both of my ears if I’m in a place of business that has a strong Wi-Fi my ears will also plug sometimes it takes over an hour to calm down. I’d be more than happy to be studied because it is truly a real thing. …not very fun and clearly just getting worse with more of the towers going up. Thank you for your time.
