Smart meters

Smart meters are dangerous. I was part of an opt out program & my utility company changed out my meter without authorization. They were just supposed to read my meter. I started feeling electrical impulses at the tumor site & immediately jumped outside to ask the meter reader if he changed my meter. He said ,“yes, how did you know?” I told him that I could immediately feel it and to change it back to analog. Now the utility company has removed all opt outs, despite dealing with cancer & reacting to the pulsed rfr’s from the meter and they turned off my power for refusing a smart meter that is damaging to my health. This is nothing short of coercion & I should have autonomy to decide for health reasons. I cannot even hold a cell phone without getting a headache & if I stand by my router that is 4G and un a semi-faraday cage a headache ensues. I truly think these things are really not safe, based on my own experience.

I know my smart meters affect our health cause we all have symptoms in my family where as we di not have that before. migraines , body aches, nausea and , many others. I have an analog but I am threatened with legal action if I sare put on. what a great country and world we live on that we dont have choices for our health. If legal action is the tool then I know I am correct. Love the global control and harm to us

I have a deep concern about all the towers going up, close to homes and schools. We have no idea the long term affects all the EMFs are causing because they put them up without ever doing long- term studies. However, we do know that children exposed to the high frequencies have gotten sick from headaches to cancers. We know that high exposure to EMFs causes a lifetime of chronic illness, many problems we don’t even know about yet. Cell phones, towers, smart meters…all have so many potential deadly outcomes. I make sure our family is as protected as we can be, with paying attention to WiFi and placement of routers and our ways to mitigate. But it feels like a battle I will never win when we are bombarded 24 hours a day. Please put the brakes on EMFs and do some quality studies, not by companies who benefit.

I am an electrical engineer specializing in electromagnetics and worked for many years for the Navy including researching the biological effects of electromagnetic fields on sailors due to equipment that emits high electromagnetic fields. I have also seen the results of high electromagnetic fields in my own environment at home measuring extremely high fields from my electric smart meter, Wi-Fi router and nearby cell towers With my meters. I have read through some of the 1000 studies or so that have been done on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields and have determined that they are not , for the most part, frequencies and power levels, that are compatible with human biology, and the field strengths are getting higher and higher. Ever since my analog electric meter on my home was replaced with a higher power Wi-Fi meter I experienced tinnitus ever since. And when I am close to a transmitter I always know because my ears ring louder. I have even gone to the point of using shielding paint to at least Shield my bedroom so that while my body is in a rest and digest and repair mode at night it is not being impacted by these electromagnetic fields affecting our electromagnetic bodies as our heart and brain and cells all run based on frequency and voltage that's why there are EKGs and EEG's to measure the electrical activity of our organs. Also every cell has a voltage gated calcium channel and Martin Pall and others have shown the delirious effects on these from electromagnetic fields at various Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G and 5G frequencies. Please fund real research that isn't biased or funded by the telecommunication companies and en act much stricter limits. We are definitely headed in the wrong direction with Ever increasing power levels. We do not use any wireless devices in our home and have our home hardwired and fiber optics could certainly be used more in place of wireless transmitters.

Cell phones, wifi, 5g, 6g towers, starlink and smart meters are destroying humans and animal's health. Mold grows 600x faster when exposed to wifi and moldy homes are very common now. I have a lung tumor because of cell phone 5g radiation. It responds to cell phone use as I hold my phone on that same side of the torso, right where the tumor is. All these devices need better regulation and come with mitigating hardware. All of them. And educating the public is a must.

I am a patient who lives with electro-hypersensitivity (EHS). This is my journey. Around 2007, my husband and I got WiFi. Within the week, I lost my ability to digest most foods: sugar, all fruits, some vegetables, dairy, etc. I lived on a very small range of foods (e.g., meat, eggs, rice, fish, oatmeal, lettuce). Every 6 months, I had new symptoms. They included burning sensations on my face (accompanied by red sunburn even when I didn't get exposed to the sun), aches and pains, brain fog, muscle twitches, heart palpitations, IBS, insomnia, etc. My doctor tried to diagnose me, but he could not. I didn't have lupus (despite a lupus rash), I didn't have fibromyalgia (despite the fact I could no longer walk or bike), etc. This went on for about eight years. In 2014, smart meters were installed in my neighborhood. A meter was put right outside my bedroom window. I soon developed tinnitus. The ringing in my ears was so loud I could not sleep. In 2015, my world collapsed. I could feel text messages sent by people who had cell phones near me, I could feel airplanes approaching the small airport near my home before I could hear them, I could feel Wi-Fi. It was pure pain. It felt like my head was in a vise. My heart would lose its rhythm. I could not concentrate. I wanted to die. I had to quit my job and live in a house without electricity. (My husband and I would turn it on for a few hours each day to keep the food from spoiling and to wash the clothes, and I would go outside.) My doctor refused to treat me. He said that if he diagnosed me with EHS, he would lose his job because the condition is not recognized by the AMA. I found an alternative doctor who would treat me. He told me I had to move away from the airport. My husband and I rented a home, and we had a building inspector come out and take measurements. He helped us lower the dirty electricity in the house. He told me to sleep with the power turned off in my bedroom. Doing both allowed me to live in a house with the electricity on. Once I was away from the smart meter and the radio traffic from the airport, I built up tolerance to being on my computer again using ethernet. IT WAS TORTURE. There was no help, no disability, no insurance, no money. I could not work. After six months, I could return to work, but being around cell phones made me sick. My face would flush, I would feel weak, I would get migraine-type headaches, and my muscles would twitch like I had Huntington's. I lasted less than a year before I quit my job and retreated to my rented house. I received treatment from two alternative doctors, neither of whom could heal my condition. They did, however, provide medicines that help manage symptoms. I am still at home. I can now walk around the neighborhood again. However, I cannot be in most public places because being around cell phones and WiFi makes me feel weak and brain-foggy, like I am recovering from the flu. I am still unable to hold a real job. I can be on my computer, provided I use ethernet. I can be on Zoom for about 90 minutes before I develop a headache. We would all be better off if we had a better scientific understanding of how electromagnetic frequencies affect the human being and used that information to inform public policy. Other countries are studying this matter. Ours should too. I would not wish my condition on my worst enemy.

EMF, 5G, smart meters, microwaves, we need more public awareness of these invisible frequencies affecting our health.

The above patent will be operational if the quantum mechanisms by which life in sustained in the body is operational. A Dead brain will not hold any memory. Memory retains itself in its non material informational substrate/space. Hence the chip reader will fail to collect data of a dead being. While the biology is active in the body and when the mind is functional on the platform that we call brain( operational aerodrome for thoughts) this patent will be able to collect and recreate a profile of the subject. I am an individual consumer. I have had a pacemaker since June of 2020. I was told by cardiologist at the hospital to not have a cell phone on the side of my body with the pacemaker as it will affect my pacemaker. After my internet carrier changed to fiber optics, I found out from the company that makes my pacemaker monitor that 5G will destroy it. If that happened, I wouldn’t know if my pacemaker was working correctly and I would die. Because of this I had to get rid of my home phone and only use my cell phone. Presently, my cell phone carrier still has 4G. When it goes to 5G, I won’t be able to have a cell phone. I am extremely affected by my internet on my computer and the smart meter at my home. I become very agitated and filled with anxiety when on my computer. Since they installed the smart meter at my home a few years ago, my health began deteriorating. I am a copyeditor for authors, so staying off the computer would not allow me to continue my occupation. I need the money to even pay my lot rent as well as my other bills. Please lower the current 5G to 4G or less for the benefit of my physical and mental health and that of everyone else exposed to these frequencies. I researched SAR absorption rates before purchasing my last cell phone. I believe most people are aware of the danger of these frequencies, however they have no ability to affect a change. Their speaking up about this to their politicians has not made any difference. 10. I don't know. 11. Should exposure assessment or risk evaluation differ for sensitive populations such as those noted below? No, I believe that each of the following populations should be protected as they are all vulnerable to adverse health effects or even death because of these frequencies. 12, 13, 14. I don't know. 15 All of these things should be taken into account for the safety of everyone. 16 I don't know. 17 This is something Mr. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. needs to investigate. He needs to be the one to write the guideless on the roles for all the federal health agencies listed. 18 The average person reading this will be overwhelmed and not respond. It would take an entire law firm working in concert to get this information within six months to one year.

I believe I may have already submitted a comment but I wanted to be sure as this may be a different submission. I have been dealing with sensitivity to cell phones for the past 9 years- as I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist and was also feeling pain in my face and neck when I took radiographs. I resigned from hygiene and started a new position selling dental supplies. For the last 7 or so years I have been better as I haven’t been taking radiographs. Up until Aug of this year- when I moved into a “newer” apartment home and had to move because the home was making me so sick. I have since moved again, and now am being affected by the smart meter on the home. I feel healthy and well when I’m in spaces that don’t have smart meters on them. I am a 44 year old woman and otherwise healthy. I’m on NO prescription meds, and feel incredibly well when I stay away from the heavy hitters of EMF. I’m very worried about my future- and I sure hope that soon I can have the option to opt out of the smart meter on my home because soon I may not be able to live anywhere and feel good. I’m a career woman who enjoys working and taking care of my family but this has been a daunting experience and again I’m incredibly worried about my future and health. Please please help us and create some kind of safety net for individuals who are sensitive!
