Choice. The mental anguish of not having a choice whether or not to be exposed & subjected to this invisible assault is criminal. We don't know what we don't know so thank you for attempting to find out. Society driven by all things electronic run by a small group of madmen in a quest for the final billion dollar frontier is not healthy. All of it under the guise of convenience. We think we are making a choice to participate or not to participate when in fact the choice is actually being made for the people without actual consent. "It's just the way we do it now" is not a choice. This growing, untested, unregulated human made frequency was never voted on by the people as a policy & procedure acceptable for it's use. We are all guinea pigs once again in a grand experiment that seems to have no end in measure of exposure. Hence why the expedient build out of data centers. I opt out every chance I get with "standard procedures" that rely on radiation, in my home, at the airport, at the dentist, etc. Again, the burden is on opting out when the choice should exist to opt in. The burden of safety needs to be the starting point & not shifted to the burden of proof of injury after the fact. Many thanks for your awareness, every effort to course correct for humanity, & being a voice for all who are ignored & can't break through the noise of a scripted bought & paid for narrative.

The commenter raises concerns about mutation-related cancer risk and calls for regulation of exposure.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I have a gene mutation which greatly increases my chances of getting cancer. Because of this, I do my best to remove or avoid toxins in and around me at all times. EMF radiation, RF radiation and Wireless radiation should be regulated so that they cause as little harm to people as possible. This includes those of us who are more susceptible to damage from it.

Laptop power supply EMF exceeds regulatory limits. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22315933/ "Exposure to electromagnetic fields from laptop use of "laptop" computers" "Abstract Portable computers are often used at tight contact with the body and therefore are called "laptop." The authors measured electromagnetic fields (EMFs) laptop computers produce and estimated the induced currents in the body, to assess the safety of laptop computers. The authors evaluated 5 commonly used laptop of different brands. They measured EMF exposure produced and, using validated computerized models, the authors exploited the data of one of the laptop computers (LTCs) to estimate the magnetic flux exposure of the user and of the fetus in the womb, when the laptop is used at close contact with the woman's womb. In the LTCs analyzed, EMF values (range 1.8-6 μT) are within International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation (NIR) Protection (ICNIRP) guidelines, but are considerably higher than the values recommended by 2 recent guidelines for computer monitors magnetic field emissions, MPR II (Swedish Board for Technical Accreditation) and TCO (Swedish Confederation of Professional Employees), and those considered risky for tumor development. When close to the body, the laptop induces currents that are within 34.2% to 49.8% ICNIRP recommendations, but not negligible, to the adult's body and to the fetus (in pregnant women). On the contrary, the power supply induces strong intracorporal electric current densities in the fetus and in the adult subject, which are respectively 182-263% and 71-483% higher than ICNIRP 98 basic restriction recommended to prevent adverse health effects. Laptop is paradoxically an improper site for the use of a LTC, which consequently should be renamed to not induce customers towards an improper use"

Massachusetts town north of Boston is allowing a utility to de-colocate from multiple existing distributive antenna systems (DAS), and install multiple new omni directional antennas within a 475 foot radius of the existing DAS units.. FCC reports indicate the utilities service coverage is 5G or 5G+ at all of the DAS units. There are no gaps in coverage. It appears to be a financial maneuver disguised as an up grade from DAS units, that provide optimum coverage as reported by the utility to the FCC coverage maps, The nine new nodes create emission over lap with the existing DAS units. The emission overlap will not be monitored or measured by the town or the utility. At one application location, two DAS units and two omni directional units will all be located within 1/3 of a mile or less from each other. This creates emission overlap of either two or three nodes, none of which will have emission levels monitored/tested by the town or utility. There are cancer clusters around at least one node including lung, prostate, follicular. Residents nearby report unexplained long term symptoms of not feeling well. The town approves the applications under the premiss that they cannot deny or redirect the utility. The residents become victims of the results.

As Chief Scientific Officer of Children’s Health Defense, I urge the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to prioritize independent, transparent research into the biological and health effects of wireless radiation. As wireless infrastructure expands, we must address critical gaps in scientific understanding, reevaluate outdated federal exposure guidelines, and investigate potential risks to children and other vulnerable populations. Protecting public health requires rigorous science, transparency, and a commitment to following the evidence wherever it leads.

The commenter alleges government complicity in harmful electromagnetic exposures and urges action against…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Hello, my name is Nathaniel Jackson, and I must make a comment on this topic, because it appears that the government officials who have jurisdiction to investigate and to dismantle those private cooperation who are responsible for such actions, are ignoring this for what ever reason they may have. I must start by saying that, the people's who are behind those operations, don't give a hoot's about the harm that can be done to peoples through such technologies that they are executing to achieve their goals. Secondly, back in the early years of 1990s, it was a program shown on the Discovery channel about the deadly affects of Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radio frequency (RF), Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure, and it was concluded that all of it was going to make a lots of people's sick, and kill a lots of people's. Thirdly, the government officials who have the authority to stop those private cooperation from installing all of those devices that are putting out harmful Electromagnetic Fields, and radio frequency signals, and wireless radiation, must be a member of the same gang as those private cooperation individuals. Because I can't see no way in hell on earth why anyone in authority would put themselves in harm's way, when they have to power to stop what is happening. Unless they are in cahoots with it all. But , if those government officials who have jurisdiction to stop those devil's, are not a member of their gang, why in hell on earth would you take a job that would requires you to go after, and to take down some of the most powerful people's in America and around the world. The bottom line is this, the wealthy people's who are behind all of this madness, don't care nothing about the safety and well being of the people's who are not wealthy and apart of their circle, which is everyone regardless of your high ranking government official job, and anything else that you are associated with on that level. Therefore, if they don't have no people's helping them to achieve their goals, they don't have no legs to stand on.

The commenter raises concerns about tower permitting and historic-district review, restrictions on consid…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am sorry to not have seen this in time to review studies and attach relevant ones. Five years ago I delved into numerous studies since a cell tower was about to be installed within a few hundred feet of our residence, in the middle of a residential designated historic district. It was on the edge of a residence with a woman with a pacemaker who was fighting cancer (she died within a few months of the installation) and across the street from a family with an infant. It was demonstrated at a city council meeting that the public works officer responsible for working with the telecom company concerning placement had failed to fulfill requirements for approving cell tower placement, including the review required before placing a cell tower in a historic district (among others). When this was pointed out, and the city attorney was asked to look into this, the cell tower was immediately installed (several weeks before it was scheduled). In addition, no concerns or studies about the deleterious effects of RF's on human health or on the environment was allowed to be cited as a reason for delay or in order to regulate placement of the cell towers. There were numerous studies available then which pointed clearly to the need for a serious review of safety standards, and which also highlighted the negative effects on insects (including pollinators) and migrating birds with regard to navigation and orientation. The amount of money which telecom companies were offering municipalites (where not prohibited) and private individuals in order to install cell towers, and their disregard for property rights in some cases (I know of several) is disturbing. In our city, the first cell towers to be erected were close to the hospital, a public school, a college campus, and a historic residential neighborhood. The restrictions against a municipality considering health or environmental impacts regarding cell towers is itself disturbing. If there is in fact nothing to be concerned about, then why prohibit citing relevant studies. Shouldn't health and environmental safety be top priorities? What are the telecom companies afraid of? Since the FCC has not reviewed its safety standards since 1996, and has been historicaly reluctant to do so, one wonders if the cell tower industry might not be a trillion-dollar juggernaut which our government allows to roll over and disregard even legitimate and documented concerns for human health and for the environment. The consequences for the government continuing to evade the responsibility to provide and enforce safety guidelines, based on serious evaluations of the proposed hazards, could well be devastating for our comunities and ecology in general. I strongly encourage the HHS and FCC to respond in a serious and earnest way to the Supreme Court mandate issues in 2021. Respectfully submitted, October 21, 2026

The commenter describes self-identified electromagnetic sensitivity, symptoms around wireless devices and…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I have been hyper electrosensitive since 2018, though symptoms started in 2014 with severe and frequent respiratory infections and finally ending with severe tinnitus and fatigue. Initially I thought it was stress related, but looking back I see that symptoms started when wi-fi was introduced at my work, as well as at home. I changed to a less demanding job, worked out, ate healthily (as I always have tried to), but still my immune system was playing up. When the smart-meter was installed on my bedroom wall, I started waking up with nausea, headaches and rashes, symptoms that tended to subside somewhat some hours later. These acute symptoms made me understand the connection to the RF exposure. I moved my bedroom a floor up, cabled my PC and thought I was safe. However, a few months later I got severe tinnitus, robbing me of my sleep and making it hard to concentrate. I took sick leave from my office job as an IT consultant and bought myself an RF-measuring tool so I could measure the RF exposure at work: I found that it was 100 times worse at work than at home. In the end I had to leave my job and profession. However I started educating myself as a naturopath in 2018, and have since been 'taking my own natural medicine', and have gotten better. My family reacted in disbelief, telling me it was 'nocebo'; my fear of RF signals that was the cause. They still think so. My employer doubted my symptoms and fought with lawyers to give me notice in a legal way. Today I live partially on benefits, and have a small income as a (heavily taxated) naturopath. I am a board member of "Folkets Strålevern" in Norway ("The People's Radiation Protection"), and we work to inform politicians and the community about the negative effects of RF exposure, backing it with the overwhelming amount of studies showing these. To us it is evident that the authorities are hiding behind the international group ICNIRP; their official limits and the cherry-picked studies they use to assure the people that there is no harm: Studies measuring heating injuries are approved but no studies showing other biological effects, such as those on the nervous system, blood and circulation, our cells and oxidative stress etc. We hope that this US initiative will also help people all over the world to protect our children and all citizens.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Subject: Public Comment Regarding the Health Effects of 5G Radiation Dear Representatives of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the long-term health effects of exposure to 5G radiation on the human body. I work as a therapist using BICOM bioresonance technology and have extensive practical experience working with clients. During my therapeutic practice, I have repeatedly observed that the BICOM device indicates an exceptionally high burden identified as 5G radiation in virtually all of my clients. According to the results of these bioresonance assessments, this burden is very significant, and I encounter it in almost every person I examine. These repeated observations raise serious concerns for me about a possible connection between exposure to 5G radiation and the increasing prevalence of chronic illnesses commonly referred to as diseases of civilization. I believe that the extent of this issue requires urgent attention from responsible public health authorities and thorough, independent scientific investigation into the long-term effects of 5G radiation on the human body. I therefore respectfully request that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: 1. Support independent, long-term scientific research into the biological and health effects of chronic exposure to 5G radiation. 2. Investigate the possible cumulative effects of prolonged exposure to 5G radiation on the human body. 3. Pay particular attention to the potential effects of 5G radiation on children, older adults, and individuals suffering from chronic health conditions. 4. Ensure transparency and independence in scientific research and the assessment of potential health risks associated with 5G radiation. 5. Review whether current exposure limits adequately protect the population against long-term exposure to 5G radiation. I firmly believe that protecting public health must be the highest priority and that the long-term effects of 5G radiation on the human body deserve serious attention. Thank you for considering my observations from therapeutic practice and the concerns I have expressed. Sincerely, JUDr. Ivana Němcová BICOM Bioresonance Therapist Czech Republic

For over 15 years I had severe health issues with my heart, my digestion, brain fog, migraines, extreme fatigue light sensitivity and more. It took me about five years to figure out what the problem was after the medical profession was at a loss to explain my issues. Once I figured it out with the help of some friends I was on a mission to learn everything I could about EMF's and wireless. I spent about $10,000 on various quality equipment to measure electric and wireless. Included in the equipment was a quality microscope to view my blood and I was shocked how quickly blood responded to wireless signals. Wireless is just chipping away at the health of humans along with the flora and fauna. The United States after India as the highest allowable microwave frequencies that are now ubiquitous coming from cell towers, cell phones and wifi. The fact that the FCC is a captured agency led by the very industry it was meant to regulate is appalling. It is doing so much harm and most people like me had not a clue, I believed my government and telecom company, would regulate this industry to be safe, a big mistake on my part. There are thousands of studies that show harm, even our own NIH! WHY has the NIH refused to reveal nearly 2,500 pages of records related to the National Toxicology Program's (NTP) decision to shut down its research on how wireless radiation affects human health and mutates DNA. I could go on and on, there so much research that shows the negative effects of wireless. At some point this will not end well….
