Our nation is currently plagued with the abuse of EMF to the point that thousands are now complaining about Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI's). Some, like myself are even being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome due to criminal activity/ misuse of surveillance technologies, human testing without informed consent, and other abuse/misuse of wireless tech, electrical, EMF and otherwise. I have been part of the community of individuals affected by Havana Syndrome and similar for almost a decade now. Legislation such as the Patriot Act (section 702) and the Cures act may have opened up back doors to the misuse of EMF technologies to include excessive surveillance to the extent of causing sickness and human testing that has not been approved by the individuals. To make matters worse, neither federal or state level law enforcement will investigate any claims of such abuse in many cases. Medical establishments are not prepared to assist us. Those of us affected by such, especially civilians, need assistance with stopping these torturous acts and gaining the medical and law based attention we deserve. The MK Ultra hearings are beginning to touch of how wireless technology is being used to control the mind. Covid and the allegations against Fauci/ gain of function labs is one example of how the misuse of technology has caused thousands to suffer. The abuse of EMF and other Havana Syndrome/ AHI causing technologies is another. We must find a way to help the people of this great nation from the terrible suffering that is being caused by neurological wireless technologies/ EMF. I'm a target from Nigeria. Proving that EMF's & RF are been used to perpetuate these horrific crimes against humanity from this part of the world is almost impossible due to..well..it been Nigeria, in the African continent, an all round horrible place to be in. V2 Skull is happening to me , I get headaches , nausea , digital induced anxiety and heart palpitations. Shortness of breathe. And evil people are controlling me with v2 skull harassment from years ago

Debilitating symptoms I've been experiencing- escalating since 2015. I am single, unemployed and have no health insurance or assistance of any kind, and for the most part practice a healthy lifestyle. Severely disrupted sleep - including extremely low blood oxygen and low heart rate middle of night sometimes being awakened as soon as I fall asleep- repeatedly, Sometimes it seems like every 20 minutes. Tinnitus Chronic head pressure Headaches Chronic exhaustion Intermittent blurred vision Eye redness, sensation of burning Eye dryness Brain fog/cognitive/executive functioning issues Jaw clenching Numbness tingling, shooting pains limbs Heart palpitations Random muscle twitching, cramping Muscle tension/soreness especially neck shoulders Lethargy, sudden sleepiness during day Breathing, sensation of not deep enough breath Intermittent body heating Chronic exhaustion fatigue, muscle weakness Mood issues anxiety apathy loss of confidence Odd cravings or thoughts popping up from nowhere completely out of character Appetite swings Weight issues There is more, but this is what I can think of at the moment. In searching for root cause of my symptoms after trying numerous modalities I came across the highly cited 1971–1976 Naval Medical Research Institute (NMRI) reports, often referred to in modern EMF literature as the "Glaser Report." And recognized the similarities and biological processes impacted matched. This led me to read other studies more recent including by the NIH. There is tons of information indicating emfs disrupt neurological and cellular function and even damaging DNA which seems to align with the health symptoms I personally have which is causing extreme physical and emotional suffering, in addition to causing financial, professional and relational issues. I attempted to diffuse the emf signals to my home and devices by using Ethernet and turning off wireless but it made no impact. I've also tried unplugging my router overnight. Is EMR the same mechanism through which people have been diagnosed with"Havana syndrome"? Also "targeted individuals" who suspect they are being attacked by Directed Energy Weapons? Are Directed Energy Weapons just EMR being channeled towards someone?

We need to know the truth about what these toward really produce, EMF damage and can they be weaponized. Please do the studies that never happened even after patents and before we have them everywhere, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! My friend lives next door to one and she does NOT like it at all!

18. Additional info: Thank you for taking Comments on this important health issue. People, trees, plants, animals, and insects (esp. bees), all show negative biological effects when exposed to EMF. A good amount of people have sensitivity and experience negative health effects immediately, or faster and with greater intensity, than others. They post about their symptoms online and try to move away from the damaging energy source if they can. Many shielding and grounding products have appeared in the marketplace to help meet this need. Some people have also experienced weaponized EMF/microwave/directed energy attacks intended to harm the target biologically and mentally. This is HAVANA SYNDROME/ DEBE (directed energy biological effects). There are many news stories and posts on social media about this with people crying out for help. (There are many Comments on this database by these people as well.) I know some of these people and experience it myself as a civilian. It is a silent global epidemic which includes children and senior citizens. Victims of this Weaponization can’t move away from the damaging energy source because the targeted attacks follow them. What is the true intent behind this inquiry? Is the goal simply to find out whether—and in what way—one’s own creditors have already perceived this technology as a threat, or is it merely to be able to claim afterward that one has always taken this issue seriously? No (military) technology has been researched more extensively over the past hundred years than this one. None has ever been deployed so successfully or decided the outcome of wars. None can be concealed so effectively (as a false flag) and, moreover, offers such a wide range of diverse (invisible) mechanisms of action that extend far beyond the potential biological risks to humans. Judging by the countless patents and based solely on the existing research and medical information that has been released to the public so far, EMF technology is and remains, without a doubt, the jack-of-all-trades for those who strive for power and control. Have we already forgotten Chernobyl and the Duga, for example? Or that, diagnostically speaking, flu symptoms are virtually indistinguishable from the symptoms of EMF exposure? The effects of exposure to electromagnetic frequencies depend on far more than just power output; the problem is that there are no limit values at all for the other criteria. No one takes biological frequency ranges (such as those of the brain) into account, and this really raises the question: Why—on purpose?! ... A 70-hertz wave, for example, can cause disorientation, since the brain uses precisely this frequency range to coordinate perception. This is primarily due to the fact that the ELF frequencies used by the military are also pulsed, at approximately 7–8 hertz ! Just kidding? No! ...but who do we tell that to... And what are those who are actually responsible for protection doing? The »terribly independent« Commission (of the ICNIRP) consistently denies and ignores any form of athermal symptoms associated with radiation exposure. The failure to account for non-thermal symptoms creates a legal vacuum for all kinds of harm caused by EMFs before or without burns even occurring! Why? Furthermore, the extremely high power peaks in pulsed signals are not taken into account in any limit values; instead, the argument is based on the average power of continuous-wave signals. The dangers of EMFs are real. My father, as an example, began having strange complaints such as dizzyness, irritated skin and headaches. Upon inspection of his home with an EMF detector, we learned that a digital electric meter had been installed on his home without his consent, He had it removed and the symptoms disappeared. He has to pay an additional fee each month as a result. An additional concern that I want to express is that of directed energy weapons. With so many satellites above us, how are the people being protected from threats? Where are detection devices and alarms? There are so many WiFi towers (strangely set up while we were quarantined due to the Covid pandemic) that we are saturated with EMFs from satellites and towers. Many of the satellites are operated by people, under contract with the government, who have displayed unconstitutional and antisocial behaviors. There are numerous reports circulating on social media about people who have been treated for symptoms similar to Havana Syndrome. Direct energy weapons are said to be able to remotely directed at a target, animal or human, in order to stop a beating heart. Musk cryptically mentioned being asked by the “government” if he had the ability to hit a baby seal. Clearly, he was not suggesting that he could do so via one of his automobiles. Why is no one considering the military weapons these people have that can kill without detection? Marcus Lamb might be someone to look into as a potential victim. I have some personal experience regarding being affected by direct energy. To make a report in person, however, with no way to prove it would be detrimental to myself as I would be labeled mentally ill. The public is unable to defend ourselves. We need help from those who are supposed to be protecting us. Furthermore, linking every government database to AI has further put the public in danger. The AI billionaire leaders are now able to access government information easily. That decision was plainly stupid and a serious dereliction of the duty to serve and protect the people.
