I am a 72 year old female who have noticed over the pass 6 years that inside my home I am being mentally and physically attacked by the electrical outlets and radiation from 5g wifi. In my kitchen, I become light headed and off balanced the entire time I am in the kitchen. I get electric shocks on the top and bottom of my feet and toes, when standing in front of the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. I also get pain in my ankles. When passing by or standing in front of a electrical outlet I am shocked by dirty electricity. Any equipment I have that hooks to wifi and/or blue tooth, I get shocked just passing by. Passing by my tv, wifi router I get pain in my entire body head to toe. When using my cellphone I feel the effects of the EMF and the radiation in my fingers and hands also when I am using my laptop computer my finger tips are getting radiated and shocked and I feel numbness from the radiation and pain all the way to the bones. I am constantly lightheaded with a headache and I can feel the effects EMF, Wifi, microwave and radiation inside my home and outside of my house as well. Thank you, F Odum

Hello, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am an Ivy Alumn, and a mother of two teenagers. The wireless radiation bombarding humanity, plants and animals is nothing Earth has ever experienced before. The damaging effects are both palpable in the present, and obvious threats to the future. My family is considered particularly sensitive - we are athletes, we not have allergies, fortunately, however, my children and I can feel the presence of WiFi radiation when we drive past a cell tower, or spend too much time in an airplane. There is a pressure, slight buzzing, change in the air which can create headaches. It is not hard to imagine the long term damage such air pollution can cause. Humans are electrical beings, delicates composed of high frequencies. When altered, our natural rhythms and biometrics are impacted, in this case, adversely. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. one person who belongs to this torture group. On Oct.17, 2021  I went to the police station in Iowa City to report about my directed energy weapon attacks. I talked to a policeman( Aaron Hummes 52–39. 511 S. Capital St, Iowa City, IA52240) about it and he took me to the psychiatric hospital of University of Iowa and locked me up and a person who worked there took away my phone. I was forced to stay there for 3 weeks. That were the worst 3 weeks in my TI experience. I was not allowed to have my protective items from directed energy attacks that I used in my house and I was totally exploited for their brain control experiments with horrible pains. Plus the hospital gave me the medications such as Olanzapine, risperdal, Cogentin, Dopamine, Serotonin, benztrotine, and trazodone that gave me terrible side effects. When I was pushed to the psychiatric hospital in Univ of Iowa, the doctors who treated me were Dr. Asencio, Dr. Kjewski, and another doctor whose name could be identified by the above two doctors. I explained my situation as best as I could but they said that they never heard of Havana syndrome case or V2K. They treated me as if I were their patients. There was an advocate who called once and gave her name as Cherie White (judicial mental health advocate for Johnson County) 855 S Dubuque St 202B, Iowa City, IA52240. When I needed help, the advocate never returned my call nor answered my message. I was able to leave the mental hospital with one condition that I should take a shot of invega stutena once per month and have heavy sleeping medication and stay with a psychiatrist, Dr Susan Duffy, in the adult psychiatric section of Univ of Iowa. I pleaded not to get the shot and if I needed anything, I needed sleeping pills. I ended up taking Quetiapine. I saw Dr. Duffy a few minutes per visit afterwards. After I came out of the hospital I got a letter from Joanne in my driver license bureau, 301 West high St, Jefferson City, MO 65105, 573–851–1489 saying that my Driver License Bureau revoked. My auto insurance(Triple A Auto Ins) cancelled my car Ins policy. Walmart did not deliver my grocery because of national security reasons. I could not vote. My mind is controlled by my torture group. My torture group take away my voice, my eye sight, hearing, and control, my body movements and my thought with directed energy weapon attacks. My torture group also project an image on the top of the actual object that I see. That is the reason I do not vote now. With the direct attack for three seconds I see #1 instead of #2 that is the actual object. My words are truth and itself proof. How could I prove that my voice is gone sometimes because of directed energy laser attack from somewhere? Who would believe that I am tortured day and night in my house with ear noises(V2K), microwave attacks, electromagnetic pulses, and electromagnetic lasers because someone is doing brain control experiments with my brain with directed energy weapons. I am in the worse situation than Guantanamo prisoners and Uyghurs people in re-education camp in China in my house in US. When I go out of my house, I see a string of gang stalkers pointing a phone or some device toward me and I see actual light lasers coming from different directions. Once I am attacked, my noises in my ear get louder or, if it is severe case, I lose one voice or hearing. I am in 24 hour surveillance and someone follows me in bus, train, and airplanes. I am being police stalked for more than 10 years now and part of the persecution is using my phone radiation to cause rapid palpitations and foggy brain using radiation from my handheld device.

Visual sensations, such as flickering lights Sufficiently strong low-frequency fields can produce these temporary sensory effects. Interference with implanted medical devices Some electromagnetic sources can interfere with pacemakers and other electronic implants. This is a device-interference risk, distinct from direct tissue injury. Childhood leukemia: Some studies associate long-term exposure to higher residential power-frequency magnetic fields—typically average levels above approximately 0.3–0.4 microtesla—with increased childhood leukemia risk. This is an association, not established causation; laboratory research has not provided a consistent explanation. Those numbers are study categories, not proven harm thresholds. Cancer from radiofrequency exposure: IARC classified radiofrequency EMFs as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” (Group 2B). That means a causal link could not be ruled out, but chance, bias, or confounding could not be excluded either. It does not mean phones or Wi-Fi are proven to cause cancer. Human studies have not shown a consistent increase in cancer from non-ionizing EMF exposure. Commonly claimed effects that are not established at everyday levels These include: Headaches, fatigue, dizziness, or difficulty concentrating. Insomnia and other sleep disturbances. Anxiety or depression. Infertility or reproductive harm. Hormonal or immune-system disruption.

EMF sensitivity is Real. I have had symptoms for years and even more so since new meters and antennas and wires have been going up. The ringing in my ears are constant and loud. I have vertigo, stomach issues, fatigue, muscle pain, insomnia. And others issues. . This needs to stop and now!

Please do something to help people diabled from these exposures! Please minimize exposure to everyone! Set limits that are realistic to not damage everyone. I have been electrically and chemically sensitive as well as sensitive to mold for many years. I can no t live in my home in town. I live primitive on a family farm. I can not be on line long at all. I fight many things and struggle to survive in everyday life. Wireless is everywhere and satellite everything its a mine field for people like me. Precision ag is one of the worst i fight. Farm equipment is wireless tech and satellite so when programmed to a field it’s miserable and a horrible exposure to me. Also the farmer if not finished will leave their equipment in the field on still drawing signal which keeps me from sleeping. It’s miserable torture. If its in an approximate one mile radius of me left on i have to go shut the madter battery disconnect off to kill signal. There should be a law that they cannot leave these unattended and on! I am writing to formally request your attention, oversight, and investigation into grave concerns regarding health, human rights, physical safety, and bodily autonomy in Puerto Rico. A growing number of individuals on the island identify as "Targeted Individuals" (TIs). They report experiencing severe, chronic physiological and psychological distress that they attribute to non-consensual exposure to high-power electromagnetic radiation (EMR), radiofrequency (RF) fields, or directed energy technologies.  Historically, Puerto Rico has been the site of extensive military testing, radar installations, and scientific experiments. This legacy has left a deep-seated vulnerability and distrust among local communities regarding environmental and technological safety. Individuals reporting these experiences frequently describe symptoms such as intense neurological disruption, chronic sleep deprivation, severe headaches, internal vibrations, burns, and cognitive impairments, among other concerns. These symptoms severely degrade their health/quality of life, economic stability, and overall well-being.  I'm part of this growing number of individuals and a victim of this ilegal experimentation. The United Nations Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment—to which the United States is a signatory—strictly prohibits any form of non-consensual experimentation or physical and psychological abuse. When citizens report targeted harassment or physical distress linked to electromagnetic energy, it is imperative that public health and human rights officials take these concerns seriously rather than dismissing them. To address these compounding concerns and ensure the protection of all residents, I respectfully urge your office to take the following actions: Establish Independent Monitoring: Conduct transparent, independent environmental testing of electromagnetic and radiofrequency levels in residential areas, particularly near major technological or industrial installations. Create Formal Reporting Channels: Provide a safe, transparent, and objective framework for citizens to report symptoms, unusual environmental readings, or concerns regarding non-consensual technological exposure without fear of marginalization. Ensure Legal and Medical Oversight: Enforce strict compliance with international human rights standards regarding informed consent, ensuring that medical professionals are equipped to objectively assess and document environmental health complaints. I am a person living in Luxemburg. These last years the quality of my life has changed quite a lot as I am sensitive to the electromagnetic radiations. When these radiations were quite low (3G for example) I could have a pleasant life but nowadays my body is aching most of the time : headaches, extreme nervosity with acceleration of my heart beats, unpleasant feelings in my mouth ( kind of electricity inside), feeling dizzy....Travelling is a nightmare even on buses as everybody uses a cell phone. Shopping , going out to a restaurant, a theater ...is unpleasant as public Wifi are on most of the time and everywhere. Even going to a medical center or a hospital is quite challenging for the same reasons. I am now retired but as a former teacher I can also say that it is unbearable to work in schools with all these new connected technologies!
