Their standards are for exposure related to a few minutes and up to 40 minutes. We are all generally exposed to EMF/RF frequencies for more than 30 minutes. So, there is no such thing as "safety" based on FCC limits. Doctors Untrained at Nonthermal Dielectric Burning: Also, the FCC and mainstream scientists and doctors generally hold the attitude that "If the given EMF/RF are not thermally burning a given person, they are not dangerous or harmful, but when they are burning a person, they say, "That is a rash, not a burn." First of all, the vast majority of scientists and doctors have no training on this matter as they lack the very basic knowledge to know the difference between a myriad of different types of skin rashes and burns. Next, there are many studies out that clearly show the various harms that EMF/RMF causes at various power levels and frequencies. The FCC states no harm is being done when clearly it is being done. In summary, doctors are not aware of or trained in nonthermal burning or dielectric burning when the bodies cells are vibrating at millions of times per second so that friction is caused by rubbing against other cells!!! Heavy Metals in the Body Magnify, Amplify, and Radiate Heath Caused by RF/EMF: Next, the FCC does not consider heavy metals in a person's body that may reflect, magnify, and/or amplify various EMF/RF. So, a given EMF/RF can be hitting a victim at a given power and frequency only to have the effects of the EMF/RF change in effective power upon hitting the victim’s body. This is a way for the FCC to hide and keep the discussion focused on the power of the EMF/RF before it hits the person's body and not after it enters the person's body. The Heavy Metals of Polonium and Hafnium can be Delivered into the Human Body by RF/EFM: In my case, hafnium and polonium are those amplifiers. Polonium and Hafnium can be ingested through a plasma process of RF/EMF. These particles can be in the air, caried by RF/EMF and ingested into the human body. The Polonium later turns to Lead-206 which is kept in the body and in the bones. RF/EMF can be Pulsated Like a Rifle to Cause More Physiological Damage while at the Same Time it Hijacks or Interrupts the Software of the Brain – This is Termed Entrainment: Next, the FCC does not consider the pulsating nature of EMF/RF frequencies. There are frequencies that are sent out and sent in pulses where the given frequency goes extremely high every second or every other second. The FCC likes to claim averages. The FCC can then claim the averaged power of a group of pulses is low. The problem with this FCC method of measuring is that when the power of EMF/RF is sent to the victim in very high bursts of power separated by lower bursts of power, there is an effect called "entrainment" where the sudden burst a t very powerfully in a strategic way. What happens is the pulsating bursts literally hijack a person's organic electrical system and change it which dysregulates and scrambles a victim's electrical software system, it is called "entrainment." When EMF/RF highjacks and scrambles a victim's organic electrical system, Once a victim's organic electrical system has been changed, the victim's body can take on a myriad of melodies such as neurological symptoms, loss of vision, loss of mobility, dizziness, headaches, cognitive dysfunction, the ability to swallow, loss of weight, pain in the ears, tinnitus, balance issues, eardrum pain, headaches, neurological collapse, executive collapse, disassociation, phantom limbs, pins and needles all over the skin, internal body vibrations, tremors, convulsions, and almost any neurological symptom imaginable. Entrainment Allows the Weaponized System to be Under the Safe Averaged Wattage and Exposure Limits of the FCC, etc. These pulsating, amplified, and cumulative EMF/RF waves are weaponized by these strategic and tactical leverage dynamics while at the same time, they look like pure innocence because they are "under the FCC's 'safe limit!'" The problem is as the saying goes, "The devil is in the details, which everyone neglects to take into consideration. The details can be everting. Not investigating, not questioning, no researching, not looking, not seeing, not studying, and not knowing is not an excuse that will do any of us any good. Instead, it is killing...

I began being attacked with Directed Energy in December 2019 while working for a defense contractor for the missle defense agency on Redstone Arsenal Alabama. I have been completely disabled and have not worked since I have been diagnosed with Havana syndrome but have received no help and can't get anywhere to get help due to the attacks of my brain unable to think and have vertigo and pressure over my brain and body and burning skin sensation, unable to function in so many areas. I have documentation if needed just request it please. I have also got scans with Anomalous Frequencies around my body. Please investigate who is using signals to harm us! I have a couple compresses which have been hardened in the midst of trying to defend myself. They obviously hit and cooked compresses.

Oct 21, 2026 I am writing this at the deadline so it is abbreviated. There is NO question the RF has increased EVERYWHERE even at my rural residence in the woods. I am sensitive to wireless and moved out here to get relief. Unfortunately over the years unaware neighbors have moved in and they automatically use wireless when it's clear they can be hardwired saving themselves and others from over exposure to RF. The Federal goverment needs to encourage hardwiring WHENEVER POSSIBLE and mandate much lower RF maximum power and frequency from the manufacturers of wireless products, mainly routers. The US standards should be in line with the Europeans and the US based Building Biology Institute of less than 10 uW/m2 as the goal!! (www.buildingbiology.com) Another serious problem is malicious people using Wifi repeaters, commercial routers like ATEL and other devices to harass and harm others. They point these devices at unsuspecting people and their residences and pulsing them with harmful microwaves, disrupting their sleep, concentration and productivity completely contrary to how the manufacturer intended the device to be used. I am experiencing this now by someone LOCALLY in my neighborhood. Even though it's against the law, malicious actors know how difficult it can be to first of all understand what's happening, obtain an RF meter, document the evidence, contact an attorney and obtain some shielding to get some relief. Many of these devices can be modified to hack into computers using Tempest attacks and other means. There needs to be a whole police department established by the HHS and/or the FCC to investigate and enforce any current and future RF/EMF standards and laws including seizing equipment that violates those laws at the RESIDENTIAL level not just commercial. The harmful health effects are not just a result of power transmitted but by PULSE and FREQUENCY. The disruption to humans can be caused by low power but a negative pulse rate (frequency). This needs to be considered for any new laws. These harmful RF/EMF not only affect people but animals both domestic and wild. I can tell my cats are affected and try to ground themselves by laying on the dirt to get away from the negative RF. I've noticed how the bees and ants have almost disappeared in my yard. This is a serious problem that affects EVERY LIVING thing and the US needs to investigate the hundreds of studies that have proven this to be true and take ACTION to protect the American people. I am a victim of covert harassment methods such as organised stalking and attacks using directed energy weapons. As a result, I suffer from headaches, nausea and sleep disturbances, which can be attributed to my proximity to 5G masts, Wi-Fi and DEWs. Exposure to DEW radiation has caused the bones in my shoulder to become thinner. I experience circulatory problems on a daily basis. There are countless other symptoms as well. For 21 years, I (and my niece) have been victims of DEWs. We urge you to put an end to the torture of innocent people.
