I started experiencing the debilitating effects of Frequencies after I was tricked into getting an EEG by a family member after a seizure in 2017. The EEG was not ordered by a doctor but I trusted my family member who has a PHD. After the EEG there was no follow up appointment. In 2020 I started hearing weird sounds that nobody else could hear- tapping, clicking, digging sounds, plastic bags rustling together, and whispers. I also kept feeling what felt like cigarette burns on my skin. Then I woke up one day hearing voices having full on conversations and responding to my thoughts. I told the family member that took me to the EEG that I was sure it was related, and they denied ever taking me for the EEG and said I imagined it. The voices haven’t stopped at all. Every second that im awake, I hear people talking about me, my family members, my life, and they respond to and mock my thoughts. They speak as if they are watching me but are lying about what they see and what I’m thinking about, as if they are trying to convince other people that they are justified in stalking me. My eyesight is seriously affected- the walls move forward and backwards sometimes, and my sight is getting blurry. When I close my eyes, I see dark shadows that make very deliberate movement. I have severe stomach pain and nausea a couple times per week. They target my sexual organs which feels like sexual assault. I have what looks like burns and blisters that appear out of nowhere on my legs and they itch severely. I have the most intense anxiety a lot of the time and have lost my ability to work because of the constant mental torment I’m experiencing. This is purely torture. I think EEG/Sleep study clinics are using EEG for nefarious reasons. I have included screenshots which show the findings that MindNexus has on the scan they did of a Targeted Individual. They found which entities are using the frequencies that the target was being hit with which they then posted to Twitter.

My husband and I have been living in San Mateo CA for over 26 years. I detected high elevated radio frequencies in 2022 after my long-time neighbor shared her swelling legs symptoms with me. My researches since 2022 and many recurring medical symptoms over the years have led me to believe that Havana syndromes and many unknow-cause medical issues and diseases as well as the symptoms shared by so-called “Targeted Individuals” on social medias are most likely induced by a common source which includes Directed Frequency Energy Neuro-weaponry Systems, Nano-sensors, Remote Drug Delivery and Monitoring and 5G/6G technologies, etc. Per my observations, worldwide general public including doctors, local governments and law enforcement have almost zero knowledge about the existence of these invisible high-tech weaponry systems and the detailed medical symptoms they induced. I would like to recommend the following items for now to the officials of HHS. a. Please extend the duration of this Request for Information on EMFs, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation Exposure longer, instead of the one-month period. b. Please officially inform all states and local public sectors, medical fields and their corresponding agencies and contractors etc. about this request. c. Please extend the scope of this Request to worldwide and collaboratively collect inputs from other countries. d. Please monitor and detect frequencies of all kinds, including ELF and solar lights, in the environment as soon as possible. e. Please register all flying aircrafts and what they carry and spraying in the air, and make the information available to the general public. f. Please make blood test of Graphene Oxide and other Nano-technologies related materials available for general public. g. Please include the detection of body implants and nano-sensors in medical health plans for all levels of government employees, law-enforcement and military personnel, school teachers and professors, doctors and medical field personnel, and general public via other health insurance coverages, etc. Thanks

I submit this comment as a medical visualisation specialist and an individual reporting severe electromagnetic sensitivity (ES). 1. Health Experiences and Functional Impairment My experience of ES has profoundly affected my ability to work, travel, obtain healthcare, maintain housing, and participate in society. I experience migraines, stabbing pain, dizziness, nausea, burning sensations, and disrupted sleep that I associate with nearby wireless devices and infrastructure. I have invested in wired Ethernet, removal of wireless equipment, electrical mitigation, and RF shielding. These observations do not establish causation, but the functional limitations warrant clinical investigation. Scientific uncertainty should not justify dismissing patients or overlooking reasonable accommodations. 2. Exposure Standards and Risk Assessment Current RF limits focus on established adverse effects associated with tissue heating. Questions remain about chronic, modulated, and cumulative exposures. The National Toxicology Program (2018) reported clear evidence of carcinogenic activity involving malignant cardiac schwannomas in male rats exposed to high levels of 900 MHz RF radiation. These results cannot be directly extrapolated to everyday human exposure but merit further study. HHS should independently review whether current standards adequately address long-term outcomes and susceptible populations. 3. Exposure Measurement and Surveillance Real-world exposure includes simultaneous sources such as cellular infrastructure, Wi-Fi, smart meters, and connected devices. Measurements should document frequency, power density, field strengths, modulation, duty cycle, duration, and cumulative exposure. HHS should develop protocols combining personal dosimetry, environmental measurements, clinical observations, and longitudinal data. A voluntary ES registry could support epidemiological studies. 4. Potentially Sensitive Populations Children, pregnant women, older adults, people with implanted devices, occupationally exposed workers, and individuals reporting ES warrant focused study. There are still areas that don’t have good enough 5G or WiFi coverage. Please roll them out in areas deprived of these services.

For those of us who are electromagnetically sensitive, the switch from LTE/4G to 5G was physically traumatic, deleteriously affecting the neuro-endocrine system, sleep patterns and overall health in many. I personally had to return several new iphones as simply holding them to look at the screen triggered numbness and radiating pain from my hand up my arm. After typing a short text message, it took almost an hour for the pain and numbness to dissipate. I do not ordinarily have any pain or numbness in my hands or arms so the causation was obvious an repeatable. If I held it, it appeared. When I set it down and moved away from it, it slowly dissipated. Ultimately I sought out used older equipment that was built for LTE/4G but could make it to 5G. As the suppliers are always pushing forward with their new designs and the used supply is diminishing, I am living on borrowed time equipment-wise. I am a small business owner and a trained lawyer. I am not a quack. I am simply electromagnetically sensitive thus I become the "canary in the coal mine" that reveals what is more slowly harming others. And I am not alone. Please step the system limits back to 4G/LTE or hold them at 5G. Do not push forward. thank you for your time.

I have been dealing with EMS hypersensitive for the last several years after a mold problem in my house. I live in a small town with only 2 towers over it so I am OK at home. I had to hard wire my computer, ground lights and get rid of the smart power meter to be able to sleep. When in a smart town I experience brain fog, fatigue and abdominal pain after a few hours. I also get head pain if I hold my cell phone to my head. I did not understand the connection to exposure till the power company installed a smart meter on my home and I stopped being able to sleep. This is real sickness caused by frequencies our bodies were not designed to deal with. How many people have these kind of symptoms and have no idea what is causing them? I don't think the medical system has a way to diagnose this. I figured it out by myself. I have learned how to lower exposure to protect myself but when I travel it is very difficult. So again my exposure symptoms include brain fog, extreme fatigue, insomnia, abdominal pain, digestive problems, chest pressure, head pain. This really needs to be studied.

Yes with someone with mcas and lyme. Emf plays a huge factor on my daily life. I have to be aware of of my surroundings and adapt to them with devices/clothing to help mitigate the effects of emf. Even though precautionary steps are taken, it only helps my symptoms to a degree.

It’s proven that WiFi is causing emf radiation that is making people sick. I have been tried to get our internet hard wired in to reduce exposure but companies don’t want to offer it anymore. Smart meters are another issue, the companies will not go back to analog. It’s all at the expense of our health. Please help make America Healthy Again!
