I have been severely affected by cell tower radiation, smart meter RF radiation and line noise (voltage transients and harmonics from switched mode power supplies), cell phone radiation, LED lights, and essentially anything that emits a PULSED EMF. Cell tower installed 1000 ft from my home. I didn't know it because it was hidden by trees. But suddenly, I wasn't sleeping so well. A year later, I discovered the cell tower but made no association between my poorer sleep and the tower. Yet when I'd visit my parents, who lived where, at the time, there was essentially no cell reception, I slept well again. In 2012, I finally realized that the tower was the likely cause of my poorer sleep. The other troubling thing was, the year the cell tower was installed, the number of insects dropped by about 1/3. All insects, not just some types. I wondered about it, but thought it might be some sort of cyclical or climatic thing. But the populations never recovered. Twelve years later, smart meters were installed. The next year, the insect population was reduced to 1/3 of what it had been pre-cell-tower. The insects never recovered. Four years later, there were hardly even any beetles. They seem to have been the one bug that was more resilient or unaffected than the others. Then, at my parents' home, where I'd always slept really well, I had near-total insomnia. I tossed and turned all night. I didn't know why. My only speculation was that it must be emotional (don't we all go to that when something is unexplained?), though I'd no idea what that might be. Year after year after year, I could not sleep and would go home completely worn out. Then I learned that a PLC meter had been installed on their home in January of the year I became unable to sleep. We installed a whole-house dirty electricity filter and I had no more problems. The smart meters were installed in my neighborhood in 2012. That completely changed my life. This wasn't the poor sleep from the cell tower. This was all-encompassing: terrible, unrestful sleep; transient memory loss; severe fatigue; heart palpitations. There's so much more I could recount, but this gives you a glimpse into what happens to a not unsignificant proportion of the population.

Thank you very much for this initiative! Here is my story. I live in a house in Edegem (Antwerp area), Flanders, Belgium, and since more than 20 years there are mobile phone antennas on appartment buildings at approximately 150 meters from my house. The amount of antennas is constantly increasing (as can be observed visually and is also stated in their legal documents), new constructions are being put for extra antennas and the amount of radiation is increasing as well, year by year (I have regularly verified this with measurements). There is 2G, 3G, 4G and now also 5G present. At some places in my house the amount of radiation reaches over 2,000 μW/m2 and in my garden it reaches 10,000 μW/m2. This is below the Flemish/Belgian 'safety norm', but far too high according to independent scientists and building biologists. Since the antennas have been put there, the following health problems have appeared in my family: one person got dementia (already deceased now), one person got womb cancer, which came back 2 times, and she had to undergo severe operations, one person got pancreas cancer at a terminal stage (about to die now), I feel often tired and depressed and our dog got severe epilepsy attacks (already deceased now) at a frequency and intensity that the vets hadn't seen anywhere before. We do not have any family history of these deseases, all other family members living in different places are quite healthy. Moving away is not an option for us, unfortunately. There are also other cases of cancer and young dementia present in the nearby area. All this makes us believe that there is an almost certain link with the mobile phone antennas. I have done effort and will continue trying to convince local and federal politicians to reconsider the safety standards, so that neither we nor anyone else goes through this. I hope this information is useful to you, so that public health can be protected from these dangerous technologies.

Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

since a smart meter was put on the barn - 150 feet from our house - my husband has chest pains, dizziness, and cannot sleep. I have tinnitus now. I never had that before. The cattle (big cattle) no longer go into the barn for water - even in winter when it is cold. The smart meter is on the barn. All this happened soon after smart meters were installed at our farm. My husband has to go to the doctor for medication now....we are young - this is not right!

Two members of my family suffer so much from EMF's that they are basically house bound-----in our shielded home with RF meters to test. There are thousands of of peer reviewed studies that show damage to our bodies, to birds, to bees and to all wildlife. My family members get flu symptoms, heart palpitations, painful swelling of glands, tinnitus, blurry vision and brain fog. It is terrible for them to live in the current environment.

To Who It May Concern: The widespread use of incresaingly powerful wireless technology continues unabated without any scrutiny of its’ effeects on humans, chikdren and animals. I am documenting concerns regarding my CenturyLink C4000BZ modem/router, manufactured by Zyxel Communications Corporation, FCC ID I88C4000LZ. This dual-band Wi-Fi device operates at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Additionally I also show readings from a NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Model R8000 a tri-band router/extender with one 2.4 GHz band and two 5 GHz bands. NETGEAR describes it as providing combined Wi-Fi speeds of up to 3.2 Gbps I personally experience extreme agitation and anxiety when my Wi-Fi is turned on and I spend periods of time online at the computer. As a result, I keep my Wi-Fi router unplugged unless I am actively using it to access the Internet. I am concerned about potential electromagnetic exposure in my home and the environment shared with my animals, & with my students highly sensitive dogs while in class. I recorded a video of readings displayed with the GQ EMF-390 detector and am submitting this footage for consideration. I cannot establish that the equipment causes my symptoms, but my experiences warrant documenting and investigating my concerns. Maybe only a few people are sensitive, regardless these things should be safe for EVERYONE and our Animals cannot understand these technologies or choose whether to remain in environments where wireless equipment operates. First part of the video the router was not completely online and once it was the RFs went up to 977 mW/m². The other device, NETGEAR Nighthawk we checked and even though the emf's combined was 4.8, the EF was 18v/m and the RFs were up to 962mW/m². These numbers very concerning. Many believe the flower of Life symbol can protect but in the two pictures as you can see the overall EMF went down but the RFs actually jumped higher with the dime-sized metal flower of life symbol placed on the top of the router. I would love to understand this better myself. I respectfully request greater transparency, independent research, and further evaluation of potential EMF/RF/SMART-METER exposure and its implications for human and animal health. I submit this comment as healthcare professional Question 14 What scientific evidence exists regarding potential adverse environmental effects associated with RF radiation? Observation and documentation of trees in the vicinity of over 1,500 mobile phone base stations (2005 to 2026) and studies (2016, 2021) suggest a causal relationship between RF radiation and tree damage. The reason for the tree observation: After the Bamberg Appeal was published in 2004 – in which 130 medical doctors warned against expanding mobile phone networks – many residents living near mobile phone base stations contacted the initiative for help with health issues. We visited affected individuals at home, documented their symptoms, and took RF radiation measurements. We learned that many people became sick far below the legal limits. We urged all responsible authorities to start health investigations of the long-term-exposed residents. I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Being exposed to cell towers and smart meters causes an electrical current/buzzing feeling running through my body. LED lights also cause me health issues. I can't drive at night at all and only when absolutely necessary during the day because of LED street lights and headlights. They give me migraines and cause extreme pain in my eyes. I have to wear sunglasses and keep my eyes closed if I am in a car as a passenger at night which is only when absolutely necessary. I have had 4 LED street lights in close proximity to my home for 2 years now since  the electric company came and changed the HPS lights to LED.  Because of the electromagnetic hypersensitivity, when the LED streetlights are on I feel an electrical current/buzzing running through my body while INSIDE my home.  I suffer from debilitating migraine headaches brought on by these LED lights even  when I am inside my home.  I am also confined to my home after dark because of them and even before as they come on at  least an hour before it is dark. I can't even look out my window when they are on because if I happen  to look the wrong way and catch a glimpse of them, I will get a migraine.  LED lights have detrimental effects on humans, insects and all wildlife. It is  no different than poisoning all of the citizens and wildlife. Why would ANY city allow this  to happen let alone do this to their citizens?
