am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and concerned member of the community because of the extensive research showing the harmful effects of man made EMF’s especially when they are placed near spaces where children spend many hours of the day like schools, and of particular importance those children that are extremely vulnerable in hospitals and special education with mild, moderate, severe disabilities. Thank you for listening and acting upon this communal concern.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member of individuals affected by EMFs and as a concerned member of the public. Soon after we installed a wireless router and related devices in our home, a family member started experiencing severe headaches. Based primarily on the timing of the issue, we chose to add EMF negating devices on all of the powerfully emitting appliances in our home. There are hundreds of firms offering these devices, but we ended up purchasing from PureVibranz. I believe that the primary source causing the headaches was the wireless router, though there could have been a cumulative effect from exposure to multiple sources. Once the Electromagnetic radiation was neutralized, my family member's headaches ceased. The public needs to know that this technology is not benign, and that there are simple measures that can restore health if issues do arise. A minimal amount of research reveals that a significant portion of the population may react in negative ways to EMFs and RF radiation exposure; this is an important area for research and education given how integral these technologies are to our society. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing the public with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

I am responding from the perspective of an individual whose life has been altered significantly from exposure to wireless non ionizing radiation. About ten years ago, I suffered from a variety of symptoms that were increasingly challenging... all of which were assumed as a result of aging or unexplained. I had severe dry eyes, insomnia, fast heart beat, irregular heart beat, high blood pressure, multiple pulmonary embolisms ,flaming red skin on cheeks, increasingly difficulty with memory, word retrieval and very foggy brain among other things. We metered our home and removed all sources of wireless while keeping technology through hard wired connections. My health drastically improved immediately. Also, a plant that sat in our kitchen window for one year suddenly grew 15 inches in two months. That's when others paid attention. It was clearly not just me but I feel the impact from it. The plant just survived and now was thriving. My doctor referred to me as "the canary in the coal mine". I contacted officials and one state rep of my district listened and wrote NH HB522 in 2019. That bill passed and became the first in the nation to investigate the health effects from wireless and the importance of education on simple things to do to make technology safer. However, any effort to educate the public and legislate safe protections for citizens has been squashed politically. It's not right. Wireless is everywhere, buses, planes, cars, restaurants, hotels, schools, cities, hospitals, you name it. It makes it nearly impossible to live a "normal" life for those like myself who are not seen. Our children and grandchildren are the first to live their entire lives engulfed in this wireless toxin. It's unconscionable that we do not protect our children. We all need technology today but we do NOT need it propagated to the extent that it is without any option to avoid it, other than to remain in our homes...and that is if you are fortunate enough to not have a cell tower or a 5g tower near your home. Thankfully, I am retired as working in that environment would be impossible for me. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. What I Have Observed I am both a public health specialist and an individual with documented adverse health effects from EMF exposure -- mirroring what hundreds have reported to me. 2019 -- Onset of EMF Sensitivity: In early 2019, walking in Washington, D.C., I experienced immediate skin burning near a concealed cell tower, after three months at four feet from a router 8-10 hours/day. In Seattle I measured a router at 297,000 uV/m -- far exceeding the Building Biology guideline of 1,000 uV/m for sleeping areas. Shielding it dropped radiation 97% while WiFi remained functional. A warning label could have prevented years of exposure. July 2020 -- Neurological Symptoms: I experienced severe headaches -- my first in 72 years. An ER MRI confirmed a fully healthy brain. Headaches correlated with high-RF environments and resolved when I left them. No practitioner questioned the environmental variable. Six years later, that is still true. February 2023 -- Cardiac Arrhythmia at 36K feet: Aboard a Lufthansa red-eye with active WiFi, I experienced serious cardiac arrhythmia. No exertion or stress was involved. I required PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) intervention twice during the eight-hour flight. Cardiologists had found no structural cause; RF exposure was never investigated. RF is well documented to amplify in enclosed metal containers as devices search for signal. This deserves serious federal attention. What Mothers Are Reporting: Headaches beginning when schools installed WiFi. Sleep disruption resolving when routers were turned off. A 5-year-old with a cardiac event leaving a school yard with a cell tower -- now with permanent brain damage. An 11-year-old needing retina surgery with no prior screen safety guidance. Families in buildings with 140+ networks have fewest options. I exclude myself from most social events due to RF exposure. These symptom clusters -- headaches, tinnitus, sleep disruption, anxiety, fatigue, cardiac arrhythmia -- are consistent across thousands of families worldwide. What I Am Asking HHS to Do - Update RF exposure limits to reflect post-1996 science, protecting children in schools, hospitals, and elder care - Fund independent research on long-term, cumulative RF exposure -- not industry-funded studies - Require Safe Use directions and distance labels at point of sale for all wireless devices - Establish a federal clearinghouse for RF-associated health symptom reporting - Coordinate with FCC on minimum-distance rules for cell infrastructure near schools and healthcare facilities - Require warning labels on all wireless devices - Commission a systematic review of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) as a recognized condition - Introduce RF monitoring and mitigation standards to OSHA for workplace protection - Establish federal oversight of the proliferation of embedded wireless transmitters in consumer products -- including children's toys, infant equipment, and smart home systems -- where no agency regulates their inclusion and no consumer consent is required 4. Why Mothers Are the Right Constituency The movements that produced lasting change -- lead paint, tobacco, drunk driving, car seats -- were driven by mothers who refused preventable harm. 10 Million Moms for Safer Telecom supplies that same political will around wireless radiation. My name is Keisha Truax. I am from Middletown, Maryland. I have been diagnosed as having EMF Hypersensitivity. It started over a decade ago after living in a home with mold spores. My nervous system become hyper vigilant. EMF's were a great source of physical and emotional anguish. They affected my ability to sleep or rest well. I had Fibromyalgia like pain start. I had headaches and pain in my sinuses. Even after leaving the home with unresolved mold mycotoxins. I am to this day on medication for anxiety, sleep issues, depression, and suffer from headaches, nerve pain and environmental respiratory symptoms. Cell towers are brutal. When I drive by them even when within a quarter mile and can't see it, the pain in my head, and body intensifies. As I get further away from high tension power lines, cell towers, smart meters, wifi sources or a cell phone my symptoms ALWAYS become less severe. I sleep under an emf canopy due to a cell tower a quarter of a mile away. I do not have wifi in my home and keep my cell phone on airplane mode or off 90% of the time. Unless using for specific reasons. It is NOT a phobia and that has been well documented. It is a physiological and neurological reaction. I get stomach aches and feel anxious near EMF's. They have affected my mood and my behavioral like a puppet on a string. Reproducible without me knowing. Every time! I have suffered relocation of a home due to high tension power lines a quarter mile away. It affected my sinuses with pain and pressure, with increased headaches, earache, and insomnia. Not to mention the mix of anxiety and sadness. EMF'S seem to affect the nervous and digestive system as I regularly get nauseous or have vertigo around cell towers or high tension power lines. I have chronic inflammation and it gets worse after certain EMF exposures. When I type on my cell phone my fingers have felt intense pain and then numbness as I type words. It's a chronic issue that increases the more I use my phone. It's not psychological because I'm not a person of fear or someone who is afraid of EMF'S. They affect me so I have to limit. With limit and protection comes a great reduction in neurological, gastrointestinal amd psychological symptoms. EMF'S have made me unable to function at 100% and I can not work. I do NOT get disability and live with my fiancé who is financially well off. I have had my environmental illness with MCS and EMF Hypersensitivity documented by health professionals. I am on medication to help with symptoms and to function as a mother, finace' and as normal of a life as possible. I take Gabapentin, Seroquel, and Propanolol. I have it documented that my heart rate/pulse are in fact affected by electricity, such as sitting next to an electrical outlet or electric device. Rapid heart rate around wifi, cell phones and electrical wiring, smart meters too. They all impact me. I can not go to public spaces without sitting closest to the outside, never in the center, surrounded by all the individual's cell phones. I sit on top row on the far corners at my daughter's sporting events or at church. I was unable to attend any of the above for three years due to SEVERE MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) AND EMF Hypersensitivity. On medication, sleeping under a canopy that shields, and limiting wifi, cell phones and electrical devices has been the only treatment or prevention that works to minimize the negative consequences of EMF exposure, and how it affects my overall health amd physical abilities. Please put better, more strick, regulations on the FCC and the environmental EMF'S all Americas are being exposed too. In schools, in neighborhoods, in public spaces, and homes. We need less smart appliances, smart meters, smart devices, wifi, cell phones, and computers emmitting these cancer causing, neurological antagonizing, and psychological impacting weapons going into our air space, homes and bodies. Obviously there is a conflict of interest with the FCC and Power Companies, Cell Companies, and internet carriers, etc. If there are more regulations and science showing the long reaching short term and long term affects at different levels of exposure it would protect the American people. Scientific Article Submitted for HHS Review We respectfully submit the following peer-reviewed publication for consideration by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Garoli A, Greco A. “Shielding the First 24 Postnatal Months of Life: A Proposal for a Prospective Cohort Study of Early-Life Electromagnetic Exposure and Autism Risk.” Alpha Psychiatry. 2026;27(4):53282. DOI: 10.31083/AP53282. This publication presents a prospective research protocol investigating whether electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure during the first 24 months of life may influence neuro-developmental trajectories and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) risk. Importantly, this paper does not establish that EMR causes autism. It proposes a methodology for investigating the question prospectively. The authors propose following 1,000 full-term newborns for 24 months, comparing an EMR-reduced cohort (n=500) with a standard-exposure cohort (n=500). Exposure would be characterized through RF/ELF measurements, proximity analysis, device inventories and wearable dosimetry. Neurodevelopment would be evaluated using joint attention, language development and EEG mu-rhythm measures, with ASD diagnosis as a secondary exploratory endpoint. The article also identifies biological mechanisms that warrant further investigation, including voltage-gated calcium channels, intracellular calcium signaling, Ca²⁺/calmodulin pathways, mitochondrial metabolism, oxidative stress and neuronal synchronization. Ion Cyclotron Resonance (ICR) is presented as a candidate framework for understanding some of these interactions. The authors appropriately acknowledge that weak-field transduction and ICR mechanisms remain scientifically contested rather than established. The protocol is particularly relevant because it attempts to address a persistent challenge in EMR research: accurate exposure measurement. The proposed study incorporates environmental measurements, wearable dosimetry, shield-integrity monitoring, compliance records and repeated neuro-developmental assessments The authors also acknowledge significant limitations. Cohort allocation is observational rather than randomized, residual confounding may remain, and the proposed 1,000-participant study is underpowered to establish modest differences in ASD incidence. The study is therefore explicitly designed for exploratory signal detection and to generate data necessary for a larger confirmatory trial. We respectfully request that HHS review this publication and consider whether this hypothesis warrants independent, adequately powered, multi-center investigation. Future federal research could examine whether objectively measured RF/ELF exposure during infancy is associated with neuro-developmental differences; whether specific developmental windows are more sensitive; whether effects vary according to exposure characteristics; and whether genetic susceptibility, calcium signalling, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress or other biological pathways modify potential effects. Given the widespread exposure of children to electromagnetic fields, we believe these questions merit rigorous, independent scientific investigation. The objective should not be to presume that EMR either causes or does not cause neuro-developmental effects, but to establish the answer through appropriately designed prospective research.

I have been very concerned about the introduction of 5G and the fact that there have been no peer reviewed studies on wireless EMF’s and human health. Now there are plans to roll out 6G. This technology has human health consequences that are not being addressed. Testing would help validate that for the people suffering from EMF exposure and we must force oversight on the installation of this technology near schools and housing.

Since covid 19 my family especially me has had so many issues from emfs and the towers that have gone up since never had any problems prior at first I fell in my house in the hallway and once in the shower my whole family had havanna syndrone and I feel like we are owed a big lump some since we lived behind a radio tower that they strapped 5g too.. this became a weapon my head would feel huge my house would also be attacked with massive spirtual warefaee on top of it ....... Don't know if the two are related but I'ma say they are they came at the same time with covid weeks me and my husband couldn't get off the couch sick as shit and had a baby to take care of and we always where up and working we where workaholics!!!it took us both down and when I say for the count I mean for the count high ass blood sugars that would drop to normal level and left me with nerve damage in both hands I struggle to write for not even an extended period of time now...... I've also been hit with voice 2 skill and voice of God a few times why are some of us targets what did we possibly do??????......;just trying to live my life with my husband and kids and be left the fuck up alone with as much of a normal life as possible who owes my family compensation more then just my family is owed this...

Dear Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr, Firstly, thank you for your genuine concern for public health and safety in relation to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) caused by Cellular Towers, Smart Meters and any other public WIFI devices outside the public possession or control (hotels, venues, shopping centers, etc..); and for your authenticity as politician doing an outstanding public service for the American people and by extension set a fine model for the world in public health and safety. Secondly, we are so glad you are the person who is taking charge and leading this on public health issue caused by EMR. Thirdly, we live in Australia, and our house is approximately 200-300meters direct in line with two 5G Cell Towers from two different telecommunication providers. Every day, my wife and I suffer from the impact of headaches, brain fog, sleep disorder, difficulty speech (me), and more from the effects caused by EMR from these cell towers. I can easily feel and detect when EMF/R wireless radiation is active in my surroundings, because it immediate gives me headache, brain fog, and affects my speech. When I move away the above symptoms go away. Fourthly, the incorruptible true source of the safe EMR level is published in the SBM-2015. This is factual about the Maximum allowable for human health, unlike the other corrupt international standards created to benefited only commercial industries to push back – who used the same tactical playbook as the cigarette companies decades earlier. Create more WIFI Free Suburbs for EMR suffers such as Green Bank, West Virginia, located inside the National Radio Quiet Zone Utilities and Telecommunication The Utilities and Telecommunication companies are engaging in very blazen conduct, by installing Smart Meters and Cellular Mobile Towers, in homes and close proximity (< 1 km) to residential homes, respectively. "The limits that we have now are 25 years old are not protective of human health". Thus, they applied to the old analog mobile relay station back in the early 90's. Where, the analog mobile relay stations were installed several kilometers away from residential homes (suburban areas). Western Governments have passed laws which approved the utility companies to have free range to install cell towers and smart meters into residential homes, without given residents a choice. Our freedom to make choices in regards to our health and wellbeing have been taken away from us. This sort of blazen conduct is what we would expect in developing and totalitarian countries, and not in a free world like the US and Austrlia.
