Describes insomnia and headaches after smart-meter installation, perceived improvement with meter replace…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I've been around computers and electronics since 1977, starting with mainframe computers and the old-fashioned tube displays. That was my job until 2003 when I retired. I'm always somebody who wants to try new things when they come out. At one time I had three microwaves in my kitchen, or so I could cook three different items at the same time and have a full course meal come out in 30 minutes. When I started to work from home, I always asked for the fastest modem that was possible from my work. When the iPhone came out in 2007, I bought one and used it incessantly. I made the comment to myself this may cause me problems later on, but I would deal with that then, because right now it was wonderful. In 2012, I was living in my condo in Port Hueneme, California, called Surfside IV. I was on the second of three floors at the end of the building. In March, the electric company installed seven smart electric meters in the utility room that was directly underneath my master bedroom. underneath a closet. In May, I noticed that whenever I walked back to the master bedroom, I tended to get a headache for about two weeks. My neighbor downstairs reported the same thing. I now believe this is when they were testing the smart meters. I was excited for them to be activated so that I could monitor my electrical usage by the hour. Once a month I would call asking when they were going to be fully activated. About three weeks into September, I called and was notified that they were activated at the beginning of September. Starting around the beginning of September, my sleep had gone from nine hours a day to 4 1/2 hours a day. I thought I had just a bad bout of insomnia. I had no idea that the smart meters had been turned on. I'm fairly smart, but with my lack of sleep, it took me a year to figure out what to do. I got four of the 7 smart meters replaced with manual. I replaced my wireless phones with wired, and I switched to Ethernet cords instead of wireless for my computer. This made a small improvement. The final step was to construct a Faraday cage made out of aluminum screening that I constructed around my mattress on my platform bed, with one side opening up for me to get in and out, and the mattress inside. This reduced the reading on my meter to -65 DB, which is the most it would go to. At times, the cage would get tears in it and I found that if the reading went over -60 DB my sleep would deteriorate to six hours. This happened several times, so it was a multiple experiment that was collaborated. I found that if I was in an area that had -35 dB or greater, that within a half an hour I would feel very nervous and my sleep would be affected that night. I found that being in meeting rooms with other people that had cell phones, even though there was Wi-Fi in the building, that if I had everybody turn their cell phones off that the radiation was reduced by 90% most times. In other words, having cell phones on, in close proximity to me in a group, was much stronger than the Wi-Fi in the building. In a movie theater, I would have to go to a far corner, to be away from being in the middle of the group of people. In 2018 and in 2019, I was in the hospital. I had to be given drugs to help me get any sleep at all. In 2024 I was in the hospital for over three weeks and with opiates in me, I still had trouble sleeping more than two hours a night. I finally relented and let them give me Ambien, which allowed me to sleep six hours. I ordered an EMF blocking single pup tent that is designed to be used on motel beds. We installed that on my hospital bed and I was able to sleep six hours with no Ambien. In 2026, I was in the hospital again and used the same pup tent in both the emergency room and in the hospital, to good effect. I now find that I need to be in an area with no bars on my cell phone and no Wi-Fi hotspot around me to be able to sleep good.

Describes headaches during electronics inspection and phone use, later dizziness associated with home Wi-…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. 2. I have experienced health problems as an individual worker and consumer. 3. Headaches In the 1990s until 2001 when I was laid off, I inspected consumer electronic equipment. There were two equipment setups and one type of product that caused headaches. The headaches reminded me of lightning: sharp, intense pain for a very short period of time. They frequently occurred in groups of three. The groups might be repeated a couple of times during the hour. Then there might be nothing until hours later. As far as I remember, they occurred at work, starting the second day that I inspected the same type of product as the previous day. It was a delayed reaction: I never got these headaches on the first day. Equipment Setups (the products had been inspected using other equipment or arrangement of equipment that did not cause a problem): - Computer monitors inside a Helmholtz coil: the inspector was on one side, the electronics on the opposite side of the coil, and the monitor in between. A large number of monitors were inspected in this manner for a year. Everyone who did the work got headaches although they were different types of headaches. - Stereo receivers: equipment used to check the inputs and outputs was placed on carts within arm’s reach, resulting in amplifiers and speakers being very close. Products: telephones, usually cordless but a few cellphones also. __________ Later, long after I left the job, I needed a cellphone. I got a flip phone and had no problems. Then technology changed to smart phones. I got a weaker version of my previous headaches: a delayed reaction of 1.5 to 2 days, less pain that lasted longer, and all pain was gone within three months from one phone call. Now, I do not use any kind of mobile phone. __________ a. Mobile phones, cordless phones; electronic equipment with higher than normal magnetic fields, or possibly dirty electricity b. Work environment: exposure to Helmholtz coil was frequent for a year; others infrequent. In other words, we spent more time inspecting computer monitors than cordless phones or stereo receivers. c. Headaches d. The headaches appeared the second day of working in a Helmholtz coil and continued until I had a break from inspecting monitors (I do not remember how the weekends affected the headaches). e. Treatment is to stop working, which eventually happened. f. Our boss did not believe us and said that the coil should provide a healthier environment by providing a uniform magnetic field. ____________________ ____________________ Dizziness I live in an apartment building in an urban area. Across from my apartment is the community room with free Wi-Fi, which I can use in my apartment. One of my symptoms is a balance problem: sometimes, I would feel like I am walking at an angle, occasionally even needing to hold onto something. Many months after I got my own internet service (Wi-Fi), I noticed that I was getting dizzy more often and had to stop walking or reach out for support. The only thing that had changed in my life was the new internet service. I eventually returned to using only the free Wi-Fi from the community room. The dizziness and balance problems decreased, eventually going back to a normal level. Since I am now aware of the problem, I would estimate that it would take about six weeks to know that I am getting too much exposure to WiFi. The change happens very slowly. I will need to shield my apartment and have all components of my computer system wired, including wired modems and routers that do not emit Wi-Fi. __________ a. Wi-Fi b. Whenever I am at home, which is most of the time – 24/7. c. The identified health effect is dizziness. The potential adverse health effects include fatigue, poor memory, poor sleep, tinnitus, irritability, weakness, and pain. d. Several months. Now that I know there is a problem and am looking for a change, and usage of the second Wi-Fi connection is almost eliminated (or excessive), I can identify it in about six weeks. e. Treatment is to stop using and being exposed to Wi-Fi: that should decrease or eliminate dizziness and balance problems. f. I need to shield the apartment (only a little has been done), buy modems and routers that do not emit RF/Wi-Fi, and run shielded cables where needed. To do this, I need money, energy, and feeling comfortable standing on a ladder. Very little has been done. I have not noticed any effect.

A physician reports a spouse's EMR syndrome and patients' responses to exposure reduction, advocates lowe…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
In as much as the Department of Health and Human Services has issued a request for input from the public on the health impacts of radiofrequency radiation, I am submitting my request that the RF limits be revisited and lowered in view of thousands of papers and studies indicating the adverse effects of RF on human, animal and plant health. (See the BioInitiative Report https://bioinitiative.org/) I am responding both as the spouse of an individual with electromagnetic radiation syndrome (EMR Syndrome) and as a medical professional. I am a family and emergency medicine physician, MD, with more than 40 years of experience. I have watched my wife suffer for years when exposed to electromagnetic radiation. Just going to church and being exposed to the Wi-Fi there and and cell phones of other church members will cause my wife to have a headache and brain fog for several days that does not respond to any analgesics. We keep our house level of electromagnetic radiation below 100 micro watts per meter squared, as measured by our Safe and Sound Pro II meter. We did this by hardwiring our home and keeping our cell phones on airplane mode with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned off. in addition, we keep our cell phones under a Swiss shield protective cloth which reduces any radiation that the phones might emit. We have no “Smart” appliances, In this environment, she does not have headache or brain fog. Every time my wife leaves home she is harmed to some degree. When she leaves the house to go to church or store or anywhere else, she wears a shawl that is 50% silver fibers to try to minimize her exposure. This it helps to some extent, but she still has to be careful and not spend any significant amount of time near cell phone towers or individuals who are on their cell phones. We have opted out from a smart meter to keep the radiation level low in our home. If we were to be forced to have a smart meter on our home, we would almost assuredly have to move because the radiation level would be harmful to my wife. My wife has been evaluated by neurology, ENT, and primary care physicians. she has had an MRI of her head as well as other diagnostic studies. The only treatment that has been helpful is avoidance of electromagnetic radiation. There is considerable scientific literature on EMR syndrome. An excellent review article is “Wireless technology is an environmental stressor requiring understanding and approaches in health care” McCredden, et al., Front. Public Health, 19 Dec 2022, https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/public-health/articles/10.3389/fpubh.2022.986315/full EMR syndrome is now recognized as a disability and has an ICD 10 billing code W90.0 for exposure to radiofrequency radiation. As an MD, I have watched patients with chronic medical conditions, such as autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, endocrine diseases etc, fail to respond to appropriate treatment until they reduce radiation level by turning off their Wi-Fi and cell phone antennas. Once they do this, their body can begin to heal. I also have a daughter who has ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. My research in peer review literature shows that this condition is associated with exposure to multiple toxins including electromagnetic radiation. By hardwiring her house and keeping cell phones out of her room, as well as addressing mold toxicity, heavy metal toxicity, glyphosate and other toxicities, her loss of function has now stopped for over a year. Health effects on children is extremely important. Numerous studies have shown that higher exposure to RF impairs learning. This is one review article that sites multiple studies that show adverse effects from radiation on children “Health effects of electromagnetic fields on children” Jin-Hwa Moon, Nov 2020 Clinical and Experimental Pediatrics 62 (11):422-428. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/341653064_Health_effects_of_electromagnetic_fields_on_children Studies also show a relationship with emotional and behavioral problems in children who are exposed to radiation. An example study is “Prospective cohort analysis of cellphone usage and emotional and behavioral difficulties” Sudan, et al, J Epidemiology Community Health. 2016 Dec;70(12):1207-1213. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27217533/ WiFi and cell phones must be prohibited in schools to maximize learning and minimize behavioral problems. In view of the extensive scientific evidence, I strongly urge the Commission to find that the current RF limits are insufficient to protect human, animal, and plant health. The limits should be lowered to reflect the overwhelming evidence that exists of RF harms. Sincerely, David K Calderwood, MD 1313 Shadow Ridge Dr. SE Huntsville, AL 35803 256-883-8022

Requests an independent review of exposure limits and realistic cumulative exposure, emphasizing cancer, …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices. I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development. Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure. Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects. I ask HHS to: •Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups. •Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. •Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools. •Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient. Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

Describes a child's nosebleeds, a spouse's cardiac symptoms and personal tingling associated with wireles…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Question 2: Perspective My response represents the perspective of a family member and individual consumer. Question 3: Personal Experiences and Reported Potential Adverse Health Effects a. Types of wireless technology involved: Our family’s symptoms appear linked to mobile phones, Wi-Fi networks, and cellular service infrastructure. b. Nature, duration, frequency, and timing: Symptoms occur consistently in environments with active wireless radiation or during direct use of cellular devices. The effects are more pronounced with prolonged exposure (e.g., using a cellphone for more than two hours per day) or when in close proximity to high densities of devices. c. Potential adverse health effects: Child (Son): Frequently suffers from nosebleeds when exposed to Wi-Fi and cellular service for extended periods. This is especially severe during prolonged cellphone use. Adult (Wife): Experiences increased heart rate and cardiac irregularities (heart skipping a beat) when wireless radiation pulses (such as 5G) seem directed toward her device, or when multiple devices are active simultaneously. Adult (Self): Experiences tingling sensations in fingers when working on a cellphone using cellular data. d. Onset of symptoms: Symptoms typically appear after consistent exposure over time. e. Medical evaluation: We have observed these patterns firsthand within our household. f. Steps taken to reduce exposure: To manage these symptoms, we have implemented significant mitigations. I have stopped using cellular data for work, instead using only a LAN-connected cellphone. We have eliminated WiFi from our home, even though we work from home and run a business as well as hold down a corporate leadership job working from home. We have observed that minimizing exposure in this way helps reduce the frequency and severity of these reported symptoms. g. Supporting documentation and scientific context: We urge the Department to consider that these reported experiences align with concerns regarding non-thermal biological effects. We draw the Department’s attention to the extensive body of peer-reviewed and published studies on the biological effects of wireless radiation available via bioinitiative.org . Additionally, we emphasize the findings of the https://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/research/topics/cellphones , which provide critical evidence regarding non-thermal risks that should be incorporated into federal health evaluations.

Reports longstanding headaches near wireless sources, relocation, wired-home adaptations and costly meter…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a person who has experienced and continues to experience problems with EMFs, RF Radiation, and WI-FI. I discovered these as the source of my headaches about eighteen years ago and I have had to take numerous steps in my life to avoid these things. When I lived in a city surrounded by towers, I lived with headaches every day and night. So I had to move to a place in a tiny village where I had no cell phone service in the house. When I moved here, there was only one cell tower within half a mile of my house, now there are three. I have hard cabled computer and Internet, not WI-FI, and I have hard wired phones, no walk-around phones. I also have no microwave. I do own a cell phone but I only use it when I am away from home, and then I use it with a shield covering it. I had to pay thousands of dollars to remove the smart meter from the side of my home (the utility company refused my request to replace it with an analog meter), have it mounted on a power pole away from the house and bury the lines from the meter to the house, because whenever I was in the room where the smart meter was mounted on the outside, I could not stay more than several minutes before I got a headache and had to leave the room. When driving across the country, I can point out the location of cell towers and commercial broadcast towers because of the location of the pain drilling into my head (left side, right side, front or back). When I am somewhere that has WI-FI, I get a headache (and almost everyplace has WI-FI!). When traveling, I have to request a motel room as far away from the WI-FI router as possible, and even then I have sometimes had to leave in the middle of the night because of a severe headache. I’ve even had to leave some stores because of the headache I get from their WI-FI. When these things are strong, I sometimes also get nauseous. When I get away from the sources of EMFs and RFs, I feel fine. I am not the only person I know who is affected in this way. One of my cousins has now taken to wearing a hat lined with EMF/RF-blocking material because of the severe headaches he experiences. He even has to wear this in the office where he works. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Reports symptoms beginning at age 14 near wireless devices, relocation after 5G deployment, and continuin…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. I have been affected by wireless radiation such as wifi routers, cellphones, and celltowers since 2019 starting at 14 years old. My symptoms include headaches, fatigue, joint pain, heartbeat irregularities, shaking, balance problems, severe brain-fog to the point of losing the ability to speak and understand language, and widespread pain. These symptoms increased in severity the longer and more often I was in proximity to wireless radiation such as cellphones or buildings with active wifi routers or hotspots. Additionally, the longer I was exposed to wireless radiation the longer it took my body to recover enough to handle being exposed again. I was already homeschooled, which allowed me to control the environment I was in most of the day, but I had to drop out of any extra-curricular programs that were held inside a building as well as limit my time in public places due to wifi and cellphone exposure. In 2020, 5G towers started to be put up in my neighborhood in Chicago and I discovered that these towers hurt me to the extent that walking past one would keep me housebound and incapable of doing much besides laying still for the next 24 hours. My family was forced to move away from the city as more and more 5G towers were put up, limiting the places I could go. Currently, I live with my parents in a completely wired house, keep my phone on airplane mode whenever it is on my person, and continue to be severely limited in activities and outings due to symptoms from wireless radiation. I am unable to have an in-person job in any building with wifi and neither can I do any service such as jury duty. I am nearly housebound; Going to the grocery store, to church, to friend’s houses, or virtually any indoor public space has to be carefully planned and my exposure time limited to an hour maximum in order for me to be able to heal within 36 hours.

Reports sleep problems, headaches and agitation after nearby facilities were energized while explicitly w…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Public Comment on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Exposure Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397 I urge the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to support independent research into potential health effects of long-term, real-world electromagnetic field (EMF) and radiofrequency (RF) exposure, take reports of symptoms seriously, and identify practical ways to reduce unnecessary exposure while scientific questions remain unresolved. Personal Experience and Residential Exposure I live in San Mateo, California, within approximately 500 feet of two Crown Castle wireless facilities. The City of San Mateo Public Works Department confirmed that the facility at 239–249 Elm Street (permit WC-2023-000082) was issued a permit on May 19, 2023, and the facility at 200 N. San Mateo Drive, on Monte Diablo Avenue (permit WC-2023-000127), was issued a permit on June 16, 2023. Both facilities completed construction, passed City inspection, and received final signoff. I noticed increased sleep problems, headaches, and physical agitation when the facilities were energized. By physical agitation, I do not mean simply worry or anxious thoughts. I mean feeling physically unsettled, keyed up, and unable to fully relax. I have also noticed less physical agitation when I am away from home. I cannot establish that RF exposure caused these symptoms, and my experience alone cannot prove causation. However, the timing of these changes and the difference I notice when away from home concern me. My home should be a place where I can rest comfortably, yet I have become concerned about how I feel in my own residential environment. I cannot readily control the presence or operation of nearby wireless infrastructure. I share this experience not as proof of causation, but because firsthand reports can help identify questions that warrant scientific investigation. Research and Public Health HHS should prioritize independent, rigorous research into potential non-cancer effects of long-term, repeated, real-world RF and EMF exposure. Research should examine possible effects on sleep, headaches, neurological and other physiological functions, and overall well-being. It should consider prolonged exposure under everyday conditions, not just short-term exposure scenarios. HHS should transparently assess the strengths and limitations of existing studies, including conflicting findings, identify gaps in the evidence, and determine what additional research is needed. Research should investigate possible biological mechanisms and whether certain populations, including children, may be more vulnerable. People reporting symptoms they associate with RF or EMF exposure should neither be dismissed because causation is uncertain nor assumed to have established causation. Researchers should consider symptom patterns, exposure circumstances, timing, changes when circumstances change, and other possible contributing factors. These observations can help generate testable hypotheses. Medical Evaluation, Disability, and Accessibility HHS should distinguish between recognizing symptoms and functional limitations, investigating possible medical causes, and addressing accessibility barriers. These are related but distinct issues. An approach focused only on accommodating functional limitations risks leaving questions about possible biological or medical causes unanswered. People whose symptoms affect sleep, daily activities, or quality of life deserve both practical consideration and serious scientific investigation. Recommendations I respectfully ask HHS to: Support independent research into potential non-cancer effects of long-term, real-world EMF and RF exposure. Identify research gaps and prioritize investigation of sleep, neurological and physiological effects, and potentially vulnerable populations. Develop balanced ways to document and investigate reported symptoms without assuming or dismissing causation. Evaluate practical ways to reduce unnecessary exposure in homes, schools, and communities, including wired alternatives where feasible. Communicate clearly about established findings, conflicting evidence, and remaining uncertainties. Ensure that investigating possible medical causes is not displaced by an approach focused solely on accessibility or functional impairment. My purpose is to ensure that the experiences of people who report health concerns associated with wireless infrastructure are considered alongside the broader scientific evidence. I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent, and transparent assessment of potential health effects, identify research priorities, and recommend proportionate measures to protect public health while uncertainties remain.

Describes suspected electronic targeting, persistent hallucinations and device problems, reports improvem…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I was a small business owner/community organizer whose business was targeted and shut down by the FDA for the sale of all natural herbal products (no extracts or synthetics) several years back. My staff and I coordinated a community protest which attracted the attention of several major AP news outlets which showed favorable coverage for what our community leaders (including veterans and chronic condition sufferers) had to share which ultimately led to the overturning of the citywide ban (and a year later a nationwide DEA ban was overturned). Less than 6 months after this ban was overturned I began to experience issues with my electronic devices (around the time when the Pegasus cell phone hacking software was leaked into the US black market) which originally targeted my e-mails and locked me out of several of my accounts (Facebook, G-mail) & was persistent in distracting me from being present at my business. I reported the incident and spent dozens of hours at various customer services repair locations receiving the runaround (whom at that time did not acknowledge the Pegasus virus and said that such an attack was impossible on their platforms which was later proven to be false around that time). As a person in the public spotlight whom had caught the negative attention of powerful people potentially either in Big Pharma or elsewhere I believe that I was a target after the major national news publications and coverage which my name was featured involving this controversial issue. By the end of the following year I began experiencing audible & tactile hallucinations after what I believe to be a coordinated attack that was induced by the stress of the situations, the uncertainty of what was going on with my devices at the time and most importantly worsened and influenced by the remote access into my personal devices. My hallucinations persist to this day (even after being completely sober off of all medicines and even herbals for several years before getting psychiatric treatment with some prescribed medication). There were numerous times when it seemed like my condition was improving and my devices would start overheating and I would notice correspondence with my newer electronic devices also overheating and acting strange. This (along with TDCS neurofeedback therapy which taught me about my brainwaves and their relation to electricity with weekly measurements and 4 QEEG scans) inspired me to invest in an EMF reader, gauss meter, multimeter a non-ionizing fan and several other debugging tools which I use when I experience my symptoms flair up. Sometimes they are mild with all of the treatment and holistic practices such as breathing exercise as well as combining with sinewave generators. I also eliminated owning a smart phone and only have a flip phone and a home phone which has caused my symptoms to improve & only allowing hardwired non-wireless signals in my apartment (also has improved the functionality of my devices). I have been notified several times that my info has been leaked onto the dark web as well since these issues started. My symptoms still persist and I get weekly treatment for them and although milder occasionally flare up which leads me to believe that there is an issue with the IOT in my apartment and also noticed that using the non-ionizing fan improved my symptoms briefly when I sit next to it before they worsen again after a brief period of time which leads me to belief that EMF and perhaps electrostatic combined with IR (from my lights in my home) could be impacting my condition and as air gapped as my apartment is, I have to believe it can only be an IOT attack, the dormant qwest/centurylink lines that are not functional for connection or a smart meter related issue that is influencing the electrical outlets and using the sensors of my refrigerator to crank out more EMF/electrostatic or Ferromagnetic waves based on my debugging. The smart meter box/ped cans at my apt complex are loose and there are exposed wiring which has been reported to both the power company (United) and Centurylink but neither have been repaired and the ped cans are loose all over the neighborhood. This is at the Bridge Square Apartments in Brighton, CO with strange IR signals coming from the north parking lot where the smart meter also is. If you read the reviews for this apartment complex online you can see that it looks like several other residents were dealing with mental health issues hear and strange targeting activity which may just be an unfortuitous coincidence as I just moved here in March and my other activity/phenomena was been going on for many years. There is also a business adjacent to that lot which after researching online has ties to testing military technology for large companies whom are aligned with support for a foreign country which I will not name (even anonymously).
