All the bees died when 5 g was put in in our small town. We all had to buy new bees for hives. I can hear constant high pitched humming and I finally had to buy silver infused clothes and blankets. Sometimes have to go to 9000 ft or higher to get away from it when it makes me too anxious.

My comment is to address the RF transmitting from my home's electricity meter. The meter was switched without my approval or knowledge, the meter is located outside my bedroom about 3 meters from my bed and where I rest my head. I have had headaches ever sine it was installed and when I contact Pennsylvania PPL to return to a standard meter I was told I would need to pay an additional fee. This is unacceptable in many ways, primarily my health; next is my consent and next is my privacy. This violates many of my constitutional rights moreover. Thank you for allowing me to comment.

As a person affected by Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. 1. In order to maintain internet access after moving home in 2011 we were obliged to exchange our old wired modem for the newer style « livebox ». Being concerned about RF & WIFI radiation we always used ethernet cable to connect the pc to the new modem in order to avoid using WIFI. At around the same time we also changed to a newer pc (with WIFI capability) and continued to use ethernet cable to connect it to the « livebox ». Soon after arriving at the new home I began to experience unprovoked episodes of fearfulness. These episodes occurred at all times of the day and night. By chance we discovered that even though we used ethernet cable for internet access the « livebox » default setting was emitting WIFI. Having disabled the « livebox » WIFI we hoped that the episodes of fearfulness would end. However this was not the case. Researching further we discovered that the new pc’s default setting was also enabling WIFI. Having also disabled the pc WIFI the unpleasant episodes of fearfulness ended. 2. Having lost our fixed telephone due to storm damage in 2023 we bought a mobile telephone to replace it. This phone causes a warm tingling sensation in the skin, so is kept in a far corner of the house – rendering it useless for receiving calls since the telephone system permits insufficient time for us to access it before it cuts to voicemail. Now that daily life is ruled by smartphone access to almost everything we find ourselves excluded. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed not only by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. The experiences of individuals and families who report being affected have been thus far ignored and belittled. These experiences must be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, independent researchers, with an opportunity to finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

Hi. I am a mom of two. In August of 2022 I was driving about a mile from our home. I noticed two huge new towers that went up near a water treatment plant. I pulled over in a parking lot to use my new Apple phone. The minute I started using it I felt electrocuted. I got so dizzy I drove myself to the hospital. They found nothing wrong. Since then, I had to quit my job working for a fortune 60 tech company. I struggle going into all stores, in our neighborhood, using my laptop, my phone, hotels, flying, etc… I feel best in a brick/concrete building or when I’m in the middle of no where. I worked for a tech company for almost 39 years from home with no problem. Obliviously something has changed in the state of Maryland and across the country that needs investigation to resolution.

I'm a non consent experimentee for at least since 2010. Since at least moving to my current apartment and long before covretly. They torture me with non stop hynotic zombie brainfog like cognitive lopping. they send electric shocks into my body via CNS manipulation plus SO MUCH MORE. Absolute non stop torture. Can't work, can't even remain sane. It's hard just to live at a base level. attached is a video compilation of the body manipulation torture. Nevermind it won't accept videos. I can feel EMFs, RF and wireless radiation. My chest tightens and it becomes hard to breathe. I was driving on Interstate 10 through Phoenix, Arizona one of the first times I experienced this along with a pressure headache. When we got through the city my symptoms went away. When my small town in central Texas replaced power poles from wood to metal I could feel in my breathing. I have had those symptoms on some city streets in Austin and San Antonio also. I cannot hold a cell phone to my ear because it feels like it's burning me. I opted out of getting a smart meter a few years ago since my bed is only about 8 feet from the meter and am charged a fee of $87.50 per month for them to read my meter. I am a veteran, retired from the U.S. Air Force, in my 70's, and I so wish my government would have regulated the tech industry to provide better protection against these energy fields.

I am definitely affected by EMF. When a smart meter was put in my garage by Duke energy in 2020 the area was close to my kitchen. I had family dinners once a month for about 8 people. At some point I noticed when I was in the kitchen too long usually making the big dinner after an hour or so I felt like I had the flu and could barely make it to my bedroom at the far end of the house to lay down. I would usually fall asleep for an hour or 2 and wake up and feel fine. After this happened a few times I realized it never happened before 2020 and I never felt so sick in my bedroom where I stayed most of the time working, watching tv and eating. My bedroom is the furthest from the smartmeter. A few times I made a lunch that took a lot of time and by the time I finished cooking it I felt so sick I could only get a couple bites down and had to throw the rest away and lay down. I bought an EMF meter to monitor the bad areas. At night I get my computer and my cell phone out of my bedroom and close them in another room. I called Duke and made them remove the smartmeter. They charge me an extra $30 a month because of that. I've never lived close to a 5G tower.

When they installed a smart meter on our house I became very ill, dizziness, muscle fatigue and very weak. After paying to have this opted off our house I have slowly been recovering. These put bad electrical fields thru your entire house.

Thank you SO very much for looking into this.You asked for comments from those affected by EMF: I experience flashes of headaches often times while driving, and it's always when I'm close to one or between two of those big towers. The headaches go away after getting away from the tower(s.) Additionally, since moving to an apartment building a couple years ago, (I think it's due to being surrounded by multiple wi-fi systems) I began experiencing a crawling, tingling, muscular ache that goes up both my legs and to my "behind" when I'm sleeping- it wakes me up. I often wake up, now, with red, irritated eyes. I purchased EMF blocking socks and clothing and it does stop the body muscular "weirdness" from happening, but not the eyes, as they're not covered. I think it's sad to have to wrap up head to toe in a shield in order to be able to sleep peacefully. Additionally, I lost part of my hearing a few years ago and need hearing aids, but there are currently zero hearing aids available that don't put out dangerously high levels of EMF. I worked with Sara Swann a Beltone Hearing Specialist in Hurricane, WV, to try to find some that put out at 2 or below (zero is the the only "safe" radiation level, but Sara could find no hearing aids that didn't register/put out at least 28 on the EMF meter I carried into my visits with me. She went to the Beltone conference with an EMF meter and had the Beltone specialists try to fix the hearing aids so they wouldn't emit these dangerous levels, but no one could do this. Turning off the bluetooth connection between the hearing aids and the phones was recommended, but not effective, because the hearing aids still transmit wirelessly between the two hearing aids -- right through a person's brain -- and still put out at these high levels of 28. I'm sure very few people wearing these hearing aids know of these dangerous levels being emitted directly into their brains. It's the same dangerous story with cell phones, you'll likely know- those register at levels 3 to 4 times higher than the hearing aids, often in intermittent pulses, and especially when receiving a phone call. I purchased RadEnergy EMF protection phone cases at this link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVQPKZLC and measured the EMF of the phone out of the case, and then in the case, and the EMF was around 10 times HIGHER with the case ON. I did take videos of this. I believe these cases were manufactured in China, and I think this is an attack on innocent people. I am so very thankful for you and your hard work for the betterment of our health not only since becoming Secretary, but the many years before.

In 2017 I was injured by WiFi emanating from a replaced router/modem in early December 2016. My computer had always been intentionally wired. The technician turned on WIFI throughout the house and never mentioned it. Within four months I was feeling the weakening effects. By April I experienced flu like symptoms that never went away so I thought perhaps I had developed allergies.. By August I had become physically very handicapped and saw a chiropractor weekly so I could walk or turn my head. My hair had turned white and much had fallen out. I thought of killing myself as the irradiation process and disintegration was very painful, but due to senility which was also created, I could never remember my plans from the night before to end the misery. In mid-August I was invited to a friend's book signing on the history of electricity, The Invisible Rainbow. He read all the symptoms of electrical poisoning. I said to a friend sitting beside me, "I have all those symptoms". My friend said, "Well, you must have WiFi at your house." I replied in the negative and he insisted on seeing for himself. And yes, WiFi was everywhere till he turned it off. Obviously I am not computer literate. So yes, the WiFi was gone but not the symptoms. I was senile for about four more years. Parts of my body did not work well for several years. My hearing and eyesight are both, almost ten years later, very problematic. I had 20/20 eyesight prior to the WiFi. Digestive issues come and sometimes go, which had never been an issue before. I am allergic to cell phones; I have a landline whose receiver I cannot talk into but I use the speakerphone part. If I fly, I must wear special clothing and a head cover. Out in public if I get too much EMF exposure, I will have a bad cough the next day or even two if the exposure is too prolonged. My quality of life is definitely diminished. However I am very grateful that the cause of my ill health had been found before I died from the radiation. I am very concerned about the Smart Meter march forward as I know I will not have long to live if Smart Meters are required on every home. Please stop this from happening! Obviously I cannot be close to cell towers. Their proliferation is definitely cause for concern as the human race has not had time to mutate or adjust somehow to this influx of unhealthy EMF. People here have correlated proximity of cell towers to cancer outbreaks in that area of town, but the City Council professed not to be able to stop the spread of cell towers due to the FCC regulations and fines that would ensue if in opposition to cell tower erections. This is Unconstitutional and against each individual's right to life. I thank you so much for giving those afflicted a platform to espresso their concerns. If my immense suffering can save others from such an experience, I will feel I have not suffered in vain. Please help us all!
