Electricity has an an electromagnetic attraction. Electricity in homes has to have magnets in the wall to control and maintain stability of electricity. My dad was an electrician for 14 years plus applications and knowledge from chemistry 101. When our opposing parties/military like to use electricity in effort to control,:beliefs, work performance, interfere with mind control, interfere with social and family interaction while using static electricity to keep victims stressed, affecting organs and blood. They use efforts to increase cholesterol, increase blood clots/promote strokes, They do anything they want with overall intent to promote death earlier and earlier for each generation. Since i posted comment approx. Week ago, my emf/microwave type attacks to my legs/feet, causeing burns, have increased, especially today. I exsperienced major 3 day continuous burn to my left ankle previously, after reaching out for help. It seems as if its retaliation for speaking out as it was before. These emf attacks are torture against many others, as well as myself, and we have no way to defend ourselves. They are disfigureing and injureing our bodies cause premature ageing resulting in accellration of our deaths. Ive had front row seat to daily attacks over 10 yrs now. Please help us!

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. It is obvious that our government and/or private companies are misusing and abusing capabilities of 5G and Wi-Fi technologies to conduct unlawful, unwarranted, and non-consensual experimentations on carbon-based lifeforms; i.e., humans and animals. What I say here is informed by reputable sources and projects currently available to the public. There are Github projects that illustrate how wifi alone can be used to track the physical position of people in a room or building. It shows that wifi alone is enough. In violation of the Nuremburg code, these tools could be used to measure electricity and brainwaves in humans and animals. Third parties do not get to map a non-consenting American's brain for neural nets to be used in SI systems. The objectors often say "Oh, well, we cannot control the frequencies and EMF waves being blasted from the 5G towers across the country" That type of objection is faulty and technically incoherent. We set the rules with the FCC. The government has agencies that do signals. Congress just does not know which person to make an inquiry to. As a result, the government never does anything about it. No one in Congress (up on Capitol Hill) are technical enough to ask the right questions. Now companies are pushing 6G, 7G, and 8G. Even if the Congressmen (even young ones don't ask the right questions) did ask the right questions on Capitol Hill, the government would not give them the right answers. I have been a targeted individual for over 20 years wherein I have suffered through microwaving of my head and being hit three times with direct energy weapons, among other things. Perps tried taking control of my hands, making it difficult to type and write. Many other things have been done as well, for 12 years while in Kansas. I returned to Western New York. Three times I have been hit with an invisible force while here. On January 22, 2025, I was knocked to the floor three times with the same thing (I live very near one of those towers, by the way). I was unable to get up and lay on the floor for two or three days before I could drag myself to a pull cord in my apartment. I was helped to bed by a neighbor, then later went into the bathroom and had a sudden sharp pain in my upper abdomen. Was later diagnosed with diverticulitis, which was odd since I experienced no pain for all the time I was on the floor. I was given a huge hernia during surgery and have had several surgeries since, including a repair which still makes me look pregnant. I am 69. It is Oct. 20, 2026, and last week I was suddenly overcome with incredible pain behind both knees which brought incredible weakness, pain in my neck and jaw, and the feeling of having a heart attack. I barely made it to my bed and collapsed where I still had massive chest pain. I coughed repeatedly until the pain decreased. I believe there may be implants in my body that had been activated and used to torture me. I only take BP meds and have had no issues there, so I believe the perp who lives here may have done this to me. Whatever frequencies or other things are being used to torture people like this should be dealt with. I don't know enough about the towers that emit the frequencies or whatever, but I do know the effects they seem to be having on my health. I also had a strange attack here four years ago. I was attacked with some sort of rigors, if that makes sense. I woke up shivering and shaking, my teeth chattering. I was so cold I had to get to a hot shower, but after that I barely made it to my bedroom and collapsed naked beside the bed wear I lay for 11 hours. I could not get up to answer the door or the phone or anything else. I am a Targeted Individual which started in July 2021. They use Directed Energy Weapons on me. It started with Voice to Skull. I would here all day long what sounded like drums playing off in the distance. All day long this went on for months. They attack my heart. My heart will be racing i will have palpitations. The worst is you cannot control it you can not slow your heart down. They attack my head, I will be dizzy with brain fog. My eyesight will be blurry. It is very hard to accomplish normal activity. They attack my wrists, hands, hips, feet, ankles. I believe they are trying to shatter certain parts of my body so I will be incapacitated. This way I cannot protect myself from the radiation. Tinnitus, sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, headache, loss of balance, idiopathic skin rashes, pulsations between ears, palpitations of the heart, pain in the ears, fatigue, red eyes. This includes the lower end of the electromagnetic spectrum, extremely low frequencies, where these gamma rays can resonate with the nano bioelectronics in our bodies and brains. Q3 I do not have any symptoms of what is known as Havanna Syndrome. Rather, it is a nerve attacked, sometimes painful, but much more often just battery annoyance. I am writing as a victim, and when these abuses are being inflicted using different vehicles to attack the body parts as well as the brain, when it happens every day and night, this amounts to torture, both physically and psychologically. HHS needs to address this as in time this can affect the entire population, or whoever is targeted, including children and political opponents, and will only get worse. There are many ways electromagnetically intense environment can affect physical state of a human, aside from a direct hit by concentrated electromagnetic beam or a 'parcel' of concentrated energy emanating from a communication tower, which has been experienced in Denver, CO (2008) and a small town in Wisconsin (2013) where a Data Center is no being built. Aside from direct exposure to radiation, coverage creates opportunity for interaction with equipment, particularly digital equipment. For example, manipulation of blood pressure measuring devices are well known and happen routinely to personal devices, as well as those in hospitals, or those provided by pharmacies, was found as a result of direct experience and observation of other people reaction and comments. Whereas towers are usually cited as a threat, I find that intensity of wireless coverage caused uninterrupted interference with my physical health in our neighborhood in Wisconsin town of Grand Chute from 2010 through 2020. The interference with physical health at those locations is more complex than simplistic statements about radiation, - density of coverage is more appropriate term for understanding of the matter.
