This is my second comment. If you'd like an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable witness to EMF exposure over the past 11 years, I'm the one. My experience with EMF et al, is part of the FBI's Terror Screening Database as a Code 3 or 4. It involves the US Air Force, Airline Transport Professionals out of Jax Beach, FL, every single peace officer in Texas that I've run across in the last 11 years, and multiple FBI contractors including one named Tim. It involves Infragard and the secrecy surrounding the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), which right now I'm looking for an attorney for to prosecute a civil case against the FBI et al. Simple question to a Federal Court, did the FBI's creation of the TSBM in about 2007 cause it to step into a problem in about 2021 when SCOTUS in a 9-0 Precedent, with Targeted Individuals like myself who simply want to know if they are a Code 3 or 4 in the TSDB. Because if so, I'd say the FBI etal have created a massive liability against the Federal budget. Most Codes 3 and 4 on TSDB are victims since a Federal IG has stated that 97% of the people under Codes 3 and 4 have no association with terrorism at all. Maybe I should tell you about the 121 head axis deer herd Federal contractors killed between 2018 and 2021. They killed all of them, in circumstances that clearly prove human involvement in their deaths. The deaths were by EMF from celltowers, and possibly satellites. By the 2021 freeze in Texas I should have had more than 400 axis deer. I had none, and in the prior 2 years I had one axis baby that lived. My axis does should have produced at least 4 babies in that more than 3 years period. In July, 2021, a respresentative of the local exotic deer et al auction, called me an offered me $800 each for every axis deer I owned. She'd transported 30 or 40 axis deer to my property. Or maybe the 1/8" hole drilled in the timing chain cover of one of my trucks that cost $5,300 to fix. Or the fact that the Kerr County, TX Sheriff is right now stalking me daily, along with the police chiefs of Ingram and Kerrville, TX. I've also been stalked by multiple other police forces and Texas sheriffs. Or their use of teleportation and cloaking technology, and the fact that a majority of cellphone towers can kill people. I know, from first hand experience. On Nov 7 or 8, 2017 I was shot in the outer right thigh with EMF. On a pain scale of 10 with 10 being the highest, I've said since then it was over a 9. Fortunately, it only last 2-3 minutes, and left no mark or bruise at all. On Labor Day 2025, I was in Washington DC to ask the FBI about my inclusion on the TSDB. I didn't know it was Labor Day, they were closed, but I spoke with an FBI Police Officer. I asked if he had a number to an organization to call to report 3 strategic threats to President Trump's life he probably did not know about, and which could so easily be used to coerce from him anything the operators want. The 3 threats are cloaking technology, teleportation, and cellphone towers that can kill anybody. They would enable them to kill the President, leaving almost no evidence at all. Later in the day I called the number, gave my name and then answered 4 or 5 questions the man asked. I then told him I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. He immediately hung up. Several minutes later I called again, gave my name, spoke with a woman that time, answered her 4 or 5 questions, and then said I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. She hung up immediately. Thereafter I went to my phone to copy down the phone number of the organization. I called the number twice. Both phone numbers had been erased from my IPhone. Even later I went to my Verizon account to access my phone records for Labor Day, 2025. What I found was, all Labor Day, 2025 calls were missing from my Verizon account. I started experiencing the debilitating effects of Frequencies after I was tricked into getting an EEG by a family member after a seizure in 2017. The EEG was not ordered by a doctor but I trusted my family member who has a PHD. After the EEG there was no follow up appointment. In 2020 I started hearing weird sounds that nobody else could hear- tapping, clicking, digging sounds, plastic bags rustling together, and whispers. I also kept feeling what felt like cigarette burns on my skin. Then I woke up one day hearing voices having full on conversations and responding to my thoughts. I told the family member that took me to the EEG that I was sure it was related, and they denied ever taking me for the EEG and said I imagined it. The voices haven’t stopped at all. Every second that im awake, I hear people talking about me, my family members, my life, and they respond to and mock my thoughts. They speak as if they are watching me but are lying about what they see and what I’m thinking about, as if they are trying to convince other people that they are justified in stalking me. My eyesight is seriously affected- the walls move forward and backwards sometimes, and my sight is getting blurry. When I close my eyes, I see dark shadows that make very deliberate movement. I have severe stomach pain and nausea a couple times per week. They target my sexual organs which feels like sexual assault. I have what looks like burns and blisters that appear out of nowhere on my legs and they itch severely. I have the most intense anxiety a lot of the time and have lost my ability to work because of the constant mental torment I’m experiencing. This is purely torture. I think EEG/Sleep study clinics are using EEG for nefarious reasons. I have included screenshots which show the findings that MindNexus has on the scan they did of a Targeted Individual. They found which entities are using the frequencies that the target was being hit with which they then posted to Twitter.

My husband and I have been living in San Mateo CA for over 26 years. I detected high elevated radio frequencies in 2022 after my long-time neighbor shared her swelling legs symptoms with me. Please extend the scope of this Request to worldwide and collaboratively collect inputs from other countries. d. Please monitor and detect frequencies of all kinds, including ELF and solar lights, in the environment as soon as possible. e. Please register all flying aircrafts and what they carry and spraying in the air, and make the information available to the general public. f. Please make blood test of Graphene Oxide and other Nano-technologies related materials available for general public. g. I live in upper east Tennessee and I can tell you that they are killing me with these rf microwaves. When I get hit by them I'll feel at first dizzy, then nauseous. Followed by either a headache or pain in my legs. At times it will make me have flu like symptoms for a few days where I can hardly do anything but sleep. I think that what is being done to me is illegal, if not it should be, then it needs to be investigated and enforced.

I have experienced physical assault by electromagnetic radio frequency weapons used by the Tulsa Police and Bay county police departments. They used this weapon to cause me breast lumps on my left breast. They then used the same weapon to attack me while I was a remote student at Full Sail University and Clary Sage College. The weapon causes my body to be intolerant to certain foods such as breads/grains and lactose. The police are so insecure about the weapon, they have disabled me from family planning since possibly 2016 after my former husband and I decided to get birth control for us because he had applied for Oklahoma unemployment after losing his job at Harley Davidson. Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397. RFI on EMFs, RF radiation, and wireless exposure. U.S. radiofrequency limits need a comprehensive health review. That review should be run with the Department of Defense and the medical and scientific teams already investigating directed-energy bioeffects (DEBE), Havana syndrome, and anomalous health incidents (AHIs). It should cover non-ionizing RF, thermal and non-thermal, and it should not ignore ionizing radiation, which the public is also entitled to have explained in plain terms. Citizen health should not be traded for corporate convenience or an outdated heating-only rule. Russia set much lower public RF limits than the United States, and did so from chronic, non-thermal studies rather than from a six-minute heating test. The history of those standards is in Repacholi, Grigoriev, and colleagues, Bioelectromagnetics 2012. Soviet and Russian public power-density limits have long been on the order of 10 microwatts per square centimeter. The FCC public limit above 1.5 GHz is about 1,000 microwatts per square centimeter, roughly 100 times higher. Salford et al., Environ Health Perspect 2003, reported blood-brain barrier leakage and neuronal injury after GSM exposure at non-thermal SAR.
