EMFs have been very harmful for my health. For years now, I have exhausted my sick time at work with illnesses that include but are not limited to severe muscle pain, headaches, brain fog, always feeling sick, tired, and dizziness etc. It does not help that I am a 30+ yr Targeted Individual. I believe that EMFs exacerbate the effects of DEWs. I also believe that EMFs are to blame for many other serious illnesses, including cancer, which was the cause of death of my late husband. He had two types of cancer. I further believe that advancement in technology can be a great thing. The problem is that not enough research has been done, along with the fact that in the past, the government has been ruled by the 'Deep State'. I believe that the new Administration can do better! My name is Johanna Valentin and my family are getting hit with dew-electronics, I have been a targeted individual since 2020 when I first noticed it but know I think it’s been all my life. I have lost all of my hair my teeth breaking, I’ve had 6 knee surgeries thanks to this, I have been raped and drugged I get microwaved every day while my kids they put bad thoughts in there mind that makes them sad and depressed with anxiety. Please if this does not stop they are going to kill me and my family I already lost 3 to suicide cause of this. HHS should publish an honest comparison of these standards and explain, in plain language, why Americans are assumed safe at exposure levels other governments reject. 2. Non-thermal and long-term low-level effects remain a genuine research gap. Most funded studies are short-term and many are industry-funded. We need long-term, independently funded research, including studies of people who report sensitivity and symptoms, studied respectfully as patients rather than dismissed. 3. Real-world exposure is not tracked. Wireless infrastructure keeps expanding — small cells, Wi-Fi saturation in schools and apartment buildings — with no public monitoring of cumulative exposure levels. A public, transparent exposure-monitoring effort would let the science follow actual conditions instead of laboratory assumptions. 4. Vulnerable populations, including children, deserve particular attention, consistent with the Department's stated emphasis in this RFI. As a person whose body was described as "A WALKING CELL TOWER", my body has been filled with biological electronics, a.k.a. micro and nanochips WITHOUT MY CONSENT possibly starting when I was 8 years old. Today, I am 72 years old and ALL of my health concerns are contributed to electromagnetic and radiation exposure. I write as an individual consumer, patient, family member, and caregiver to speak of my personal experiences and of experiences of a loving daughter who helped to care for my mother who had a diagnosis of Alzeheimer's-Dementia that was later found to be brain damage to her hippocampus. My dad, at 72, developed gangrene in the heel of his foot that can now be proven to be from microwave radiation assaults with a laser wand for military directives. My right heel has been microwaved as I work to save it from tissue breakdown. In 2014, I had a body scan done by a private investigator. She found 53 implants on the microTesla units scale in 35 locations of my body. These areas included almost every muscle, organ, major bone groups and three locations of my brain. These implants were found to be data sources for multiple research projects. Some of this research was sanctioned, some was not. Even today, my body is being used for horrendous child's play by non-professional, unethical people whose psychological soundness is questionable. A second body scan was completed by a professional in another area of the country in 2023. This time, 23 SEMICONDUCTORS were identified in some of the same locations as the 2014 scan. Other areas of my body including both legs are recepticals of excessive amounts of radiation designed to cause certain amputation. My step-dad was an amputee of first the toe, then the foot and finally up to the knee of the same leg. Today, a radiation technician supervisor is showing me how the same thing is intended for my body. My step-dad became a dialysis patient after the amputation and a semiconductor was found in 2023 AFTER the microTesla implant there was found in the same kidney in 2014. This is unethical, immoral and vicious criminal behavior at its worst, yet describes stalking a whole family with radiation, electromagnetic exposure and microwaves that makes loss of limbs and organs look like normal medical issues when it is NOT. I was diagnosed with Havana Syndrome or Anomalous Health Incidence in 2023 with a TBI, vestibular problems, hearing loss and vision problems that is growing worse because of the illegal access that is allowed to my body by cell towers and wireless technology. Attention must be brought to the issue of allowing cell towers to be erected holding antennas of 300 Watts per antenna when only 2-3 watts is needed for a human experiment. Consequently, what happens to the people who live in a small town in rural America who does not know that the microwave radiation from the 44 cell towers with 140 antennas is the cause of what looks like natural health issues. Do all of the children ages 4-18 have traumatic brain injuries and nerve damage from the environment or from directed energy to their head, face and chest? I gave testimony at the President's Commission on Bioethical Issues in Washington, D.C. in 2011. At that time I did have evidence of the unauthorized implants in my body but had no idea that the number was so great. The President's Commission did find the United States guilty of allowing the use of biological agents on the Guatemala population. The use of the topics of these comments has revolutionized biological research but lack of ethics have remained the same. I am a targeted individual since 9/19/19. I am a victim of microwave abuse since 4/23/20, i.e. directed energy attacks, microwave hearing which is generated from a cell phone tower to the brain, Vircator attacks to body and feet, which is a painful burning sensation. The culprit is Space Force, Schriever Base, Colorado Springs, Co. This facility employs 8,000 and is 1200 ft underground. Their spy satellites monitor me 24/7 for as long as I have been targeted, maybe longer. These powerful satellites have X-ray vision into any building and can listen to conversations. In addition, they manage a satellite that places a person in a comatose state and is used on me every single night. (Kash Patel has not cleaned up the FBI and their public private partnership Infragard. The house is hard wired for surveillance, massive property damage, cyberstalking, weaponization of electrical system, vehicle stalking, staged accidents, and so much more abuse.) This is the most inhumane program on earth.

This is valid science and if the cell towers have emitters speed > 2.4 Ghz and SAR ( specific absorption rate > 1.6 kW/kg A person who is exposed with such an emission condition that is this high speed WIFI signal may experience auditory effect. Targeted Individual or Havana effect people who experience such violations should look into this matter as well. ( Just blaming the weapon systems won't work ) They may be ignoring the obvious cell towers with high speed energy range as another cause for their syndrome. I switched to electro-hypersensitivity in 2010, was diagnosed by Professor Belpomme in 2012. To date, I have 5 medical certificates attesting to my EHS; the last comes from the University Hospital Center of Nantes, Professor Tripodi's team.
