In this day and age, the People DESERVE to not be inundated by EMF dangers when alternatives exist. Specifically, why use cell towers where cell phone companies battle over coverage area when we have satellite technology?! Why keep the towers on earth buzzing into people endangering them, when people like Elon Musk are pushing forward for this safer option? Why isn’t the nation and officialdom demanding this for this nation and cell phone companies? Additionally, WHY is NOAA using obsolete EMF microwave towers for supposed ‘detecting radar precip and storms’ when other apps like ‘Windy’ use satellites that are detailed far greater then the Doppler towers?! One must ask, what exactly is their purpose as a result? There are over 200 Doppler radars covering the US, emitting this 24/7. The Windy app is out of the Czech Republic, it’s my go-to app for detail and accuracy so WHY? Create limits so this obsolete tech and health risk can be eliminated….as well as dead zones, and hazardous EMF on the People of the US.

I use technology every day and I am not afraid of it. I am submitting this comment because I believe we can use it in healthier ways, and on behalf of the many people I have spoken with who share my experience (but will not comment). MY EXPERIENCE I have learned the distinct effects of each EMF issue: wireless signals, dirty electricity and magnetic fields. Wireless: Around 5G networks and crowds of 5G phones, I feel stress and tightness in my chest and it becomes harder to breathe. The longer I stay, the worse I feel. In town I feel foggy, unmotivated and low, and I rely on caffeine to get through the day. In nature I feel lighter, clear-headed and motivated. Dirty electricity: Electrical noise on household wiring from AC/DC power adapters affects me much like 5G. It causes stress in my body and weakens me over time. Magnetic fields: During Florida summers, when air-conditioning load on the grid is highest, I feel a heavy drag on my body that weakens me. It eases noticeably in the fall when demand drops. I feel my best when I keep my phone on airplane mode and only turn it on to 4G when needed, plug my computer and phone into ethernet whenever possible, and use wired satellite internet when traveling. I disabled 5G because it causes a distinct feeling of stress in my body. If I allow that frequency to be on for an extended period of time, I become numb to that initial sensation and my cognitive abilities diminish. I have moved outside of town. This has a real cost: my daughter wants to live in town for access to school and culture, and that conflict strains our whole family. I understand the science on symptoms like mine is not settled. That is why I respectfully ask HHS to consider the following. RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Test before deployment. Fund independent health research on new frequencies before public release, including properly blinded studies of people who report sensitivity, so these experiences can be confirmed or ruled out rigorously. 2. Promote wired internet. Many people do not know phones and computers can be connected by cable. Support wired broadband in rural areas and public education about wired options. 3. Wired schools. Encourage schools to use wired connections for student devices and to minimize wireless exposure in classrooms. 4. Low-signal nature zones. Designate natural areas where towers are not aimed, with satellite phones available for emergencies, and support research on effects on birds, insects and wildlife. 5. Satellite signals. Current satellite rules appear safe. Please be mindful not to increase power output toward Earth. Test areas with and without satellite frequencies to establish a real control group. Give areas of nature and Indigenous lands a break from satellite and wireless signals if they do not ask for it. 6. Magnetic fields. Measure residential magnetic-field exposure in high-load regions such as Florida, and support burying power lines. 7. Clean DC power. Create clear building-code paths for DC-only homes, encourage DC and battery-powered appliances through rebates, and set standards to reduce electrical noise ("dirty electricity") from power adapters. 18. Additional info: Thank you for taking Comments on this important health issue. People, trees, plants, animals, and insects (esp. bees), all show negative biological effects when exposed to EMF. A good amount of people have sensitivity and experience negative health effects immediately, or faster and with greater intensity, than others. They post about their symptoms online and try to move away from the damaging energy source if they can. Many shielding and grounding products have appeared in the marketplace to help meet this need. Some people have also experienced weaponized EMF/microwave/directed energy attacks intended to harm the target biologically and mentally. This is HAVANA SYNDROME/ DEBE (directed energy biological effects). There are many news stories and posts on social media about this with people crying out for help. (There are many Comments on this database by these people as well.) I know some of these people and experience it myself as a civilian. It is a silent global epidemic which includes children and senior citizens. Victims of this Weaponization can’t move away from the damaging energy source because the targeted attacks follow them. Also, the levels of intensity for these attacks expose victims to more destructive effects including damaging the brain and vital organs (heart, GI, etc), hastening deterioration and death. There are currently no products available in the marketplace offering protection from Havana Syndrome/DEBE. This is an unmet need. Research indicates the attacks use cell towers and satellites which can track an individual anywhere on Earth. They may also incorporate evolving AI, drone, and “nano-“ technology. Disturbingly, the US has no current means for innocent Americans to get help. THIS MUST CHANGE WITH HHS HELP. Rep Ana Paulina Luna’s recent Congressional hearing reported that MKULTRA NEVER ENDED. This program and its hundreds of sub-programs weaponized technology and pharmaceuticals against innocent Americans WITHOUT CONSENT treating them like lab rats and destroying their mental and physical health. THIS WAS LEGALLY BANNED BUT HAS CONTINUED ILLEGALLY THROUGH TODAY per expert Congressional testimony. More hearings need to be held to protect the health and human rights of Americans. At a minimum, HHS should treat EMFs like smoking. EMFs pose greater health risks than smoking to our biology and ecosystems, especially at 5G and 6G higher power. Americans should be able to choose to OPT IN or OPT OUT for EMF exposure. There should be EMF-FREE zones like NO SMOKING ZONES, EMF-FREE TOWNS, and even EMF-FREE STATES (just as there are now “geo-engineering-free” states and “artificial-meat-free” states that have banned those practices). Smart meters, smart cars, and the Internet of Things smart products should be OPTIONAL with an EMF-FREE version also required. Children should be protected in schools, community centers, and hospitals. Americans should be able to decide to value their health over high-tech speed and convenience. Another analogy is LEAD, lead has been removed from paint and other common products. A consumer is given a Warning and must choose to OPT IN to buy a harmful product containing lead. In addition, regulations should be updated to keep pace with the changing technology. Current accepted limits of EMF now show to cause brain damage. The dangers of EMFs are real. My father, as an example, began having strange complaints such as dizzyness, irritated skin and headaches. Upon inspection of his home with an EMF detector, we learned that a digital electric meter had been installed on his home without his consent, He had it removed and the symptoms disappeared. He has to pay an additional fee each month as a result. An additional concern that I want to express is that of directed energy weapons. With so many satellites above us, how are the people being protected from threats? Where are detection devices and alarms? There are so many WiFi towers (strangely set up while we were quarantined due to the Covid pandemic) that we are saturated with EMFs from satellites and towers. Many of the satellites are operated by people, under contract with the government, who have displayed unconstitutional and antisocial behaviors. There are numerous reports circulating on social media about people who have been treated for symptoms similar to Havana Syndrome. Direct energy weapons are said to be able to remotely directed at a target, animal or human, in order to stop a beating heart. Musk cryptically mentioned being asked by the “government” if he had the ability to hit a baby seal. Clearly, he was not suggesting that he could do so via one of his automobiles. Why is no one considering the military weapons these people have that can kill without detection? Marcus Lamb might be someone to look into as a potential victim. I have some personal experience regarding being affected by direct energy. To make a report in person, however, with no way to prove it would be detrimental to myself as I would be labeled mentally ill. The public is unable to defend ourselves. We need help from those who are supposed to be protecting us. Furthermore, linking every government database to AI has further put the public in danger. The AI billionaire leaders are now able to access government information easily. That decision was plainly stupid and a serious dereliction of the duty to serve and protect the people. Safety and security are being sacrificed for technology.

I was diagnosed with MCS And EHS over 10 years ago. It is debilitating. Exposure to wifi especially results in symptoms like fatigue, insomnia, disautonomia and severe nervous system complaints. I rely on medications and limited exposure to survive but it is not easy. Approximately 10 years ago I was incapacitated for over one year. While I did get some better, I am now 70 and just recently lost my job and I must somehow find another one to live. I believe the EHS began with mold exposure. To this day I suffer from chronic fungal sinusitis. Please study the existing science. Think about the children being exposed to microwave radiation. There must be a solution to help people like me and save the health of children, animals and nature. Now with the explosion of satellites raining down 5g, think of the people with symptoms who won't know what is happening to them. Please educate doctors. As far as the disautonomia, most doctors have not heard of disautonomia. Please find a way help those of us who are suffering from the effects of EFs and help save the children. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. EMFs, RF and Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) have dramatically affected me. Please note my list of symptoms below triggered by EMFs, RF and EMR that began after 2010, intensified until I was forced to stop working due to these symptoms in May 2014 and continue to this day. I was a partner in the largest CPA (certified public accounting) firm in our county, and was at the peak of my career. My dream home had to be sold to pay ongoing medical bills and eliminate our mortgage. My husband and I had to move to a mobile home to exist and have poured considerable money into the home to shield from EMFs, RF and EMR. I am completely overwhelmed with the medical symptoms triggered by and it is a day-to-day struggle to survive. Specific triggers of EMFs, RF and EMR for me include, but are not limited to exposure to: Cell phones, Cell towers, Smart meters, Computers, wireless phones, laptops, EV, Most vehicles built after mid 2000s, Cellular satellites, LED bulbs, LED light displays, smart watches, wireless hearing aids, and, hearing loops. My symptoms when exposed to EMFs, RF and EMR include: Vise-like painful grip circling head, Knife-like sharp pains in head, Migraine lasting min 6hr to max of 4 days, Vertigo, Disorientation, Heart arrythmia, Shortness of breath, Chest pressure, Slurred speech, Blurry eyesight, Visionary mirrors related to migraines, Hands shaking, and, Extreme exhaustion. My ongoing limitations include: Almost completely housebound leaving home only for emergencies or medical appointments. It takes days to recover from migraines and other symptoms noted above after leaving our shielded home; Prevented from traveling via airplanes, ships, modern vehicles, train; Prevented from staying in hotels, friends’ or relatives’ homes; Prevented from attending outdoor holiday lights displays, LED light shows, parades; Limited access to worship, theatre, live performances, sports events – anywhere that has sound systems under new FCC frequency guidelines that emit radiation; Cannot shop or run errands without severe side effects (e.g. grocery stores, malls, farmers’ markets); No access to banking, texting, emergency notifications from banks, utility companies, housing management via cell phones. In a power outage, no access to emails to compensate for this limitation; Cannot take walks outside of home, go to the beach or parks; Considerable expenses incurred due to my hypersensitivity to EMFs, RF and EMR: Shield home including upgrades as technology from 3G to 4G to 5G changes; Expense to re-wire existing appliances; Considerable expense & labor to search for wireless-free equipment, disable wifi features on electronic equipment if possible; Expense for watching tv without wireless, smart devices/screens/remotes/streaming devices (e.g. Roku); Expense and great inconvenience to move to a community without smart meters on or near home; Considerable out of pocket expense for medical devices and therapists not covered by insurance to reduce or attempt to control the pain. HHS should address the sources of EMFs, RF and EMR. Specifically, I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am a targeted individual since 9/19/19. I am a victim of microwave abuse since 4/23/20, i.e. directed energy attacks, microwave hearing which is generated from a cell phone tower to the brain, Vircator attacks to body and feet, which is a painful burning sensation. The culprit is Space Force, Schriever Base, Colorado Springs, Co. This facility employs 8,000 and is 1200 ft underground. Their spy satellites monitor me 24/7 for as long as I have been targeted, maybe longer. These powerful satellites have X-ray vision into any building and can listen to conversations. In addition, they manage a satellite that places a person in a comatose state and is used on me every single night. (Kash Patel has not cleaned up the FBI and their public private partnership Infragard. The house is hard wired for surveillance, massive property damage, cyberstalking, weaponization of electrical system, vehicle stalking, staged accidents, and so much more abuse.) This is the most inhumane program on earth.
