I was inducted into the "targeted individual" program when I moved to I moved to Red Bluff, California in 2015. From that year onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, and then never be seen again. Since around 2023, these instances of street theater and drone stalking have decreased in frequency and intensity, while unexplained police scrutiny has stopped entirely (at least, as far as I can tell). However, from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior to 2023, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from strategically-placed "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. These tenants/actors are often described as relatives of the apartment manager - and each manager, each time, gives me the same explanation for the noise: that the noise campaign is really said "neighbor" yelling at his video game all night long. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. Here's how the double-bluff works: Everyone around me is made to believe that the disturbance isn't real and I'm simply insane or a liar; meanwhile, I am made to believe that these assailing neighbors are the root cause of the disruptions (as opposed to the DEWs). In addition, I've discovered evidence that Red Bluff, California may altogether be a "Potemkin Village" of sorts, a covert hub for criminal activity of a particularly heinous character. There is a widespread and long-standing allegation that the city is a hotbed for the trafficking of minors; this was acknowledged in 1987 by the Los Angeles Times, which described the town as "a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah." Further, the book "The New Satanists" by nonfiction writer Linda Osborne Blood (published 1994) shed light on the 1989 case of Cynthia Angell, a Red Bluff attorney who was kidnapped and threatened by a Satanist hit-squad when she began investigating Michael Aquino, a now-deceased military officer and founder of the Satanist "Temple of Set," after Red Bluff children identified him as their rapist (one of many such allegations toward Aquino around the country). Meanwhile, it was alleged by Ted Gunderson, a now-deceased senior special agent of the FBI, that historic "Chinese" tunnels in downtown Red Bluff are being used for child trafficking. (These tunnels are so-called due to a local rumor, which claims they were once used by a Chinese-American immigrant lodge for moving/using opium, or to flee the ethnic-cleansing campaign by Red Bluff's white-supremacist "Anti-Coolie League" in 1886.) Red Bluff, California is widely reported to be one of the most violent, crime-laden cities in the state, and it is notorious in the North State for an unusual frequency of women and girls going missing, or dying under dubious circumstances. Californians living in neighboring counties, Butte and Shasta, have commented via Reddit that they are afraid to go near this town, or speak to anyone who lives here because of the rampant crime, abundancy of meth, and the gruesome sex-crime scandals which have plagued the town for at least four decades - as well as a generally sinister, "haunted" aura. I believe the same notorious cabal is involved in targeting me with DEWs - among the other methods of systematic torment - with the aim to terrify, isolate, demoralize and destabilize me to the point of committing suicide. I've been hit particularly hard over the past three days, being prevented from sleeping more than two or three hours at night, and not at all during the day. As a result, as I type this, I can barely stand still without falling to the floor, I've been uncontrollably throwing up a bitter-tasting, foamy substance, my body is soaking itself profusely in wave after wave of sweat that smells like sour milk, my eyelids and irises are pure red, and there are red blotches all over my face. If a 34 year old (born 1992) dies in Red Bluff on or after the date I am sending this (October 10, 2026), I was killed in retaliation for sending this message. These technologies are being used as weapons and means to control people, animals, etc. against their will. The MK Ultra program or whatever hybrid they’re running now needs investigated and ended immediately with reparations paid to victims with those involved brought to justice. At this point I feel they could and would try setting me up for speaking out and bringing attention to this vile program. This is human torture, mind manipulation, stalking and harassment on levels that nobody should ever be forced to endure especially against the individuals will. Since the current Trump administration has taken over things have improved some but it is still happening to a lot of us they just switch tactics and get creative. There’s a network of them and these people are sick and they are capable of much. Please end these crimes against humanity by investigating where these attacks are coming from whether it’s a local, state, federal or international level or maybe individuals having access to the technology. I been a target individual for a few years now especially in the last year. Between the headaches that are unbearable hard to explain the dizziness and anxiety and passing out and pains in my body the neurological stuff that's happening to me. Sleepless nights. Controlling my mind and thoughts the foggness and being more forgetful than usual. The ringing in my ears. My skin feeling being itchy for no reason and rashes or reactions to absolutely nothing. We advocate for what is the most important human rights abuse in the world today bar none. That is, the use of RF frequencies in the microwave range to harass and torture innocent civilians. THE TRUTH OF MY STORY IS DIFFICULT TO TELL. MY TARGETING Started i thought I was having loud intrusive thought so I went to a psychiatrist. Then the message started going against what I really think about things and very violent. It became very clear 2 way communication as fast as light like being on a cell phone. The physical attacks started as I began seeing a neurologist in April 2024 for vision changes and vertigo. I was afraid I had a stroke. We began seeing ENTs I thought something was embedded in my left ear. After a procedure we found nothing in the ear. Ive had to stay with a psychiatrist and have been placed on 5 medication to deal with terrors and severe bipolar swings and anxiety disorder. I began loosing support because we could not find help from the doctors and the verbal communication has been life threatening if I try to tell a yone, get help from fa.ily. doctors or the police. I was reporting everything. My cell phone is remote accessed into reported that. I received messages I. My own messenger toolbar. Threatening me. Ive asked for my phone to be taken by authorities but no one has done this yet . They physical attacks started October 2024 and have not stopped. Ive been sick every since and terrified. This is my second comment. If you'd like an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable witness to EMF exposure over the past 11 years, I'm the one. My experience with EMF et al, is part of the FBI's Terror Screening Database as a Code 3 or 4. It involves the US Air Force, Airline Transport Professionals out of Jax Beach, FL, every single peace officer in Texas that I've run across in the last 11 years, and multiple FBI contractors including one named Tim. It involves Infragard and the secrecy surrounding the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), which right now I'm looking for an attorney for to prosecute a civil case against the FBI et al. Simple question to a Federal Court, did the FBI's creation of the TSBM in about 2007 cause it to step into a problem in about 2021 when SCOTUS in a 9-0 Precedent, with Targeted Individuals like myself who simply want to know if they are a Code 3 or 4 in the TSDB. Because if so, I'd say the FBI etal have created a massive liability against the Federal budget. Most Codes 3 and 4 on TSDB are victims since a Federal IG has stated that 97% of the people under Codes 3 and 4 have no association with terrorism at all. Maybe I should tell you about the 121 head axis deer herd Federal contractors killed between 2018 and 2021. They killed all of them, in circumstances that clearly prove human involvement in their deaths. The deaths were by EMF from celltowers, and possibly satellites. By the 2021 freeze in Texas I should have had more than 400 axis deer. I had none, and in the prior 2 years I had one axis baby that lived. My axis does should have produced at least 4 babies in that more than 3 years period. In July, 2021, a respresentative of the local exotic deer et al auction, called me an offered me $800 each for every axis deer I owned. She'd transported 30 or 40 axis deer to my property. Or maybe the 1/8" hole drilled in the timing chain cover of one of my trucks that cost $5,300 to fix. Or the fact that the Kerr County, TX Sheriff is right now stalking me daily, along with the police chiefs of Ingram and Kerrville, TX. I've also been stalked by multiple other police forces and Texas sheriffs. Or their use of teleportation and cloaking technology, and the fact that a majority of cellphone towers can kill people. I know, from first hand experience. On Nov 7 or 8, 2017 I was shot in the outer right thigh with EMF. On a pain scale of 10 with 10 being the highest, I've said since then it was over a 9. Fortunately, it only last 2-3 minutes, and left no mark or bruise at all. On Labor Day 2025, I was in Washington DC to ask the FBI about my inclusion on the TSDB. I didn't know it was Labor Day, they were closed, but I spoke with an FBI Police Officer. I asked if he had a number to an organization to call to report 3 strategic threats to President Trump's life he probably did not know about, and which could so easily be used to coerce from him anything the operators want. The 3 threats are cloaking technology, teleportation, and cellphone towers that can kill anybody. They would enable them to kill the President, leaving almost no evidence at all. Later in the day I called the number, gave my name and then answered 4 or 5 questions the man asked. I then told him I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. He immediately hung up. Several minutes later I called again, gave my name, spoke with a woman that time, answered her 4 or 5 questions, and then said I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. She hung up immediately. Thereafter I went to my phone to copy down the phone number of the organization. I called the number twice. Both phone numbers had been erased from my IPhone. Even later I went to my Verizon account to access my phone records for Labor Day, 2025. What I found was, all Labor Day, 2025 calls were missing from my Verizon account.
