MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

When ever I have my computer open and I sit in front of the laptop I feel my heart flutter and skip and it feels heavy in my chest. Almost like a panic attack We are hard connected at our home because we know the harmful effects of microwaves but when I have to use my computer airdrop photos. I feel that and it’s scary. I can also feel my hands buzz when I hold a phone while it’s on. I can feel it in my Head when I’m around all that emf and it makes My Heads hurt. You guys have to start accepting and acknowledging these harmful Effects not just to Han’s but to all living things around us. You can see the microwaves in the sky Your children and grandchildren will be inheriting this land and culture too. Think about that. You don’t need a scientist and a study to know something clearly is disruptive to our biology. It’s common sense you get to choose whether you want this on your conscientious. I support HHS in taking an active part in researching & then regulating the obvious affects that wireless radiation has on our environment with regard to our children, animals, birds, flora & fauna, etc. The time has come for this issue to be brought out from under the rug & scientifically examined in great depth. World Council for Health (WCH) welcomes the opportunity to respond to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Request for Information. WCH is an international health advocacy organisation committed to promoting informed consent, individual health sovereignty, scientific transparency, and the protection of human and environmental health. We believe that the rapid and largely unrestrained expansion of wireless technologies represents a significant public health and environmental policy concern that warrants urgent, independent and comprehensive scientific scrutiny. Over recent decades, wireless communications infrastructure has expanded dramatically, introducing increasingly widespread and persistent exposure to man-made electromagnetic fields. While technological innovation has brought considerable benefits, WCH is concerned that the pace of deployment has outstripped the assessment of potential long-term biological and environmental consequences, particularly in relation to chronic, cumulative and involuntary exposure. In 2023, WCH published its Policy Brief on the Effects of Unregulated Digitalization, examining the wider implications of rapidly expanding digital and wireless technologies for public health, human rights, democratic accountability and the environment. This body of work includes the recommendations of the late Dr Arthur Firstenberg, who devoted decades to investigating the biological and ecological effects of electromagnetic fields. His work brought together scientific publications examining possible effects on neurological function, cellular processes, reproduction, wildlife, biodiversity and ecosystem health. Of particular concern is the extent to which existing RF exposure standards have historically focused on established thermal effects, while questions concerning long-term exposure, non-thermal biological effects, signal modulation, vulnerable populations and ecological impacts remain contested or insufficiently resolved. WCH believes that public health policy must consider the full breadth of available evidence, including research findings that challenge prevailing assumptions about exposure thresholds and biological safety. We are particularly concerned about the implications for children, pregnant women, individuals reporting electromagnetic hypersensitivity, and those who have little practical ability to avoid exposure in their homes, schools, workplaces or communities. The continued expansion of 5G telecommunications and wireless infrastructure including the introduction of new frequencies, network configurations and connected technologies raise further questions about aggregate exposure, long-term health effects and the adequacy of existing safety assessments. The potential environmental implications must also be considered. The Brief highlights research examining associations between anthropogenic electromagnetic fields and changes in the behaviour, development, reproduction and survival of insects, birds, plants and other organisms. These findings require careful evaluation, including consideration of study limitations and other environmental factors, as part of a comprehensive approach to ecological protection. WCH therefore calls for an independent, transparent and multidisciplinary review of the scientific evidence, free from inappropriate commercial or regulatory conflicts of interest. Such a review should address thermal and possible non-thermal effects, chronic and cumulative exposure, biological responses to modulation and pulsed signals, and the implications of exposure across the lifespan. We further urge HHS to consider the precautionary principle, particularly where exposure is involuntary, where vulnerable populations may be affected, and where meaningful opportunities to reduce unnecessary exposure exist. This includes serious consideration of practical alternatives such as wired communications infrastructure, greater public disclosure of exposure information, improved professional education, and individual choice. WCH encourages greater coordination between public health authorities, environmental agencies, independent researchers and affected communities, recognising that the potential implications of electromagnetic pollution extend beyond conventional telecommunications regulation. The protection of public health and the natural environment must remain central to technological policy, and not be treated as secondary considerations after widespread deployment has already occurred. We believe that responsible technological development must be guided by independent science, transparency, informed consent, the protection of vulnerable populations, and a commitment to safeguarding the health of both present and future generations. Hello. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this important issue. I’m the mother of an 8 year old son with severe autism and PANDAS. It’s been a long journey of some terrible, terrifying, dark years. Last year, we invested in bio medical testing and discovered our son had mold and heavy metal toxicity. We live in Minneapolis. MN. We moved out of our moldy house and into temporary housing in a nearby suburb in Eden Prarie. Within a week, all my son’s most difficult symptoms disappeared. He became calm. He wasn’t having melt downs or injuring himself. He was sleeping through the night. He stopped wetting the bed. His bowel movements improved. He became easy going and was smiling and laughing again. Within a month, the change was miraculous. We moved into a new, mold-free apartment in Minneapolis. He wasn’t doing as well. His conatipation returned. He was agitated and struggling with transitions again. I started looking into the differences between the two locations and one possibility was EMF’s. I checked the cell tower maps. The temporary housing had six cell towers within three miles, and they were all at least one mile away. Our house and apartment in Minneapolis have hundreds and several within 1/2 mile radius! We also have solar panels on the roof which I learned is a huge issue. We started mitigating EMF’s in our apartment - hard wiring our phones and computers, and we got him an EMF blocking canopy for his bed. He improved greatly, but it is taking a lot more effort and interventions to maintain and build on what was coming easily in Eden Prarie. There is simply too much exposure living in the city, and with our apartment neighbors all having WIFI and Smart Appliances. This is a growing issue! I can’t even send my son to school because of mold and EMF’s with the cell towers being right on the school property! They don’t belong anywhere near residential areas. I’ve learned that EMF’s exacerbate mold growth and mycotoxin activity uo to 600x. We still have mold colonized in our bodies being activated by the EMF’s. I’ve also learned that if you have high heavy metals (which mold causes), your body attracts more of the radiation. We need legislation stopping this biological warfare.

Oct 21, 2026 I am writing this at the deadline so it is abbreviated. There is NO question the RF has increased EVERYWHERE even at my rural residence in the woods. I am sensitive to wireless and moved out here to get relief. Unfortunately over the years unaware neighbors have moved in and they automatically use wireless when it's clear they can be hardwired saving themselves and others from over exposure to RF. The Federal goverment needs to encourage hardwiring WHENEVER POSSIBLE and mandate much lower RF maximum power and frequency from the manufacturers of wireless products, mainly routers. The US standards should be in line with the Europeans and the US based Building Biology Institute of less than 10 uW/m2 as the goal!! (www.buildingbiology.com) Another serious problem is malicious people using Wifi repeaters, commercial routers like ATEL and other devices to harass and harm others. They point these devices at unsuspecting people and their residences and pulsing them with harmful microwaves, disrupting their sleep, concentration and productivity completely contrary to how the manufacturer intended the device to be used. I am experiencing this now by someone LOCALLY in my neighborhood. Even though it's against the law, malicious actors know how difficult it can be to first of all understand what's happening, obtain an RF meter, document the evidence, contact an attorney and obtain some shielding to get some relief. Many of these devices can be modified to hack into computers using Tempest attacks and other means. There needs to be a whole police department established by the HHS and/or the FCC to investigate and enforce any current and future RF/EMF standards and laws including seizing equipment that violates those laws at the RESIDENTIAL level not just commercial. The harmful health effects are not just a result of power transmitted but by PULSE and FREQUENCY. The disruption to humans can be caused by low power but a negative pulse rate (frequency). This needs to be considered for any new laws. These harmful RF/EMF not only affect people but animals both domestic and wild. I can tell my cats are affected and try to ground themselves by laying on the dirt to get away from the negative RF. I've noticed how the bees and ants have almost disappeared in my yard. This is a serious problem that affects EVERY LIVING thing and the US needs to investigate the hundreds of studies that have proven this to be true and take ACTION to protect the American people. Timeline of Exposure and Onset of Symptoms • June 11, 2021: A mobile phone base station 550 metres from my home (RFNSA Site ID: 6280011) underwent a major upgrade, introducing multiple new frequency bands (700MHz to 2600MHz). • June 12, 2021: I experienced severe, inexplicable thermal sensations ("heating up") on my back while in my bedroom. So the next night, I changed rooms. • Night of June 13 / Morning of June 14, 2021 (6:00 AM): While sleeping in a middle bedroom with a west-facing window, I was awoken from a deep sleep by an intense neurological sensation which was like a massive bolt or flash of power entering the left side of my brain and which seemingly had entered through the west side of my home. • Ensuing Days: I developed immediate and acute Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) symptoms, including physical discomfort around wireless devices and localized paresthesia ("tiny shocks") when entering my home office. 2. Context and Observations Prior to June 2021, I was in excellent health with no history of neurological conditions, seizures, or fits. Concurrently, my household pet developed an acute tumor that required surgical removal. I subsequently enrolled in formal electrobiology studies (commencing January 2022), where the academic coursework directly mirrored and explained the physiological symptoms I was experiencing in real-time. 3. Long-Term Life and Social Impact The onset of EHS has severely restricted my ability to participate in everyday life. My access to public spaces, transit, and accommodation is profoundly limited due to the ubiquity of central Wi-Fi, integrated automotive Bluetooth, and unshielded wireless infrastructure. Managing this condition requires an incredibly isolated lifestyle and constant environmental modifications, devastating my social and professional life. 4. Conclusion and Regulatory Request The precise correlation between the activation of new macro-cell frequency bands and the sudden, permanent disruption to my health indicates a critical gap in current safety thresholds.
