There're various things with this I could tell ya and so on but I don't have some sheaf of documentation etc because I myself am dealing with organized gangstalking of the worst kind anyhow including the local police as well as neighbors/slumlords etc who want me dead {but're just tryin' to do it quietly}. That bein' said from what I've experienced it seems to be quite-real in many aspects. I can't speak to some veracity of all-of-it-all-the-time but a lot of it at least incl. at least some aspects of the electronic warfare aspect from my life specifically to the best of my ability to perceive it all.

Through the 5G network, they know the frequencies that can kil anybody at any time. 5G covers 5 gigahertz but also goes up to 100 gigahertz. Cell towers can give people respiratory problems. 60 gigahertz resonates with the red blood cells in your body. A frequency interferes with your hemoblobin and the oxygen uptake. To the point where you are not able to breathe or get oxygen. They can and do remote execution of living beings for population control through the electromagnetic system of cell towers. plenty of sciencitiv evidence of this capability is available.

Dear Secretary Kennedy, Hi, my name is Rachel Cervone. I am a VERY targeted individual. I have been harassed, stalked, tortured etc. for 6 years daily. I feel this is the last place to get any of my tortured life vindicated. I have been hurt every day by criminals who have taken my life and I have nothing left. This happens to me everyday. There are currents that will torture your body by shooting electrical signals into very specific areas of my body. I have lost everything in my life including every member of my family and my life has been over for years. I am laid up on the couch, having lost my health gained so much weight, they take your looks. I was beautiful and athletic, I am now grossly overweight and unhealthy and I don’t recognize myself. The worst part is that it’s hard to remember who I WAS bf the torture from the laser remote weapons and what the torture groups do. I miss myself. I was sweet, fun, kind, empathetic, loving and most of all I LOVE JESUS. My faith has been called on every day. My life has been targeted and God is the only way I have survived each day. So on the bed in the critical care unit, I twitched for 7 hours while violently shaking and vomiting, until the currents stopped my heart. This has happened multiple times. I remember going unconscious and being so warm and floating and so so HAPPY I WAS DYING. Heaven was/ is the only place I want to be now. I have a son and I adore him. He just turned 30. Raising him as a single mom was the best time in my life. I can’t take my own life so I remember thinking that this was the very best thing that could happen and I will now be with my Savior. My son has basically disowned me. I haven’t had our close relationship in years. I miss him. Thank you for this opportunity to speak out. I am a single female in my 60s and I am a 'Targeted Individual'. I am tracked, targeted, photographed, gang stalked and tortured electronically 24/7 and although I have been targeted for decades, the torture began February 2, 2024. I purchased an Electromagnetic Radiation Tester and that provides some feedback as to the levels of exposure in my rental home. This home was built in 2022 in a smart city and the power outlets emit very high levels over 100V/m. Inside the walls are over 200/V/m and the Smart TV's emit over 300 V/m. This is known in the targeted community as a 'Kill Box'. The extreme level of EMF/RF torture is done at night while I am asleep, and I consider this to be 'Energy harvesting' to benefit the federal data center nearby. I wake up in extreme pain with a terrible headache, body shaking uncontrollably and unable to close my hands. The extremely loud ringing in both ears causes vertigo and memory loss. I'm disabled because of it, but the SSDI will not approve disability income, even after failing my doctor's tests, hearing tests and mental examinations required by the SSA. Someone is torturing me to degrade my ability to live freely and contemplate suicide. I consider myself to be enslaved. If I go to a hotel, I will be tortured much worse than at home. If I go on a hike, people will harass me and divert me from my intended destination. If I go to the store, people will block my access to shelves or items I intend to purchase - we call it 'Gang-stalking'. I do not keep my cell phone on for more than an hour a day. I do not have wearables. They drug my water and perform procedures while I'm asleep. I wake up with injection marks, scratches, wounds and I am raped and drugged during the night. The technology they use is 'no touch' non-lethal torture, but I can feel everywhere on my body where they target and the source's general direction. There are implants in my vagina and I am raped electronically almost nonstop. They have installed a sensor in my car seat so I get no relief. My vehicle is vandalized and I'm followed and photographed everywhere I go. Once I have been tagged, a drone hits me in the head with a painful laser. I will receive 5-10 attacks in a day of running three errands. I only leave the house once a week now. I am innocent and have no idea why I'm being tortured. The FBI has a Terrorist Watchlist sections 3 and 4, with no known ties to terrorism. 70% of those names are single, educated women. Hello, Thank you for this opportunity to provide the DHHS with information on this important topic. In order to both provide evidence to support my concerns and to hopefully make things more easily accessible, I have included many resources in the form of a PDF document that also contains my personal comment in reply to the invitation to provide our experiences with exposure to these technologies. I am a former military spouse and was born on a military base in Fort Knox Kentucky and then married a member of the National Guard who eventually decide to join the Active Duty military. I will be providing my personal experiences as someone that has potentially been a human research subject that I provide the background of this history in my attached comment. I know that the DHHS' NIH in 2011 under former President Barack Obama had formed his Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, and my comment will include evidence to support my own personal history with similar experiences to those who gave their testimony; though I admit that I ran out of time to put together a much more detailed testimony, but I hope that what I have provided will give the DHHS enough information on my experiences that I began having in the late 1990's time frame. I believe I am experiencing symptoms of Havana Syndrome, which has been connected to directed energy exposure. When I went to my nearest medical facility for help, they acted like they had no idea what it was and basically told me they were not equipped to help me. I suffer with these very painful symptoms and experiences DAILY.... extreme pressure in the head, feelings of choking, clogged ears, pressure behind my eyes and vision issues, unexplianed bands of heat around my neck and under my breastline. During one incident my spine felt like it was on fire. In the last MONTH, most of the joints in my body have begun experiencing sudden clicking, from my spine, to my neck, to my knees, to my wrists. During another incident I experienced what I can only describe as the feeling of coolent flowing through my entire body like liquid through a tube. I have also had many degrading experiences with my genitals as well. I have full body muscle weakness, brain fog. One incident included severe abdominal burning, which is now causing extreme shortness of breath DAILY. Let's not forget the nightly sleep depreivation. A lot of the damage happens while I'm trying to sleep. I wake up feeling like I'm burning, so I jump out of my bed and move to the couch. I burn there and I attempt to sleep sitting at the dining room table. I burn there and I literally lay down in the hallway. I burn there and I move and lay down in the entryway. I have even moved outside and attempted to sleep on our porch swing. I get very little sleep in a night, as you can imagine. Please help me and all the members of this tortured community.
