Neurological symptoms & sleep

I am a female U.S. citizen and USAF veteran and have suffered with tinnitus/sleep issues during and after my Air Force enlistment. Since February 2024 (living in an apartment complex near MacDill AFB), I now experience increased symptoms of severe tinnitus, insomnia, EMF/WIFI sensitivities, nausea, dizziness, balance issues, eye pressure, head pressure and headaches, erratic heart rate spikes waking me out of sleep. Along with other veterans who have commented on this forum, I agree there are serious issues that need to be investigated. Government employees are not the only people experiencing AHI/Havana syndrome symptoms. Civilians, U.S. veterans, and military members are also suffering from the same symptoms.

To whom it may concern. I am a senior citizen and a grandfather. For many years (about 40 years) I have suffered from Havana Syndrome (Anomolous Health Incidents) symptoms. Some of the symptoms I experience are extreme ringing, screeching in my ears (tinitus) Headaches Sudden vertigo Ear pain and pressure Sleep disturbances Memory problems Etc. 2. Individual consumer 3. a. Wi-Fi, wireless infrastructure (both 4th and 5th generation). b. Indoors, invariable with brief intermission. f. Commercially available silver fabric enclosure, including grounding wire, sufficient to fully attenuate 99 percent of 5G type band radio frequencies received by my body. I used this device by sleeping inside on a nightly basis for seven days. Noted consistent effects on mental state within five minutes, including profound relative clarity, calm and ease. Effects on sleep quality including consistent elevated mood and improved energy persisting through the following day, sleep duration required to perceive being fully rested consistently timed to be reduced from eight hours per night over the previous seven days to seven hours per night. g. Trifield EMF meter model TF2 used to measure electromagnetic frequency exposure for my location kept consistent within two feet of measurement during the seven days of using of the silver fabric enclosure. Taking several measurements: radio frequency was within 40-113 mW/m^2 with the majority of the measurements near the mean. Magnetic field strength was likewise measured and read consistently 0.1 and 0.2 weighted for high frequency mG. AC electric field strength was likewise measured and read consistently 0 and 0 weighted V/m.

#1 Anonymous. #2 Patient: healthy 76 year old female; no current medical conditions, no pharmaceutical or drug usage; (MCS) Multiple Chemical Sensitivity diagnosis (2003) and practices avoidance; never used cell phones due to visual impairments, avoids all wireless devices and infrastructure. #3 In 2023, an omni-directional, 24/7/365 powered, 4G/LTE wireless small cell site was activated on the telephone pole directly supplying electricity to my home. Due to the immediate adverse neurological effects I suffered from the electromagnetic radiation it emitted, I was forced to abandon my property. I became virtually homeless for 6 months because, for a variety of reasons, most landlords, family, and friends felt unable to shut off the cell phones and WiFi in their houses for any length of time. They felt they were too essential. In addition, the number of houses for sale was severely limited at that time and safe EMF locations were nearly impossible to find. The best way I can describe the physical effect of accessing my home, post-activation, is to explain what I first began noticing around 2010 in public places such as libraries, which began offering WiFi. It took me some time to make the connection, because, at first, I didn't believe it was possible. Depending upon the signal strength, I feel as if I'm a lightning rod or radio antenna. I can't tolerate the bio-electrical sensation that is something akin to standing in front of a heat lamp but without feeling the heat, just the intensity. I begin to feel exhausted and within 8-10 minutes, my thinking becomes confused (i.e. I know something is wrong, but I can't quite figure out what it is. I have to work really hard to concentrate in order to power through whatever I was planning to do, but, inevitably, I'm forced to admit that what's happening is real and that I'm beginning to become agitated. Then, a kind of panic sets in, and I just need to get away). When I'm removed from the source and I have something to eat or drink, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to recover fully. When I originally contacted my town building officials about the imminent placement and danger the small cell posed to me as an ADA qualifying individual, they had no knowledge that towers were being sited in our town. They had no authority over the Right of Way, let alone their location or construction. When I sought help from my town government, the Town Council members refused to allow testimony about my situation in a public meeting until an anonymous audience member coerced the committee to "Let them speak." Once again, my local government denied having any authority, and in this case, they demonstrated an unwillingness to acknowledge the electromagnetic radiation issue publicly. When I contacted state agencies including the Department of Health and the Public Utilities Commission for help, they all responded, "It's not in our purview." When I contacted my U.S. Congressional delegates along with every one of my State General Assembly members, I received three responses; two promising to investigate (without followup) and one touting the advantages of wireless technology with no mention of my personal dilemma. Accessing public spaces has become nearly impossible for me due to the proliferation of community-wide wireless infrastructure and devices. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I was in excellent physical, mental and emotional health in May 2020 (the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life), immediately preceding the sudden onset of extreme insomnia at the end of May 2020 (lasted for one week), followed by severe and unnatural pain, heating, sleep issues and more. I assume all the ill health effects are a result of EMF and non-ionizing radiation, pulsed radio frequencies and other frequencies and chemicals in the environment, from an infrastructure of cell phones, cell towers, sattelites and other frequency and radiation-emitting devices. I have observed similar (although not as severe) effects in friends and family in my community. Many bees have dropped dead in my apartment over the past few months. Over the past few years I have observed negative impacts on plants and animals around my during the time of such anomalous health incidents. I am extremely concerned about the health and life of humans, animals and plants in my community and on planet earth, now and into the future. I have negative neurological health symptoms when I use my cell phone. I recently used my cell phone a lot more during 6 weeks of travel. (my ethernet wired laptop was home). A PubMed article dated July 15, 2020, titled “Health risks from radiofrequency radiation, including 5G, should be assessed by experts with no conflicts of interest” discusses obvious conflicts of interest on this subject. Your MPE guidelines are severely outdated and inaccurate in using only thermal effects. They MUST be updated to reflect today's world of households with multiple wireless sources and 24/7 exposure.

My ears ring constantly for the last 5-6 years. Less consistent when I am in a poor cell service area. I also notice a difference when I am in a room with LED bulbs. Please bring back incandescent bulbs!

I am currently experiencing symptoms from smart meters that were put on homes . There is a constant loud ringing and pressure that is low frequency. I have reported this last year to the government but nothing was done. It causes sleep disturbance insomnia irritability and anger. Delusions and symptoms that mimick alzheimers. Psychosis headache and tinnitus. Personality changes. The can control the intensity and the amount of emf and power. The can turn up the gas pressure and if there is a small leak they will turn it up so high that it will seep out and fill your house with gas and carbon monoxide and nobody will never know. These meters should be against the law. They are controlling people house with these things.

Dear Robert F. Kennedy jr, I have been affected by Emfs for many years. It started when I drove my BWM for years every day for many hours. I started to feel strange and finally realized it was from the radiation from the car. Since then I feel pain from computers and telephones - not so much from television. It basically affects my head, my stomach, or lymnphsystem. If a use any train, I can suddenly feel an ache in the bach of my head, turning around, someone is using the phone right behind me. If I sit down and someone's telephone is at midlevel, I feel it in my stomach more. It seems to me that it comes from the immunsystem on my head, making me think that people with compromised immunsystem is affected more. Since I have a sensitive nervous system to start with, it affects me more. If you know about ayuruveda, litterature varns specifically Vata people to stay away from electronics as Vata is more sensitive than pitta and kapha. Vata people often get diseases related to the nervous system. Also, led and lighting tubes are also affecting me. I have a phone and computer but use as little as possible. It is not to be confused with people who are allergic to all electronics. Note that people with electric cars now start to feel nausiated when sitting in their cars. When I was ill, I was so sensitive that I could feel how it seemed like it was coming from the head and went out and into my body, sort of grabbing the stomach. I now assume that all diseases come from the body protecting itself by borrowing what it needs from other parts of the body. If this is constant, you have an autoimmun disease.
